20 Best Wide Work Boots (2022 Updated)

In the last 2 years I’ve had 4 pairs of these boots. 2 pair I purchased using my company’s work shoe allowance, and 2 pair I’ve purchased with my own money. I’ve work at my company for over 32 years.

Prior to finding and purchasing my first pair of the Georgia Giant G6374, I was a Doc Marten Boot fan. The ‘break in’ time on the Doc Marten’s was substantial but once you broke them in, they lasted a long time.

On average, about two years of good use in an industrial environment. In comparison, now that I’m at the end of my 4th pair of these Georgia Giants, I’ve only gotten about 6 months before I’m walking around in them with a hole in the sole.

This is really unacceptable for an industrial steel toed work boot. The only reason I’ve continued to purchase them and given them a 3-star rating and not a worse rating is because they are sooooooooo comfortable right out of the box.

Man, they fit and walk like I’ve got New Balance walking shoes on or something. Very, very comfortable immediately upon first wear. I just wish the sole would last longer!.

Very high quality and high value. Better as a work boot than a hiking boot because the edge of the sole sticks out a bit. Review after 1 month and worn several times in snow. These are not stated to be waterproof, but I suspect with waterproofing applications they should be water resistant.

Of note, these are not insulated and do not have an inner layer of padding inside the leather upper. Mine fit true to size with enough room for thick hunting socks. One minor issue, the tongue of under the laces should be about 1/2 inch longer.

It is just long enough to stay under the laces, but in hard use I could see the tongue slipping down exposing shin to laces.

I have been impressed with these since the moment I first tried them on. I was worried that ordering online might be a hassle and that the fit could be off. Mine were true to size and I really appreciate that the toe box is roomy and the width correct.

I don’t have any pressure points or hot spots when lacing up or wearing them. I will say that the second hook grommets are much farther back than any boot I’ve had before and I find myself skipping them.

Even so, they are secure and comfortable and the I haven’t even really needed a break in period because the leather has been supple enough from the start. I have several weeks wearing them and I am impressed with how comfortable they are even at the end of a long day on my feet.

I can’t see buying anything else in a few years when I eventually wear these out.

Definitely a good starter boot. I work in a warehouse so I didn’t need anything too intense and these fit the bill pretty nicely. The outers are big hunks of rubber with very deep grooves for traction.

One problem I found is that my foot moved around alot inside the boot after a little time, so depending on your sizing you may need some add ons to keep your foot firmly in place. My second issue is that the speed lacing system kills the laces in a short amount of time, shaving the outer lacing off of the inner lacing.

They will still function but it is disappointing that I went through two sets of laces in only 6 months. Be aware that the insoles seem to be glued into the boot itself, so you may need to dig in there to remove the standard ones so you can replace them.

Cheap and simple is all you get. Not much else to talk about really. They don’t do anything well and they’re not horrible either. Although, these are the first boots to give me plantar fasciitis. 2 decades in the Navy (as an EN and HT) on 6 different ships and 7 deployments, not once did I have foot issues.

I even owned a pair of these in the early 2000s and wore them daily on duty. They lasted 2-3 years and shined up real nice. Now, had these for a couple a months, and now I’m battling foot issues. Not sure but they are the common denominator here.

For the price you’d think you’d get a whole lot more,. but you don’t. Looks like they’re going into the donation bin because I can’t continue to wear them anymore.

The steel toe would rub the tops of my toes very little padding and it’s not leather it’s pleather couldn’t wear them very uncomfortable

So far so good. Very pleased with this purchase. Husband goes thru work shoes like crazy & hopefully these will last. Beautiful boot, sturdy & came in wide & he was beyond happy about that. We shall see for how long.

These are the most comfortable steel toe work boots I’ve ever owned and they hold up very well didn’t fall apart or anything and they are half the price of higher end boots just bought my 3rd pair I can’t see buying any other work boot I hope they never discontinue this one.

I’ve purchased a similar workbook for several years in a row. Noted that the similar style was now renumbered, but style so close that maybe the number had just changed. I had no problem, even with break-in, with the old boots.

Got these boots, and tried them on. The size was good, but the left boot had stitching on the tongue, that pressed on my foot right where the upper foot joins the ankle curve. The other boot tongue caused no conflict, so I figured that the left stitching would stretch some and then feel like the right boot tongue.

