20 Best Wireless Charging Receiver (2022 Updated)

These chargers last! Weve had 2 of them for over a year and they still work with no problems at all. We use them with iPhones. Very happy with them. Just got a great deal on 3 here on eBay! Im going to throw one in my bag to go!.

Works like a champ! Fast, simple, reliable. I use it in my bedroom so the clock on the phone is easily visible at night.

It had come to the point where I had plugged in my USBC charger so many times to my phone that it would not connect, and would frequently fall out of the socket. I was resigned to buy a new phone. That was until I discovered the Olixar Ultra.

It remains connected to my phone permanently, held in place by my phone cover. A once nightly charge and i’m good to go. Fantastic.

It’s a nice thin piece of material I was able to attach to my Samsung phone. I bought a sticky credit card holder from the local Dollar Tree to protect it and attached it to the phone. I was able to use it with an inexpensive wireless charger.

Just got the phone and was disappointed to see that the phone did not support wireless charging. So did some googling and found this I wanted it to work which sort of does. When my phone is on the charger it will randomly reconnect like it was not charging.

So it is not getting a fully efficient charge I also have to put my phone upside down to get an ok charge. If I put it on normally it will keep saying it’s reconnecting and will eventually time out. If there is an issue with the adapter I have received or if this is a typical problem I would be willing to change my review if the issue is resolved.

Okay, so I started with an iPhone XS for this product. It would charge up my phone quickly without warming up my phone. No complaints with that model. Now that I recent upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro, I notice the speed of the charge is still pretty similar, only this time, my phone warms up a bit.

Do I have a reason why? No. I first was charging it without a case so I thought that was the reason why. When I finally got my case on and finally started charging my phone with it, I still would get a warm phone.

It doesn’t bother me but I thought I would give y’all a heads up. Next, I notice that the phone doesn’t fully flush on the charging stand. Because of the way that the camera lenses are on the iPhone 13 Pro, it stops the phone from completely leaning fully onto the charging pad.

So there will be an awkward gap between the phone and the charging pad. (maybe that can be the reason why my phone warms up). Next I simply wish it came in other colors. If you’re on the fence about this charger, I would consider it when it is on sale.

Using with my iPhone 11. Pros: Material provides movement resistance; Having 2 charging coils will still allow charging if ever one fails; Much more attractive appearance; Charges in either portrait or landscape positions both of which allow for use while charging; Material allows for better heat escape during charge; You get 2 charging coils for same price as single coil model.

Cons: Doesn’t fold flat for transport so had to ask Santa to get me the other flat iOttie charger; Not super fast charging but more than adequate; charging light indicator not easily seen in landscape or portrait position however not a deterrent since iPhone readily indicates by %.

Definitely would recommend!.

I bought this about a month ago. Took awhile to receive shipment. Looks a little cheap because I bought the wood grain. A little smaller than I expected. Will be hard to use pad and charge phone at the same time.

I bought this product for my iMac and I love it. The natural wood grain mouse pad looks natural it ties into my wooden desk. enjoying the different color lights too.

I love that you can stick this in a corner and it’s discrete. There’s no way to make a charger look cool. Items like this are necessary but usually heck on the decor – big, ugly, bulky, odd shaped necessary industrial utensils cluttering up a space.

This one is great. It’s pretty inconspicuous and just blends into corners and behind the things, but when you need it it handily opens up to charge your AirPods and securely position your phone so you can watch it more comfortably – all with the performance of an Anker product.

I really like and appreciate the simplicity of this product. It does what it does and then you can close it up, push it back out of the way until you need it again. No big logos. No garish metal arms or attachments hanging weirdly off it.

No big flat base hogging real estate on your counter. Fits in a backpack with ease – though it is a little heavy so probably not great to lug around town – but great at home and in the office. And the MagSafe click makes a solid connection every time.

I had a different experience from some of the reviews I read and the videos I watched, so I thought I would write a review. One of the complaints seems to be that it wobbles quite a bit when you press on the screen.

Maybe they’ve made adjustments to the strength of the magnet since? Or maybe it’s more wobbly on a bigger phone like a Pro Max? I’m not sure why it’s so shaky in the review video I watched, but that is not my experience at all.

Even at a different angle, when it is not tilted all the way down, it is not very shaky at all. I also don’t press on my phone super hard though. Pros: Sturdy, has good weight to it (obviously so it doesn’t tip over from the weight of the phone) Not as wobbly as I thought this was.

