20 Best Whipped Cream Dispensers (2022 Updated)

I thought ICO is a reputable brand and bought their aluminium 0. 5L whipped cream dispenser. Only operated for only 200 times when it began leaking out during dispensing. Its easy to disassemble the valve and check the silicone o-ring and seat seal.

On the unit I got, the o-ring was too small and the seat seal was messed up during original assembly. The seat seal had large chunks of missing silicone. The problem seems to be that the valve body’s cylinder.

Good quality product but only makes the cream airy. Collapses after a few minutes. Ideal is something is being served straight away. Whipping the cream with a mixer gives a more stable cream.

This dispenser has an all-metal canister that is lightweight and easy to clean. I have two whipped cream dispensers and have used countless others and this is the best by far.

This is a review of the ISI 1 pint Gourmet whip. I’ve been using this cream whipper for two years in a home kitchen and it still looks new. It is an incredibly well made and machined piece of equipment.

This cream charger is rated by manufacturer for both hot and cold mixtures as well as for use with N2O and CO2 chargers. This gives it a lot of versatility. In addition to creating whipped creams and mousses, it can be used for hot foams, as well as for carbonating liquids and solids.

I primarily use this for cocktail making, when I want to serve a carbonated drink but I don’t want to water it down with seltzer. The sleek stainless steel look and mist created by carbonation add a lot to the presentation of drinks.

The cream whipper also allows you to create rapid infusions, letting you create homemade bitters that infuse in a few minutes rather that taking multiple days. The only downside I’ve found to the whipper is the high cost of chargers.

There is a fairly simple DIY method of adapting a beverage CO2 tank to fit the whipper and it works fairly well. There are also commercially available adapters, although I have not personally tried them.

The cream whipper is NSF listed and fairly easy to clean, although I‘d recommend a bottle brush in addition to the small cleaning brush that comes with the whipper. In short, this cream whipper is a well made, useful tool.

Great price for a fun and easy whipper. Even if I never use it for anything but whipped cream I’ll be happy. who wouldn’t with whipped cream!! This is the 2nd one I’ve ordered, one was a gift for a close relative.

Both boxes were a little rough looking so I probably wouldn’t want to give it for a wedding gift.

5 Stars all the way. I have own one for over 20 years. That I purchased another one few years now. Now, I have the little pint. Please, this size works very well. I do use it mostly for my homemade whip cream.

It always taste better then that store bought brands. I even switched to a new CO2 from Webstaurant. Named whip it. This can the CO2 have an effect on the flavors of your many choices in your iSi. From whip cream on your beautiful pies or hot cocoa.

To your sauces to inject into your meat of choice for that dinner party or for dessert the mouse you like to dispense of your choice from tips to have a wonderful presentation in a glass or chocolate mold.

All parts are dishwasher once separated. I usually hand wash with ease. As mentioned in the beginning. This item will last you. As it was made well to last over a lifetime.

This is an easy to use, easy to clean dispenser. The stainless steel bottle and head are rugged. The plastic dispensing tips have metal cores which should make them fairly durable. A couple of things to consider: A light coating of food safe lubricant on the threads of the gas canister holder will help in reducing escape of gas when charging the bottle.

(I use vegetable oil) Stainless steel ISI branded dispenser tips are available and address any concerns about the plastic dispenser tips.

This is our 3rd of the same type in 10 years. It is extra sturdy and well made. Our home made whipped cream is always a hit! it is so simple to make. Add a little Baileys, Tia Maria, Frangelica, Hazelnut Liquor, or other flavoring of your choice and you just rocked their world, because they will tell you “I have never had anything like this, it’s delicious! Was it hard to make”? At this point I become less than truthful and explain it is an old family recipe, and took hours to make.

Then I make the next batch right in front of them which takes 1-2 minutes. Which is why we have 3 whipped cream dispensors. They will empty the 1st and want more. So I change flavors, perhaps Kahlua? It is fun letting them choose the next flavor.

