This mouthwash seems designed to appeal to users whose primary goal is a fresh-tasting mouth and socially acceptable breath, along with whiter teeth and stronger enamel. The active ingredient is the old standby, sodium fluoride, plus a bunch of inactives like propylene glycol (main ingredient in antifreeze), hydrogen peroxide, and disodium phosphate.

I got this mouthwash for the boys, who normally use a mass-market brand with a high alcohol content. Although they initially dismissed this mouthwash as not strong enough (no alcohol) after a few weeks of use have conceded that it’s worthy of four stars.

I am very picky about mouthwash, and use it as part of a multi-step nighttime program to keep my teeth/gums in halfway decent shape. I don’t care if my breath is kissably fresh, but want to avoid more root canals and worse.

To me, this mouthwash feels overly aggressive and effervescent, like rinsing my mouth out with carbonated mint soda. In combination with the dentist-recommended Mi paste I apply every night as the last step in the routine, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

So, not for me, but people who want an assertive mouthwash will probably love this Crest product.

If you already have clean white teeth, I don’t think that you’ll see much of a difference. However, I am a lifelong coffee drinker and I noticed my teeth were getting yellow. I used the crest whitening strips, the toothpaste and this rinse and after a few months, the stains were gone.

I don’t have bright white teeth, but these products will make a significant difference. You will not get that bright white look that you can only get at the dentist office, but after a year of daily coffee drinking, I am pretty happy with the way my teeth look.

It has kept the staining under control.

My teeth were whiter when using but I also developed some sensitivity. The biggest thing was my gums and cheek started to peel. As if it had eaten away at some layers of skin. Very scary! But it was like a film coming off like green bean skin or really thin onion skin….

Maybe even compare it to thin layer from warmed up milk. Not to frightening but not normal so to me scary. My gums also became sensitive. This was my claim years ago and now as I’ve tried it again this week.

Maybe I’m just allergic to the formula. But personally I would not recommend this. Everyone is different you can try for yourself. I’d say if you have sensitive teeth or gums don’t do it. If you want to try something try from followed by or if that’s too much try an or followed by if you are ok with fluoride.

This is a massive bottle – and it is full to the brim. My advice is to hold it with as little pressure as possible when you open it first time, over the basin. It came flooding out when I opened it, like a mini tsunami! I hand minty hands all day! I’m not complaining because actually all products should be full – not half full packets like almost all of them are.

As for it’s taste, it’s not my favourite mouthwash, the taste is too gentle for me but it has a stronger after taste to the tip of the tongue which is unusual, and which I liked. If you like your mouthwash gentle this is for you but it’s not for people who want a bit of eye watering strength like I do.

Superb value for money none the less.

I really thought this would add some ‘oomph’ to my whitening routine. I am a faithful coffee drinker. Multiple cups a day so I need something that is really gonna tackle those stains, in conjunction with my toothpaste.

I find it doesn’t really aid in whitening but it does do a phenomenal job in ensuring my breath is fresh. It’s got bite to it because of the alcohol, but not awful like others. Try it for the breath benefit’s if anything!.

I absolutely love Snow products and was not disappointed when trying The Arctic Frost Whitening Mouthwash. This mouthwash is the perfect addition to the Snow product line. This is the last step to finalize your cleaning teeth routine.

I use after finalizing my 10 min + LED Whitening process to remove the excess serum and freshen up. I use on its own after brushing my teeth in the morning. It’s the right amount of mint taste and leaves your teeth smelling wonderful and adds that extra whitening.

Great flavor. Prepares my teeth for use of my new Snow cordless blue light toothbrush. I exclusively use Snow products. They are extremely effective in keeping my teeth clean and my smile bright. I see my hygienist twice a year and she always comments on how great my teeth and gums look.

This is one of the best active wear sunscreens I have used. It works very well. I live in Florida and sun screen is a must. This one is perfect for days when your active out side. It’s not harsh in your skin but it’s a little thicker.

I definitely recommend this brand to anyone that goes out in the sun and especially to people that are active out in the sun and get sweaty because this does stay on even when you’re sweating. So it perfect for kids as well teenage boys and teenage kids because they are very active and being in Florida it gets very hot so this stays on without it running off from sweat it’s water resistant up to 80 minutes as well so you don’t have to keep lathering on every 20 minutes to make sure you’re kid doesn’t get burnt.

This product is really great. It was my first time using this and I was very happy with the results. I noticed on my gums were not as sensitive after using this for a few days. I also noticed how my teeth slowly begin to become less yellow.

It is a little pricey. It is more expensive than the Listerine products. I would probably purchase this about once a month. I do like this though.

This mouthwash is very difficult to find in stores but if you do find it BUY IT ASAP! Hands down my favorite ever mouthwash! It’s peroxide based so it does foam but not much! Doesn’t have that strong listerine taste either, it’s actually a sweeter mint flavor! I highly recommend this one!.

I’ve been using the crest whitening system for years now. As of now, I use their crust 3-D white toothpaste and the crest pro-health extra whitening mouthwash. I use the toothpaste and then the mouthwash twice a day, and sometimes I’ll use the mouthwash in the middle of the day to freshen up.

