15 Best Wii Golf Game (2022 Updated)

A little over 2 years ago my son went through cancer treatment. We had to be gone for 2 months from our home. While we were gone someone robbed our home and stole all his Wii games among other things in our home.

This game is hard to find. He had so many games and Nintendo DSI & 64 an IPad that was taken as well. We are slowly trying to find and get some of the items replaced. It was his birthday last month. Some other family member had this game and they played it at the party.

I asked him if he missed playing this game when I found it here. He said yes so I had already purchased it from you. Thanks for the item. My son has had a rough 2 years with 2 bouts of cancer. Things are looking good for him now.

The games are a challenge and for the most part quite accurate. Occasionally the action appears to be taken by the program rather than my movement, but for the most part it is responding to my action.

I wanted the game to provide mild exercise – it does that perfectly. I am enjoying the benefit of the game honing my response time and quick thinking. At 82 years of age, this is valuable.

This proved disappointing because of the games duplicated in Wii Sports, the play is way better and more fun on Wii Sports than it is here. Bowling is simply way better on original Wii Sports and so is tennis.

I thought the Motion Plus offered here in Resort would add to quality of game play but instead all it does is add complication because you have to calibrate the remote for every game which just really takes the fun out of it.

Even more importantly, the other games offered we simply didn’t find to be very fun, so this was an okay purchase but far from compelling. Wii Sports and Jeopardy are the ones that get by far the most play.

Loved this release of fire emblem. Sothe and Micaiah are great characters and a lot of fun to play. The same game play is found in this game as in all past fire emblems. It is a tactics RPG and one of my favorite games.

Game play is turn based and you flip back and forth between your turn and the enemies turn. You complete small tasks, try to route the enemy and build your character support while you play. The Laguz were a lot of fun to play and I hope to see them pop up in future Fire emblem releases.

there’s a lot of story line in the game and few great cut scene. If you are at all into tactics or rpg style games then pick this up!.

This was one of the best fire emblem games that I have played. I really enjoyed this game as a sequel to the Path of Radiance. I simultaneously love and hate that when characters die in the game they are gone forever because it makes it more realistic but for people like me it makes it more difficult because I refuse to let characters die.

The characters in this game were excellent and each had their own unique personality. I loved that you changed perspective between each of the parties – and that eventually you had to face off against the characters you already got attached to.

One of the best. FE: Path of Radiance aside, this is one of the only 3D fire emblem games. So many hours of gameplay, can be difficult/challenging at times, and the story is divided into two parts which wraps up at the end.

Again, I appreciate the race/social commentary in this game, a typical political corruption storyline wrapped up in this RPG strategy game! The only thing I’m not happy with is the inadequate support system compared to other games.

First of all – if you want to play this game online, do not buy a used copy unless the online pass is included and unused, otherwise EA will attempt to charge you $9. 99 for the “luxury” of playing online.

Also, there’s a bunch of DLC that they will try to nickle-and-dime you for. The last Tiger Woods game I played was 07 and I gotta say that this is a bit of a disappointment. For being a PS3 game, the graphics aren’t really that great.

The commentary is boring and often repetitive. The putting is absolutely awful and makes no sense. There’s no longer bunches of customizable animations or funky clothes. It’s just a very boring game overall, and forget about playing online.

the people that play online apparently do NOTHING BUT play this game online because they’re all shooting 20 under par or better. A new feature to the game called “true aim” is absolutely useless, but the putting is by far the worst element of the game and will cost you many strokes.

I’ve played for a few days now an I still have no clue how it works, because it’s quite difference than earlier Tiger Woods games. Also, leveling up your putting-related stats makes no difference whatsoever.

You can spend a whole minute lining up a shot and even using the putt preview (which is never accurate in my opinion) and still miss by 5 feet. Putts within 4 feet of the cup are no longer “gimme’s” either.

It is very easy to miss a short putt in this game. The ball likes to magically stop a half inch from the cup all the time. I honestly feel as though this franchise just keeps getting worse and worse even though the graphics have slightly improved since the Playstation 2 days.

Even with all of it’s flaws, however, it’s still probably the best golf game on Playstation 3, since the ’12 version of Tiger Woods is even worse than this one!!.

I have the tiger woods pga 07. It is very challenging, we just wanted a newer version for more challenges, but this is way to easy. do any of the other tapes compare to thee 07 , We need more courses.

Very enjoyable! The game is easy to play and instructions are clear. There are three levels of skill so it is not too difficult for beginners yet challenging enough for more advanced play. You choose a player that brings certian skills to the game (strong putter, fairly accurate, etc).

