I have used many different routers over the years. Google WiFi is hands down the best “router”I have ever used. I Don’t have a huge house but there is a couple of dead zones in my house. I have had Wi-Fi extenders.

It is so easy to connect and start it up with easy instructions. After installing Google wifi, my internet speed throughout my house increased and the wifi is stronger and more stable. No more complaints from hubby while gaming.

Got 2 of these routers as part of Google Fiber subscription. Routers/AP supports WiFi Mesh technology, so signal should reach any corner of your home, up to 1900sqft. For my home 1100sqft even one of these works perfectly.

Setup was easy-breezy, using Google Home mobile app. Although, router lacks advanced settings like wifi mode and channel selection, for average casual user this shouldn’t cause discomfort. Design-wise it looks cozy, so you can leave it on the surface, you can even cotrol LED intensity what is well thought for dark environment.

I been paying for charter internet and speed wasnt great even though I was paying for it. Had a tech notion come out and he confirmed my reasons why it wasnt working as fast as it should be. the router.

Their router ran well for 1 level home but at having just moved into a 2 level condo the reach suffered upstairs. So I did some researching and stumbled on mesh routers that handled 2. 5 and 5 ghz networks, but are more on the bit pricey.

Luckily i found one on eBay to test it out and it wouldnt hurt my wallet too much. So far its been great the speed is at maximum and reaches the upstairs easily since its 1,200 sf this 1 mesh point is enough but I could add a second point later if we add more smart home devices which is great because we could move to a larger home and this system would hopefully not be absolute.

Highly recommend it, set up was easy and integrates with other google products.

So, let me start off by saying that I currently use a Linksys router that is about four years old in the basement of my 3 story home (including the basement). That router has been working fine since I moved into my house, but I do notice that upstairs I get a slightly weaker and slower wifi signal.

So, i decided to try a mesh system after reading a lot about them and this specific one have a lot of good reviews. Well let me tell you how disappointing the system was. The biggest benefit I see to it was that it is extremely easy to set up.

Set up took about 10 minutes and then it updated for about another 10.  The Wi-Fi signal in the office that the main hub (the puck that was acting as the main router) was extremely fast. My current router gives me about 240 mbps down and this one did give me 380mbps.

But, on every other level of the home (I placed a puck in the basement, main level and upstairs) was extremely laggy. I couldn’t even stream Hulu or Netflix without it buffering every minute. And the Apple TV is inches away from the Wi-Fi puck.

everything on the Google Home app said that all three pucks had extremely strong signal and the mesh network seemed to be working seamlessly, but that didn’t feel like the case. Anywhere in the house besides being in the office with the main router on any device was extremely laggy.

Overall this system was very disappointing and I will probably just be getting another (stronger) single router and returning this one.

Simple setup, looks clean, supports up to 1 Gbps, all for a pretty affordable price. But the range is just horrible. I thought—based on Google’s recommendations—that the router alone could cover our single-level, 1200 sq ft home.

Nope! It can’t, thanks to this one egotistical, cake-eater design flaw: it supports “dual band”, but unlike every other router in the market in the last 20 years, it presents a SINGLE network of both 2.

4 and 5. 0 GHz bands, and THE ROUTER chooses between the two frequency bands for you?? Not your device??? That means, if I am more than 1 room or 20 ft away from the router, my device will be stuck on the (very poor range) 5.

0 GHz and cannot connect to internet at all, despite the device looking like it’s connected to the network. Also very frustrating to try to set up home automation devices, since almost ALL in the market rely on 2.

4 GHz. Sure, buying more of their Google mesh points would help coverage, but should that be necessary? Very frustrating design decision that makes this otherwise great router virtually garbage.

We have the higher power Google mesh router system in our house, and wanted to get something for my parents’ for Christmas. They live in a brick home that is half basement (similar to mine), and the Wi-Fi range was terrible.

At our house, we had upgraded to a rockin modem / router combo and got 1/10 of the distance promised because of the building materials. The Google Mesh system changed the game, in a time when both my husband and I are on Zoom calls all day and need reliable connection.

Back to this product – tried the lower price one for my retired parents (who are also on WiFi all day, just not video calls) and they LOVE it. This is perfect for their house, and makes it so we can also work there whenever we visit.

One thing to note – when we set up our system, my husband spent hours trying to figure out why it wouldn’t connect. Nothing online addressed his issue, customer support couldn’t figure it out. He ended up flipping a switch / turning off a feature on the modem that literally nobody had addressed, just to see what happened, and it finally worked.

For this system, we had none of those issues connecting it to their modem / router combo.

For those who don’t have fiber or cable, and are disappointed with DSL this is the device for you. It uses cellular services to give you telephone and internet access. This is an AT&T device but it works fine with my Consumer Cellular connection.

There is one little hiccup that has to be overcome. When the SIM is inserted in the device and activated, only the cell phone service will be activated. The user will have to contact technical support for their provider and get and Access Point Name, referred to as the APN.

Each carrier has a unique APN and it must be entered into the settings-network-apn setting. To do this first create a new profile. The device will come configured to ATT at the default. Create the new profile, Enter the APN, save it, then set it as the default.

This should do it for internet access. Good Luck! It may take a little manipulation.

I ordered this devise from ATT for my mom in senior care so she could have an inexpensive phone. After waiting for 2 months to get one that was on back order, ATT cancelled my order since they could not provide the equipment.

In hopes of finding one I called over 6 stores in NoCal. One kind woman at an ATT store told me I could buy a refurbished one at Walmart. So I did and when I received it quickly from Walmart I brought it in to the ATT store and they set it up for me.

I saved $70 over buying a new devise, and now pay only $20 a month for an unlimited land line for my mom. A big success!.

Works fine, but needs external antennas for better signal out in the country where the tower is a long way off. It has connections for antennas, so I just need to buy a set. Has excellent phone volume, and has no trouble with T-mobile.

Don’t let anybody tell you it will use data to talk on the phone. It won’t. It talks with talk time and it only uses data when you browse the internet.

We purchased the 2 pack Nest Wifi Mesh router as a replacement for our older Apple AirPort Extreme. We could never get it to function properly, eventually returning it to the store. I’m digitally native, fairly technically competent and work in a technical field (engineer).

These routers could not consistently maintain an internet signal. We have Xfinity internet. I imagine this is a very common setup in many homes using Nest routers. We tried the router with two customer owned modems, an older Arris DOCSIS 3.