It initially pressed hard at that point and I had to insert some rubber cushioning between ankle and skin. I’ve had them for a few weeks now, and there does seem to be less pressure, so I suspect that the left will become like the right.

I have noticed that the boots, both, have a tendency to pull down my socks into the boot. I wear a light sock, not a heavier work sock. Not too handy to have to stop and pull my socks back up, but hope that, too, will go away.

One thing I’ve noticed on past boots is that the tops of the boot do wear well, and I usually wear them until the heels wear into the lower shoe. However, the shoes have stayed water-proof pretty much up to the end of soles and heels.

I finally wore out my blue collar lace-up hikers that had been my trusted boots for work and travel (they served me well all over Scotland, Iceland, Nova Scotia, and Alaska in addition to grueling terrain conditions in south Georgia) and needed a fast and affordable replacement.

I must say I have really taken to these boots as they have answered the call in terms of reliability and comfort. Just like the blue collar boots, there was no breaking in period and they have kept my feet dry and held their own against slippery and muddy environments.

The only minor thing, and this might just be me, is that the leather has a little more of a reddish tint than it looks in the picture and what I was anticipating. Not a big deal though as the boot still looks good and performs well!.

I wouldn’t say these boots are something you want to wear on the job. If it it raining, there is water puddles, you have to walk on wet floors being mopped, walk through wet grass, walk over wet gravel, any kind of water in your environment, it doesn’t even have to be 1/8 of an inch of standing water.

Definitely avoid melting snow and slush with these boots. The soles, the bottoms of these boots, wick up, suck up, grab water and put water inside the boot right under your feet, soaking your socks, like a compressed sponge released under water.

These boots do not keep your feet dry. You take off these boots, your feet are waterlogged and socks soaking wet. The inside of the boot musty and damp. If you walked barefoot, your feet would be dryer.

These boots absorb water through the bottom of the boots. Wearing these boots in outside freezing weather, while the boots are constantly putting any contact moisture from outside the boots inside the boots, could cause frost bite.

These boots do not breathe they absorb water and hold it on your socks and feet. I would not wear these boots to farm or work in. They are a good looking boot. Due to the design flaw only wear indoors for looks.

Definitely not recommended for people actually working. Do not wear to farm, ranch or outside work in. They will soak your feet and socks. I can’t think of any job where you want waterlogged feet.

My background is a Automation Engineer and I work on the factory floor programming factory automation equipment and do a lot of electrical troubleshooting. I purchased these boots off of a shoe truck that visits my employer.

I have tried Rocky Boots in the past and hated them, but the IronClad looked like one of the competitors boots that I have had in the past and thought I would try them. As with another reviewer they are heavy.

However, my body has adjusted to the feel and they do not feel so heavy during the work day. But when I go home and put on my other boots I wear outside of work, you do feel a difference. That being said, I do not feel fatigued wearing them all day.

As far as break in, these were stiff for about 5 days at 10 to 12 hours a work day. They have worn in nicely and are comfortable. As far as comfort, I really can’t complain that much. The other Rock Boots I had felt extremely “hard” when walking in them.

I do not have that problem with these. One other reviewer stated they were noisy. Ok, I understand what he is talking about. On the left boot I hear a “squeak” that is similar to that of a wet shoe walking on a smooth surface.

But I also have a noticeable “click” coming from the same boot. It is not obnoxiously loud, but I do hear it and so do others when I come off the factory floor into the office. They are an above average work boot.

My confidence in Rocky has improved. I am on the fence if I would buy these again. The price point of $152 and the look of the competitor’s boot is what got me. My company puts a $100 annually to the purchase of a pair of work boots.

So at that price point of $52 in my situation they are amazing. However, with what I have experienced with these boots, I definitely will look at Rocky Boots when I go shopping for my casual boots. I used to skip the “Rocky Section” of the store.

I received these boots after almost two weeks from order date. I was excited they finally came. After opening them I immediately noticed the left shoe was defective. Where the front of the shoe meets the sole, it was all bunched up.

The leather was not smooth. Never in my life have I seen this sloppy workmanship. The toe area was wrinkled. Then I tried the boots on. The right foot was OK, but the left had a major lump where the tongue folds to keep water out.