I bought this because I didn’t really care about the shakiness, because I hardly use my phone while it’s charging, other than for Facetime. Adjustable angles. This is not very obvious by the descriptions, though there is a picture that illustrates that it is adjustable.

I was concerned that you either have it all the way down or all the way up. It also goes pretty far down, so you don’t have to worry about your face not being in frame for video calls. Small profile.

It’s not wide, long, or tall. Looks nice. A lot of the 3-in-1 or 2-in-1s either look cheap or look like some art project. A lot of them don’t have adjustable angles either. Cons (a lot of these are obvious when purchasing, so I didn’t dock any points for these): Not a 3 in 1, so you can’t charge your Apple Watch.

But this is obvious when purchasing the device. Magnet is very strong, so it’s very difficult to remove with one hand. Some might say this is a pro rather than a con though. Cable is indeed short, but 5ft is long enough for me, so I have no complaints.

Very slightly wobbly, so if you constantly use your phone in a mounted state, I guess I would recommend something that has support covering the entire back of the phone with some kind of base holding the bottom of the phone.

Power Delivery required to charge. I tried plugging this into the USB-C port in my Macbook. No luck. No black option. The “Interstellar Gray” is pretty dark though, so I can’t complain. My last complaint really has nothing to do with the product, but I received a repackaged item the first time I ordered.

How do I know? There was no sticker where there was supposed to be a sticker, and there was sticker residue which was black, probably from someone touching it. The USB cable was not rubber banded like it is supposed to be and it wasn’t even in the correct slot in the package.

The box was also jutting out all over the place, because it had been poorly put back together. If you want a small, sturdy magnetic 2-in-1 charger that looks good, I would highly recommend this.

I really like the fit and finish. Has a really nice high quality feel to the sides of the cylinder. Both charging surfaces have a rubber-type feel to them and feel very nice to the touch. They cable is pretty nice as well, but I certainly wished it was the fabric/mesh type as I feel that would add to the quality of this product.

It does as advertised and charges your iPhone along with Airpods. I had to problems doing that. However, I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and when attached to the Magsafe charging surface with it angled down as far as possible it wobbles when I operate the phone.

The stand itself does have quite a bit of weight to it, but not enough to properly support an iPhone 12 Pro Max with no wobble. It’s not a huge deal and not enough for me to recommend against purchasing this, but I will personally be returning mine as it’s enough to bother me.

Absolutely fantastic looking and performing item. Charging an iPhone Max to full does take a little time but this works flawlessly and without any interruptions (unlike others I’ve used previously) once the phone has been placed on the unit.

Thinking of getting another one as I’ve been extremely impressed !.

This charger is simply beautiful, as you can see in the picture (This is just for illustrative purposes, I’ll have this charger at home since I already have a stand/charger here at work) Beautiful, robust and elegant product! I received the walnut QI wireless charger as a Christmas gift. It worked perfectly with my iPhone 11 and its cover until August 2 when it stopped charging. I checked the outlet, cable, plug, removed the cover, and tried different placements (all face up) with no success.

I’m disappointed it failed so quickly.

The first day I didn’t notice the wireless chargers acting strangely. But after putting my LG v60 thinQ on it the second night, the phone would notify me that wireless charging has stopped after about 30 minutes of charging, and the charging pad would display the red blinking until it cooled off and I would disconnect and reconnect the included ac adapter.

The phone itself was lukewarm, not alarmingly hot or even moderately warm, just barely warm. But the wireless charging pad! Oh that thing was sizzling hot to the touch. In conclusion, the charger works, but will overheat while fast charging at 10 watts, and stop charging for a period of time while it cools off.

I wouldn’t recommend this for fast wireless charging at 10 watts. It might not overheat and work fine for 5 watt devices.

Bought on clearance, these pads are a bargain. In addition to the two pads, it includes two 18W (5v-3a, 9v-2a, 12v-1. 5a) chargers. The pads work fine with a Samsung S22, Samsung S8, my neighbors Iphone and my wireless earbuds.

Although they are rated 10w, same as the Samsung wireless charger, they charge faster. And they are nice and slim, easy to pack for travel. At this price, you’re getting two high quality wireless charging pads, two chargers, and two usb to micro usb cables for the price of a charger alone.

What’s not to like??? Highly recommended!.

Its 2:35 am here, but this could not wait till morning to review. I bought this charger today. I plugged it in and placed my s7 on it with an existing 98% charge. As I initially watched it, it charged up to 100% in a few minutes and the charging light in my phone went from red to green.