0 unit that has worked perfectly with the AirPort for about 6 years (can’t remember the last time it even needed a restart) and a brand new Arris DOCSIS 3. 1 modem. We contacted Xfinity each time before switching to be sure they were activated in their system and receiving an internet signal.

The router had the same issue of not being able to obtain/maintain an internet connection with both modems. I had to call technical support 3 separate times over the short time we had this unit. In the end, they blamed Xfinity, who in turn blamed Arris.

But given that we had the same router issue with two separate Arris modems, and that each time when we reconnected our old AirPort, everything worked fine again, the variable here clearly is the Google Nest router.

The Google Home app, which controls the device, is cumbersome. It’s designed for ease of use, but this also means it’s a “black box” with minimal user control should adjustments be needed. I’m still not sure if the issue we had was hardware or software related, but in the end it doesn’t really matter as Very glad I was able to get a refund and try a router from another manufacturer.

If you do plan to purchase one of these, in addition to price shopping, be sure to pay attention to the return window the retailer you’re purchasing it from allows. We found national retailers vary from 15 days to 90 days.

If a defect doesn’t immediately present itself, in my experience, Google’s warranty isn’t where you want to be stuck, so those extra days may end up being valuable.

Homes differ. I don’t want to suggest that competing products are intrinsically inferior to this product, but I did try out 4 different makes of mesh systems in my home and found the Google Nest AC 2200 three pack somewhat better than the competition in my home.

The mesh systems I tried were the Netgear Orbi AC 3000 two pack, the Amazon eero 6 four pack, the TP Link Deco S 4 four pack and the Google Nest. All systems were comparable in price, around $ 250, during the Cyber Monday sale window, except for the TP Link system which cost about $ 180.

I would consider these systems mid range mesh systems, not entry level ones. My yardstick was that the mesh had to deliver better speed and signal strength that my existing router and extender combination and had to be stable and consistent in speed.

What I found is that none of the four named systems, all of which claimed 5000 to 6000 square ft of coverage, actually covered my 3000 square ft L shaped home with uniform speeds across the home. I got about 160-200 MBps in one half of my home and only 50-70 MBps in the far end of the other half of the house with these mesh networks.

My subscription is 350 MBps and I get 120-160 MBps in one half and 30-50 MBps in the other half with just my router and extender. The three unit Google Nest based on the older AC 2200 standard gave me better speeds than even the four unit eero 6 mesh which is based on the newer Wi-Fi 6 standard, though the difference was not big: about 15 % better.

Speed apart, the clincher for me was that the two Google extenders in the Nest pack came with built in speakers which could be used as network connected speakers to play streaming audio. Overall, the Google Nest was better in my layout but I wish I could get a true 5000 sq ft mesh with equal speeds across my whole home.

I bought this to upgrade my main node as I already had the 2017 version of the 1st gen pucks that worked fairly well. I appreciate that it’s backwards compatible with the older gen and able to use them as mesh nodes without any hassle.

My new home has several walls in between the main node and the locations that it makes to most sense to place the mesh points, so the upgraded antenna on this unit has given my older mesh points a boost.

I’m now getting close to double the speed at the ends of my house. It’s supposedly rated for 2200 sqft which would cover my whole house on its own, but I haven’t tested it out. When replacing the main node I did have to set up everything from scratch and reset the mesh points since there’s no way to transfer an existing network to the new unit.

Other than that, setup is a breeze guided by the Google Home app. My main complaints are the new plug shape and removal of USB C that the previous gen had, the lack of VLAN tagging, limited upload speeds on PPPoE mode, and limited download speeds in general (I get max ~600 Mbps from my 1 Gbps fiber, the ISP provided router got around ~850 Mbps).

If the nest WiFi points had wired backhaul and PoE to use as WAPs I might have considered purchasing them as well. If you want advanced networking features and settings this is not the system for you.

I am a customer of Comcast Xfinity. I recently upgraded to the Extreme Pro 1200 plan. I had a Netgear C7000 modem I purchased years ago, which worked great for connections below 1gbps because that modem supported DOCSIS 3.

0. I purchased the Netgear CAX80-100NAS for two reasons, I needed a DOCSIS 3. 1 cable modem, and I wanted Wi-Fi 6 connectivity to compliment my Extreme Pro 1200 plan for my capable wireless devices. Xfinity removed my previous C7000 modem and added my CAX80 to my account.

This process took less than fifteen minutes. I was up and running. I immediately went to multiple sites testing to ensure I am getting up to advertised speeds of 1. 2gbps. After many short tests, I confirmed that Xfinity and the CAX80 exceeded my 1200mbps.

Great. The trouble began when I began to play some multiplayer games online. My connection would seize up and continue or just cutoff completely. The disconnection occurs while my CAT6 cable is connected in to the 2.

5GbE port on the CAX80 linked to the Realtek 2. 5GbE Ethernet port on my PC. This does not occur while plugged in to the Intel i211 1gbps port on my motherboard. The connection worked fine for 24 hours without interruption.

The next day, I wanted to resolve the issue with my 2. 5GbE connection because I am paying for 1. 2gbps through my Internet service provider (ISP). As some may not be aware, my Intel NIC only supports up to 1gbps.

I do not believe accepting the 1gbps connection to be a solution to my connection issues for a product that is in excess of $500. I wish to have the products and services I have paid for. The rabbit hole begins.

I visit Realtek’s website to update the drivers for the “Realtek PCIe 2. 5GbE Family Controller” https://www. realtek. com/en/downloads I chose the “Realtek PCIe FE” link as this is the compatible driver for my controller.

I can see that my NIC (RTL8125B) is listed. I then chose the “Win11 Auto Installation Program” for my operating system, Windows 11. I unzipped the file. Installed the driver and reconnected my CAT6 cable to my CAX80’s 2.

5GbE port and the Realtek 2. 5GbE port on my motherboard. As of this writing, the latest Realtek driver version is 1125. 6. 215. 2022. The date the driver was published was March 25, 2022. I then purchased an ASUS 2.

5G Ethernet USB Adapter to try to isolate that this was an issue with my Ethernet port on my motherboard and not the NIC built-in my CAX80 cable modem. I wanted to make sure I installed the latest driver for this device, and to my surprise, it too has a NIC from Realtek.

The modem within this device (RTL8156B). Using the link from above, I chose the “Realtek USB FE” link this time. Using the “Win11 Auto Installation Program (NetAdapterCx)”. Unzipped. Installed. This wireless driver version is 1156.