It was like a hard mass that dug into my ankle bone. I couldn’t stand to walk several feet. This lump was not present in the right shoe. Both shoes had a very large heel area and my heel moved around worse than cowboy boots.

I was totally disappointed in these boots. And they are supposed to be made in USA. I have sent them back. They are expensive and poorly crafted. Maybe I just got a bummed pair. First time Rocky has let me down.

I bought these in November so Its only been less than 4 months now. The boots are comfortable which is one thing that every rocky boot I ever owned has in common. However, the lining inside both boots is already starting to rip and both boots are very noisy.

They make a creeking noise with every step I take. Not a normal wet boot noise either. It happens when the boot bends in a step. Not the highest quality boots I’ve owned so for the price is annoying.

My last boots were irish setters and I owned those for about 5 years and no complaints. The lining in those boots haven’t even started ripping yet.

Bought the 8 inch to replace my 6 inch boondocks that I wore completely out. For the first 3 month’s they were comfortable after then 3 month’s were up these boots started to do damage to my left heel to the point of walking wasn’t much of an option.

I should of thrown them in the trash when my heel first started hurting, but didn’t have another else to work by the time I get off work everything is closed. I finally had to buy different boots and it was NOT this brand of boots! It is still very painful to walk on my heel.

, I walk with a limp because of this boot. I don’t know if it was just that particular boot or all of the 8 inch are like that but I DO NOT recommend this boot to anyone unless you want to have serious problems with your feet!!!!! The ONLY good thing I can say about the boots is that they are deafently waterproof.

The bottoms has traction that is good for snow and ice. Your feet never get hot in the summer and never get cold in the winter and never get wet if they don’t damage your feet first.

The Timberland 6 Inch Premium Boots are fashionably stunning to me. The specific boots that I like are red and are not too plain and not too over the top. One special thing about the boots that stand out to me would be the red and black checked pattern inside the boots.

There are many other features to the boots that might stand out to others. The top of the boots are padded with red leather. There is an extra pair of red shoe strings on both pairs of boots. For a tip on any pair of Timberland 6 Inch Premium Boots, there should be a Timberland logo hanging on the right side of the boot on one of the top eyes.

Another tip on if they are real is on the boot of the shoe there should be small plus signs going down the middle of the shoe. These shoes are very durable since I had them for a year now. My shoes are still holding up and I know they hold up for the winter which is when I really need them.

Timberland boots are good for walking in low or high snow in my experience and opinion with them. Some of the problems that I have with these shoes are that they have no traction on ice. These boots are harder to run in since they are not athletic shoes.

I also use my shoes for work and they are not a great choice for work because the floors are slippery and the boots have no traction. My dad doesn’t use the same pair as me for work but he does wear Timberlands for work.

If you are looking for work boots then you might want to look for some other shoes that are different from the Timberland 6 Inch Premium Boots. Wearing these shoes will hurt for a long period of time and may be hard on the feet depending on the padding at the bottom of the shoe.

I wear these shoes just about everyday and my feet do hurt a little from excessive wearing so I wouldn’t recommend wearing them so much. These boots are loud when walking on hardwood floors. If you have strong ankles and legs then you might not have a problem with doing a little more activities.

I like to dance in these boots and they hold up very well and look good when you do. Overall I would recommend these shoes to anyone. I feel that everyone needs a pair of Timberland 6 Inch Premium Boots in their lives.

They are stylish and durable and are worth the price that they are. If you are thinking about buying a christmas present for anyone and don’t know what to get someone get them a pair of TImberlands. Who doesn’t like a new pair of stylish shoes because I know I do.

I love the Timberland brand. You can always guarantee you’ll find fashionable, functional footwear that’ll last a future. Whenever I’m in the market for a stylish, quality pair of boots Timberland is usually at the top of my list.

I have Timberland boots for 10+ years that are still in great condition. When I needed a quick pair of steel-toe boots for work I immediately checked Timberland. These work boots are comfortable, despite being steel-toe and I wear them all day.

They have a lot of room so feet can breathe. If you are between sizes, always go a 1/2 size up. They look like the standard boots and had it not been for the label, you wouldn’t even know they were safety shoes.

I always get compliments on my boots when I wear them and often get asked if I’m from upstate. Overall, highly recommended. If you’re in the market for safety boots, consider Timberland.

