20 Best Wheels For Tacoma (2022 Updated)

Thankfully the boxes had very good internal protection. So the wheels inside survived. Do not know how even looking inside. I was really upset when I saw the boxes on my porch. I understand Summit is not liable.

The only thing I can think of to correct what happened to me and possibly others is for Summit to at least change how they package the wheels for shipping. I understand that is conflicting what I said previously.

Summit taped together 2 boxes and then strapped them around the outside. Basically turning 4 boxes into 2. By doing that the 2 boxes together became 1 heavy and cumbersome box. Possibly leading to the problems with shipping and the boxes condition.

BUT THE WHEELS INSIDE ARE 100% PERFECT. I used to work in shipping for a very large company and understand fully what boxes can do and protect. It is actually amazing what testing goes into packaging.

I do not work for Summit so I have no idea what the claim % is back to the shipping company or consumers. If it is substantial a cost versus liability analysis should be performed between shipping cost difference for shipping 2 very large boxes versus 4 smaller boxes.

THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT FROM ME ABOUT SUMMIT. Summit Racing Products is a fantastic company. I have been dealing with summit personally and as a wholesaler for the past for 30+ years. Summit has never once been a disappointment to me in 100’s of orders.

Truly a remarkable company to have that track record. This is only a suggestion. Observation to an issue that may or may not exist.

I spent some time reseaching and choose BB Wheels for price and product. the first set was wrong size. from first contact I knew that they had a customer for life. great customer service. new ones where out the next day and here withen 2.

I love the look and style of these rims. needed bigger size rims and I wanted a somewhat “stock” look. The offset is perfect, went from 16″ to 18 x 8. 5 rims. 33″ x12. 5″ wide tires still fit just inside the fenders and look much better than the “tiny” tires that the truck came stock with.

These rims look great on my truck. Because they are aluminum they are light weight and my 1/2 ton Ford doesn’t even know they are there. I’m proud to say that I would buy these again and the price was very affordable for me too.

Needed 1 as a full size spare. My truck came with them on it when i bought it. Wheel is great, the plastic allen key it came with to put the outer studs on was not.

Ordered tires and wheels mounted from ExtremeTerrain. They arrived 2 days early, in excellent condition. When I mounted the spare the wheel weights were on top and fell off on my first drive. Support offered to pay for rebalancing the tire and a missing valve cap.

The design is great because I don’t get so many rock scratches on the trail as my other wheels. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the way support handled the rebalance for the weights that fell off.

I didn’t want super fancy rims. Just black, understated wheels. These are very good for just that. I do feel they are a little Bronze in color, which is only noticeable because my Jeep is all black. I like them a lot and they earn five stars, but if they were stolen I would buy a different set next time.

Great looking wheels! They are pretty dark in indirect light, but when the sun hits them dead on they have a beautiful bronze color to them. Looks great with the truck. Went from 37” muds to this set of Atturo 35” ATs as they were about 20-25lbs lighter each and my 37s rubbed pretty badly.

These fit nicely and no rubbing at full lock, what more could I ask for?.

These are nice wheels. I bought one to use as a matching spare with my other 4 rims. 2 things to note: If you are super picky about your inner rim coating finish, these might not be for you. The inner wheel is sprayed black and the spray is very light with some areas looking under sprayed.

2nd, even though my spare was bought only about 40 days after the original 4 the inner rim on the new one was machined differently. I don’t care. On 265-70-r-17’s you can’t easily tell. BUT, If you are running a show truck, or have skinny tires on big rims (20’s or plus), you’ll see the inside of the rim way more, and you might care.

Make sure all your rims match when they come in box. Oddly the new spare was better machined and sprayed than the previous 4.

The policy you guys have is awful when it comes to having your items delivered. Along with FedEx is the worst they lied to me for over a week and I had to drive all the way to FedEx to get rims!!! I will Never get anything else from BB wheels again!! The absolute worst experience ever!!.

These things are perfect! I love them! I wish black lugnuts came with them, but aside from that, no complaints here! They look awesome with my new BF Goodrich all-terrains 🙂

I have a 2016 Ford F-150 regular cab. Talked to rep at Auto Anything and he helped through the process of selecting the correct wheel, and lug nuts. Wheels arrived as scheduled. Took them to be installed no problem except one wheel on the back side had a small chip that started to rust.

Installers painted the chip area to prevent more corrosion. Other than the small chip I am very satisfied with my purchase.

My truck was a former Pepsi Co. work truck model. So it had the ugly steel rims and after everything I did to it, it still never looked right. Putting these on completely SET OFF the look of my truck and I’ve had nothing but raving compliments on my wheels, the look, the price, everything about em.

Happiest dude alive now that my truck is finally set apart from the rest and is complete!.

Rims look great! Couple of things I didn’t know about these rims and replacing 17 inch factory rims in general (until after researching). 1). 33 inch wheels don’t require lift kit (found that on the extreme terrain website as part of their ‘ordering process’)—just for record my Jeep doesn’t have lift kit.