4. 20. 211. The date the driver was published was March 23, 2022. The problem persisted. Random cutouts throughout the day on both NICs. Absolutely random. Nothing I can replicate to isolate the cause of these disconnections.

Final thoughts. I can use my Wi-Fi 6 via the built-in wireless NIC on my motherboard. It is compatible with the CAX80 Wi-Fi 6 connections. It works well and I can get the advertised speeds. The NIC is “Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz”.

It does not disconnect nor have interruptions. However, the latencies are what you receive when utilizing wireless devices. This is fine for surfing the web or watching videos, but for multiplayer competitive gaming, it is not ideal.

I also want to add that my Netgear CAX80-100NAS has the latest firmware: V2. 1. 3. 7 installed on the device. A new revision of this product is needed and the CAX80 in its current production should be recalled.

A newer NIC is needed that resolves these issues. I have reached out to Netgear and Xfinity multiple times and the companies keep pointing the finger and going through the same troubleshooting processes from both support teams leads nowhere.

I cannot confirm the type of NIC inside of the CAX80 and their support team stands clear of identifying it. I cannot find another cable modem on the market that offers both 2. 5GbE and Wi-Fi 6. I am open to suggestions.

If you wish to visit Netgear’s community-based support pages of the CAX80, you will learn that this is a widespread issue being ignored. For the less advanced users who do not have the CAX80 plugged into a 2.

5GbE port will not realize there is any issue at all, as the CAX80 with an Ethernet cable plugged into its 2. 5GbE port to a 1gbps port will “Auto Negotiate” a 1gbps connection and function flawlessly.

Unfortunately, for us who want the highest speeds offered to us must seek other products.

This device has had several issues since I purchased it in March. From random internet and connection drops to lights being on and showing that the device is connected, only to have nothing connected to the internet, this router/modem has been an absolute nightmare.

A nightmare that cost me over $400 USD. But the worst? The worst has been customer service. After your first 90 days, expect to fork over $90 or more just to talk to a tech. If you don’t, expect things like not being able to log into your modem no matter how many times you type router dot login dot net or dot com, 192 168 1 1, or whatever garbage they tell you to go to, because it will take you to a Netgear page where they try and get you to buy more products, rather than to the admin page where you could possibly log into your router to see what is wrong.

Don’t expect them to have you try anything other than doing a hard reset, a factory reset, or a power cycle. What you can expect is hours, if not days, searching on the community forums, reddit forums, or other forums for someone who may have stumbled upon how to fix it.

Make sure you have at least a BS in computer technologies of some sort in order to understand what people are talking about and to get it to work as well. In the end, you will most likely end up dealing with these issues until a random firmware update fixes it days, or weeks, later, with little to no care from the Netgear team.

Don’t expect replacement products, either. Save yourself the money and the heartache AND DO NOT BY THIS TRASH!!!.

This is a great modem/router combo for people who have lot of devices at your home. Its technology is solid and you will feel blazing speeds on no interruption on any of your devices. This is a 5 star modem and is a future-proof modem for future internet bandwidth as well once Gigabit becomes the norm.

The only 1 star i am taking off is because this modem does not have QOS setting like previous netgear modems and the blufferbloat is really high in games. The blufferbloat is really high when multiple devices are in use and i was not able to fix it working with Netgear support (who were excellent staff) and did their very best to assist me to solve the issue.

Therefore, if you are a gamer you may need an additional router with good anti-blufferbloat settings but for home and office use this is the best modem i have used and Netgear has excelled with this product.

I only wished it had some of the features for QOS and other customization.

I bought this for an extended stay in the French Alps to use in addition to my mobile allowance. It was great. With a Vodafone data sim of 50gb per month allowance for £30(as of December 2019)It was like having home Wi-fi.

Both my husband and I used it for phones, tablets and laptop all at reasonable speed. However we didn’t try streaming films so can’t comment on that. We switched the 3/4G off once in our apartment and only used this gadget and surprisingly only used 25gb of data in a month.

My only (slight) gripe is that the battery life seems quite short – it will go flat if left on overnight and we found ourselves leaving it permanently plugged in then there was no problem. For a techno dinosaur like myself the instructions seem unnecessarily complicated – my son set it up in seconds without them – follow your instincts – it’s simpler that it looks! That said it did everything we wanted it to and more and would completely recommend it.

Works better than anticipated. Supports several devices at once, using a SIM card with unlimited data from the UK’s best network. Occasional blip when mobile signal weakens, but quickly gets back on track.

Long term plan is to replace home broadband entirely, although may need next model up to support more than 10 devices.

Fantastic little product! Very easy to use, it can be stored in your pocket, bag or be on display. You can connect it directly to your device using the cable supplied or via WiFi by entering the password found in device information.

Upto ten devices can be connected at any one time. You can choose your network provider, use a shared sim with a different number and you can also insert both a uk sim and European sim at the same time so when your driving over the continent it will automatically select the appropriate network.

Once switched on it takes about ten seconds to connect to the network and once connected to your device your good to go. By pressing the home button once allows you to view the available upload and download speeds.

I use my device to send and receive e-mails, search engines, internet banking, online shopping and watching tv & videos via Amazon Fire stick whilst out and about all over the uk. Never suffered connection issues outside but sometimes it struggles to make a connection when inside a metal corrugated building/shop.

All in all an excellent product and well worth having if you travel a lot.

the default configuration of this product is not industry standard its weak. and trying to re-configure m7200 router to wpa3 is not permitted by google search engine it blocks the tp-links ip address to sign into your tp-link.

Therefore the router is not safe on the internet.

It works. As simple as that. Use 5V/1A charger only by all means. Led light is too dim for daylight but I guess it would consume more power otherwise. Mobile application is great and accessing main portal over Web us great as well.

Many options for such a small thing. I did not regret buying it.

Battery life is not good at all. Even when the router has been charging overnight, router will decide to switch off randomly and will not respond for up to 10min. Keeping it on the charger does not help.

I’m very impressed with this little MiFi router. Easy setup – insert SIM (full size SIM only) and battery. Plug-in to computer with supplied USB lead to charge battery and switch on using the button on the front.

It may take a minute or two to connect to the mobile phone network. Then you can watch it (lcd display on front of unit) working its way up the spectrum – 2G, 3G and then 4G (if available in your location).

It should then appear in your computer’s list of wireless connections automatically (preset for 2. 4GHz but has option for 5GHz). The network id and password is on a card in the box (or in the battery compartment).

