20 Best White Bathing Suits (2022 Updated)

LOVE this swim top. I am 5’4, 120lbs, and a 36B, and a small fit perfectly. A great top for running around after toddlers, bending to play in the sand, and still feeling a little sexy and supported. I prefer to add the strap, which I wish connected at the center but that is hard to find.

This is the first bathing suit top I have loved since I had kids. I think I would have loved it before that too though :). Definitely a timeless piece that can be mixed and matched so easily! Also, it feels like good quality, but time and wear will tell over this summer.

I bought the deep dive teal and it’s a bit darker than the picture shows and very flattering. I am 5’4”, 158lbs with a 36DD chest and consider myself long torso (for have a short stature) and this fit beautifully in a size 10.

I usually wear a size 10 jeans but size 10/12 in suits due to my chest. This is extremely flattering on with the ruching around the waist and held up well when lounging in the pool (although I wasn’t doing laps).

I would probably still wear the strap if walking around a lot or doing a lot of swimming but this is much better than other strapless swimsuits I’ve bought, the cut fit me well and didn’t make me feel matronly.

I plan to buy a second one in a different color- maybe berry or mango.

Super flattering, strapless suit! I went to Dillard’s, hoping to find a ruched strapless suit in navy, and I couldn’t believe it when I actually saw this hanging on the wall! I am 5’7′, about 163 lbs with curvy hips and bust, and a size 12 did the trick.

I may have been able to size down, but I did go swimming in this and it stayed in place just fine. Strong boning keeps the top in place, but there is an optional halter strap for added peace of mind if you’re worried about the top coming down.

This is probably the best bikini I’ve ever worn! The top has moulded cups which give a great shape, support and fit, and it’s comfortable too. I’m quite large at 30FF so comfy bikinis which look good on have always been elusive, until now! I don’t risk spilling out of this one and I feel secure in it without the straps digging in around the neck or back.

I got size 12 top and 10 bottoms which fit perfectly. I can’t recommend this bikini enough! I’ve also bought this style in 3 other colours!.

I really wanted to love this beautiful swimsuit and had hoped it would work for my mature figure, The truth is it runs incredibly large and I could have definitely sized down. It was way too large for my 36C/D top.

It provided full coverage and then some. I would suggest that if you purchase this top to size down at least one size if you are average busted. Sadly the bottoms fit good but i could have sized down an entire size in them as well.

Back they went.

La Blanca suits have been my favorite for years. I have to say I was disappointed in the bikini top. Instead of the hook in the back of the top, it is two strings that need to be tied. They tend to come untied when the suit gets wet so you need to do a double knot which is not comfortable when you are sitting in a chair.

Please bring the clasp in the back of the swimsuit top back! For the price you are charging, we need to have a comfortable & secure top.

I generally wear a 30FF-G in Freya sizing (Beachhut suit 30G fits great and as does the Fancies plunge bra) but the 30FF was huge in the cups. I would recommend ordering one cup size down at least. The size issue was probably exacerbated by the fact that this bikini has more padding/structure than most of the suits I’ve ever tried on.

Band fit great though.

How awesome it is to be able to buy a bathing suit top in bra sizes. 38 D fits me perfectly. Now I’m looking through the Freya bras to try and find the exact top in a regular bra. Any advice?

The bikini top is just gorgeous. I got this in the hot pink – the top is so supportive and comfortable, without having that bra look to it. Funky colours and the crochet pattern makes it super pretty.

Best bather top I ve bought. I found the bottoms a little skimpy/small for my liking, but that s just personal preference. Mix and match this stunner of a top with whatever bottoms you like!.

I own at least 6 LaBlanca swimsuits because of fit, style, and quality. I am 5’5”, 127 pounds, 34B. I usually buy LaBlanca two-piece top in size 4 and bottom in size 6. I decided to buy this one-piece because the style and pattern are very attractive and I felt I could use a suit with more coverage than my bikinis for days when I need more coverage from sun or when the air is cooler.

