20 Best Wheels For Trucks (2022 Updated)

Let’s start out by saying the rims are beautiful, with the aggressive look I wanted. I called AT to place the order since there are so many variables in fit and I didn’t want issues. The rims arrived quickly without incident.

The lugs took a week longer to arrive. Now the bad. The lug nuts mount the wheel to the hub and sit below and hidden behind the center cap, which attached with 2 hex bolts on each tire. The recommended lug nuts that you purchase from AT do not fit.

They are way too long and must be below the profile of the inner rim. So after the shop fit, mount and balanced the tire, came time for the install. This is when the lug nuts were discovered to not fit.

I called AT and they sent me a different set of lugs. A week later they arrived and I’m back at the shop where it’s determined that the “new” lugs, still do not fit. I called AT again, honestly frustrated beyond doubt, plus looking like an ass at the shop bringing in the “right”, wrong lug nuts.

After a while on hold I was informed that AT does not sell the correct lugs and advised me to call Summit Racing or Jegs and they would reimburse me for the new lugs. I was so heated and honestly speechless.

Believe it or not I found the correct lugs at my local Pep Boys and picked them up the following day. I wish I had known that initially and all of this could’ve been avoided. From delivery to install was almost a month because of the incorrect sale from AT.

I’m not bashing AT at all. Ive been using them for my truck and mustang for years and I’ve never had an issue. This review is more of a “heads up” to anyone who wants these rims. The lugs must be bulge style with an open end.

Also, you will need a narrow wall 19mm deep socket for install which any shop should have but should you need to change a flat, you’ll need one too (a breaker bar wouldn’t hurt either) I will remain an AT and AM customer and in all the years I’ve been dealing with them, this was our very first hiccup.

Their support was kind and understanding, and I may have acted like an ass during my 3rd and final call for the correct lugs. But they are claiming to make it right and reimburse me for the correct lugs.

My star rating is for the rims and customer service provided from AT. I know this event wasn’t personal or intentional. Now we ALL know more about the process. I think Black Rhino should get the bulk of the complaint for omitting the install tips on their spec sheet.

Great quality. Wheels fit great and the center is easily removed with 2 screws so the rear camera is not impeded. Overall, definitely worth the price based off the aggressive look, solid build, and easy install.

Make sure you get spined lug nuts or similar because of the factory lug nuts will not fit inside the wheel to reach the bolts.

These rims are very cool besides these issues. The 25 screws around the rim are plastic. If you have plans to powder coat them a custom color like myself you’re screwed. If any break there’s no contact info to rhino to replace these plastic screws.

The center cover is also plastic. The paint on these rims are a thin coat not durable. Packaging is poor I had two rims delivered both had paint damage and deep scratches also one arrived bent. Make sure to inspect each rim before installing.

Of course Extreme Terrain offers solutions and helped me out with no questions. I still went with rims but swapped out the plastic screws/plugs.

Shopped and researched a long time to find the perfect wheel for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I was looking for a wheel I could pair with a larger 35 inch tires without installing a lift kit, but be able to move to 37 inch later.

Black Rhinos make some of the best looking wheels and top quality. I was also looking for a seller that would mount, balance the tires and install the TPMS. I paired the Warlords with Falken Wildpeak A/T 3W All Terrain 35’s.

I bought these wheels for my truck about 2 1/2 years ago. Had 22″ wheels when i bought it. I’m not a fan at all of big wheels. Found 2 of these wheels at a discount store literally nothing wrong for $100 then came here and bought 2 more.

They stick out about 2″. I ended up wrapping them with 37″x12. 5″x17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I have a 6″ lift on my truck. I have almost zero rubbing. Only time the tires rub is when i pull into my driveway they hit the bumper just a tad.

I’ve gotten quite a few compliments on them. Mostly by the older crowd who thinks the big wide wheels look stupid. I agree with that. Don’t hesitate to snatch these up. You wont regret it. I just wish they were black and not gunmetal.

After doing a Mopar 2″ lift which really comes out to a 3. 5″ lift on the Sport S model I need something to fill out my wheel wells. This did just the job. The two tone really looks great and the Mickey Thompsons are just awesome looking.

With about 3-4″ sticking out thanks to the offset of the Black Rhinos and the size of the new tires this now has a really aggressive stance.