You can connect to the router interface by wireless. Allows you display usage stats, and even send SMS texts. Add a micro SD card for shared disc storage. Obviously the first thing you should do is change the router’s password.

That’s probably all you would normally need to do. Well featured software with good web interface. All the features you would expect from a broadband router. Restrict access by MAC address, change wireless channel and configure auto-off (power saving).

Also configure LAN IP filter (firewall), SIP ALG, and Virtual Server/DMZ. I don’t know about battery life (others have said 4-6 hours) as I use the supplied mains-USB adapter andsupplied USB cable, and leave it as mains-powered.

Perhaps most importantly this particular model (E5577Cs-321) has dual aerial connections (TS9) allowing you to add external aerials which is necessary for rural locations. (Most 4G routers do not allow connection of an external aerial, or have only one aerial connection – you need TWO to take advantage of 4G.

) I think it also has an app so you can manage the router from your phone, but I haven’t tried that. Rock-solid connection with no drop-outs. An excellent device, which does all you would expect from a broadband-style router.

Having suffered poor service where we live from 3 we decided to upgrade the modem to this one in an effort to better things. We now get much better service than the previous huwaei modem ever did even without the antenna.

We now get 4g something unknown with the previous model. The modem was brand new in its box which had been opened to make it network free. A UK charger was supplied with the item. We caravan a lot and take the modem with us.

It has performed faultlessly so far out in the countryside. Give it a try.

Bought this to use in my holiday home in Spain as I didnt want to pay a 12 month broadband contract for a couple of months use. The unit is much smaller than I imagined, pocket sized. I just charged it and put a Three payg sim in and it was working straight away, nothing to set up.

I logged into the set up portal on my laptop easily and changed the SSID and password in a few seconds. The small screen is good as it shows the ID name and password as well as the amount of data used.

Im getting 10-12 Mbps on Three so not the worlds fastest but fine for watching HDTV. I use it with my now tv stick and streams sky tv fine. Perfect to take overseas if you just need WiFi for a few weeks or couple of months of the year.

Without high speed internet for 6 & 1/2 yrs til this came along. Our personal hotspot worked better than Hughesnet, but it was all crawling speed. You have to get the right plan with a sim card from you cell company.

a personal hotspot plan on a sim will be targeted & shut down. There’s unlimited-limited and there’s unlimited-unlimited. Got to pay ATT or Verizon more for the right sim card (we do a business plan for like $65 monthly), and it works wonders with 1 bar of reception.

A cell phone booster will not work for this like it does on cell phones. Our’s did not and in fact slowed down our internet speed. To our knowledge you’ll need at least 1 bar of service without a booster antenna.

Then you’ll want a MIMO antenna. MIMO is completely different than cell booster antenna although they look the same. Don’t buy the MIMO laptop one from Netgear unless you can’t mount a big one outside.

Little laptop clip on Mimo antenna from Netgear works fine taking speed from 5Mbps to 10-20Mbps, but a big 2×2 MIMO antenna from Waveform will really increase your speed. With the MIMO external Waveform we went from about 5mbps to 50.

sometimes 80. My only knock on the Netgear Nighthawk is that the input receptors for the MIMO antenna are weak. They do not hold the input jacks very well at all. You have to insert the bulky wired MIMO antenna jacks gently and position the little Nighthawk we’re it doesn’t move or the jacks will slip right out.

It’s a problem we happily deal with. Position your Nighthawk central to all wifi devices. The further you get away from it the slower the speed. It does work well though for the desperate. Thinking about cancelling our Starlink now.

Using this for Internet access on my boat. I live in a rural area of Oklahoma and have a 36 foot Carver Aft Cabin on Lake Tenkiller. I have a couple of TV’s, stereo’s and of course everyone has their tablets and phones on the boat.

Cell service in this area is spotty at-best. I can get one bar of 4G service with my Verizon phone, and my wife can get two bars with her AT&T phone. When in the slip, no signal at all. Thought I would give this device a try.

I added in a 36 dBi gain antenna to this using the two antenna connectors, and even in the slip I get 3 bars of signal with a 36 Mb/s download and 8 Mb/s upload. Everything streams great regardless of where I am on the lake or in the slip.

The external antenna makes all the difference. As a note, my external antenna is suction-cupped to a side window to get that signal. I have tested it mounted outside, and in that situation I get 5 full-bars, but since 3-bars is sufficient, I keep it mounted inside.

If you are going to keep it plugged in like I do, suggest just removing the battery as it gets hot if plugged in all the time. I highly suggest this. My service provider is Pure Talk Wireless, and when I put my SIM Card in the device, it worked fine.

I did make some tweaks to get a little better throughput at the suggestion of the Pure Talk Wireless support team, but while it helped a little, it wasn’t 100% necessary. If you aren’t technically savvy (I am), don’t worry, you should still be able to set this up.

If you are a “techie”, plenty of tweaks you can make to improve things in the settings.

I’m making use of this router daily. The size is excellent (small enough to fit in your pocket) and the router itself is very simple, with a single button on top, and readable screen that shows your gb usage and connectivity, battery life, etc.

It’s very easy to use. The only issues I have with it are that it seems to overheat easily (even in an air conditioned room), and that the battery does not last all day. If it gets hot, it will not charge.

So the overheating battery makes the battery drain lower, and you can’t charge it if you need to (using for work) unless you manually cool it down (I’m using lunch box ice packs). There were some connectivity issues which I think were mainly lag and distance related.

Overall I’m content with this device and really hope it lasts, and hope I can use it unplugged on a trip one day in a hotter area.

I got this router because I wanted a mobile internet solution for my devices that wasn’t dependent on my place of employment’s WiFi (and, more specifically, browsing rules). However, there are some pretty major caveats that you need to keep in mind before purchasing this.

Firstly, you need to have a data plan, which means swinging by for a sim chip to throw in this bugger. Based on my research, if you cap the data plan for this device it’ll throttle your data speed for this and all other devices on that plan, so you’re likely gonna wanna keep it away from your phone plan.

Getting the data plan to work wasn’t plug-and-play, in my circumstance there was a promotion going on for the data plan that I got but what they fail to tell you is that the data plan will reject your device if its not a piece of hardware that the ISP wants to provide, so I had to go through a grueling troubleshooting process just to get the thing to work.

The good news is, once it works, it works pretty alright. I have a 4G LTE plan with T-Mobile and my download speeds are typically somewhere between 60 – 120 Mbps, with upload speeds of somewhere between 20 – 25 Mpbs.

