This Wine set was a gift for my sister, and she loved it! The packaging was great, it was so beautifully done that it saved me the hassle of having to wrap it again. The scents that came from it were amazing too! I spent a good few minutes just sitting there and smelling all the different packets.
My sister loves wine, but has never tried mulled wine before. After trying this however, she enjoyed it so much that I will most likely be buying a few more of these kits to stock her up. I was really impressed with the quality and price, and I would highly recommend this for anybody that is looking for a gift for a wine enthusiast!.
I purchased 4, 3 as Christmas presents and one for myself. They all came unsealed, which is a huge disappointment as they were presents. The seal wasn’t undone, it looked as if someone already opened the box, the seal was cut open.
I had to explain to my friends that it came that way and wasn’t me forcing the box open. Other than that I highly recommend this for winter wine drinkers đ I’ve made mulled wine before, winging it, and this was by far so much better.
Bought this as a present for a friend of mine who loves wine and loves to cook. She made a spiced red wine with oranges, cinnamon, and dried apples. Very tasty. We tried it with a white wine and it was not good.
Red wines are better when warmed up. She also made a wine that had dried fruit and used a spice satchel from the kit. It was very good the first night but we left it in the crockpot overnight. the next day it was amazing.

Wine is one of the most difficult products to rate objectively. Even the most respected wine connoisseur is reviewing each product subjectively, despite having seemingly universally applicable characteristics to compare.
That said, my choices of wines are based on three factors: variety, taste and price. To me, the best overall wines in America come from the Columbia river valley. This comment is regarding the Chateau Ste.
Michelle Chardonnay. The generic version of this wine is crisp and taste is comparable to many higher-priced and even many varietals from this area. It stands out (to me) primarily because of its quality and because it is under $10 almost everywhere except on a cruise ship.
The Moscato grape is naturally rich in perfumes, and the production of this wine is geared towards preserving these aromas in the finished wine. Only the best grapes are used, and fermentation takes place at a low temperature in order to craft a wine with fresh, peachy perfumes and light, grapey fruit.
Ideal on its own, as an aperitif, or with fruit or light deserts. Serve chilled and drink young.

We have bought this wine for years and loved it! Recipe has changed and it is not enjoyable. It no longer has the sweet finish we enjoyed. We do not but it anymore. Disappointed!
This is my favorite wine of all time. It’s not too dry (I like a bit of a sweeter wine) but not TOO sweet. It’s fruity and floral and rich, almost buttery tasting. Yes, that’s an empty bottle in the picture lol.
I would definitely recommend this wine if you don’t like your wine too dry!.
The wine I received was not the wine shown in the picture. What I received had a blue cap and the label was slightly different. The label shown in the picture is from a previous year and tasted much better than the new vintage.
However, I will drink it even if it’s not as good.

