18 Best Wheels For Wrx (2022 Updated)

I cannot say enough good things about these wheels. The fit and finish is amazing, the quality is superb, and the price is incredibly good considering the fact these wheels have been tested and proven over the years.

I bought this exact size and color to use as my winter wheel setup with some snow tires and they fit perfect. My car is on OEM springs/suspension.

Looking to upgrade the OEM wheels on our 2013 Boss Mustang, we were first considering the Forgestar F14’s. Scrolling down past the Forgestar’s on AM’s site we found these TSW Nurburgring wheels. What appealed to me is these wheels are approx.

2 lbs. per wheel lighter than the Forgestar F14’s. Reading reviews I see a few mentioned problems with front wheels clearing spindle and needing to be Dremeled out. Not on the Boss! Wheels fit perfectly.

I went staggered with the 19 X 8. 5″ wheels for the front, and 19 X 9. 0″ for the rear. Maybe those having this fitment issue are using the 19 X 9. 0’s on the front also. Finish is suburb, quality is top notch.

I mounted the stock OEM PZero’s for now, and will be switching to a R compound race tire once we get a few track days under our belt. AM’s customer service is second to none. Originally AM shipped me 20 X 8.

5″s for the front, and with one phone call they had return UPS labels emailed to me in a matter of minutes, and correct wheels arrived four days later! AM has my business as long as I own the Boss, or until my wallet goes bust!.

After getting my Premium Nickel Luster Wheels stolen off my car (it’s true, left on blocks in my off street parking lot) I drove myself to near insanity trying to find the right wheel for my 2011. It came down to Forgestars and the TSW, and I went with the Nurburgring.

I chose the 19 x 8. 5 on the following criteria: Quality- Very well reviewed and manufacturing (Rotary Forged) process Weight- Lighter than any OEM 19’s and the Forgestars Appearance- Debated btwn a silver and the gunmetal, pleased with the gunmetal, it pops in the light, but can also be near black in low light Price- totally reasonable package price I did a great deal of research and came to conclude that the TSW wheels would work best for me and I am so pleased I got them.

I think they look truly fantastic and they appear to be extremely well made. The tires on my stolen wheels were Conti Extreme Contact DW’s seemed to offer better wet grip, but it has been colder since I have been on the Sumi’s, so no final verdict yet.

The guys that took care of my order were great, the wheels showed up when I was told they would and they went on that afternoon. I appreciate their customer service and will keep ordering all my Mustang parts through American Muscle.

Bought my wheels as I am making my mustang an auto cross focus build and wanted lightweight strong wheels that could be rotated(front to back). Decided on these and am not disappointed. I get compliments on them everywhere I go even in drive thru lines.

ONLY DOWNSIDE is they get curb rash very easily. Be careful.

Love the look of my truck now. When I got the wheels and tires the boxes were beat up bad. I was worried there was damage to the wheels but all the wheels are good but one of the center caps was broke so hopefully we will get that worked out.

Also factory lug nuts does not fit. Spent hours going to auto parts stores trying to find lug nuts that will fit. Beside the hassle of the lug nuts and one center cap being broke. I like the look of them and the stance my truck has now.

Very pleased with the outcome of my wheels and tires no road noise so smooth as well. With the lift the install took about 8 hours had two friends help in a shop and we knocked it out no real issues.

The truck drives better then it did stock, I’d recommend this setup to anyone. Thanks to American trucks for all there help!.

If you are in the midst of hours of research trying to find the perfect wheel to drop hundreds of dollars on like I did then I hope my review proves beneficial. When I started my journey, I wanted a wheel that was flush with the outside of my truck and ended up pulling the trigger on this wheel.

In terms of stance, this wheel helps out my truck a lot. And the wheels in general look sweet. If you want something to subtlety make your truck look better, then this is a good option!.

Great wheels. Love them. Cust svc = meh. Delayed shipping of wheels by a week and the hardware by two months. What am I supposed to do with that? Had to buy from a local retailer at 2x autoanything price.

Had them installed and hit a flooded pothole two days after. Asked them if they sell me a fifth at the discounted price of buying a set and they told me they would see what the MANUFACTURER would do.

I just wanted a small discount to help. Gonna get my catback elsewhere.

These wheels look great on my white Juke that has other red accents. The only bad thing is I have to be sure and get them switched out to my winter rims before any snow fall as I am afraid they might corrode from salt as they are not rated for winter.

But I knew that when I ordered them and they are priced accordingly. I think they look really sharp and add some colour without being over the top.

With your company was horrible it took me 3 times for you to get my order in with the finance company. BB WHEELS KEEP blaming the pay tomorrow. I called then after the order and they said your good to go.

Called back your company to make shure it was good I was told ok. Waited 3 days nothing called back Bb wheels. you blamed it on them went back and forth. Then you sent me the wrong lug nuts to my rims.