My speeds are atrocious at my place of residence (1 – 2 Mbps download), but thankfully that’s not where I intended to use this device. Unfortunately, it can be cost-prohibitive depending on what you want to use it for.

The plan that I selected was 50 GB of 4G data for $55 a month with unlimited throttled data after that. I don’t know what the throttling data speeds are but from what I’ve read, they’re not good. If you do streaming and heavy downloading then I could easily see running out of data in a single sitting.

Other than that, the device works well. Its got a high battery life and transmits its signals well. You can download an app which is very robust and gives you a lot of control. You can even put a micro SD in it and use it as a mini network file storage, or be used as a mini power bank to power/recharge other devices.

The only reason I’m not giving this product a much lower rating is because the troubles that I’ve experienced I can’t really fault against the device; it does what it’s supposed to do. That said, it IS getting a lower rating because the customer support IVR and team is HORRENDOUS.

T-Mobile put more effort into troubleshooting this and was more knowledgable about this device then NETGEAR staff did and it isn’t even T-Mobile’s device, which is embarrasing. My advise to Netgear would be to upgrade their IVR system, get off the discount remote support and invest in some real remote support specialists.

Pros – Trasmits strong signal – High download speeds with good plan – Robust Mobile App – Multi-use (Power bank + Home File Storage) – Can be used as a router if plugged into a modem Cons – Expensive ($320 – $350 price tag) – Customer support non-existant – Cost prohibitive, read: DEVICE IS NOT A ONE-TIME INVESTMENT, NEEDS DATA PLAN – Most likely will be faced with difficult initial set-up and troubleshooting – Primary usage is niche (mobile internet).

I’m very disappointed with this device. It worked pretty well for about 2 years. During the third year the device started acting strangely. It restarted on its own in the middle of important things I was doing on the internet.

Finally the device disabled wifi on its own and it would not let me enable it. While the device looks good cosmetically, it is basically an expensive brick. When I called netgear for help, they basically told me I had to get on a repair contract before they can troubleshoot the device for me.

I feel like netgear is not willing to stand behind their product. I will not be purchasing another device from them again.

I bought this modem (Motorola MT7711) because it advertised download speeds over LAN and WiFi much greater than my subscribed cable speed of 400 Mbps (from Comcast). While the speed test showed that its speed on LAN (when a computer is connected to the modem using LAN cable) matched my cable’s subscribed speed on both IPv4 and IPv6, its speed on 5 GHz WiFi (at the maximum possible WiFi bandwidth of 80 MHz) is less than half (about 175 Mbps) of the subscribed speed (400 Mbps) over IPv6.

Please note that applications by default use IPv6, not IPv4, so it is very important that it gives the full speed on IPv6. Only when the speed test is forced to use IPv4 that it gives the subscribed speed (400 Mbps) on 5 GHz WiFi (when using 80 MHz WiFi bandwidth).

This behavior is very consistent and is clearly a software issue (the problem only happens on 5 GHz WiFi on IPv6, not on 5 GHz WiFi on IPv4). Also, it looks like the maximum speed that this modem can ever give on 5 GHz WiFi on IPv6 (at the maximum 80 MHz WiFi bandwidth), irrespective of how high is the cable’s subscribed speed, is about 175 Mbps.

When reached out to Motorola, their only response (besides having me do a modem reset, which made no difference) was to swap out the modem with another one (which they said could also be a refurbished one).

But that is not going to solve the problem. Since it is a software problem, it needs to be fixed in the software. Despite repeated requests, Motorola did not show any interest in doing the software fix.

Unfortunately, I discovered this critical issue after the 14 day return period; so I am stuck with it. It is so disappointing to be relegated to less than half of the subscribed speed due to this software issue with the modem, which Motorola has no interest in fixing.

The Motorola Model MT7711 replaced a modem/router which was about 6 years old, which still worked well, but had lost its ability to send out a strong wi-fi signal very far. After much research, we were planning to purchase the Motorola Model 7700.

However we somehow were blessed to find this Model 7711 at a cheaper price than the Model 7700, which really did not make any sense. It appears the Model 7711 is identical to the Model 7700, except the Model 7711 has the ability and option to also do Xfinity Voice.

We have no plans at this time to add a Xfinity Voice landline phone to our package, but it is nice to know we have that option in the future with the Model 7711. We would not have that option with the Model 7700.

You do not have to add Xfinity Voice to use Model 7711. Since it was replacing an old modem/router, the Model 7711 greatly increased our speed, both in wi-fi and in Ethernet (with four Ethernet ports).

We even now get a speed a little higher than what we are paying to Xfinity. We certainly can recommend the Model 7711, especially if you ever have possible plans to add Xfinity Voice to your package.

Plus, unlike other brands of modem/routers, Motorola comes with a 2 year warranty!.

I bought one of these for my parents last year, along with a data SIM as they have no land line. I got it on sale for half the price it is now, but was so impressed with it that I just bought one for myself and my daughter to use on our travels over the coming Summer holidays.

Beautifully simple to use and set up, with both an app to adjust setup on your phone, or direct access via a browser. Obviously, performance in terms of network will depend on your provider, but I’ve had excellent results with both my O2 contract SIM and a BT data SIM I bought specifically for this.

It has the added bonus of an SD card slot, so you can fill up 32GB worth of card with movies, music etc and it’ll be accessible for anyone connecting to the device. Brilliant! Highly recommended and great service from Very as always.

I like the concept and understand the distinct advantage of a high gain directional antenna. This is the only option that I’ve found that will rotate automatically based on the network you choose. The included router was easy to set up and I liked the basic features.

I purchased this for installation on my fifth wheel trailer in an attempt to improve the weak campground WiFi signals and required a unit that would work with web based authentication once connected.

Problems: 1st unit: I tested the unit prior to installation and all went well. The antenna rotation was quite jittery, but it worked without struggle. Proceeded with the install. After routing the antenna cable I attempted to plug into the antenna on the roof.

The cable would not seat into the antenna connector; I saw a piece of copper come out of the connection when I removed the cable for inspection. The piece was the pin on the connector at the antenna side.

This antenna needed to be returned. 2nd unit: Tested the unit prior to installation. No issues with cable connections and went through the setup. Antenna rotated smoothly this time, however the phone lost connection with the antenna during it’s scan for networks.

I could not reconnect the phone to the antenna. After power cycling the antenna, I was again able to connect, but only for about 10 seconds while it scanned for networks. It then disconnected. I inspected the cable ends and all looked good.