I got my first pair Sept. 2010 while working in foundry. (XPX761). They are very very comfortable while on my feet for 12 hr days up to 60 & 70 hr’s a week. They withstood standing and walking in hot sand from large engine molds.

The metatarsals kept my feet from injury from heavy chunks of cores and protected sand and hot sand from falling on my shoe laces and burning me,or getting sand in my work boot. I’ve retired from the foundry and been wearing them for the last 5 years while driving a truck.

I use them every since 2010 to mow my yard and terraces the tread pattern design and depth allow great stability from slipping on my terraces while mowing. I also enjoy going for walks in them just before work and sometimes after work one mile or two, my feet feel great even at 250 pounds.

Believe me i’m 63 tears old and had all kinds of work boots with and without metatarsals these are all around safe and comfortable work boot. I’m getting to order my 4th pair. Even though the boot laces don’t last very long.

I don’t mind buying leather replacement boot laces. And i still give an overall rating of 5 stars.

Michelin steel toed boots are the best to buy. They are very comfortable. They last forever. I work on cement 10 hr days an my 1st pair lasted me 5 years. I put memory foam on the bottom of the insoles that come with the boots.

Like walking on cotton. Love the boots. RATING IS A 5 ONLY LET ME DO 4 FOR SOME REASON.

been buying these for years. the soles do not hold up in my line of work, get holes, usually go through about 3 pair a year. I work in metal shavings and its hard on them. very comfortable, I add an odor sole to them and work 12+ hours a day in them.

Price is unbelievably high anymore, but they are comfortable.

I’m not a fan of these. The soles are very hard! My heels and the balls of my feet will have callouses in no time! The last two pairs of boots I purchased here were Knapp. I should’ve stayed with those! I wanted to try something different.

Knapp boots are way more comfortable! Had I been able to try these on before buying, no way would I have chose them! I’ll be going back to Knapp boots next time. Because of my job, work boots don’t last much longer than a year, so I’m not spending $200+ on work boots.

Staying around $100 or less is best for me, personally. These boots are nice and probably durable (they’re still rather new), but have hard and uncomfortable soles. If you’re able to somewhere, try them on first AND walk around.

Maybe they’ll soften up after a while. I hope so. Regardless, I’m going back to Knapp boots.

Normal boots, they work. They are laced all the way to the top instead of having the lace hooks.

Forgive the long preamble but I just want readers to be assured that this reviewer has problematic feet! For some time now I have had the worst time finding shoes for working long hours as a freelance lighting technician.

On my job we work like crazy then wait then work like crazy then wait. My feet have to deal with a lot. On one job I logged over 20 miles of walking in a 12 hour shift! I have also reached the age where I can no longer buy cheap shoes at a discount store.

I need good shoes and it is rare that I can wear the same shoes 2 days in a row. now onto the San Jose Boot. BUY THIS BOOT! The shoe arrived and I had a week to break them in before reporting for a job.

I walked the dog in them and ran errands in order to arrive for my job with boots that were a little older than new. During the break-in phase these boots felt good, except for one outing which I will touch on later.

I am glad I wore the boots as much as I did to break them in because these boots felt great on my feet logging long hours on cement, grass, and asphalt. My first day of work in them tested their comfort and ruggedness in rain as it rained all day.

I mean ALL day. Except for a couple drip through a shoelace eyelid my boots held up well. I wore socks made of mostly Merino wool so my feet never got cold, even when I was standing around and not in motion.

I was pleasantly surprised. As the terrain was going to still be week these I wore these boots for a 2nd day in a row. I was able to do such because these boots dried out remarkably quick and remarkably well.

I had no issues wearing these boots the next day in wet grass and mud. I even wore these boots on Friday. Three out of five days with absolutely no foot pain make these boots absolute winners in my book.

I highly recommend these for work. The only time these hurt me was going up and down steep hills on an outing with my dog. The back of my heels got tore up with blisters. I did not buy these boots for these outings and with a little blister padding I was bale to wear these boots for normal outings and walks the very next day.

I bought these for work in cold weather and they perform very well in just such conditions. In terms of sizing. here I am a bit perplexed. In usually wear an 11. 5 in everything and these feel just a tad bit roomy.

I only wear really heavy hiking socks with these boots for work and they feel fine. I wonder if I should have sided down half a size? To me, it’s not worth sending them back to try another size but I will be limited in what weather when I can wear these due to the thickness of the socks these demand.

