There is a lot of debate over whether or not wine is good for your health. Some people believe that wine is packed with antioxidants and can help to protect your heart, while others believe that the alcohol content in wine can actually be detrimental to your health.
However, there are some studies that suggest that moderate wine consumption can be beneficial to your health. For example, one study found that moderate wine drinkers had a 34% lower risk of death from all causes than those who didn’t drink wine at all.
So, while there is no definitive answer as to whether or not wine is good for your health, moderate consumption may offer some benefits. Some of the potential benefits of moderate wine consumption include:
-Lower risk of death from all causes
-Lower risk of death from heart disease
-Lower risk of stroke
-Lower risk of cognitive decline
-Lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes
Of course, it is important to remember that moderation is key. Too much wine can actually be detrimental to your health. So, if you choose to drink wine, be sure to do so in moderation.

I didn’t know what to expect from low/no sugar wines. I’ve tried several before Fitvine, and didn’t really care for them. However, when I tasted Fitvine chardonnay, I was thrilled! I buy by the case now all the time! Thank you for making a keto friendly wine that tastes great!.
I have been a Chardonnay drinker for years, and have always preferred the rich, buttery Chardonnays like Rombauer. However, my favorite is now the Fit Vine Chardonnay! It is a very flavorful and pairs well with everything.
Like the other Fit Vine wines, I really like the reduced sugar. My wine refrigerator is always well stocked with this delicious Chardonnay!.
I would like to follow up on a review I did recently. I wondered why the wine suddenly tasted different with my last order. Apparently we had an issue with our shipment. The company has stepped up and made it right! How refreshing! Thank you Fitvine! I was so sad I might be losing my favorite wine.

Maybe it’s was just the Sauvignon Blanc but it tasted like dirt. There was no mineral qualities or that lovely refreshing taste of citrus. It was thick and had a horrible flavor that stayed on your palate forever.
I hope the other wines are better, but I would rather drink barefoot wine and that’s disgusting. I’m still trying to give away the bottles that I have because it’s so undrinkable (unless I’m already a bottle of wine in and can’t tell the crappiness of this wine).
Our Pinot Noir has a bouquet of toasted cedar, black cherries, hints of orange blossom and honey with a round velvety mouthfeel. Smooth and well balanced, it’s the perfect complement to any meal and your active lifestyle.

I was expecting it to be bad and it wasn’t. It’s not as tasty as other pinot noirs I get in this price range which are a little richer and sweeter, but I may buy this again and drink on occasion to make me feel better about drinking a slightly lower sugar wine.
This is a low sugar wine that still tastes and has the same alcohol content as in other wines. Just as good as Dry Farm wines without the subscription or the price tag.

I think Woodbridge Pinot noir is a great choice when picking a Pinot noir. It is affordable and is dependable. It’s also easy to find and at most grocery stores. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!.
End of the day; you earned it. Celebrate with less sugar and no flavor additives without sacrificing a robust, full-bodied celebration in a glass. This blend (15% Merlot, 25% Petite Syrah and 60% Syrah) doesn’t sacrifice flavor, just sugar (along with calories and flavor additives).

the wine was good but after only having one glass I had a terrible headache in morning. the other wines I ordered did same thing so I am not sure what is different in wine compared to regular store bought but I never experienced such headache as with this one.
I was so excited to receive the Holiday Blend from FitVine, but after trying it I could not even finish the bottle without mixing with another wine. It was horrible — I was so disappointed because I do like the idea of drinking a low-sugar content wine.
If I had to rate it, it would probably be a 2/10. On another note, I did also purchase the Red Zinfandel and liked that much better. I would give it a 6 or 7/10.

It has a good flavor for a medium-low priced wine. The Josh brand seems to specialize in reds, and the reds are better, in my opinion. However, this one is still good. I can find some I like better in the same or even slightly cheaper price range.
It is a solid go-to though, and easy to get since you can find it at most Target stores.
Very agreeable wine at an excellent price! Enjoyed this wine with homemade sushi and it was a perfect pairing in my opinion. It’s not too dry and has a smooth finish, which I really liked. While this is not my favorite Josh wines (I really like their reds), I would buy it again for sure.

20. Hahn Cabernet Sauvignon, California, 2018 – 750 ml
Cellar for up to 2 years. No need to decant before serving. Seductive caramel, vanilla and red cherry jam aromas leap out of the glass, while the first sip reveals flavours of ripe red berries, a generous full body and a long finish.
Philip Hahn sources the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this wine from his well-sited vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands and Arroyo Seco appellations in Monterey County. They are then fermented and aged in French oak barrels to add subtle sweet spice aromas and a rounded, velvety mouthfeel.
Hahn Family Wines was founded by Nicky and Gaby Hahn nearly forty years ago when the couple realised the potential of land they had purchased in Monterey County. Although Spanish missionaries had grown grapes and made wine in the Santa Lucia Highlands back in the 1790s, recognizing the suitability of the climate and soils, the land had given over to cattle and sheep long before the Hahns came along.
By 1991 Nicky had succeeded in his mission to get the Santa Lucia Highlands approved as a AVA or American Viticultural Area and built a solid reputation for stellar single varietal wines from Monterey.
Today the winery is in the capable hands of Nicky and Gaby’s son, Philip, who continues to produce fruity, well-balanced wines which offer exceptional value.

I bought 2 of these based on all the positive reviews and recommendations on Total Wine website. Cab is primary red wine I drink so its not a matter of a newbie red wine drinker not knowing what it should taste like.
tried to make use of it in Sangria vs waste a whole bottle – ruined the Sangria! Can I return the 2nd bottle?!?.
I have been a fan of the Hahn winery for at least 20 or so years. I am so happy to see them at Total Wine. I have recommended their wines to friends and they are still great fans. In fact, I am meeting up a one of these friends this Friday for happy hour, we start with a Martini and then pull out the Hahn.
I always wonder what other reviewers are are tasting when I try a wine like this. To me, the aroma at room temp is all but missing. I smell the alcohol and some muted fruit. There is not a single bright note in the smell or taste, which needs to be there to balance the tannins.
The wine seems watery with the muted flavors and poor overall mouth feel.
There is a great deal of research that has been conducted on the health benefits of wine. Some of the most well-known health benefits of wine include reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke, as well as reducing the risk of certain cancers.
Wine has also been shown to improve cognitive function and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
While the health benefits of wine are well-established, it is important to remember that moderation is key. Too much wine can lead to negative health consequences, such as liver damage and addiction.
If you choose to drink wine, do so in moderation and always consult with your doctor to ensure it is safe for you.
