11 Best Whole Grain Tortillas (2022 Updated)

These tortillas were wonderful. The texture was great, easy to work with and the flavor was pretty good. Sam’s is now carrying the version with Probiotics which is horrible. The texture is not the same and flakes into layers, and does not withstand moist contents very well.

Bring back the originals! P. S. I get my probiotics another way, I don’t need it in my bread.

Alright! I love these “healthy” tortillas! The texture and taste are amazing! Normally, I am a corn tortilla, full-fat, full-carb kind of gal, however I LOVE these tortillas. They are way better than I expected.

They are high in fiber and low in net carbs. We use them to make pizzas, wraps, quesadillas, burritos, chips, etc. Definitely recommend!.

I was reluctant at first to try these after only eating low carb wraps. But I’m so grateful I gave them a try. So delicious and nutritious and not worth depriving myself with wraps that have far too many “extra” ingredients! That was the main reason I chose to switch.

I love the ingredient list and nutrition profile of these wraps. Like some of the other reviews, I think these are a bit small; but also surprisingly satisfying still. And who says one can’t have more than one at a meal?! I’ve only tried the original flavor so far, but purchased all flavors and put them in the freezer.

Excited to try more – and with different combinations of fillings!.

I’ll preface this with saying. we’ve tried a lot of tortillas and wraps for everything from breakfast burritos to roll ups. My husband found these while traveling for work. He’s not exactly health-conscious and doesn’t gravitate towards healthy tasting things but raved about these.

I finally tried them and wow. I’m blown away. The smell, the taste, the texture, the ingredients. Such a perfect combination and I’m writing this review to personally beg the company to never change a thing.

Wow that would be something we would probably get a lot of. It’s hard to find sprouted popcorn these days. My mom loves her movie nights. If you have never tried sprouted pop corn wow this needs to be on your bucket list.

These tortillas taste delicious. They are much healthier for you than the regular flour tortillas. Plus I love the distinct great taste. If you tell them a little bit they become crunchy, almost like a chip.

This wrap is a game changer. To be honest all the Joseph’s products are. They never knock me out of ketosis and I continue to lose and I sometimes use them twice per day for both breakfast and lunch.

The taste is really good, not chalky or cardboard tasting like some of the other low carb options around. I literally reorder when I’m on my last pack because I cannot take the chance of running out.

These are great for so many packed lunch fillings. My children love them and they’re so handy to have in your cupboard. Once again, a fantastic bargain.

Really nice and better for you than white ones. They are stuck together (as are most wraps) but easily separated.

These guys make terrific corn and flour shells. I have a hard time with gluten, so I tend to prefer the corn as much as possible. We grew up in San Diego, pretty close to the Mexico border. Any night is taco night at my house.

We love to make steak or shredded chicken and pico de gallo and create flavorful little Street tacos with these. Definitely give these guys a try!.

The only taco tortillas our family buys. Consistent. Affordable. Value! And they hold together perfect after heating up. Magic must be part of their recipe cuz these dont fall apart. Also unrelated to flavor and eating, but also a pro, if you have extras leftover after dinner and throw it to your dog… these can travel pretty far.

I guess when you are far from home and miss your food you are willing to accept anything that would come close to the real thing. These tortillas are popular but I don’t think they are even close to the real Mexican tortillas.

They are chewy, they break, taste like plastic and chemicals to me. I understand some people may like it because it’s easy to find and cheap. But please don’t think these are anything close to what a true tortilla is like.

I personally prefer nixtamal tortilla, they smell closer like the tortillas I would eat at home.

They make great little sandwhich pockets. I like to toast one for a minute or 2 on each side, flip, then add a thin slice or 2 of jalapeno jack or cheddar cheese & let it melt a bit. Fold it over, & it’s a nice crispy quesadilla.

I also like to add fillings like mozzarella mushroom & spinach or poblano refried black beans & jalapeno cheese, or red bell pepper & mozzarella, or eggs w/veggies & cheddar for breakfast. They are pretty versatile.

If you don’t toast them as long they stay soft for tacos. I do not recommend microwaving them. If you aren’t used to this amount of fiber in one sitting you might experience a bit of gas at 1st, so in my opinion it’s best to eat them one at a time.