I am in my fifties and it feels like the shape of my foot is always changing just enough to make buying shoes a chore. KEEN products seem to be very forgiving for others like me. Many of my coworkers wear KEENs as well on the job, especially those over 40.

I am not saying these are fro us geriatrics but you young ones should do yourself a favor and protect your feet, especially for work, and wear KEEN footwear. My only regret, and it is very slight, is that I did not go to a store to try on an 11.

I bought these from KEEN with the IMBA discount. I do recommend the San Jose 6” boots because even if there are small compromises you have to make, overall, your feet will feel great and be able to do things like go exercise after a hard day’s work!.

Says “Guaranteed Waterproof” on the inside of the boot. At my job im standing in no deeper than 3/4 of an inch of water for a short amount of time. Water does drip directly on the toes from my wet saw, but never on my leg.

I even applied Obenaufs Heavy Duty conditioner at the store. After 2 days the water came through the toes, right past the steel toes and all around the bottom. Very comfortable, but I feel awful that I just used a boot one time and returned them, probably going straight to the trash.

Ill be calling Keen to discuss their R+D with this boot.

This boot looks well made and is very comfortable right out of the box. I have 4E feet and the wide width is a good fit. Unfortunately after less than 6 months of use on a construction site, the soles are in very bad shape and the leather is ripped in a few spots, with one eyelet completely gone.

Apparently the boots cannot be resoled without effecting the safety of the boots. I think this would be a great long lasting boot for casual wear, or non construction / heavy use. I would recommend it for those uses only.

My husband hates the time and energy spent on dealing with shoe laces, and the back pain bending over to do it. These boots have laces you set up once and then you use the side zipper to put the boots on and off.

Perfect solution. They are comfortable, warm,and safe for working outside with the steel tip in winter time. I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts because he wore them a few times. Winter is over and I will know better when he gets to use them an entire season.

I have worn Harley Davidson boots for many years. My feet now with arthritis and tendon issues. I tried a pair of bates boots. They r the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. They don’t bother my feet issues.

I bought an additional pair for everyday wear. Love these boots. The best I have ever worn.

I received my boots yesterday. I was looking for a women’s tactical boot. While these look and feel nice, the 9 in women’s I thought I was getting was too big for me, obviously only men’s sizes. I wear a women’s 8.

5. I gave them to my niece who wears a women’s 10 and she said they were roomy on her. I will order again smaller for myself. I do like them though.

I am almost flat-footed, have very wide feet with large bunions & I have bad knees. I am on my feet all day at work – stairs, ladders, uneven surfaces, need safety toe, etc. I am 6ft, weigh 280 and am really hard on shoes.

When I buy shoes, I get size 14-4E, but they are still not comfortable or wide enough sometimes and I began to wonder “Will I ever find a shoe that helps me!?”. I researched for a long time and discovered Ortho Feet.

I knew from the first time I put on the boots I had something special. When I slid them on my feet they went on easy and felt comfortable. This never happens when I try on work boot. I stood up and started to walk, I immediately noticed no rubbing on my toes, sides of my feet or ankles.

While walking those first few steps I noticed that my knees were different, I can’t explain the feeling I just knew there was a difference. A little history all work boots hurt my feet no matter the brand.

The last pair I purchased before (OrthoFeet) they started to hurt my left heal. I only used them 10 days and I had extreme pain in my heal for 8 months and then my knees started to hurt. I thought I was going to have to quit my job.

I was reluctant to try these boots partly because I thought it to be a gimmick, and because my company provides boots but only by company authorized vendors. So this purchase was on me. I have worn these daily with refinery work, household work, and farm work to put some miles on them knowing this review would be coming.

My assessment is they are extremely comfortable. End of day foot fatigue and pain is substantially less. Light weight compared to most boots I have worn. Soft leather not requiring week or two break-in.

Soft bottom sole weak on rough terrain. (Curious to see how that holds up in six months) Hot, but to be expected with water resistance. Bulky looking – not winning any fashion shows. 25yrs of wearing steel/safety toe boots and these have far outperformed in comfort.

Durability, time will tell. For me it’s worth buying two or three pair a year at this point if needed. Hope this helps those on the fence about trying. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, flat footed, and several broken toes in the past.