2). These rims can use the non-locking ‘Jeep’ factory lugnuts but the factory locking lugnuts won’t fit (and do have to be replaced b/c the lock nut socket is too big for the holes in these rims). Several choices of replacement lug nuts from various manufacturers, but decided to go w/ gorilla automotive spline lug nuts 5 of the X-2 gorilla locking lug nuts (both of which will fit w/ these rims).

3)!the holes on these rims where the lugnuts go are recessed~3 inches, so keep in mind you will need an long 3/4 inch thin-walled sockets to attach and remove lugnuts (kind of like a spark plug socket) if you decide to use acorn lug nuts or factory lug nuts.

4). If you order The rims tire combo, was pretty easy find the Fuel wheels retailer in my area and contacted them for appt. to install the wheels (my area’s Fuel wheels is thru Discount Tires chain).

5) call to Extreme Terrain said the 33 inch tires rims are close to manuf’s weight limit (~81 lbs) for the spare tire rack attached to rear door of the Jeep (but didn’t exceed Jeep’s recommended 85lb limit).

33 inch tires also did not impede the rear bumper when attached to rear door spare tire mount. 35 inch rims or bigger probably would require reinforcing the rear door hinges new bumper/spare tire mount.

I love these rims! They look so sick. The offset makes a big difference in the looks than stock. The coating made it a little difficult putting the lug nuts on but it wasn’t that bad. I would highly recommend getting these thou! Extra: I went to 4 tire shops before the first tire shop would help me.

The first 3 tried to jip me or just wouldn’t help me. When I made it to the 4th tire shop they installed my rims and even stayed after hours to let me test drive my jeep to make sure everything was good.

Just got this shipped in last week. I love the colors! I also bought the colorblock sweater in Argon oil. I love the pockets and the beautiful colors of this cardigan, however the material is terrible and so itchy! Good thing I also bought the white cheetah tshirt the model is wearing underneath!.

I only have one slight complain about these and it’s that the factory lug nuts are too thick to be properly torqued down due to the wheels design. Still got them on there good, just a hassle trying to pry the socket/ tire iron out of the lug nut well.

Otherwise they look super sexy and ride well. There is no rubbing other than full lock right in reverse, still haven’t looked into that issue but it’s very minor. Definitely recommend these for the price.

Ordered these wheels wrapped in 35/12. 5s and love the fitment on my ’21 JLUR (stock suspension). I love the look, seem to be built well, only concern is the plastic center caps. Seem that they’ll be easy to break as they protrude more than I had imagined.

All in all, very happy w/ the purchase. FOR JLUR owners: The fatter lug nuts on the rubicons will not fit these wheels. I had to purchase a thinner walled set of lugnuts to install.

Replaced some old rusted steel wheels with these on my daughter’s Jeep. She loves them! Only complaint: the holes for the lug nuts could be larger; very tight fit with impact sockets.

These wheels are awesome and couldn’t be happier with Stage 3 Motorsports customer service. I ordered them and they turned out to be on backorder, called Stage 3 to check on shipment status and they very quickly were able to let me know that production was a few days out and that they would ship asap, which they did.

It was package really well the shipping would have been great but my state had terrible weather and that put it behind other than they look great really made the truck look different and service was great and fast response they help you really get the best price will definitely purchase again from AutoAnything for my future Trucks.

I have paid to have the tps installed and wheels mounted, balanced. The tps that BB wheels advertised as no problem replacement for oem will not send a signal and yet they refuse to refund. So now I’m out the cost of mount and balanced AND junk tps!!! Rip off!!!.

I order these wheels specifically for my truck and made sure that the order was correct with all the correct info, but the day I was to have them installed the technician call and said that they wont fit.

So I had to buy spacers and wait to see if they will fit then. Also came in banged up, but thats on FedEx. Still, beautiful wheels and good price.

Wheels were well protected in sturdy boxes. The fit is perfect, they are hub centric to my F150. That means they perfectly follow the hub bearings, like original equipment wheels. I had some quality tires installed and the ride is perfect.

Not only that, they look great too. I purchased the bronze center with black edge version. I’m completely satisfied!.

I’ve been buying scale models on EBay for years. I’ve only had two issues that I can recall. Both were attended to very quickly. The 69 shifters I recently won where just what I’ve been looking for. Very pleased with the accurate description and the timely delivery.

Wheels and tires look great installed. Little road noise. Only issue was with shipping. Each wheel/tire combo was a separate tracking number. Fedex ended up delivering 3 of the 4 tires one day, the remaining tire the next day.

Maybe make them one tracking number, but four packages to mitigate this.

Like most Fuel rims, these are very nice to look at and were relatively inexpensive. When they are clean they are a thing of beauty, but the lip collects dust and dirt very easy. The spokes have a lot of hard to reach areas, so special cleaning tools are often required to get these things to look their best.

Wheels fit perfect. Wish i would have ordered them with a little bigger lip but the fit and finish is awesome. Love them. I had them installed so I cant really give an install time.
