20 Best Wines For Sangria (2022 Updated)

While I like to taste tons of different varieties of wines, this one was a bit harsh for my tastebuds. I’m a wine wimp need the sweet, fruity flavors that don’t taste like alcohol or strong or dry AT ALL.

😄 Hubby mixed this up WITH Awesome fruit, for a true Sangria, but it just wasn’t the same. I think I took a few sips, took the fruit out gave him the rest. He doesn’t like the real sweet wines, so it’s a win/win.

I would try the brand again, in a sweeter flavor! Cheers. 🍷.

This is my favorite pre-made sangria! It has such great fruity flavors. I have purchased several times and am always happy with it! It’s perfect on a nice warm day. The price is pretty good for the size.

I love sangria and Madria is my favorite. My favorite is to add fresh apples and blueberries and refrigerate overnight (my go-to party recipe everyone loves). It is not too sweet, just right! Everyone asks how I make my Sangria! Super easy.

Had this sangria at a friend’s party. It has a wonderful flavor. It’s also very affordable and a great price (especially if you have to buy a few bottles). It definitely met my expectations and I would buy it again.

I like sweeter wines and this one definitely has a nice, sweet fruity flavor.

On Christmas day, some of my guests drank three bottles of this wine. They kept asking for refills and one lady told me it was her favorite Sangria. I tasted it and I think it is an excellent fruity wine and I am a dry red wine drinker.

I served this wine with orange wedges, which everyone liked.

Very affordable and great tasting Sangria. I have added fruit and let sit overnight creating a wonderful new summer drink to enjoy. I have tried most other Sangria’s on the market and feel like this one compares very well to what is available.

I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys Sangria.

As far as a red sangria goes this is slightly sweeter than Red wine usually is, but still a little drier than I like for a sangria. I’m not a big fan ,only because I don’t really care for red wine. It’s light tasting but not as delicate as a white sangria or rose.

It is marketed to sip and enjoy on your patio in the summer. I myself think it’s more of a fall/winter sangria. I do like the vibrant notes of berries and I can also pick up some orange flavour that tantalizes the tastebuds.

It’s a little fizzy but not bubbly. It has a really pretty label ,when it reaches the right temperature, the label changes colour with pretty red and pink bubbles on it. ,making this a functional label not just a an attractive one.

I would recommend to a red wine lover but not to those who like a light white wine or rose.

This wine is definitely the grab when you have guest over and don’t want to open your expensive bottles. (Inlaws for instance jk lol) But nevertheless everyone always wants more including yourself. Tasty and definitely makes you want more.

Especially if your on budget because the kids stay in your pockets and leave you with little to enjoy at night from all the hard work you did in a day lol. But get it and try.

Barefoot Red Wine Sangria is a fruity wine. This wine pairs well by itself. I enjoy purchasing Barefoot Red Wine Sangria Wine for gatherings and parties. It’s truly a classic gift to bring for a group of ladies.

I’m more of a wine type of person, that white one is definitely one of my favourites. Delicate taste, best when taken straight from the fridge, really refreshing, but not overwhelming. You can buy it everywhere, I could definitely recommend it especially at these hot summer days.

It’s cool need more flavor. And it could been a bigger bottle. it’s compare to alternative pretty well. it’s more fruiterer and up the Avc up some more. Repect consumer but have brought in a while. if am on a budget.

But only if I been little cheaper in spending and don’t compare to Rhine that what I love drinking.

Light & Refreshing drink for a hot summer afternoon. pleasing aroma of blue berries, sweet, uncomplicated flavor. Just fantastic for sipping on the porch when it’s too hot for anything else. I’ve spent more, but seldom enjoyed a bottle as much.

For the price, try a bottle. or three!.

Carlos Rossi’s wines are really good but this one is my least favorite! Not because it taste bad but because I prefer rosé or white wine instead. This sangria is a bit too strong for me, when I drink one glass I will not drink anymore.

Over all of you like sangria this is a good and affordable one.

I have purchased two bottles of the wine per week for YEARS. But I have noticed for the past few weeks seems it has been watered down. NOT the same taste and the color is much lighter which makes me believe it is watered down.

Very disappointing especially since I have been buying it for years.

Arbor Mist anything, is perfect. Refreshing. Light. Beautiful color. Perfect taste. Affordable happy goodness. Not too serious. Relaxing type of drink. Relaxing kind of felling. Definitely worth buying.

I am a big wine lover and this is by far my FAVORITE wine. It is light and doesn’t make you feel sick or unable to keep drinking/eating. It is super affordable and I would recommend this to others. It does not have a strong alcohol taste which is great for me with stomach issue.

I really enjoyed this whine! I usually do not drink. However, my sister asked me to try it. When I did, I was surprised that it tasted so well. I do not dry whines! This was smooth and delicious.

Haven’t found a good vegan friendly tasting sangria until I came across Eppa. I love the fruit combination because I didn’t think I’d enjoy it at first. The blood orange really kicks in as well as the pomegranate!.

Omg!! Sangria’s are NOT all the same!! This wine, imported from Spain is hands down one of my favorite ones! Sweet, fruity, not too dry. I get the 500 ml single serve carton and enjoy it all afternoon on hot summer days! It’s 5 O’Clock SOMEWHERE!! 😁.

Ok, it’s not a fine wine but it’s a sweat Sangria tradition and reasonably priced standard, that is refreshing and satisfying to most people.