From the bottle: âBarefoot Moscato is a sweet wine with delicious mouth watering flavors of juicy peach and apricot. Hints of lemon and orange citrus complement a crisp, refreshing finish. Barefoot Moscato is perfect with spicy Asian cuisine, light desserts, fresh fruit and mild cheeses.
â I couldnât agree more! At first, a clean crisp pear aroma is noted. On the palate, the moscato is very clean and crisp. It is sweet but the sweetness does not overpower the lemon and orange citrus, as promised from the bottle.
Cupcake vineyards moscato is my number one go to moscato, as of now, if I had to choose, but barefoot makes a great moscato that is at a reasonable price point and will pair nicely with any of the promised foods above.
I love this wine! I found Moscato when I was living in Germany where if anyone knows Europe the wine and beer is usually cheaper than soft drinks. When I came back to Canada I was looking for a reasonably priced Moscato that also tasted like the ones I was used to.
Barefoot came in clutch with an affordable option that goes down so smoothly you won’t notice you have had a whole bottle in 2 hours until you go to grab more and it’s all gone. Highly recommend if you like fruity, sweet wines and aren’t a fan of dry wines.
When I want to relax after a stressful day I love to have a Moscato, sometimes it’s red other times it’s white, but one thing remains the same. I always choose Barefoot Wines. The flavor is light and refreshing, and not overly sweet for me.
If I don’t feel like having Red Moscato, I will usually go with the white. When drinking it at a social event, I feel cute, sweet, and classy because it gives me a confidence boost!.
Germany- A type of mulled wine which is still produced according to Old World tradition. A delicious combination of red wine that is sweetened and spiced with cloves, cinnamon, orange and lemon peel.
Gluhwein is ready to drink; heat (do not boil) to enjoy. Great on any cold day. Germany.
10/10 both brands are pretty much bottled from same company (you can read the bottles for proof) but they do have different tastes. I prefer this one over the other one. Either way, both are 10/10 If you ever see gerstacker gluhwein or this brand (wintertraum) get BOTH!!!! They are both bottles from the same maker mainly because most of the “bottled” Gluhwein from Germany comes from nĂŒrnburg.
I live roughly about 62 miles from this specific location but in my personal local area we have no German based drinks (some wine but even the German beer selection is no where to be found where I live) so let me tell you it was WORTH the drive.
I will be coming back to this place! They have a GREAT selection of drinks you will not find elsewhere and just a great overall selection of drinks from other countries. Keep stocking up on Gluhwein and German beers and I will be here regularly.
Was in the mood to be taken back to my nights at the Kris Kringle Christmas Market, whilst living and working in Germany some years back. This was very authentic and really good. I did add cinnamon sticks, 2 Fresh Orange slices, cloves and Star anise.
We warmed on the stove adding two cups of apple cider, cinnamon stick, a few cloves and allspice along with some orange slices and a spoon of honey. Great sipping outside by a fire. Someone called it potpourri you can drink.
Brotherhoodâs Holiday Wine carries on this colonial tradition. Its moderate sweetness is enhanced with Brotherhood’s secret blend of herbs and spices, like cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and allspice. This wine is perfect for winter holiday recipes, parties and desserts.
Sweet, red wine with a saucy, sweet, tart, spicy taste. Just heat, then wait for the pungent and tantalizingaroma that will make any day a holiday. Made to be served piping hot in the tradition of mulled wine or glug.
You may garnish with raisins, sliveredalmonds or a splash of vodka, for an extra festive touch. Holiday is equally delicious cold with snacks, onthe rocks, with soda, apple juice or in cooking. Try a little in french toast or as a ham glaze.
Put a littlespice in your life! The tradition of mulled wine in our country goes back to before the Revolution, when it was quaffed piping hot in taverns, inns and homes.
I found this very sweet & light bodied which contradicts its description of semi-sweet & full-bodied. This could be a dessert wine but probably better served warm, like a traditional mulled-wine.
A wonderful mulled wine, perfect for winter. Notes of herbs and honey. Especially nice when warmed! đ Fair warning, though- this is a very sweet wine with a slightly thick feel due to the honey. ItĂąâŹâąs quite lovely, but if you donĂąâŹâąt like sweet wines it may not be for you.
Iâve been drinking and loving this wine for forty years. I still love it. Itâs the only Thing I miss about not being in New York. Itâs great in pancake batter and homemade ice cream

10. Angove Nine Vines Moscato, South Australia (Vintage Varies) – 750 ml bottle
Discovered this wine at a Hilton in Arizona a few years ago. Was able to find it Sam’s Club for a while, but no longer. Marketview had it in stock at a good price and shipping was easy.
The northeastern province of Veneto is home to this rare, very unique, semi-sweet sparkling orange moscato. The prized Orange moscato grapes are selected from specific family-cultivated vineyards in the Colli Euganei about twenty miles from Venice.
The wine shows a rich, creamy texture with balanced acidity, natural residual sugar, and velvety perlage. It expresses delicate flavors of orange and apricot on the palate. The ultra modern techniques used in production – long, slow temperature-controlled fermentation – allow the full expression of orange blossom and peach aromas.
Perfect for food and dessert pairings. Try it as a delicious aperitif, alongside fresh fruit like peaches and apricots, and mild cheeses with orange blossom honey. It is also an excellent addition to deserts such as fruit tarts, citrus-based tarts and pies, and vanilla bean ice cream.
Great taste! It’s sweet, not too strong and i love to pop the bottle! It is in my first choices of drinks. I do wish more stores would offer this drink but i do with what i have. This drink is a must! I has a great orangy flavor.
So this doesn’t look like the exact stuff I get, however the name is right, but the bottle seems wrong, but anyway I’m not a big drinker, and even bigger on not drinking wine, however Stella Rosa Moscato is absolutely amazing! I hate super sweet wine, but this one is sweet but not so sweet it makes you sick.
It’s the perfect blend. I literally got all the girls at work drinking this wine instead of what they were drinking! I highly recommend this if your a wine drinker, you wont be sorry!.
I really wanted to love this. I love the other moscato I’ve tasted, but this just didn’t have much flavor at all in comparison. If you’re looking for a wine without the dry or bitter taste and your end goal is simply to get buzzed without caring about the taste, then this wine would be perfect.
Deeply golden, warm and fruity, Taylor Marsala is a classic flavor in gourmet cooking and a smooth satisfying dessert wine. It is a creamy, medium sweet marsala with raisin-like flavoring. A delicious gourmet touch in recipes or for sipping.
Pop the cork for that festive occasion with Boone’s Farm Strawberry Hill Wine. A 100 percent blue agave tequila, this item has a rich history dating all the way back to 1860. The wine is distilled by the Camarena family who is known for planting and harvesting agave pinas or centers that weigh more than 100 pounds in the Jalisco Highlands (Los Altos) area since the 19th century.
You and your guests will enjoy the taste of Boone’s Strawberry Wine, which is slowly roasted in a classic stone oven for several days until the juices are ripe and extracted.