Just got these in the mail yesterday and am currently trying them out. I purchased these for a couple reasons—I was looking for a waterproof, “sneaker” style of comfortable boot to trek the few blocks to work and then around a cement warehouse for 8 hour days.

Here in the Deep South, it rains frequently, particularly during hurricane season and my city was built below sea level so rainfall puddles quick and deep. I have waterproof hikers and desert boots but they’re all too heavy to trudge around in off trail.

Well, my desert boots are also Reebok’s and despite not being a fan of their sneakers, I was overwhelmingly impressed with my boots so when I saw these, I decided to give them a try. Additionally, it’s been some years since I owned a pair of all black boots.

Pros: they’re out of the box “comfortable. ” Quotes because they have removable gel sole inserts that equates to all day comfort, but they’re not “broken in comfortable” yet. But here I am, wearing them at work.

They look very squared away and professional. Not a need of mine but I appreciate it just the same. The laces are thick, 550 paracord which certainly has a whole other level of emergency adaptability to it.

They’re a really good fit. I was very hesitant to purchase these in 11. 5 (12’s were back ordered and I wanted them quick, fast and in a hurry). But in this size, I still have a solid 3/4 of an inch of space from the tip of my toe to the inside of the boot, but they’re snug enough that my feet don’t slide around.

That’s what is sought after in a quality pair of hikers. I still have room even after inserting some arch support padding and I’m wearing thick work socks. Cons: The side zips. As with most other side zip boots, their worthless, at least for my needs.

The boots don’t slip off my feet in any more of a hurry than just unlacing them. What’s the point then? The lacing eyelets at the top of the boot are high enough that when pulling them tight, they slip over the tongue.

Not a deal breaker but pay attention if you’re in a hurry and want them laced right. The tongue could definitely use some thicker padding. Right from the jump, there’s some discomfort in the area right above my ankle where the upper lacing and tongue sit, and I’ve got some scrawny ankles but I suspect that as they are broken in, it won’t be an issue.

The pull taps on the back are weekly stitched in. I gave one a slightly hard pull and heard some thread ripping. Again, a non issue for me personally. Overall, I’d highly recommend this boot.

Let me start by saying I’ve always loved the reebok line of tactical boots but I’m not keeping quiet on this one the side zip on the boot is absolutely useless useless you leave the laces completely undone.

the boot has no give whatsoever, and as far as being water proof that a joke. slightly water resistant maybe. had the boots not even three months and the sole completely separated from the boot lost all respect for reebok I’m going with merril from now on.

These Michelin boots are the most comfortable, most durable boots I have ever bought ! Without exceptions ! I’m a diesel mechanic, and I have put them through rigorous treatment. I’m on my feet 95% of my 8 hours.

I have very sensitive feet, the comfort is still there 1 year later. The only thing that I have ever say I’ve worn out , is the sole. My biggest concern is , I don’t know what I’ll do for boots if they ever quit making them.

This is the best pair boots i have ever wore. Make sure to coat with mink oil before using. That way if you work in mud, you can just hose them off. Let dry and re-apply. They will last several years in rough environment.

Longer in regular use that’s not in a constant wet environment. They are waterproof but any boot in a constant wet environment doesn’t last as long. Good job Michelin.

I’ve tried a lot of different boots… all have had one issue or another. I love lace ups, but they are too time consuming when you’re on the go. So, I’ve been trying out pull on boots. If you get a boot that’s too high they are a bear to get off, and the inner lining tends to break down… then they’re REALLY hard to get off.

This boot is great. Only 10 inches high – goes on and (more importantly) comes off easily. They’re durable and give excellent front end (toe) protection. They take a bit of breaking in, but once you break them in, they’re pretty comfortable.

After wearing these for 8 months, I bought two more pair. I’m done searching for the best boot (at this price point) – I’ve found it.

I usually wear a different brand of work boot from a company that made the boots that I wore while in the Military. I was looking for an alternative to lace up boots that were NOT western boot style.

These pair were my third try, and I really like them. Comfortable for my 10 hour work days, and look good in jeans, even with the safety toe. I do have to wear calf high socks because they rubbed a little too much on my calves, but otherwise very comfortable.