I didnt have a day off in 3 weeks. I took the rims to a tire shop to switch the rims to my Mustang. The shop couldn’t do the job wrong lug nuts to the rims. Wasted my only day off in 3 weeks. I drove to 3 different shops in florida that day finally found the lug nuts had to pay 5 dollars for 20 nuts out of my pocket.

Then you sent me the right nuts 2 days later black nuts to match my rims. Had to take the car back to the shop to get the black nuts on my rims. I could only find the chrome lug nuts that day. Looked horrible.

I will never buy any thing ever from your company again you could do nothing right. How can you run a bussisnes that way.

This wheels turn heads! The color is so vibrant they draw your attention. My SUV is blue and I have blue tailpipe that has the same colors as the wheels. The wheels arrive sooner than expected. I had a little trouble with the center caps not fit my front wheels because of an offset.

When trying to explain this to the manufacturer they told me they never had this problem before 🤔 as if. but anyway the problem was solved. They sent me center caps that were deeper and the problem was solved, they don’t match the center caps on the back but I’m satisfied.

Love wheels and look on my car. The only thing i wish i would have known is that the holes in these wheels are small and i had buy all new lugs when i got them put on. But shipping and quality is on point.

I bought a set not long ago from IIR and they arrived right away. Fitment to me is on point, flush with the fender. No need for fender rolling on stock suspension. Overall really loving the way they look on my car.

If you are going with larger tires on your JL, factor in the $249 for the cost of this programmer i addition to the new tires and rims. I put Toyo OpenCountry AT2 35×12. 50×17 tires (no lift) on my ’18 JL Rubicon 2 days after I purchased it.

The computer was forever searching for shift points. My gas mileage dropped substantially (20ish to 13ish mpg). After using the Superchips Flashcal F5 Programmer to program the tire size (34. 5), the computer now shifts smoothly and on my first tank, I am back at about 19mpg.

A few things are left out of the owner’s manual and the SuperChips YouTube video. You do not “easily” unplug the two wires and replug them into the Jumper Module. (They stay permanently plugged into the Jumper Module) Getting your hand in between and above the OBD2 port to initially unplug the two wires is quite difficult.

There is no room for a 2nd hand and no room for a screw driver. I could press down on the release clip (at the back of each plug) but not pull each out at the same time. I ended up going to my local garage and one of the mechanics (complaining and then nursing the cut he got from the under dash) was able to unplug them.

I plugged the programmer into the OBD2 port. I have a push button start, so pressed it TWICE to achieve the ignition ON without starting the engine. It took me less than 2 minutes to adjust tire size and turn off the seat belt notification.

There are a hundred more adjustments that can be made using the programmer. Once finished, you unplug the programmer. Additionally, I have to mention and give a big thumbs up to SuperChips for being able to update the programmer on a Mac! Programmer updates can be done on a Mac or PC! Highly recommended and a necessity if you are going with larger tires.

Bought four 17×8 3. 5” back space wheels for my gooseneck trailer. These wheels have a nice high weight rating and seem to be well built. The valve stem hole is punched from the inside so the néw valve stem slips in without getting torn unlike some other wheels I’ve bought.

The packaging was good and they mounted up and look nice.

Do NOT buy this product. Rec’d 4 wheels, had them mounted and attempted to balance. Severe runout on one wheel. Could not be balanced. Returned for credit. Replacement wheel backordered until 8/1/21.

Now I’m stuck with 3 wheels, 4 new tires that I can’t use for 5 months. Summit’s solution, buy 2 more similar wheels with a different back space that would push tires out 1/2″ past fender line.

Bought these as a set of affordable winter wheels and they have worked out fine – just be careful during installation of the center covers. Use blue loctite but do not over-tighten the retaining bolts; the plastic material is very brittle and easy to crack.

They’re also EXTREMELY expensive to replace, should you break one.

I got these in the matte black. They are much better looking then the picture shows. I did spend money on new black lugs not thinking and i wish someone would of pointed out they are covered but thats my mistake.

So far these look great. To soon to comment on how the finish holds up. But they fit my 2006 Grand Cherokee great and it is lowered and still no problems. I gave 5 stars as they look so much better then the picture shows.

Excellent service, excellent price, Excellent wheels as far as construction and fit and finish. Somewhat disappointed that i called Ultra customer service to ask about this wheel and if the picture on there website was representative of the 15X10 size.

I specifically asked if this wheel had the deep lip pictured. I was assured by Ultra it did. So, you guys had the best price and earned my business. When the wheels arrived I was disappointed because these wheels do not have a deep lip.

It is a very shallow lip. I still am running the wheels since my old wheels are already sold and shipped to the new owner. They look good on the truck, but not the look I was going for. they will get replaced again somewhere down the line when I can afford to buy more expensive wheels and get what I was originally looking for.

Just what I was looking for. An inexpensive black wheel for my 16 year old truck. They look 100% better than the tired looking stock wheels.

Got here quick and packaged safely. They fit just right and look awesome!! The only complaint I have is that they don’t come with lug nuts. They really should come with them. I have to buy some ($50).