The appearance is very light, with just a shade of pink, so we can see that it uses authentic color. The aroma is nearly neutral. The taste is of strawberry and citrus pulp or meat more so than juice, and one might notice a certain turned or overripe fruit aspect to it (my suspicion is that E&J Gallo Winery is buying refuse fruit- good for ecology).
Sweetness is measured. The body is light to medium, and Strawberry Hill finishes medium sweet. RJT.
I struggle with alcohol. im an adult however I don’t like to drink. I don’t really enjoy the flavors of booze and real wine usually is too booze tasting for me. I’d love to find a wine I love and haven’t yet except for this brand.
its fruity enough and covers the alcohol taste very nicely. the price is perfect about $4 a bottle. im willing to pay that without feeling guilty for wasting money on something that was not a true need.
my only issue is my local stores recently stopped selling this brand. why???? Boones farm come back. please!.
Omg, this is so nostalgic for me!! I drank my fair share of this in my younger years. I don’t think I’d really consider this a wine, and it’s definitely sweeter than I tend to like, but I will always love this for nostalgic purposes.
This one and the cherry were my favorite flavors, the cherry tastes like jolly ranchers! If you’re not a huge fan of alcohol, this may be up your alley because it tastes like a juice or something. But be careful because as others have said, the hangover from this product can suck!.
Flavors and aromas of sweet cherries, ripe red raspberries, succulent plums and marshmallow-y vanilla leading to a soft and silky finish. Enjoy with red meats, grilled fish and sharp cheeses.
Turning Leaf Vineyards Merlot Red Wine is an approachable wine that blends rich, spicy notes of black cherry and ripe plum with hints of oak. This Turning Leaf wine is highly versatile, and pairs perfectly with red meats, including a steak dinner.
This full bodied California red wine offers a smooth, velvety finish. This award-winning red Merlot wine from Turning Leaf Vineyards is best served chilled.

16. Stella Rosa L’Originale Semi-Sweet Red Wine, Italy (Vintage Varies) – 750 ml bottle
Notes of ripe red fruit, spice and light tobacco illuminate this smooth and full-bodied Italian red blend. The taste is long lasting, with a hint of cherry jam complementing its slight sweetness.
Freshly cut grass, peas and some mango notes on the nose are followed by luscious, tropical fruit flavours in the mouth. Soft and juicy, this wine is a great accompaniment with seafood or as an aperitif.
This wine has a rich history. Dr. William Thomas Angove and his family moved from England to South Australia and established his industry, Angove Family Winemakers, in 1886. The first Angove Vineyards were established in the early 1900’s, in which this area was a place of South Australia’s best and most popular wineries.
Throughout the years the Angove family created a winery site that is fully certified to produce organic wines.
Rhiannon’ Red Wine The Rhiannon is fairly intense on the nose with plenty of red fruits, raspberries and red currants, over a base of smoky, toasty, lead pencil oak. A pleasant surprise on the palate with a bright, transparent light mouth feel.
There’s a fair amount of oak, lightly toasty and adding plenty of vanilla to the palate, but at the same time this does show nice red berry fruit and red plum skin flavors. The tannins are relatively unobtrusive on the palate, with a juicy acidity, but the mocha tinged finish highlights a little wood tannin, as the fruit lacks some persistence.
Wine Enthusiast, 96 points, “(94-96). Barrel sample. Showing a judicious blend of new wood and ripe fruit, this is a wine that has a creamed-apple texture. It’s full of bright grapefruit, sweet apple and green plum flavors.
I bought this bottle of Smith Haut Lafitte 2010 to celebrate a happy news and frankly, this wine sublimates the moment. The reputation for excellence precedes and matches the exceptional smoothness of this grand cru.