There are helps within the game to assist in the choice of clubs. You are able to see where each club will place the ball. There is also a club face help to assist in striking the ball squarely and not to the right or left.

This has also four putt-putt games, frisbee golf, and a few more games besides the basic golf game. These are fairly challenging as there are moving attractions to figure out. We are an older couple who can’t quite figure out all the buttons and whistles of some of the game out there.

However, this one was very easy for us to grasp how to work. We would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the golf games on Wii.

This is the best Tiger yet. Although the graphics are li new types of play such as One Ball give this game new life from Tiger ’06. The abmited on the PS2 version of PGA Tour ’07, the new features make this game a must have for players on all levels.

The Team Tour mode is a great addition, and the ability to hit power fades off the tee give the player more control over their drives. There are several small glitches in the game, but none that will affect your game play.

If you enjoy the previous games of the Tiger Woods series, I would highly recommend this game. If you haven’t had experienced the Tiger Woods series, this is the best golf game around. A word of warning: it can be highly addictive.

I bought this as I prefer what the game play is like, the options are for me far better than newer versions especially as EA like to change things and not always for the better.

One question id like answered. How can they sell such a good quality game for so cheap and still make a profit good enught to make it worthwhile? the price I paid I was expecting some marks on the disk/ damaged box/ missing booklet or torn cover but when it arrived I was very surprised to see that the disc and case are in mint condition with no marks anywhere and all booklets included.

The disc loads without any problems as it should and the game play is perfect. I highly recommend this game to anyone after a fun packed game for the whole family to play even my 3 year old enjoys playing along.

The only reason we got this game was because it was free with the purchase of our wii from Wal-Mart. com. For a free game its pretty good. Its easy to play once you get your character created. That takes forever.

It took an hour for two competent teens to create a character. Volleyball and Frisbee golf seem far to difficult to win in my opinion. They are ok to play if you don’t mind losing no matter what and you just enjoy that game.

Bocce Ball and Football are both simplistic and easy to play. Cricket. who knows. I don’t understand the game and in the in game tutorial didn’t help very well. When you win games you get points and I don’t understand what those are for.

Its like they tried to implement Wii Sports’ experience points with no success in my opinion because it makes no sense. When you complete certain feats you are rewarded a trophy (albeit, with a dorky name) and that makes you feel nice (maybe not warm and fuzzy inside but nice.

) Overall Its a good game. If you could pick it for a free game I would for it because for a free game its pretty good. Fairly simplistic, anyone could play it (maybe not win. ).

What a way to get kids to exercise they’re begging to do it every day they come here

After storing this away in a closet of ‘future gifts’ for 3 years, we finally gave this to my two daughters (11 and 7) for Christmas this year. A month later (an eternity for kids), it’s still their favorite Wii game.

Most of the games are fun for all ages, but the casino games are not only hard for kids to understand, but they don’t seem to fit the style of the other ‘active’ games (Ping Pong, Golf, Shuffleboard, etc.

) I wish they would have left them out, but they are easy enough to ignore. Overall, this is a great collection of games that are fun for the whole family.

This game is wonderful. It’s three different cruises. Each cruise has games you’d find on a cruise ship. There is shuffle board, mini golf, rock climbing, and casino games,etc. On each cruise the games are a different level of hardness.

We play it all the time and really enjoy it. Great for a fun night of fasmily games!.

I had loads of fun on this game. It was packed with all different kinds of games you would find on a cruise ship.

My husband and I enjoyed playing this game. Graphics are good. At times sometimes it was a little hard to tell what’s going on but I’m sure the more we play it the more we’ll get used to the screen action.

Our favorite games are dodgeball, badmitton, volleyball, curling, archery and skiing. The game play on several of the games is similiar to Wii Sports. If you love Wii Sports then this is a good addition.

The jousting is fun but I guess we’re a little out of shape as we found the constant shaking of the wii remote exhausting. I was expecting this sport to be more like Star Wars duelling but it was a little more difficult for me to keep up with the action on this one.

All the better to help get me in shape though :-). This game is worth buying in my opinion.

The game gets three stars for value because there are a good variety of some pretty cool sports games available to play. Overall, it’s not great though. For a sports game that is meant to be played on the Wii platform, it doesn’t make much use of the kind of body movement it could.

All you do is stand/sit with the standard Wii remote and move it back and forth. I was expecting a bit more movement to be necessary.

Disc will not load and I’ve tried cleaning it multiple times. Congrats on scamming your customers with scratched games. I would return it but you would probably just sell it to someone else for the same price.