I ordered the 4 and the 6 not knowing what fit would work. I kept the size 4 because the top of the suit fit better than the 6 without compromising bum coverage or swimsuit length. This suit looks great with a flowing, long pants coverup.

I found the fabric stretchy and roomy, very comfortable. I want this suit in the new hot coral, but sadly it is sold out in size 4…I am on the waitlist which I found works well to finally deliver on out of stock items.

This was my 3rd suit I ordered this season, returned the other 2. I found a winner! I ordered Indigo color, so beautiful! It is also sliming color, without being a typical black suit. The cut and ruffle are very flattering.

I haven’t worn it in the pool yet, I’m not sure how the top will hold up, without the straps. I feel it could have a bit more support for a double D size. Such as, another elastic band underneath bust.

Other than that seems like it will work well. Again, it is beautiful and well made.

I gained some weight, so I don’t expect my suits from 2015 to work. I bought this suit thinking it’s cute and colorful. I ordered the 22W and did not find that it was flattering for me. I read another review of the lady who is 5″10 and 270 pounds and bought an 18.

I am 5’6 “so perhaps I needed a smaller suit. Honestly, I just think there is too much fabric to be flattering for me. If I could find it in a store where I could try on multiple sizes, I may find something that works.

But, at this point, I’m just going to return it and stick with the bikini and tankini that worked.

Feel covered yet sexy in this very comfortable swimsuit. Im large busted and often it’s hard to find something that shows skin and yet is covered. This is it! I have in this black foil and also in the bronze I love it so much.

It works great to wear even as a bodysuit off the beach too. Fits true. The mesh part is fine so does need to make sure you don’t snag but it’s not extra delicate that you’re expecting a one and done.

I love this suit, the high leg cut is so flattering, I always feel my hips are not curvey enough and this suit somehow makes it look great! At the same time it does not bring attention to my tummy which has always been a problem area for me.

However if you have a long torso like me you definitely want to size up. Also this suit is not really for swimming if you know what I mean, but it sure does look good on!.

The material feels cheap and absolutely no lining. The entire thing might as well be made of mesh because you can see right through the bust area. I would have posted a photo but it would have been too XXX.

One nip was half out the mesh and the other was completely transparent through the white material. I really wish the quality of this suit would have been a lot better especially for the price point.

I loved this swimsuit. It was very slimming across the mid-section. I only returned it because I felt like my chest area was pulling down on the strings and it made the straps too tight across my shoulders.

Becca swimsuits are my absolute favorite. They always have fabulous styles and really look flattering on my body type, I am 5/2, size 10. I love how the material stretches but also has a lot of support.

I love everything about this. I’ve been eyeing it for a very long time, but came across it again recently and had to purchase it and I am glad I did. I’m normally a L/XL top and a 38dd/ddd or 40dd, and I purchased a 16.

Even thought I was nervous about it being a triangle bikini, it fit beautifully. There was enough coverage and support that I didn’t feel exposed. The colors are vibrant just like the picture online.

My only issue is the neck tie pieces were not in the loops for the straps that are vertical and it took me a little time to figure it out. Once I had it on with the bottoms. Hot diggity I looked good.

I hope the bring this version of the Beach Babe top back because those extra straps make a huge difference. I absolutely love this top!.

This bikini top is awesome! It can easily be mixed and matched with other bottoms. The very best part of this bikini top- each cup has enough fabric to actually cover and support!! It is designed for an actual, real person.

I followed the sizing chart and I am very pleased with the fit and the look of this bikini. I’m a size 12 in jeans and a 38C, so I bought size 18 bottoms and size 14 top and the fit is great. I was disappointed that one of the foam inserts in the bikini top was creased which was obvious when wearing it.

Because I live in Canada, the exchange was more of a hassle then it was worth so I bought replacement foam inserts locally and replaced it easily (it actually looked better than the original inserts!).

International shipments are sent without tracking which is disappointing. I wish this company would have informed me of this prior to purchasing. Customers service from this company is also greatly lacking and requires much improvement.

I like the bikini but this will be my last purchase with this company due to the poor customer service.