Arrived fast and packaged very well. Ordered late Sunday, arrived early Friday. Fit and look are perfect. Put just 60 miles on them but they feel very well balanced with no vibration. Great price, nice quality and exactly as advertised.

As far as tire wear and handling, time will tell but they look and feel as they will handle the snow with no problems. Thanks!.

Really nice wheel, the holes for the lug nuts could be a bit larger. It required a really thin deep socket instead of an impact socket. Other than that, all good.

My wheels arrived on time and were everything I expected them to be. One rim was damaged in shipping and I had to take a picture of the damage and ship it back. Extreme Terrain did a quick exchange and shipped out a replacement.

I am very happy with my wheels and the service i received.

I would have given 5 stars but the shipping (FEDEX) they use was horrendous. Bought the wheel/tire package with TPMS. The tires/wheels were delivered like this: 1 delivered on 4/8, one delivered on 4/9, and the other three delivered on 4/12.

The cardboard they were in was all shredded up, luckily no damage. Glad I got the TPMS and black lugs as well. Kind of a pain to install due to 10 lug holes to choose from. But in the end, I love the look!.

Very sturdy set up. Aggressive looking. Nice smooth matte black finish. Bolts hold very well for the center caps. All around I would buy another set bo questions asked.

Wheels and tires fit well. Small issue with clearance on front air dam. It will rub on sharp turns with a 4″ lift. The increased wheel and tire size creates this. The centercaps are flimsy and the bolts that hold them are very cheap.

Wanted a set of deep dish wheels for my 2016 grand Cherokee, the wheels pictured were exactly what I wanted. When I received my wheels there was not outside lip at all the wheels were pretty much flush.

Called BB wheels and want to trade them for the ones I wanted, they told me it would be $250 restocking fee plus $150 shipping to send them back. What a joke.

TIS makes a good quality wheel. I currently have this style wheel on my dually and my mega cab. Not only do they look great they are built well and the fit and finish is very good. Im pretty meticulous and I looked them all over before installing and not a flaw on the.

Received a bent rim and they wouldn’t send me a new one after I sent the read out off the balancer which is what they had asked for, they said it was to generally to base it on a bent rim with a brand new tire on the brand new rim.

Ended up buying new one else where. Never will order from them again.

Fuel Nitro 5 wheels are the best! Summit Racing provides the fastest shipping too. 4 days and bam, they were on my truck.

Extremely well detailed, crisply molded, very nice options, very little flash or mold lines, decals are well printed. Responds well to aftermarket detailing. Either engine option builds into a very well detailed representation of the small block Chevy.

First off these wheels are amazing to look at. I ordered the 17×9 paired with Dick Cepek Extreme Country Tires 285/70/R17. I also had the TPMS, Mounted, and Balanced. 1st grievance is I received the tires without the rims which ended up being a mistake so it was corrected.

The customer service representatives are off the charts helpful. They RMA’d the 5 tires and at the same time I received 4 of my new wheels/tires. UPS sent my 5th tire to another state?!?! One of the rims were damaged so the rep sent another RMA for the setup of the 1 wheel/tire and I should be receiving a new one soon.

2nd grievance is (and this is not extreme terrain’s fault). I couldn’t get the wheels/tires mounted on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited for 2 reasons. 1st. you may (optional) need hubcentric rings 71.

5mm-87. 10mm so the hub bore will fit. 2nd I was told that I was not able to put these on my jeep because the tires would rub. That is not the case (unless you go off-road) Stock wheels have a 6. 25″ backspacing.

Well, these fuel wheels are -12mm offset which gives it 4. 5″ backspacing; this allows for the bigger tire. I will be lifting the jeep within a month but just know that these will fit. All and all these wheels are totally worth the wait and the gentlemen I spoke with on many occasions couldn’t be more helpful and patient.

These rims gave my jeep the exact pop and aggressive look I was searching for. In the sun they are actually a deep red. In shade and far away they do look black with red accents. Zero regrets though they look awesome!.

The wheels are tires are just as described and look great on the jeep. I did have scratches on one of the wheels, but it is minor (YOU CANT RETURN THEM). Also missing when you are purchasing these tires is the fact that you will need special lug nuts as well as TPMS x 4.

I realized that I had not ordered the TPMS (Tire Pressure monitor) minutes post my order and called, but was told I could not add them to the order (terrible system for service). I found out about the lug nuts the hard way while installing them.