Very well-made. Works beautifully. Ergonomic design. Clear instructions. Would buy again vs. cheaper models.

This big one paint unit is just like the kind that they use at fancy restaurants and bakeries. It is expensive it is a thermal model that keeps the whipped cream cool for eight hours. Its really great it works great but if you have the money I guess its worth it!.

Been wanting a whipper for ages & finally got one. Works very well for both hot & cold. Been using it for as much as possible to experiment. I managed to get it for about £30 cheaper than the published price as I’d found it on the cream supplies website & asked about Nisbets beat any price by 5% offer.

A little heavy for small hands and it is slick stainless steel so you wouldn’t want to drop this on your toe. A pro quality product!

These cartridges work very well for making whipped cream or butter. I typically add Cinnamon Oil for a nice whip topping on coffees or french toast. You can also add a little bit of garlic oil and other spices to your cream and give it an extra shake or two to make whipped butter for spraying onto Toast or French Bread served with Lasagna.

I find it spreads a lot easier this way and is more decorative, when appearances add to the overall experience you are trying to present. These are priced very well too, some of these cartridges can get expensive and it’s all the same product really.

I will re order these again.

My family was overseas when I bought the whipped cream dispenser that goes with this cartridge. They brought lactose free heavy cream from Europe so we could make whipped cream for my daughter’s birthday cake.

She has to have her cakes and strawberries with whipped cream. The dispenser is very well made. The inner part for the seal is smartly designed. Seals very well, no leaking anywhere. Easy to put together.

If a cartridge that we can buy in Europe is compatible with the dispenser, then we are buying another dispenser for my father-in-law who is in love with the dispenser that this cartridge is for.

This whip cream canister broke after having it a few months, hardly used and broke. Very disappointed don’t recommend.

finally started using it after a year of purchase. It’s working great and keeps the liquid cool for a while as it’s thermos. I love using this!

I have made several batches of whipped cream and am always happy with the results. So much less hassle than dragging out the mixer. The problem is after washing it, the top traps water and breeds mold! My last batch smelled and tasted like mold.

So disappointing. I really like the product but this is a big problem. PC do you have a fix?.

I really liked this mini whipped cream maker as it was quick and easy to use. However, about 1. 5 years after receiving the maker (and only using it about 10 times), the pump handle snapped in half while I was making whipped cream so I can no longer use the product because I can’t get a replacement pump.

Since it’s over a year I also can’t make an exchange. I won’t buy it again because I don’t think the quality is worth it.

I have an older version of this. We have used it for several years and I am in the process of ordering a new one. You can use it for more than whip cream. I’m going o order a larger version so I can put pancake batter in it.

This way you can make a few pancakes at a time on demand. They come out fluffy. FOR WHIP CREAM-I use a table spoon of Agave, and a table spoon of vanilla. It makes delicious whip cream every time, and it’s a lot more healthy than using sugar.

Sometimes I use flavors like Irish Cream, or Strawberry, or Hazelnut. You can experiment and try what you like. This is the single most used item in our kitchen. I have purchased one as a gift for my mother who loves it.

Bought this as a present for my sister, and she absolutely loves this. She only uses this at home, so it’s a bit large for her needs, but it works like a champ! Easy to clean and work with. Stores her creations for days at a time in the fridge, sometimes up to two weeks before going bad.

Only real complaint is that it takes a LOT of CO2 to charge this. There is no gauge or way to tell if it’s charged enough, other than testing it out. If I bought this again, I would get her the smaller 1/2 Liter version.

Less CO2 needed, and she could work in smaller volumes rather than the larger volumes needed by the 1-Liter version.

This product is truly amazing! I love the stainless steel body and it has few parts keeping it easy to use. I’ve used this a few times so far and I’m simply amazed how every time I use it, the finished product is so professional looking.

Since the body is of a stainless steel construction the cream holds extremely well. The product is simple and easy to use and cleaning the dispenser is super quick. I just run it under hot water when i’m done using it.