This is the only Sangria that my husband will drink. Does not have the heavy wine taste or the fizz. Mix in a little fruit, and you have the authentic drink.

Cheap sangria gives you a headache. But the more expensive stuff, it’s worth it. Most of this wound up in the sink.

It had no flavor whatsoever,tasted like plain water!! The flavor of the Pink Moscato Sangria wasn’t at all what I expected,it was as though someone left ice cubes in a glass of tasteless wine and it melted,then you tried to drink it regardless.

Pink Moscato has always been my favorite type of wine for all occasions. It goes down smooth and has a sweet taste to it that isn’t too much. Trying it in a box wine form is completely new to me and this is my first time trying it and I have to say it is very different but very convenient.

It comes equipped with a pour spout right on the side of the box that doesn’t leak. Every single glass you pour is just as fresh as the one before. Very reasonably priced and easy to tote around. I say it is worth the buy.

I bought this when my favorite Peter Vella went up in price. It’s not as sweet as other Moscato’s and it’s a good daily drinking wine since it’s light. It’s my new go-to wine and the price is perfect!

I love a good cheap wine!!! I haven’t fully entered into the win drinking community so I stay on the outskirts with this one 😅. it’s super cheap at Walmart i think like $2. 96 but it gets the job done and it’s very tasty! Can’t beat the price right?!.

This Madria Sangria Moscato is as stated on the bottle, sweet and fruity. Hints of peach are what caught my taste buds attention right away. This is a very pleasant wine with an amazing price. Less than $10 a bottle?! I’m good with that.

My one love in life is wine and this wine has my heart! It’s a delicious sweet red wine that comes at a pretty cheap price. Black Box wines are my go to wine brand because not only are they not overly priced but they are actually delicious.

Price is good. But after taste is a little weird. I thought about returning it. But I decided to keep it. The after tastes is a little less when the wine is cold,,, but it is still there. Tks.

Yellow Tail Sangria has been my go to wine for years. I don’t like bubbly or sparkling wines, and I don’t care for really dry or overly sweet wines. This wine USED to have that perfect balance between sweet and dry, and had an appealing rich fruity full-bodied flavor.

There’s been a definite change in the taste that I became aware of about four months ago. It’s become very tart, and it now has an unpleasant medicinal taste. At first I thought that perhaps the bottles had been on the shelf too long; however, I’ve purchased several bottles from different sellers, and they all had that same unpleasant flavor.

It’s really a shame, though, because it really was such a good product.

I guess I like this flavor above all the others kinds from Yellow Tail. This brand has a tendency to be on the tart side with all it’s wines but this sangria helps balance that out some. Most of Yellow Tails Red Wines are pretty good because of that tartness, but I definitely prefer this one.

I also like to add fresh fruit to my glass to give it a bit more fruit flavor.

So do you want to feel like you are in Spain, in the comfort of your own home. Well this is the drink for you!! It is the perfect mix, and leaves you wanting more. Maybe not a good thing! Haha I’ve not tried many ore mixed sangria to compare against but I do not feel the need to with this product.

Who could say no to this sangria? Chilled with some fruit slices and serve. Always a crowd pleasure. And who doesn’t love keeping it classy with boxed wine? I like to play a game when drinking boxed wine.

Its called the how many more glasses can I get until it runs out. Because you never know-its a guessing game. Enjoy.

If you’re a true vino, you would know that no boxed wine is ever worth it. If you’re looking for something with decent flavor to get drunk off of this is great, if you’re trying to impress your future mother-in-law stick to a bottle.

For the price can’t beat it, but if you’re going for class get something else.

I discovered Mija while on a trip to Vegas. Immediately fell in love, but was crushed to find out that it is VERY scarce in Florida. Therefore, I have to order it by the case from Total Wine in Daytona, and then drive 2 hours to pick it up.

Guess what. it’s worth it! Got many of my friends in on it too!.

Mija was served at a wine shop tasting and stood out over the wines being served. All natural, no preservatives, does not taste like a bottled sangria. Add fresh fruit and brandy if you like, but not needed.

Made by the 90+ wine folks. Highly recommended.

I have now had 6 bottles of this amazing Sangria, I really enjoy that it has real juice in it and the taste is so smooth and flavorful.

I don’t like red sangria at all. In fact, I usually only drink Pinot Grigio unless in a bind, but this sangria is delicious. It’s got a crisp fruity flavor that is not too sweet. I highly recommend it.

Normally, I would drink sangria over ice, but this wine was delightful slightly chilled and served straight up in a wine glass! It had a wonderful fruity aroma with pronounced citrus flavors. I’ll be buying more!.

I love love this, had a hard week last week at work. And this was the smoothest sangria I have had. I brought fruit to add decoration. But nothing is needed. This is the most flavorful, inexpensive wine and no cheap wine hangover.

It lasted quite a while, definitely longer than bottles and I definitely will purchase again.

Cheap and easy access. Every guys dream right hahaha but seriously this is like top shelf for boxed wines. It’s stood true to flavor and quality for years staying ever affordable and oh so delicious and drinkable.

Ive often considered popping a straw in it and making my own adult caprisun after those especially hard days.

Two words: Frat Basement. great in affordability but aren’t the best in smoothness. While the flavor is great and for someone that prefers sweet wines they definitely have enough options. Personally I don’t really see a place for these to drink besides camping or frat parties.