Reconnected and power cycled numerous times. Uninstalled the application and even tested it on another phone. Same issue. Clearly an issue with the antenna / connection. I’ve been in the electronics industry (maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, etc.

) for 27 years. I’m very unimpressed with the cable connection at the antenna side. The required bend beneath the antenna to route the cable through the provided cut out is a poor design and susceptible to issues.

Unfortunately after two attempts I’m forced to find an alternative solution.

First, here’s what this router DOESN’T do – it does not connect you to the internet via cell towers. What it does do is connect to an existing wifi connection, and rebroadcast it to your devices. In our camper, the campground wifi was just ok – we only got one bar of signal on our laptops and Firestick, and it meant frequent drops or delays in loading.

The King router captures that signal well, then sends it to all our devices (where we see it as a 5 bar signal). It works better than I hoped. We have added the optional (Swift) roof antenna which extended the range even further.

Highly recommended. Don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner.

Just came back from a trip where we used this for two months at a campground. I worked from the road so it was critical to make sure the wifi signal was as good as possible. The campground had a decent signal, but would fade/slow as more campers were online at different parts of the day.

The booster allows you to search and connect to the signal of choice, and you can setup encryption too. So, my work computer was connected to the King device and my personal laptop connected directly to the campground wifi signal.

There were times when the campground signal dropped off, but the King signal was able to stay connected and provide a workable connection.

I bought this router a while back. When I eventually installed it I found that the thing is completely app driven and I had to download this app onto my phone in order to get it installed. The functionality works well enough by itself, but it is a pain to setup in the app and has almost no customization that can be done.

Trying to log into this with a computer only gives you a page that you can see the connected devices on and gives you no control over even the simplest of settings for WiFi forcing you to only use the app.

The only thing I could see I was able to do in the browser is set an IP address to static in the router and rename connected devices. It did not play well with my EnGenius EAP1300EXT either. If both were setup to extend the same WiFi network it would just kill internet over WiFi.

I get more functionality and control over my network with my old $50 TP Link than with this. If you are expecting any real control over your network then I would stay away from this thing.

I live in an RV park. The owner has Fiber to the main building to his modem for the Store. I connected this Router to his modem, and plugged in one Antenna outside the back of his store. My trailer is a good 150ft away with a tree and another trailer in the line of site.

I am getting 90mbs download and around 60mbs up. I am also using a laptop with a new Intel ax210ngw wireless card. The AX201 card was having signal issues and lagging. I game online and I have 0 issues now once switching wireless cards in my pc.

My phones and TV are also connected. The antennas are plastic so you can’t put them where they may be bumped into. Both of my antennas are outside of the trailer and I have had 0 issues so far. Also, If I connect to antenna at my trailer the signal is a little weaker as it has to go through the other antenna and then to router.

The router itself is a good 200 ft away from my trailer. So getting the speeds I do is pretty good and solves my issue for WIFI. Hope this helps. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to boost your wifi.

When I first saw this Mesh kit I was very interested in it, as it was the same as the gamer edition but white. Also, it would help extend my range to the other side of the house, thanks to the included antennas.

After opening the box, I really liked the build quality and finish of the device. The pleasing aesthetics of it’s design are nothing short of artistic and it is likely the best looking router on the market.

Getting it out of the box, you’re instructed to download the amplifi app, and once that was done, the whole thing was up and running in under 60 seconds (It was the fastest router setup I had ever done).

So simplicity and speed are great, and this would be great for somebody who has limited technical skill and just wants their internet to work. After using it and playing in the configuration, I came to realize that there were a few things I considered poor choices, but not dealbreakers.

Well, at the time they weren’t deal breakers, but now one of them is. First, I noticed that guest WiFi doesn’t appear to have a way to turn this off, and I never run a guest WiFi personally, so I was a little turned off by this, but it wasn’t a deal breaker as it was password protected.

Second, was the fact that both the 2. 4 GHz and 5 GHz both use the same password! This is a problem, because the router really doesn’t have any way to limit bandwidth for certain users and not being able to keep them off the 5GHz AC band would be your only shot here.

Third, the web interface and the app interface, have two completely different sets of features and that’s extremely bizarre to me. The app literally has far more features than the web interface and that’s backward.

Fourth, there’s no way to set the max MTU for the device! This is a serious problem, because this can affect a persons ability to use certain types of VPN. Yes you can set this at the OS level of your computer, but it would be so much better to be able to set it at the router and be done with it.

T-Mobile’s 5G gateway is very susceptible to this issue if you need proof that this really is a problem. Now I know what you’re thinking, why not just use the guest for them… This would be an awesome idea, if not for the fact that you cannot specify the bands that the guest network is allowed to use, or even limit it’s bandwidth! What is the purpose of a guest WiFi? Seriously, if it is just another SSID with a password, why even have it at all? Others have complained about the fact that there’s no way to use a physical backbone with the extenders and it’s interesting.

I can change the backbone band and the normal band in those extenders, so it didn’t bug me too much. However, if this matters to you, you might want to move along. Now you might be worried about the speed, but don’t be… This thing can deliver enough bandwidth for wired and wireless connections, under most circumstances.

You do not need AX in most situations. In the end, I’ve used this thing for about a year now, and knowing what I know now, I would likely not have kept this device and I certainly would not recommend it to people.

I used their request a feature option, for some of these things and Ubiquiti decided to ignore those requests. So, this is very much a router that puts form over functionality and it is a shame, because it could be the perfect setup.

The power button on the front of the router is more of a switch. It’s clearly either in/out, on/off, respectively. I like this because sometimes when you reset your router you need to cut power completely, and this helps.

It also has a USB port on the back for adding network storage, which I plan on doing. With dual band routers, a 2. 4GHz network and 5. 0GHz network are broadcast. Each should be given different names, but they can have the same password.

The 5. 0GHz network is much much shorter range than the 2. 4GHz network, so closer devices should be connected to the higher frequency 5. 0GHz signal, while the 2. 4GHz bandwidth is saved for devices that are a further distance away.

Since I’m also using a repeater, that gives me three networks: a 5. 0, a 2. 4, and 2. 4 extension. It’s a good idea to program all the available networks into your devices, so that you can easily switch between them depending on where you are.

The whole purpose of a Dual-Band Router is to provide a SEPERATE Channel for both PC’s AND any other device you might wish to connect to the Router. This is meant to retain any speed advantages you have with this Router.

This includes the following devices: iPads (or similar devices), X-Box’s, Game boy, or anything else you might want to use. As no one in our house has ANY of these devices I did not test them out. There are a couple of other things that I haven’t tried.