I left the phone on the charger and went to bed. A couple hours later I awoke and went to bring the phone into the bedroom. Thank God I woke up! The phone and the charger were Very very hot! So hot I could not leave my palm on the charger.

If I had not woke up, my phone battery would have been roasted and possibly a FIRE started from the VERY overheated charger. I have other cordless chargers and none of them overheat after the battery is charged.

I will be returning the charger in the morning. Is Best Buy going to replace my possibly damaged phone battery? I bet not. I have purchased all my home products from Best Buy for decades. This is the first time I have to return an inferior product.

I’ll know by morning if the phone battery is destroyed.

There are plenty of Qi chargers out there, but to be safe I prefer a name brand like Anker. True, Anker is a relatively new company, with perhaps some less than perfect products in its past like any new brand, but now they are established, and appear to stand behind their warranty, which is the true test of a company.

No, this does not come with a power source, and it takes micro USB, not C like all the new kids. For my needs I don’t require super fast charging (if C would even enable that), given that I assume that also comes with heat generation.

Give me a nice slow charger that won’t stress the battery and I’m happy. This charger delivers, especially if you have a USB power brick (Anker 5-port in this case) with fancy circuitry. I use one at my work desk and one on my nightstand, plopping the Otterbox Defender encased phone into the cradle upon arriving at work and home.

Charges the phone slowly, but solidly. Recommended.

A very minimalistic phone charger that I am using for my iPhone SE. It works very well; no handling and using the wired charger; place the iPhone on top of it, and that is it. The quality is Satechi quality, excellent.

I bought two, one for my wife and one for me; I should have bought another for my studio. Highly recommended 👍.

This charger is awesome. Its a nice weight and has non slip rubber feet. The cable included is quite long. It charges the phone slightly faster than a standard charger, but not quite as fast as Samsungs USBC fast charger.

Its hard to find fault with it. The top is extremely smooth and so long as you dont bash your phone against the edge, you shouldnt scratch it. The top surface could have a slight bit of felt added to avoid this, but it charges through a leather case of mine and as such its a non issue.

So far Im very pleased with this product. My phone charges with the case on, which is what I wanted. Looks nice has a slightly raised white rubber cross in the middle to hold the phone. A small blue LED shows when charging and changes to green when fully charged.

As it stays permanently connected theres no need to keep connecting a cable to your phone as I wear glasses for reading this is a pain Im so pleased that I have just received delivery of another one for my wife and just ordered another one for my son prezzie lol.

Its my very first time of owning wireless charger so been so excited to see how it will work and how useful it will be. Starting with the first point, I liked unusual wooden design, it looked different and unique comparing with usual chargers.

Found very easy to set it up, took me only few seconds to get it work. It comes only with the wire, so, you can easily use your usual phone adapter and it won’t cause you any issue. It charges well, as usual charger.

However, the main benefit is the idea that you don’t need to keep million of wires for each phone, watch or other electric device. Now you can charge with one charger. Great product, and will continue of using it.

Fadt charging, looks and feels high quality, highly recommended!! Live the wooden theme and rubberised backing that makes it anti slip. Been using it every day and it’s my new favourite gadget! The pad is quite large which is good for my large phone and its stylish and fits in with my decor.

Love the design will look good on any furnace surfaces, has an indicator light to show when charging. Works with multiple devices air pods iPhone/android etc. what I love the most is made with biodegrade-bale materials which is good for our planet.

Samsung’s wireless charging stand works well with my new Note 10+ phone. It charges the phone from 10% to fully charged in only 80 minutes, and the Note 10+ has big battery. The stand is stable with the phone in either the vertical or horizontal positions, and the rubberized base and phone surfaces make sure neither the charger nor the phone slip around while in use.

However, the charger pad is VERY particular about how you plug it into the power source. It works perfectly with the Samsung wall power adapter and USB-A to C cord provided with the charger. It also works with the Samsung fast charge wall adapter and USB-C to C cord which came with my Samsung Note 10+.

But other adapter/cord combinations are likely to fail, causing the charging pad LED to blink orange even before the phone is placed on the charger. My reliable Anker fast charge adapter will not power the charging pad using any cord, not even the Samsung cords.

Conversely, the Samsung power adapters do not work if I change to a non-Samsung cord. The supplied 3-ft Samsung cord is too long for my desk, but after trying three different shorter, good quality USB cords I have been unable to find one that works; longer cords also fail.