The system truly works! I get compliments all the time about my teeth and ask what kind of whitening strips I use, etc. I personally don’t like whitening strips because I think that they are very harsh and they leave my teeth feeling sensitive.

I just don’t think that they are necessary if you are diligent about your oral health. Also, I use the Oral B glide floss picks twice a day. To be truthful, I didn’t start flossing my teeth regularly until about a year ago, but it’s a MUST.

Use this system diligently and you were on your way to pearly whites! I think this product is the true “rockstar” in my oral health routine because it doesn’t burn or make my teeth sensitive, but I think it provides the most whitening benefits.

This product stained my teeth brown and this was told to me today by my dentist. Faithfully brush with Oral B electric toothbrush and floss at twice per day and visit dentist for exam and cleaning twice per year.

Started using Crest Pro-Health Advantage Mouthwash about 6 months ago and my teeth started to turn brown. Never made the connection to this junk as the cause until I met with my dentist today and the minute I listed the dental hygiene products I use she instantly identified the Crest mouthwash as the cause and told me many other of her patients have had the same nasty side-effect.

I got this product free from #topbox and Crest in return for my honest opinion. I used this alcohol free mouthwash for over 10 days before writing this review. The good part is I love the taste and how it gives a fresh feeling after use.

Love that its alcohol free and so I also had my daughter use it. She didn’t complain of the burning too much. Great size of the bottle and great for a big family. The only one thing I’m a bit worried about is the teeth staining.

I read the label at the back but I didn’t expect my teeth to start staining. After using just over a week I felt a light staining on my lower teeth and so I discontinued the use for now. I will give it another try after a few days to see if its the main casue of the staining or something else.

I saw this mouthwash amongst the other mouthwashes and the bottle was pretty, it was minty and it said it strengthened enamel which I need. Although, I don’t know if enamel can be strengthened? its the strongest substance in the human body.

Doubt it. I, however, fell for it. The taste. disgusting. Its not a minty flavor at all. It taste like an aspartame sweetened fruit drink. It has a minty after taste but I cannot and will not be using this again.

Do not buy.

This mouthwash is good. Now, even if the product is good, why am I giving a 3-star rating. Please read below the factors: – I ordered 32OZ-With-Pump, but never received the pump. – On the package slip came with shipment, I saw a remark “pump on back order”.

I got no notification on their website about this while ordering; nor did I receive any email on this. Just someone wrote with a pen. This is very unprofessional. – I sent an email after a week of receiving the shipment to check when can I get the pump.

No response from them (till today) – another unprofessional attitude. Going forward I will definitely think more than once before ordering from their website.

This stuff is AMAZING! I’m not kidding when I say I saw a huge improvement in my teeth in just THREE DAYS. I didn’t combine this with any bleaching or whitening toothpastes either. This product is just awesome on its own.

So I was looking for a whitening mouth wash, but I hate the foaming that most have. Now, it does foam (as all whitening ones seem to) but far less than most. Another problem with other foaming ones is it takes away the fresh feel for me.

This one has Avery refreshing and medium-light minty taste that then has a cooling effect. This gives you that really fresh feeling without the burn. As for the whitening portion it seems to work good from what I’ve seen so far but I haven’t been using it very long, I plan to update in a month with long-term results results even though short term has been great so far.

This mouthwash is so great! I love that it does multiple things all at once in one mouthwash! It not only whitens your teeth but it also kills bad breath germs and it helps to prevent future surface stains.

I love this mouthwash! I use it everyday and constantly get told how white my teeth are. I only use a little bit because it foams in your mouth. Not only does it help whiten your teeth it protects teeth from staining as well.

The taste is minty but not too much where it burns. I also love how it’s alcohol free so it doesn’t dry out your mouth. I’m in the dental field and recommend this to all my patients over abrasive whitening toothpastes.

I have been using this mouthwash for several months now. I used to order it from two other sources, but found that I could no longer get it either place. I finally went to the Oral Essentials website and ordered directly from the source and I am happy that I did.

I just can’t imagine having to use anything else. My mouth has been very dry for over 20 years. I take numerous medications that are probably the culprit. Whatever the cause, this is the only mouthwash that has addressed the situation and I am no longer uncomfortable every minute of the day.

My favorite Whitening Toothpaste I love Colgate Optic White Whitening Toothpaste because it makes my mouth feel clean and minty, and keeps my teeth as white as they can be. For me, I am a smoker and I honestly don’t like the taste in my mouth after I smoke.

When I use Colgate Optic White Whitening Toothpaste I get fresher breath that lasts for a few hours. I get less staining on my teeth from my smoking and cola/coffee/tea drinking.

I think this stuff works really well. I love that it’s a peroxide formula, and it doesn’t make my teeth or gums sensitive. It seems to have an impact on the evidence of my coffee drinking habits. However, I have to knock one star off due to the flavor.