To start off, you should just get this suit. I am extremely picky when it comes to suits and have LOOKED. I look at hundreds of suits, early in the year because I know how picky I am about mine. It has to look like a swimsuit-not just a plain, tight tank top.

It has to look classy, mature, hold my boobs up without pulling at my neck and shoulders, keep my boobs IN when I dive, suck my belly in-without feeling like a corset, cover my back fat, but most importantly, be comfortable enough to move around and play with my kids.

It, literally, checks every requirement I have for a swim suit. With these requirements, I usually end up buying a high-neck, very conservative top. This is a nice change. I’m pretty conservative when it comes to showing any cleavage, and it does show a little more than I’m used to, but I did that intentionally and my husband’s not complaining! As far as modesty, I’d give it a 6-8, depending on your definition of modest.

There are only two negatives: 1- The butt coverage is not enough. It goes a little too high. I wear shorts over my suits, so it’s not a deal breaker for me, but worth mentioning 2- There aren’t MORE colors available.

I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to have one in brown. It would look so lovely with a nice tan. I would also LOVE one in emerald/dark green. These colors would be incredible additions to the line. Overall, I am thrilled with this suit and will keep my fingers crossed more colors will become available soon…like next week.

I love love this bathing suit. I, like millions of other women, are not interested in a high cut on the leg. They just don’t flatter me. So finding this suit was a godsend. Particularly since it has such a sexy and flattering upper half.

The thin straps in the square cut and a neckline just low enough to be more than alluring. And the coral color is stunning. Please. Anne Cole, don’t ever discontinue this cut, and restock it in Navy! And maybe yellow! Hot pink! And a really true black.

Well, I love this suit so much I have it in navy, black, orange and white. It’s sexy, comfy and the material is wonderful. It is a little cheeky. The cut of this suit is perfection because it hides the belly and the “v cut” front gives you an hourglass shape.

I feel great when I wear it! I highly recommend!!! I have a long torso, so I do size up one size for extra length. Works perfectly for me.

This is the third identical suit I’ve bought in the past year. I live in FL and am in a pool 4-5 days/wk, as well as the beach so I wear them out fast. This suit is very high quality and I love that it’s padded.

I would recommend going one size smaller from your clothes size.

Doesn’t fit well, the inside cups do not stay in place, and the inside elastic meant to hold in place your breasts does not do so therefore the bust line is not flattering. The waist line band fits in the widest part of your torso and does not accentuate the waistline.

The bottom rides up the elastic used and the lycra used is quite thin.

Beautiful suit….but the lattice cut outs wear not even so one side bulged out and didn’t run smooth to the body. It was more of a defect. It fit fine in size, just not well made.

I started to not even try this on because I thought it would be a little much, but I am so glad I did. It looks great on and is really flattering. I cannot wait to wear it this summer.

This suit fit well and true to size. I am 5’5″, 25x28x38 (32D), with a shorter torso and petite shoulders, and typically wear a size 6 in swimsuits. The size 6 fit and was appropriately snug as a new suit.

They get looser in the water and tend to stretch out so I like them snug when brand new. I usually buy Trina Turk and La Blanca in cuts that are a bit more revealing (lower cut or more back exposed).

I bought this because I thought it would be good for mumming or when I need a durable swimsuit when I’m active (paddle boarding, swimming in the ocean). I have the hooded zip up swim shirt in the same color.

I was bummed they didn’t quite match. The swim top was a bit more orange and the suit was more pink. The color of this suit is a subdued and wasn’t as flattering as brighter options I tried on. The rouching is flattering and held me in but the back seemed plain.

The leg openings are lower and made my legs look shorter. The back comes up high and actually made my back look bigger than styles that k have that show more of my back. My 8 year old told me this looked bad in me, especially the back.

He was complimentary of other suits I tried on. I decided at age 41, I want comfortable and practical but just a bit sexier than this style. It is a fantastic style, good quality, and fits wonderfully so I can see the appeal of this suit.

I just didn’t feel great when I put it on so it will go back.