I also like that they are low in calories.

these are the best low-carb tortillas ever! I have tried six or seven other types and they were horrible. These are absolutely delicious highly recommend. And way easier than making them yourself. They’re not only delicious and low carb but they’re extremely healthy.

Handy little tortilla baskets,where you get 8 and they are really soft.i liked these thought they were just as good as the wraps but in a moderate snack size basket,3 filled me for a while.

The flavor in these is amazing! This is the third package I’ve purchased in the last year and they have been consistently fresh and delicious. Very similar to the nice whole wheat wrap quality you’d find at a sandwich cafe.

Goes great with anything you put in it! When I want to set my usual whole-foods sweet potato or spinach wraps behind for something more conventional, this is what I will be reaching for from here on out! Target, please don’t ever change a thing on these!.

These are not the same Market Pantry whole wheat tortilla. They look different, taste different, and stick together. The old version of MP ww tortilla never ever stuck together. These have a strange taste but I’m getting used to it.

I don’t like that they’re not available in my local store anymore so shipping only gets me close to expired product now.

I agree with the previous reviews. These were my go-to tortillas and the recipe changed. I bought them twice recently – they were smaller, stuck together and the edges on a few of the tortillas were dried out and an odd color.

Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Flour Tortillas are so delicious I actually prefer the texture of them because the softness allows it to stretch easier! I initially bought them for a healthy alternative to flour tortillas which were being eaten daily, and now.

I genuinely love the taste, texture, and how it cooks on a pan while staying soft in the middle! The nutritional stats are amazing too! There are under 50 calories, approx. 4grams of protein, although I wish there were less sodium, the large ones have about 300mg, but I could be wrong.

I JUST threw out my last package, but I buy these ALL THE TIME, so I’ll have pictures ASAP as soon as I go shopping!! I love to cook egg whites, turkey bacon, add them into the Mission Carb Balance Burrito Soft Taco Flour Tortilla, add a little pico de Gallo, fresh cilantro (if on hand), and wrap it like a 🌯 burrito.

Then sear this on a pan sprayed with a cooking oil spray on each side, carefully or char it in a microwave oven if you like charred lines. Delicious!! This is high in protein, so I love to add some sliced 🥑 avocado to make this a balanced snack or meal! I even make extra of these burritos, wrap in foil or put in tupperware for a healthy, delicious meal prep in the fridge for the week! Another go to, is using these for an innovative burrito filled w/ brown rice, avocado, your choice of protein (lean steak, chicken, tofu, fish, ANYTHING u like to cook safely), add in 🥑 avocado, seared sweet potato 🍠, get creative, season it with lime juice, garlic, add in black beans, salsa! The best part of these Tortillas is their texture is very stretchy.

I love these and now would genuinely choose these Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Flour Tortillas over the regular flour tortillas at a store because the regular flour tortillas make me feel weighed down and the texture isn’t as soft as this! I recommend these to Everyone! They’re really delicious can be used for so many things! Ask me if you need nutritionally balanced meal or snack ideas or meal prep ideas using these, I even use them in triangles for a deconstructed burrito 🌯 bowl at home that comes out so delicious with so many foods you may have sitting in your fridge already! It’s a great way of utilizing leftovers or foods that you made too much of by mistake.

Sucralose, a chemical sweetener, is included in the ingredient list of this product. And this chemical sweetener makes many people like myself sick with a fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, headaches, and stomach upset.

Why they added a chemical sweetener to flour tortillas is beyond me. Real flour tortillas have NO sugar in them. So they must be using a bitter ingredient and are trying to mask the bitterness with a chemical sweetener.

No thanks! You can find other low-carb flour tortillas at Sam’s Club WITHOUT chemical sweeteners. Returned and will not purchase this product again.

12% sodium for 1 small tortilla. if you enjoy cheese, canned beans, guac, salsa, any sodium in your filler, and eating more than three small tacos and DON’T want to eat atleast half your sodium for the day or over in one sitting, THESE ARE NOT THE PRODUCT FOR YOU.

I didn’t buy the cheapest brand because I thought this was healthier. Turns out, the cheaper brand had lower sodium. I am under 30 and healthy and couldn’t figure out why I’d get organ pain after eating these with a large glass of water.

turns out I needed way more than a normal amount to offset the ridiculously high sodium levels. I didn’t suspect it was the tortilla responsable for my pain. Tortilla is a vessel for the meal, not the meal.

No reason for these to be this salty.