Do your homework and take nothing for granted. In the end, it was my fault that I did not do my homework. Would have taken very little on Extremeterrain to add that as default to checkout.

These wheels are very heavy and good looking. They make my Jeep more rugged in appearance and are a decidedly significant step up from the steel, D window,16 inch wheels I had on before.

I get a lot of compliments on my rim and tire set up. The only thing I can say I don’t like, they are heavy but I knew that going in so I can’t really complain. Really makes my truck look mean and military.

I bought these rims after about a month of looking around. The picture on line helped but was nervous on final outcome. After installation I couldn’t believe the difference with my black 2012 Jeep Wrangler 4 Door.

I changed the stock 18inch wheel and few months back with an AT 18inch 265 tire and these rims bumped out the tire about 1. 5 inches and I have the off road look I am looking for without all the road noise.

What a great purchase. Only draw back is the locking lug nuts do not fit on these rims but the lug nuts are hidden behind a cap that is in place with Allen screws. Not a big deal for me. I would recommend these rims to anyone in the market for an upgrade.

Love the way it looks on my Jeep. However upon inspection I noticed the cap on on of my wheels was cracked due to over tightening one of the bolts. Also on the same wheel I was missing a valve stem cover.

Little things that kept this from a 5 star review but over all a great product.

These wheels have been an absolute game changer to the look of my truck. The matte black really makes it pop. Clean and simple look and 20 offset was exactly the look I was going for. Fast shipping and nothing but good things to say.

Overall, I love the way this setup came out. Completely changed the look of the pickup. This particular wheel and tire package is perfect for me as it added a lot of height and aggressive looks/stance while having only slight “poke.

” Although I like a wider stance I don’t like rock chips and this is a perfect setup for minimalizing that. Highly recommend both these rims and tires. Quality seems to be great and looks even better.

If you’re on the edge of buying yourself a similar setup, do it. You won’t regret it.

These wheels are nice. They look great and feel solid. They really put the finishing touch on my F150. There is a slight rub when I back in to park with the wheel all the way turned but that is something I can adjust too.

I have the Atturo Trail Blade X/T tire 33″ – 275/70R18.

The wheels are beautiful and look better in person! A nice size lip that’s about 4 inches. They are flush just like the website said and will look great when I get new tires. Very happy with my decision.

These Wheels will Completely change the look of the truck for the better. Shipping was fast and quick! I had some questions about these wheels and ExtremeTerrains Customer service really helped me out and solidified my decision to purchase them, even sending me a link including new lugs because the factory lugs don’t fit with these wheels.

After taking my truck to the shop to get these mounted, I can’t even begin to describe how happy I was seeing these wheels installed on the truck. I definitely recommend these wheels to anyone looking to get away from the stock factory look.

The wheels look great, they hold up to the weight very well and off road conditions I’ve put them through so far. They were a great price for what you get. The 1 and only downside was the balancing. There are 2 bosses on each wheel where the center cap bolts down that made it very difficult to spin balance them once I mounted the tires.

I had to take them into a shop where they just put bag weight in because they couldn’t spin balance them either. Other than that I would definitely buy more and recommend other to purchase these.

Was thinking about buying a new truck but really loved my truck but wanted to do something different. American trucks has awesome selection of rims and they didn’t disappoint with these rims! Matched them with a set of A/T tires and looking the truck makes it feel like a new truck to me again.

I didn’t want to mess with mods at this time but still wanted a slight poke. 20mm offset has my tires sitting flush with the sidesteps. The wheels look great in person, online pictures don’t do them justice.

Installed on Goodyear Wrangler TrailRunner ATs.

I like the wheels. And I was pleased with the finish on them. I got he from driving in a snow storm and they were clean. The snow and slush didn’t stick. That was a bonus.

The wheels look and fit good with a lift and 35s. The “bolts” are plastic and are pressed in to holes. I’ve had a couple snap off. Pretty disappointing. I found some replacements and had to glue them in.

I have the XD Addict 18×9 and they look very nice on my black jeep. I prefer a wheel with a simple look as opposed to a wheel with lots of details.

I had these wheels for more than 5 years now. I transferred them from my 2008 to my 2014 JK. They still look great.

I received the right rim but off on the offset and I’m having trouble reaching you guys . I want to return this one and get the right offset

really like the wheels will work perfectly for what I need them for did find a small ding in one of the wheels from shipping I assume but there going on a mud truck so not worried about it