Don’t buy games over $20 from this company unless you enjoy donating to them for scratched games. Not worth my time.

Played for ~20 hours. Easy to get into, but gets plenty hard as you get more into it. 7 courses in total, including a Par 3 course. You’ll start off with 2, but unlock more by winning tournaments. The first characters have pretty short max drive distance, but you can unlock the star versions of them and get much better drives, at the cost of control.

It’s a balance game of easy to not slice/hook versus distance. You can also set up backspin/topspin, and adjust impact point on the ball, giving yourself a draw to get around that tree or extra height to clear over it.

Most of the courses are “standard” but Peach Castle Grounds has a lot more Mario theming(Second from last course you unlock). Warp Pipes that warp your ball, and if your ball lands too close to a chain chomp, you’re not getting that ball back.

Overall a great game if you’re looking for that classic golf game feel. I wish the camera would stop moving around and just follow behind the ball so I can see where the heck my shot went.

As with just about all Mario titles, the game is packed with hours of fun. Toadstool Tour is chockfull of courses players can choose from with different modes of play to cater to each of their skill levels.

Players can choose from a host of familiar faces such as Mario and Luigi, not to mention Bowser and Donkey Kong. They can also choose less familiar faces like Diddy Kong and Daisy. Mario Gollf: Toastool Tour is not only a great game but certainly one of the best golf games you can play on any console, period.

A new favorite. We’ve been playing this everyday (myself and my 8 yo niece. ) We usually play Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, and Wii Fit Plus Balance Games (super fun). There’s SO much to do. You can do the recommended events at each resort, or go in any order you want as you find the event sims throughout the resort.

Once you get a certain amount of stamps, you can just go to the activity screen and choose whichever event. You can also find the treasure chests(7 at each resort), find each photo booth (7 at each resort), do the events in or out of order, or just ride around in the various vehicles allowed at each resort.

There’s also the Villa Grounds, which you can decorate yourself. You can have a dog companion and up to 2 companions in the game (on 2 player, each can have one). It’s a great game and has more to do than any of the other games.

If you like skate boarding or rollerblading, the City Resort is one big skate park!.

So many cool and fun things to do in the game for all ages I love, love, love this game! I keep telling all of my friends and family. Its worth the money because there are 4 resorts in the game with like 20-25 different things to do in each of the resorts.

The graphics are amazing! You get to travel around to all of the resorts on very cool modes of transportation that you controllike snowmobiles, roller blades, skis, jet skis, horses, canoes, tubes, trucks, cars, 4 wheelers, etc.

You get pets, log cabins that you can decorate. You can earn clothes to change into. There is a Marine Resort, Mountain Resort, City Resort, and a Winter resort. This is better than all of the other games out there.

Definitely my favorite! It feels like I am on vacation.

This game is the best. You get to roam around four different resorts and explore them. There are fifty different sports and activities to try. You can even decorate your own villa! I played this game on the Wii and my only problems were the controls, but the controls are great on the Switch.

You can customize an avatar or play as a Mii and the soundtrack bops. What a fantastic game.

I am a sucker for Lego games. Since childhood. There is just something super fun about them. The coloring was fantastic in this game. Bright and cheerful for 90% of it. I would recommend this game if you have not gotten a chance to play it just yet.

We are a LEGO household, and this game does not disappoint! My children are 5 6, and this is fun for all of us to play! My six-year-old doesn’t require any assistance playing on his own, and my 5-year-old can play with minimal help.

They sometimes ask for mom and dad to play with them, and we’re happy to oblige. The game follows the storyline from the Lego Movie with all of the characters. Once the main storyline is completed, you can replay certain missions to gather everything, the game automatically calculating the percentage for you, and you can use studs, the in-game currency, to unlock additional characters which really add to the game.

This is a perfect game for parents and young children to play side-by-side.

This is so much fun to play. I currently almost have it completed. I can’t remember the last time when I was so excited about a video game. There is nothing that needs to be done to improve this game.

It is perfect the way it is and if you enjoy playing Lego games I definitely recommend this one.

This is a great Wii game that actually takes advantage of the motion sensing functionality of the Wii. In this game you control a racer with the Wii-mote in the Steering style. You can race or try to get a high score on the trick mode (like in SSX (PlayStation 2)).

You can attack your opponents and if you hit jumps you can do all sorts of moves (also like SSX Tricky). In trick mode there are multipliers that increase your score (like in SSX 3. , ok so this isn’t the most original game).

Some people may have some issues since this game is quite unlike any other TH game, but it is actually quite similar to a particular boarding game. Let me spell it out: Tony Hawk + SSX = one of the most fun Wii titles.