I should say that I don’t want to get hung by my feet (OR my neck) by my housemates for trying them. Supposedly, you are able to customize the Router’s ports PER different Specs. This is supposed to give SOME USERS greater access, WHILE limiting others.

Basically, a Throttling Device. My problems is that IF I EVEN ATTEMPTED to do this, my roommates would hang me up on a rope by my feet (OR my neck) from the highest point they could find in our yard.

I have NO desire to try this at all. There are two main things I am disappointed with. 1. NO ANTENNAS. I can see where this MIGHT CREATE range problems. Especially on a DUAL BAND Router. Wake up Western Digital! 2.

A Power Brick Power Supply (When will the manufacturers learn that 99% of users HATE THEM – NOR do we want them)!!! My final opinion is as follows: Would I recommend this Router to others? YES, with some reservations.

Would I buy this Router myself? Probably not.

Though the router remained rock steady for over a week of testing that my family put it through, except for the lagging streaming of Netflix due to range issues, I was more than happy to go back to my favorite router.

Really, with the prices the way they are in the market now, there is no need for anyone to spend this kind of money on a WiFi router and not have Gigabyte Lan ports. If you have a large network, it is a necessity, and there are lots of routers out there in the N600’s price range that have them, along with the dual channel capabilities and better range.

If you wanted a router that’s quick and easy to set up out of the box, and you have an apartment that doesn’t have a lot of walls blocking signal, then this router should work well for you if you have only one or two devices to connect to it.

If you need Gigabyte lan, and if you are a gamer you do, then consider one of their other units that has it, as this is their only offering that doesn’t. In short, this is a passable WiFi dual band router, but it has some range issues and no Gigabyte lan, therefore, it gets only three eggs from me.

I have used several Wifi modem routers. The TP Link works as well as the others. Easy setup for both static and dynamic IP addresses as it has a default range for both. ADMIN login is easy and informative.

No problems so far although it has only been in service a couple of months. Previous modems eventually had swollen lithium batteries after five years or in above average temperatures. Good product so far.

It?s a great product. I work from both my home, factory space, and from coffee shops. I get great bang for my buck on data this way, and being able able to montitor my usage is a nice touch. I combined the product with an amaysim $70 sim, which gives me 100 gig per month.

The speed is fast enough to manage my photoshop and illustrator files. And streaming Netflix is acceptable. I was pushed down this path because my horrible telco iinet kept stuffing me around. Now I wouldn?t go back, I?m mobile :).

If you are needing a Wi-Fi router/cable modem combo that will pull actual Gigabit speeds for a few devices without much fuss, this one is perfect. That is what I required of mine when purchased a year ago and that is what I got.

If you want to to stream 4k quality TV in one room while you browse online for a new router/modem while your wife and daughter are watching TikTok on their phones and your son is using his PlayStation to test if the “unlimited data” promise from your ISP is truly unlimited, with a couple devices on Wi-Fi here and there, this modem is for you.

Mine handled all that and more for a year with little issue. Now, if I want to do some gaming with my kids… FAT CHANCE. Even with everything else disconnected, three game systems are just too much for this thing to handle and you should not expect it too.

Taking away one star because the Arris is not actually Arris, it is Commscope and the app that they push on you is complete garbage that never works and their “customer service” goes no further than “have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?” Beyond that and you’re on your own.

Additionally, the manufacturers warranty will have you without a modem for two weeks unless you want to shell out $100 to pay for “advanced replacement”. I recommend the replacement warranty offered by BestBuy for this device and I rarely ever say that.

We were looking for a decent cable modem & router for our apartment, so that we need not squander money paying Comcast to rent one of theirs. The reviews on this one looked good, so I pulled the trigger.

It’s a nice package, with a compact footprint which is nice. Setup via the free app software was tolerably easy. The MAC ID on this modem is not clearly identified: there are 2 of them, which differ by one character.

This caused confusion and delay when setting it up with the cable company, but once resolved ceased to be an issue. Signal strength is not as good as what you would get with a dedicated router with adjustable antennas; the thick brick walls also impede signal at the other end of the house, and was easily remedied with a $20 mesh extender.

Throughput is decent and as-advertised; note that this unit is best for households with routine data loads, rather than multiple persons streaming 8K video. For a normal user looking for a decent household modem/router, this is a good product.

I like this modem/router a LOT! It performs! I have been struggling for the past 2 years with a Spectrum supplied Technicolor modem/router. Had all kinds of glitches and irregularities with it. I couldn’t get the speeds and performance I was paying for.

Finally had enough. I couldn’t be happier with this Arris G34 modem/router combo. I have had and used many different brands of modems and routers over the years. I am very pleased with this G34. It does what it says – no if, ands or buts.

It was easy to set up. I didn’t use the App. I like to use the user interface – 192. 168. 0. 1. I had everything configured as I wanted it in a few minutes. I have a couple devices that need assigned (static) IP addresses on my network.

Doing that was a breeze with this router. The user interface in this router is probably the easiest I have ever used. I highly recommend this modem/router combo. I am now getting the speeds I should have been getting.

I am happy to know that I have the latest technology. The WiFI 6 capability and performance is phenomenal! Highly Recommend this modem/router.

Setup: -1300 SQ FT home made of Stucco (aka very hard for wireless signals to go through) -Detached Studio on back of lot converted to office. Problems: IP phone in the studio could not get a stable connection through a wireless adapter – the latency was too high for it to be stable and calls would drop, if it would connect at all.

While doing yard work – phone would lose connection to the pre-existing wireless router and switch over to using mobile data. — This router solved the problems – the satellite in the studio uses the fast backhaul link to the router and creates a VERY stable and low latency connection.

I’m able to connect a picky IP phone to it with no connection drops. Can do yard work around the house / sidewalk with no connection issues. If you are looking for easy setup – make sure you upgrade to the latest firmware before anything else.

At first: Set up the satellite and router connection in the same building to make sure there is a stable connection between satellite and router – after that you can move it as you need it and save the hassle.

—- If you are looking for enterprise level features at this price: look elsewhere – this is perfect for smaller (sub 15 people) offices. This will not replace an enterprise level Cisco wireless network, nor should it.

This is all flat network with some additional SSIDs. Worth every penny!.

Setup was reasonably straightforward. Interface was ok and configuration was easy enough (I set it up in AP mode so I could bridge my two home networks). Reception is good on the satellite unit which is in an upstairs bedroom where i have my laptops and a photo printer – this setup needed the extra bandwidth to print reliably over wifi.