Ordered my usual size. Received it just in time to pack it for a month long Regent cruise. First day on the ship I slipped it on and it fits nothing like the 10+ other Tommy bahama suits I own. Luckily I’d packed those! Too big, stitching makes awkward shaping, see through.

All around major disappointment. I’m not the only one, see the other reviews! I threw away the shipping packaging removed the tags and packed it in my suitcase, Tommy bahama suits have been so reliable and perfectly manufactured and sized for as long as I’ve purchased them so I didn’t think it would be any different this time!.

This is NOT my 1st Tommy Bahama one piece swim suit, but at this rate, it could be my last! Purchased the one piece white, asi like the strapless. The top of the suit is huge compared to the ones I have, same size.

The suit is sheer in some spots specifically across the middle, stomach area. Also the suit came with a stain on it. Extremely disappointing.

I love the color and thought I would like the style but this did not work for me. I have an ample bust and I was spilling out of this style top. I also found that the wide straps were twisting around and showing the white lining underneath.

I had to keep adjusting them. I sized up for my large bust but it seems I really needed a smaller size to lift up and hold everything in. The bottom were better and not skimpy with coverage but I guess I ordered too large as they weren’t really staying in place.

I probably should have exchanged for better sizing but I was hurrying off on vacation.

I love the pattern of this fabric (I ordered the navy) and have had great success with Boden bikinis in the past. However, I do not like the new trend of a band at the top; it cuts right into me where I am fleshy and creates a very unattractive line.

That was the case with this bottom and I had to return it. A larger size would just be baggy in the seat. Please Boden, offer the same fabric in a plain bikini bottom for those of us that like “retro”!.

I was SO covetous of this entire bikini set; I kept dithering over purchasing and then finally went for it. Then a month of back order delayed gratification. Finally, it arrived today. I am an exact 8 in all Boden items except shoes, and this size 8 bottom was true to size and comfy.

BUT. At 5’4″ I’m pretty short, and with the top (in which I also ordered an 8 – it ran small and was way too tight around my ribs) it just covered way too much of me for a bikini. it looked like one of those very amply cut suits you might see on a grandma at a beach in Florida.

It does seem like it’d stay on well in waves (one of the big selling points for me) but I’d say the suit set would look best on women at least 5’5 or taller. (me: 5’4″ and 135 lbs. ).

I love this top! So much I bought another color. Ordered several swimsuits and this one was my first or second favorite. I prefer neck ties so I can adjust support better. High quality swimsuit. 5’6″, 128 pounds.

I am between a 2-4 (usually 4) in regular clothes and bought a size 4 in both the top and bottoms. They fit but could also do a 6. I’ll probably exchange for a 6 just to be on the safe side.

This top has an underwire and gives great coverage. Great value on sale.

I feel like quite a few of Summersalt’s swimsuit designs ride the line between cute and grandma-ish. This is one of those suits. However, when I tried it on, the front was so much more flattering on my post-two-pregnancies body than any other suits that it won me over…until I wore it to a public kiddie pool and realized that my nipples were basically on full display the whole time.

Like very detailed outlines. I’m a nursing mom, so mine are probably more…uh, active? textured?…than some, but I was super self-conscious the whole time. I guess I just didn’t realize the fabric would do such a poor job at hiding that.

So now I really regret buying the suit, as I’m very uncomfortable wearing it anywhere but maybe my backyard with only my immediate family. Lesson learned…don’t buy a suit without cups or extra padding in the chest.

Less significantly, I think Summersalt and I disagree on what full butt coverage is. I’ve tried many suits with the most butt coverage available, and many of them in long torso (even though I really don’t have a long torso, but I guess when you’re 5’8” you automatically do).

This suit (along with all the others) is a bit more cheeky than I’d prefer. And it does ride up a bit when bending over, which I need to do quite frequently with small children. So in addition to crossing my arms or holding my child certain ways in an effort to hide my nips as much as possible, I was also wearing running shorts over it.