I’m fond of the dispenser coming with two stainless steel nozzles, since most dispensers are plastic nozzles. I also used this with a co2 charger to make soda, which worked splendidly! The soda is super fizzy and tastes very fresh! Neat thing is you can put any liquid you want inside to make carbonated beverages!I gave this product 5 stars since I loved how well it works, the simple design, the durable construction and the ease of use.

Our newest favorite tool. We used to mix whip cream on our kitchen aid mixer and fit worked well, but it was time consuming. Having a dispenser is so easy and super fast. We are going to order another as a back-up.

We like the. 5 liter size as it only uses 1 N2O cartridge, not 2. It dispenses nicely, the whip cream texture is perfect, it comes with different tips, washes easily and you can make fresh whip cream in about a minute.

I ordered Mosa chargers which are known to be of high quality and I instead received a very small quantity of Mosa chargers and mostly Liss chargers which are known to be of lesser quality. Not impressed.

I will not order from this supplier again.

This product makes tons of thick, frothy cream from regular whipping cream. I really love it, except you have to be really careful the first time you pull the trigger or else you will shoot a stream of whipped cream several feet at a high velocity.

I accidentally shot cream all over my dog and the floor, but she didn’t seem to care too much while licking it all up.

It was just as I imagined. Great quality, fully breaks down to clean thoroughly and fits back together nice and secure! Perfect thank you!

I would have gotten a larger size if I were shopping in person, but it works great.

These are great cartridges because everything else which is on the market is filled with 8 grams of NO2, these have 10 grams, which means that if you follow your directions in terms of not over agitating the whipper, you will come out with a nice lean cylinder in which the whip cream went onto the product as opposed to forming in the vessel so that you can wash the whip cream down the drain.

Before I lucked up on these I was buying these on another website and about 1 in every 8 or so would fail, so I started studying and found that the ones filled with medical grade nitro are better cylinders.

The only thing which I am a little disappointed is that they aren’t advising you that in most states u must be 18 to use these. Love love love these , I have plus which means I pay a fixed price for shipping each month , so ordering 10 cases of 24 doesn’t stress my shipping budget.

Making your own whipped cream is the only way to go. I hate going to place, mostly fast food, and they top their shakes or latte’s with some kind of fake or light version of whipped cream. It just tastes like sadness and regret.

And why not make your own whipped cream? These N2O cartridges make it ridiculously easy. And the texture comes out even better than if you were to whip it by hand. We use 1 liter canisters so it takes two of these bad boys.

I buy these cartridges for our whipped cream canisters at our coffee shop. I have purchased other “brand name” cartridges at a significantly higher price, and haven’t noticed much of a difference in the quality of the whipped cream.

We have been using two of these dispensers in our restaurant for over two years with no problems. I noticed that some reviewers have rated the product poorly and have several complaints, but here’s the deal: Some folks have bought the 1 liter dispenser for home use.

that a lot of whipped cream! If it was purchased for home use or for an establishment that doesn’t use it much, that is not a reason to rate it poorly. We have NEVER had a problem with the valve leaking (not that it can’t happen, but it hasn’t happened to us after extensive, prolonged use).

Some have complained about the whipped cream not having good consistency, but there could be several factors there. Did they use two canisters of N2O? What was the quality of the cream and other ingredients? Was their “mix” too watery to begin with? We make perfectly whipped cream in several flavors, including adding liqueurs, and have always had great results.

One of the best products we’ve ordered from Webstaurantstore and would highly recommend, especially given the price.

This is the first time I’ve ever used one of these things and I made a huge mess. I used up 3 cartridges just trying to figure it out despite reading and following the directions. The first go round I hadn’t read the directions and installed the cartridge before screwing the lid to the canister.

Stupid I know. The second time the cream was liquidy and sprayed out like the jet setting on a shower head. After vigorously shaking it the whipped cream was as it should be. The third time a co-worker had complained that it didn’t work and again was liquidy so I made the mistake of opening the canister and cream exploded all over the place.