In the game you have the choice of several characters with slightly differing stats, as well as the ability to create your own character. As you play the single player game you can unlock new boards, people, and racing venues.

All of the racing locations are based (somewhat liberally) on real world locations, like Glastonbury, Rio, Maccu Piccu, Rome, San Francisco. This game is also a great multiplayer game and I guarantee you’ll have lots of fun (or lots of cursing depending on how you finish your race).

This game is easy to learn, the controls are simple to understand, and anyone can pick up and play. Mastering the game however is a difficult process. To be honest, I didn’t expect much from this game, but it really has a lot to offer.

I doubt that this game would be at the top of anyone’s Wii list but it is definitely a quality title that you should try out, especially with some friends.

This Tony Hawk game was, as expected, a bunch of ollies and grinds and flat out a bunch of mad skateboarding. This is certainly a different format that is typical of Tony Hawk and I like it. It is fast: You skate down hill (as title suggests) at a speedy yet manageable pace.

You must be ready to turn your Wii Remote in the direction you are going while doing jumps (i. e. ollies) for points. You can also punch your opponents as well, which is not my favorite item for a family title.

However, it is certainly a blast and I certainly recommend it. I’m a 40+ year old gamer and purchased it based on its simplicity of controls and use of the Wii Remote (i. e. it’s not just pushing a bunch of buttons).

Still playing the courses and have yet to try multi-player but I think it will be fun, too.

I can’t skateboard for the life of me, but I’ve always escaped in the world of extreme sports in video games. I’ve followed all of Tony’s games and practically burnt out my PS2 playing him so much. When I got a Wii, I got this game.

Downhill Jam is out of this world! It’s fun, exciting, and can be played by any age. Control is simple and combos limitless. There’s nothing you can’t grind on or jump to. Opening the new tiers of boards is challenging the better you get at the game, which makes it worth it because you can’t fly through it as fast as other games and then get bored.

I definitely recommend this game to Hawk lovers and even haters. LOL.

Unable to advance characters on the game. Graphics are good and delivery was right on time. CD doesn’t have any scratches or damages – just doesn’t work. Disappointing.

I bought this game right after I saw it. I have to say I was totally disappointed. I’m not sure the people who designed it had even watched an episode of WipeOut before. If you watch the trailer for the game it makes it appear MUCH better than it really is.

If you enjoy the show, DON’T play the game. Also most web sites I looked on for information about the game said it include ‘balance board support’. I make the assumption (you know what happens when you assume) that this was the Wii balance board.

It’s not. I have yet to figure out what they mean by that because EVERY inquiry I have made on Activision’s support site has been ignored. They did mention that the balance board IS NOT supported. I have been tempted to return this game for some store credit, but have decided that if I did that they would resell it and someone else would buy it.

I am a nice person and will not do that to someone else, so the game is currently sitting on the back seat of my car where I am hoping the sun will have my revenge for me.

I’ve been trying to find this game at a great price since new there were close to $250. I’ve never ordered for this site so I decided to give it a try since the game was listed at great price. Upon arrival my sons were pretty excited to play the game.

Im glad I got this game Ive been playing Pokmon pearl and soul silver a lot lately. You can connect the DS games to this and fight with your Pokmon from the small screen (DS) to the big screen (wii) You Can also connect 2 dss to the wii and fight not knowing your opponent last moves because they use the DS screen to choose moves.

Then watch them battle on the tv. Really awesome and got just for that reason. If youd like more of a story and such Id recommend Pokmon DX for GameCube instead. But I like that I can use pearl and soul silver Pokmon in this game and fight my brothers on the tv with better graphics than the DS would provide.

Pokemon Battle Revolution is a fantastic game! One of the features that I love about this game is the ability to use your team from the Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum games to battle with in this game! The hours I have spent playing this game have been well worth it! I would highly recommend this game!.

These games seem fun at first. However in the tennis game for example the blackground colors behind your opponnent blends in with the color of the small ball being served and it is very hard to see, especially when a fast serve is headed your way.

The volleys are short lived from your opponents if you do hit it back and they hit out of bounds frequently. The table tennis game is way to easy and no fun like I had hoped it to be. I did not like the badminton game or the squash games the way the play was.

The camera tracking lacked accuracy. Overall a bust!.

Love the variety of options for sport play. Love the particular games they included in the game. Easy play, great work out and tons of fun! The camera eye is not a huge asset to the game as it is designed to work with just one person and not for multiple play.

being accustomed to using the remote, it is strange to play without one and so is seldom used in playing the game. There are a few “faults” in the game especially the tennis. A score will be given incorrectly to a team that does not return the ball over the net when hit by the front player and is hit “into” the net.