This swimsuit is just not ideal for how I’m using it, which I unfortunately didn’t realize until it was put into action and therefore too late to return. On the positive side, at least I don’t have to worry about excess cleavage or a boob popping out with the high neck.

I am an apple-shaped size 16, size C cup, so naturally, I was stoked to find Summersalt, which touts inclusive sizing. I even ordered the “long torso” version of this suit to allow for a comfortable fit around my tummy.

I was so eagerly awaiting the arrival of my package for an upcoming resort trip to Mexico, but was sorely disappointed when it arrived. The lower portion of the suit was way too tight, and despite being the “long torso” version of this suit, rode up in the butt/crotch area.

Interestingly, the upper half had the opposite issue and was WAY too big – lifting up my left arm caused my left nipple to make an appearance. For a brand that takes pride in its inclusive sizing, I would have liked to see more thought put into designing a suit that would actually work for a larger body.

For example, it was disappointing that there is no strap adjustment feature on this suit. Also, the way the back is designed asymmetrically, while visually pleasing on the model, doesn’t take into consideration ladies with back fat.

Because of the design of the suit, my back looked great on my right side (all tucked in), but I had back fat spillage on the left side. The only thing worse than an unflattering swim suit for back fat is a LOPSIDED unflattering swim suit.

This is a big nope and I’m so disappointed about it – I truly wanted this suit to be all it claims to be. Thanks but no thanks, Summersalt. Alas, I found a great-fitting sassy suit at a local shop on sale for $24.

I was very excited to finally receive my color block one piece. After reading how it was designed using so many different body prototypes I felt like my short, big boobs, smaller hipped apple body would finally be able to be comfortable in a one piece (I usually wear a different size on top and bottom in a tankini).

When I put the suit on it was clear it was very high quality material and that it provided a lot of support and was not thin and see through like so many suits. The blue and green color was gorgeous, and I LOVED how it looked from the front.

It gave me adequate boob coverage for my double Ds. I was so excited! The compression was amazing without being tight! Then I turned and did the back view, and BAM! My heart was broken. The cut of the upper back where the diagonal strap comes across cut WAY too low for my body that carries the dreaded “back fat” in the bra strap area.

I know so many women with this same issue that I was really disappointed to see that this suit cut so low beneath that area that it actually lifted and accentuated it! The compression of the suit cut into it so it spilled out over the back and literally looked like a third boob on my back.

I tried tugging and pulling every which way but the suit is simply cut farther down the back than I am comfortable with. If this suit provided more coverage across the back, like to the arm pit area, (basically if the back looked like the front) it would be 100% perfect! For reference, I am 5’2, 155 lbs and short waisted.

So if you have a long torso it will not cut this low on you. I really wanted to love this suit and hope that they can come out with a style that gives more upper back coverage. I was so sad to have to return it! I briefly considered wearing it ONLY with a cover up and not to swim but then realized I didn’t want to pay this much for a suit I am not fully comfortable in.

I do love the quality and I will be checking back to see if there are any changes to the cut in the future. The return was very easy so I am still a huge fan! :).

Lovely style and ribbed material. However they are small fitting. I’m normally a size 12-14/M so ordered a size 14 and they were very snug and unflattering. Would need at least a size 16 for a more comfortable fit.

Definitely recommend sizing up in these.

Absolutely love this bikini! I love the colour and fabric. It’s not too revealing and very comfortable. I also got the matching bikini top, and the set looks great together. I bought a size down, and it fit well, so might be worth sizing down.

Brought the set for a future holiday in 2022. Love the colour and fit and it does look almost like high end. It’s simple but effective and not too revealing either. Has good stretch and feels comfortable.

Very light and easy to pack and as its not too bold could match many sarongs, cover ups and shorts. Love it and need another colour now.

I am 5’7” / 140 lbs / 34B. I bought the small and it worked out fine. I thought the small would give me a massive camel toe but looked very flattering overall. I could tell the arm holes were a little short and would slide off the shoulders when swimming and the leg cut wasn’t as high cut as I thought it would be so I would recommend getting a medium if that’s available.