I gave it 4 stars despite everything because I definitely feel it was operator error. I put a mix of cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar in it and it worked fine and was tasty. I just made sure to whisk out the lumps in the sugar.

Bought these whip cream dispensers to dispense our fresh whipped cream which it does do. However, to get it dispense properly is quite a chore. We bought 3 units and all 3 units have an issue with the N2O valve.

Being that we bought the 1L unit, the instructions say to use 2 units of nitrous. We’re able to load the first tube in but when we unscrew the cracker to try and load the second unit of nitrous, the valve leaks what was loaded in previously and won’t stop unless we plug it with a thumb or finger.

Using only one nitrous unit doesn’t whip up the cream enough for proper consistency. It really needs 2 for the 1L bottles. But with these dispensers, we find that we need to use 3-4 nitrous units because we lose so much gas from the garbage valve that allows the gas and sometimes cream to come back out.

Been trying different techniques to try and solve this issue but so far nothing has worked except use more nitrous and wipes to clean up the mess it creates. Because of this fundamental issue, we cannot recommend this product.

Spend the extra money and get one that works the way it is suppose to and save yourself the headache that comes from breathing in too much nitrous.

Handhabung Kinderleicht. Vor Erstgebrauch erst hei dann Kalt aussplen. Gekhlte Sahne rein, Deckel drauf, CO ber ffnung zufgen 5-10 mal Schtteln. und mit ffnung senkrecht nach unten sprhen. Ergebnis find ich perfekt.

Zwar bis jetzt erst nur Sahne versucht aber die war sehr feinporig und war somit schn cremig. Bedienungsanleitung sehr gut verstndlich sogar in mehreren Sprachen. Ebenso darin Tipps wie zum Beispiel mit Puderzucker sen.

(Wusst ich z. B. nicht da ich Sahne zwar nie se aber trotzdem schner Tipp) Hab auch schonmal Schokosahne mit Kakao gemacht. Mein FAZIT: Ja, der Preis ist nicht gleich 0815. Ich achte auch auf mein Geld aber.

Wen wer ein Sahnesyphon mag ist diese Variante ein MUSS so finde ich, da ja auch das Edelstahl bei Ordnungsgemer Handhabung eeewwwig hlt. Ich bereue meinen Kauf nicht, gebe aber auch zu das ich lange berlegt habe.

KANN Ihn aber wirklich empfehlen. Zumal ich demnchst auch warme Sachen versuchen werde. sag nur schaumcremsuppe ^^.

TranslateShow in original languageDer Spender (0,25L) sieht durch das schlichte wei gut aus. Von dem Sprhkopf war ich angenehm berrascht – macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Das Aufschrauben der Druckkapsel geht sehr leicht und angenehm (kein Vergleich zu dem Gert meiner Eltern aus den 80ern!).

Negative Punkte habe ich nur zwei: erstens erfordert der “Druckpunkt” extrem viel Feingefhl. Eine Idee zu weit am Hebel gezogen und es schiet sehr viel Sahne raus ohne aufzuschumen. Das passiert besonders gerne am Anfang, wenn der Spender noch voll ist (200ml Sahne + 1 Patrone) – dadurch ist es auch schnell leer (reicht aber fr einen ganzen Erdbeerkuchen).

Vielleicht wre die 0,5L Variante doch besser. Zweitens lassen sich die Sahnetllen aufschrauben (erstmal positiv), sind dann aber nicht dicht gegenber der Verschraubung. Wenn die Sahne dann wieder flssig wird, luft es aus (Hab einen O-Ring drunter gesetzt, dann luft nichts mehr aus.

Alles in allem aber ein gutes Produkt mit guter Qualittsanmutung.

An der Auenmarkierung des Sahnespenders kann man sich sehr gut orientieren, um nicht die Fllmenge zu berschreiten. Die Sahne kam in der richtigen “Hrte” aus dem Spender. Von mir bekommt dieser Sahnespender eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