This did the trick although the signal is not as strong as I had hoped – good, not excellent according to the router. The web page for the router kept on being sent to a Netgear web page over the internet rather than connecting to the router.

I tried clearing the browser cache (as suggested) but that didn’t work. Shutting down the browser and restarting it worked for some reason (as did starting a different browser and going to the web page – interface connectivity seems a bit flakey and confused.

But it is all working great and I have regained communication with the router device web page, so all is well. Many devices that are attached via wifi to the service provider wifi network (for which this is acting as an AP) show up as wired (e.

g. phones, Apple TVs, TVs, etc. )? I haven’t tried playing with many of the available options yet – letting it settle-in in working condition first. It repots much higher throughput on its Speedtest than does the one I run on my mac – same network.

With the decision to convert our very large basement into an at-home business, I needed to get reliable wireless Internet connectivity into that space. This router-satellite combo has done that nicely with no issues or installation problems.

I really like how the router gives the option of creating not one, but several functional wireless LANs, as well as a guest LAN for our business customers. Highly recommended, and at a great sale price.

I upgraded my ISP plan from 105 mbps to Xfinity’s 1. 2 gbps plan, this time I decided to buy my own modem instead of renting from Xfinity. I can confirm that this modem works perfectly fine with Xfinity (at least here in Chicago).

Set up was a breeze, I was able to set up the modem without having to have an installer come out by using Xfinity app and and activating the modem. It was actually a lot easier than I had expected, I was glad I was able to do it through the app and not having to call customer support.

The unit only has 1x 2. 5gpbs ports which l was able to get +1. 4 gbps speeds directly to my pc when hard wired directly to that port. You may need to upgrade your network card and/or your ethernet cable to achieve speeds >1.

0 gbps. Wifi works, but I have a home with multiple floors so there is a drop off in performance as you get further away from the modem. Right next the the modem, my phone was getting +550 mbps speeds.

As I reached the farthest corner of my house, the speeds dropped to +150 mbps. So depending on the layout and construction of your house the wifi may be great or you may need other methods for wifi. The telephone works as expected, but honestly I haven’t had to use it much.

The modem has a nice matte finish and a relatively medium foot print. It’s LED’s are bright and informative. The web interface is pretty standard, with descriptions for each option of you hover your mouse over the question mark.

The Moto Sync app is a pretty decent app and relatively user friendly. You can set parental controls, block (or allow) websites, set schedules and even turn on or off wifi to specific devices on the fly.

So far I’m very happy with the MR5200. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks though. I have been the unhappy recipient of a long term power outage so this has been quite a test. ( Snowstorm packing very wet and heavy snow.

Many thousands if trees and power lines down. ) My 5g Samsung S20 for the first 4 or 5 days of the power outage couldnt get any internet, and the phone service wasn’t great. But, even though I have AT&T for my Samsung and my Netgear, the Netgear has worked very well.

When I couldnt get out with a straight shot on my phone, I was able to use WI FI phone service and that worked great. I bought a highly directional antenna for the netgear but with the massive amount of snow everywhere I haven’t been able to figure out where it needs to go.

However, even with one bar signal strength depending on where I set the netgear, I can still get enough data speed ( even during peak hours ) to stream 1080P video. I did think I had a WI FI issue with the netgear but have found its apparently a Vudu/Fandango problem.

( I seem to be having problems I never had until Vudu merged with Fandango. )The movie “Contact” keeps giving me “slow internet” warnings. I did several speed checks and at that time I was getting 60 mbps.

So no, it was NOT a internet connection issue. For experimentation reasons I tried several different movies on Vudu and only had trouble with ” Contact “. But get this. If I restarted the movie from the beginning, it was fine.

But if I did ANY FFWD OR REV it would hang up repeatedly after that. So never assume it’s anything in particular. Experiment. Let this be a warning to those of you like myself who has 100 videos I “Own” on Vudu.

I will not buy any more Vudu movies. If your internet goes down or has trouble or the service isnt working well, “YOUR” movie can be useless. Buy the Blu_Ray or 4K discs. Players are very cheap and give the best quality picture available.

And if you don’t “need” to have a movie right at its release date, they are cheaper than buying a movie online. Often even cheaper that renting a movie online. The battery in the Netgear lasts at least 8 hours.

(I havent pushed it. ) So thats a plus. On the occasion or two that I had any trouble a reboot fixed said problem. And it reboots pretty quickly. Ive been at this adress for ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever had fast and reliable internet.

I’m in a rural area and there are few choices available. And with this recent and Id say very harsh test of power lines, trees, and I’m sure cell phone infrastructure problems, I am really so very happy with the NetgearMR5200.

To repeat. The first several days of power outage, my new 5g Samsung phone was of little or no use. But even though I have the phone and the Netgear running on AT&T, the Netgear has not let me down at all.

Even with a mile of snow laden trees in between me and the closest cell tower/antenna.

I bought this a couple of months ago and for the most part I’m pleased with it. I keep it hooked up to my home router all the time and have never used it for a mobile router. I did take it out in my yard once and saw speeds over 200 Mbps more than once.

It’s not unusual to see speeds of 130 Mbps inside my home and that’s a lot better than DSL which was 6 Mbps. The only issue I have with the MR5200 is that it will drop 5G and change to 4G. I can understand it doing that if 5G is not available but if 5G is available it should reconnect to 5G on it’s on but it doesn’t.

I can reboot the M5 or turn the power off and then back on and it will reconnect to 5G. It’ll do this most every day. I ended up putting the power supply on a timer and set it to power off at 5:00 a.

m. and power back on at 5:01 a. m. but that still doesn’t take care of this issue all the time. It being a 5G router it should always be connected to 5G if it’s available.

This Hotspot is by far the best in the industry. It was easy to set up and understand the instructions (I only had to read the 1st page ). Right after putting in SIM card from my carrier ,I was up and running.

I’m able to get from 288Mbps (during high traffic from the carrier ) to 675Mbps in the evening and around 800 later at night. This Hotspot is very powerful,easy to use and reliable. It is a bit pricey but it is the only one of its kind and the same type from carriers are priced about the same but you get stuck in a contract.

We’re also in an inflation bubble right now so everything is costing a lot more. If you are thinking about buying a Hotspot and are thinking about buying one, just do it and stop thinking about it. This guy can do a lot of things and make it easy to get the internet wherever you go.