My nips totally poked through so maybe look into water-based nipple covers. I got the suit in red and it was opaque for everything else after getting wet. It was a super fun and flattering suit to wear for a day on the lake!.

Let me start with my measurements: I am 5’3, 130lbs, 32B, short torso, big thighs/butt. I got a SM/M. The suit is very sexy. I really love it and the cut. If you have a similar body type and get a small, you have to be okay with the following: wearing it as a thong, the very low cut top and the flattening of your boobs.

If so, then you’ll love it! I wear it exactly like that and added bathing pads in the breast area to avoid seeing my nipples. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable because the suit is snug, is you can almost see my vag.

like the outline. Although that is a little TMI, I think it is important to share. I may have tried a M/L but I didnt realize you cant return overstock. I think they should reconsider their sizing because but for that, I believe all the issues would disappear.

I still recommend the bathing suit. I’m excited to wear it and will embrace it’s risqueness because I’m wearing at my MF bachelorette party, so I’m gonna rally!.

These suits are very cute and great quality. Sadly, they just don’t seem to work for my body. For reference I’m 5’1 100lbs I’m normally a size 0-2, but I have a large chest. Following the recommendations for busty girls to size up, I got a M/L.

It fits just “OK”. It’s a little too loose in the waist yet because these are cut short, there is just not enough coverage in the bust area. It’s extremely difficult to keep my chest contained in this.

I could deal with the slightly loose waist, but because of how the chest area fits, I cannot wear this in public. I can only wear it when it’s just me and the hubby in the hot tub. Bummer, because it’s really cute and comfy.

I think as long as you’re not too tall or large in the chest area these will probably fit very well.

Not sure about this. I have the black version of this swimsuit and I loved how flattering it was. So I ordered the white In the same size. So I know that white isn’t always that flattering, specially as my skin is basically as pale as the costume.

Still really nice and flattering swimsuit, but fit was different to the black one. Almost was smaller! The top squished the tiddies more and there was more side boobage. I mean it looks like it has that effect anyway from the models pictures.

Just not what I was expecting. Am yet to see if it turns see through with water. But material does feel like good quality.

Fabric is good, not too thin – not too thick. Fitting was way off for me tho: I’m short (5ft4 – 162cm) and the EU34 was good, however something about the shape made me look so weird, especially in the chest area.

From up front I looked flat (while I do have boobs), but then there was also this weird side-boob popping up. Felt like the hulk? Sadly no pics, should’ve taken some. Would recommend the blue version (South Beach x Miss Molly), slight difference in top and looks great, kept that one!.

Super cute, really high cut so that bikini area better be correct. True to size but stretchy. I have a small bust so the side boob was pretty minimal but our bustier sisters might want to be aware that overspillage is a distinct possibility in case that matters to you.

I was looking for a plunge one piece and tried several. None of them fit right. I wanted something to cover my stomach on the days when I’m feeling self-conscious. There are cups to keep the nips covered.

This one has the most flattering backside. There’s no tension on the shoulders and no knot in the back to prevent you from leaning back. It’s not too tight and not loose. I have a scar on my chest and the piece of fabric keeping the plunge together covers it perfectly.

I think the tan lines will be a mess but I don’t care. Since I have a private backyard I haven’t had to wear it in the water yet so I’m not sure how it’ll hold up, but other reviews said everything stays in place.

I bought this in a medium, and I am athletic, 36B, 145 lbs and 5’7. I found this to be WAY too tight, like I could finally breathe when I took it off. It’s cute, but not worth it. For the price, I’m disappointed in how plain it is in person too.

I am betting I’ll find something for half the price that is more flattering and fits better. I’m not going to bother getting the next size up.

Seriously felt like a sexy woman in this suit even with the extra covid 15 lbs. This suit works well for short waisted builds with big busts. I’m 5’4 with 32DD. Yes, I was concerned that the ladies were going to spill over, but I will say that ocean and pool swims never resulted in a nip slip.

Best purchase on a swimsuit I have made in years.