This stuff is AMAZING for dry hands, feet, and lips! It’s way more effective than petroleum alone in that with the lanolin it is super thick and heavy, but absorbs quickly. Yes, it’s greasy, but petroleum and lanolin is a naturally greasy substance folks, so why wouldn’t it be greasy? There’s nothing wrong with greasiness, it’s fine, and it’s so worth it.

As for the smell, so many people said this has a “medicinal” aroma but I’m not getting that at all. Some have said that this smells like sheep, and yes, that’s really the best way to describe the smell, it does smell like sheep, but that only makes sense because lanolin comes from sheep’s wool, so if anything it’s reassuring that the ingredients in Bag Balm are pure! I personally call it “The Barnyard Smell” – maybe it helps that I’ve been around cows and sheep before so I’m familiar with that smell, so I do not mind it! The odor doesn’t linger for too long, and ultimately, the point of buying this is for smoother and softer skin and not for its fragrance, right? It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, not just for cow utters but for humans and pets too.

Saw this at my local target and decided to pick this up after finishing my other mouthwash. I like this because it doesn’t burn and it doesn’t make your mouth peel. However, it has a funny taste that might require getting used to.

It tastes slightly minty with notes of anise and licorice. If you strongly dislike anise and licorice, I would avoid this. I personally don’t like those flavors, but it’s tolerable.

I’ve been wanting to try this product for a couple weeks. On top of bring a brand I heard good thing of – Arc – it has very pretty packaging that stands out. This teeth whiting rinse is enamel safe and is meant to whiten my smile.

The packaging says there’s only 3 steps – pour, swish, and reveal – and yes, it’s really that easy. The flavor is refreshing and even after just using this just a few times, it seems as if this product is already working.

Ok so I know that the whole alcohol free portion kinda explains itself. Unfortunately I guess I’m one of those people that needs that overwhelming burst of coolness swarming your mouth after you spit.

I know it sounds odd but without it I kinda felt like my routine wasn’t complete. It was almost a sweet taste. I didn’t like that, it felt as though I hadn’t done any kind of actual disinfecting or killing of germs.

It must have been doing its job on some level though. My dentist said that my mouth was healthy and my teeth and gums were looking nicely. I guess it’s a personal preference wheather you need the burn or not.

Overall I have to give it at least the 3 for performance although I still disagree.

I use this every night before going to bed and ever since, I have noticed my morning breath is not as bad as it was before using this product. I previously used listerine. But I got a sample (tiny travel size bottle) of this from my dentist office and ever since, I have been hooked.

The first thing you notice is that it does not sting your mouth like listerine. The flavor is pleasant. It is good for the gums and teeth and helps to control bad breath/morning breath. I would recommend this product.

I bought this product quite a while ago and had just regularly started using it in the past few months. After the first couple of weeks or so of using it once daily, I noticed my bottom teeth and some other areas turning brown.

I panicked as I thought my teeth were somehow rotting away, so I used the product more hoping to fight off the rot. The staining got worse. I ended up going to the dentist thinking I’d need my teeth pulled or would need veneers as my teeth were ruined.

After speaking, we determined that it was in fact this mouthwash causing the stains. A good professional cleaning brought my teeth back to normal – THANK GOODNESS! – but, I threw the rest of the bottle out.

I did an Internet search and discovered that the staining has happened to several people. Bad product. Not recommended.

This review was part of a promotion and the opinions are my own. So it is a bit more expensive. The same amount of ounces in a name brand competitor is 1/2 the price. I will admit though it does have a nice taste and isn’t bothersome to have in my mouth too long as I’ve had issues with listerine where it makes my mouth feel weird and I want to spit it out immediately.

I didn’t notice any instant change and this review is time sensitive so I can’t comment on that. But there may be changes based on long term use that I intend to monitor and see. The packaging is very eye catching and unique as well.

Overall it seems like a good product and I’m excited to continue to use it.

This is effective for bad breath (dry mouth) and whitening (coffee drinkers) because of the hydrogen peroxide which is a debriding agent. Meaning it cleans and reduces germs / prevents infections (but ask your dentist if you have any serious dental / mouth health issues going on).

The trick is to use it before brushing your teeth otherwise you’ll be tasting the foamy bubbles and icky residue from the hydrogen peroxide action. Previous cheaper brand I bought had instructions to use before brushing morning and night or up to twice a day.

You want brush and rinse to wash the debris and junk away. Bonus: no sucralose in ingredients. Happy smiling!.

I have been trying a few different brands of whitening mouthwash lately and I really like this one. I use it with an Up & Up brand of whitening toothpaste and it seems to be working. It is also a great price compared to the name brand (or even most of the other generic brands).

It doesn’t burn or leave a bad aftertaste like some others. I enjoy this product. I have also come to like and trust this brand over the past few years. It is a good mouthwash that leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed.

This stuff is AMAZING at whitening teeth. I have been using whitening strips and gel with little luck. This mouth wash is great! You can really see the difference after a few uses. It does a great job at removing stains! I personally don’t think it has an odd taste like others say – it tastes fresh.

My only complaint is that I experience some sensitivity, but that’s expected with whitening products.