So far that is the only thing that seems to be a fault of the game. Otherwise we’ve enjoyed playing and is our favorite game at present. It’s great for improving reflexes, hand/eye coordination.

It happened. I went to the doctor, and was told I needed to start getting regular aerobic exercise. I bought this without overly looking at reviews because it was such a great price. (It originally listed around $100, most places still sell it at around $40).

Game Mechanics (Motion) While awaiting for it to arrive site-to-store, I read reviews here and at other sites. I saw lots of the same negatives, including, sometimes, the game does not register motions.

I researched this some and found that it isn’t perfect, but works most of the time if you ensure you have the arm and leg straps properly positioned. (The game has a tutorial video, that teaches this very specifically.

The heart monitor (arm strap) goes on the left arm directly against the skin, just below the elbow. The heart point should face toward your body. The monitor itself should be positioned so that it is facing directly outward to the left when your arm rests at your side.

On the leg strap, the figure’s legs should point to the floor. It should be worn high on your right thigh with the unit facing directly forward, and can/should be worn on top of clothing. ) I have played it several times, and have experienced very few problems.

They have always been easily solved by following the game’s lead correctly. (i. e. if during an exercise, you are told to lift a portion of your body, and you lift before you are told to, it will “think” you haven’t done so) Graphics/Sound The graphics are good for a Wii game.

I’ve only seen Drew Brees, as that’s who I always have worked out “with,” (Go Saints!) The sound is mostly an announcer telling you what to do, so nothing to set the world on fire, but then again, who needs that in this type of game? Fun/Practicality Another negative I ran into quite often while reading reviews was the game’s lack of challenge if you already worked out regularly.

That may be, but I have only done workouts on easy and find them challenging enough so far. I am quite out of shape, and have no issue admitting that. One thing that makes people lose motivation to continue a more active lifestyle is lack of fun.

If you are into football, this game is a good “fit. ” It has what are called challenges, specific to various positions, like lineman and receiver. These are fun and challenging! You are trying outscore some preset high scores, and then yourself.

It also has a lot of in game achievements to work toward, such as total length of time working out and yds ran. You also acquire points with each workout to buy new logos for your profile and different clothing for your avatar (no Mii’s in this game).

Overall Bottom line: It’s challenging and fun. It also has a couple of surveys about your nutrition and any other activity you do throughout the day, that can be a helpful tool, if you are honest. These will keep you accountable without someone in your face about it.

There’s also a 60 day combine mode that I am nervous about trying, but after these easy workouts get easier, I will just have to try it out. Happy exercising!.

This is an excellent work out video. It does take some patience to set up the two monitors that track your movement and heart rate, but once they are set up, the monitors give you accurate heart rate and movement feedback.

There is a wide variety of exercises, giving you the opportunity to work on different muscle groups. The video also will let you skip certain exercises if you are not quite ready for the full work out.

You also can select your work out level from easy to very challenging Of course it is a Wii video so you get to customize your on screen avatar, and select your favorite NFL player as a workout buddy.

There is very good feedback as you move through each workout, with very good record keeping to track your progress. Over all the video is simple to setup and use. It is especially valuable if you like to have detailed interactive feedback to keep your motivation up.

The Active NFL Training Camp is an excellent value, especially considering the price of other video work out programs that can cost up to ten times more, for very similar workouts and exercises. Both my football player son and I enjoy the workout, and my wife has started to use it because it is simple and fun to use.

We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

I purchased this game for personal use. I saw it had decent reviews so when it went on a special price of only $10, I jumped on it. The game itself is designed to be a workout system. If you are looking for a football playing game, go back to Madden.

I don’t consider myself to be out of shape but the game is using muscles I didn’t know I had. Each workout is roughly 30 minutes long. It goes through roughly 20 to 30 different exercises within that time frame.

The game is very good at going through a warmup, hard exercises, and a warmdown period. There are a couple of complaints I have to mention. One is the stretch band that comes with the game. It does not tie well to the hand grips that come with it.

I am in the process of purchasing some real stretch bands. The other problem is that you must be completely in the correct position for the game to recognize your movements. I have had some moments where I go to complete the exercise but the game doesn’t recognize it.

I end up doing the exercise and then telling the game I skipped it. It does not affect gameplay as the idea is that you need to do the exercise. The glitches are minor. The price is perfect. The game will push you, regardless of ability.

Overall a good game.