I’ve been super impressed with these boots already. I did read one review that these boots began to have a bad smell after only a couple weeks. I put my new boots on a boot/wader dryer every night after wearing them and haven’t had an odor issues out of them after 2 months of regular wear.

I had a similar pair of Dickies steel toe boots that were very comfortable at work and around the yard, lasted 2 years. I work on pickups and vans as well as turf maintenance equipment for a resort with 4 golf courses and typically wear out a pair of boots in a year.

So far I am very happy with my second pair!.

I got these for my husband for work boots. He is extremely picky and loves these! He did have to put a more cushioned insole in them but otherwise is very happy with the slip resistant soles and the height comfort and looks of this boot.

I bought these for my son as a Christmas gift and so far he has only had the chance to try them on before wrapping them as a gift. He is not one to comment positively other than to say they are ok or its ok.

He describes these as Great! I love them!.

Very easy on your feet, you forget you have steel toe boots. I ordered a half size larger as suggested in a few reviews. I highly suggest you do the same. They are new but appears they’ll last a while.

I also got a great deal @DSW with discounts as a VIP member. Haven’t tested the “waterproof” capabilities. Again extremely confortable and lightweight.

I”m a delivery driver so I”m in and out of a truck all day. I also work in a warehouse and I”m on my feet a lot. I bought them because they are waterproof and the low price. Now I wish I would have spent a little more and gotten a different pair.

These boots are extremely uncomfortable. On the first day my big toes were rubbing the composite toe. So much so that they had blisters on them. The second day I tried to wear them and I could only make it a couple of hours.

The soles of my feet were hurting badly.

This shoe is what you are looking for. It has composite toe, is waterproof and very comfortable. All under $100. It feels like a sneaker and provides support. I am excited for you to own this boot. It will give you a break in your wallet, but provide the quality and comfort needed for a long work day/night.

I use these work boots at an indoor waterpark where I work. Need them because they are water proof, and electric shock protected. I deal with chlorinated water in 5 pools as a certified pool operator in a 43,000 sq foot indoor waterpark building.

Have had to go to custom orthotics to deal with my plantar faciitis. Use them inside these boots. I have to remove the insert that comes with the boots and insert the orthotics. These boots also have a built in cushion which helps me a great deal since I am on my feet an average of 12 hours a day.

Work this job plus my own property maintenance business. When the cushion wears out and the the boot breaks down from repeated walking. The price has skyrocketed in the last year and I an finding it financially challenging to continue buying these boots but it’s the only way I can survive working my job.

I’ve been looking for a solid leather work boot that will last, is comfortable, and will not fall apart in 30 days. These feel amazing and after a month I can tell they will last for a long time. I will continue to purchase these boots as long as they are made.

I work on concrete, up and down ladders, and on the side of the roadway installing signs every single day. I rely on a quality safety boot to get me through the day without destroying my feet , and these do the job wonderfully.

This is used as a work boot for general construction ( roofing, renovation work indoors and outdoors). I do not prefer the composite toe boot and it is not required at the workplace. I do feel assured that these are safe, comfortable and durable.

I do replace my boots 2 times a year due to the wear and tear ( winters).

These are the boots you need if you have wide feet and build things. I was glad to find them again since my previous supplier was out of stock, and this boot is the only one I have found with wide toes and a wedge sole.

Vibram soles are no good for roofing in hot wether and they are not as safe on ladders as these wedge soles. Six inch tops are much better than low quarter or eight inch tops. These boots have a good box heel that keeps them from running over.

These are the best carpenter boots now on the market for big guys with large, wide feet.

Sheplers did a fine job fulfilling the order. Unfortunately Double H boots have met the fate of selling out to Berkshire Hathaway much like my former boots, Justin’s. This is my second pair of this exact brand and model of boots.

The quality of the second pair is much lower than the first. Typical of Berkshire Hathaway, quality will continue to decline. I switched to Ariat after experiencing the quality decline with Justin. This will be my last pair of Double H.

I found the square toe Double H boots fit better than the round/pointed toe boots. I normally wear an 11, but in the round toe Double H boots I have to go to 11. 5 and then the boot is a little lose.

I purchased these boots in an 11 and they fit great. Also, the folks at STS are great! Only suggestion – you need to alert buyers by email when orders are processed and items have been shipped.

These boots are amazingly comfortable. No rub, no squeek. I love these boots