I contacted Samsung, and was courteously told that the instructions say to use only the adapter and cord provided. They are perfectly correct, and in this case they seem to mean it.

so last year i picked up this lovely ep-n5200 and it worked prefectly. this year i thought i was getting an upgrade when i picked up this product (ep-n5105) boy was i wrong. its a piece of trash compared to the one i bought last year from samsung.

has an annoying lip on it that doesn’t work with most cases that i’ve tried. neither otterbox or lifeproof allow the phone to sit in its little nook. even without a case it barely fits. charging seems to take longer than the ep-n5200.

seems to have less coverage surface to charge with, if your phones not in a certain spot its not charging at all.

This is great when you get a piece of the charger broken into your port as an alternative option to charge. Some things I’d be way of is that it charges better without the case on and your phone can get really hot while charging if you leave the case on.

Also, you can’t really utilize your phone like you can if it’s on a wire charger. By that I mean, most touch features don’t really work. I’m not sure why, I thought it was pretty strange. Also, it’s not compatible with every phone.

I’m not sure if I can even use it for my new Note 20, so in the end it might just be a desk ornament now.

HyperX make very good quality products. I e been buying their stuff for years and never been let down. Recently bought this mouse and yet again I’m very impressed. It feels really well made, it functions really well and the software works brilliantly.

The Qi wireless charging is a brilliant bonus and that too works really well. I’m picky with my PC equipment – trust me when I tell you this mouse is great and HyperX stuff in general is high quality.

This is a nice dual wireless charger. I do like the indicator lights to let you know when the device is charging. There is a USB cable that is included and is a good quality cable. They even include the USB wall charger.

Works perfect with the headsets. And also works perfect with my iPhone. Definitely a good buy

So far this has blown away my old charging pad. As soon as I place my phone on it it starts charging, no fiddling around to make sure it’s in or proper placement like my old one. Solid red light indicates it’s charging and solid white is fully charged, and this charges my phone much faster than my old one.

This charger is very sturdy and stays in place. Very happy with this product.

This is the perfect little charging pad for your nightstand. I am so sick of losing wires everywhere and this is so easy. Just place the phone on top and go. No more tangled cords! Also charges fast! I think it’s perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of space on their nightstand or even at a desk with your computer.

The first thing that stood out to me about this Sharper Image wireless charging pad is the color. I absolutely love this shade of pink; it stands out on my desk and honestly brightens my mood just looking at it.

Even better is that it works as good as it looks. The long cord included makes it easy to plug it in wherever you want. It charges my phone fast, and my phone sits easily and securely on the pad. I had an old charging pad that was made of a more slippery plastic material and my phone would get easily knocked off of it, but that isn’t an issue with the Sharper Image charging pad.

I also like the inspirational messaging on the packaging; some might find it a little heavy-handed but I think it is needed and appreciated in these times. I never would have thought that a wireless charging pad would be able to bring a little more joy to my days, but this one sure does.

I got this charger as an extra for my kitchen. I don’t know what it is about having a toddler but somehow my phone is always dying and I never have a charger handy. I have this now on the corner of my kitchen counter and it is perfect to just drop my phone on and continue cooking or playing with my child.

It comes with a usb and the charger so you need a box for the outlet if you don’t have an extra laying around. It doesn’t charge as quickly as the original Apple charger but it does a good enough job and for me it’s perfect.

Would definitely recommend. Also would be good to note that it doesn’t work with my case on and so this has my phone case less while I try to figure out an easier solution that putting my case on and off every time I want to use it.

The size is perfect a little bigger than some that I’ve seen but it doesn’t bother me.

I’ve seen these charging pads over the years and thought they were cool but didn’t think I really needed one. Boy was I wrong. The freedom of being able to just set my phone on the pad and it charges is a game changer.

No more of having to replace charging cords cause I lose them or they just stop working. I just place my phone in the pad at night and voila it starts charging. In the morning phone its ready to go. You do have to make sure the phone is placed correctly on the pad to start charging.

The only downside is I can’t continue to use my phone while it’s on the charging pad but normally I don’t need to. On those off days I still have a charging cable to plug my phone in. It comes in a few cute colors too so it doesn’t have to plain or boring.

Nice charger, works well with my iPhone Xs. I gave it four stars because the USB cord is too short, just barely has enough length to use where I need to place it. A four or six foot cord would be MUCH more useable.

I prefer the wireless charging route over having to plug my phone because I don’t have to worry about a wire failing and then not having the phone charge take place leaving me with a dead phone of which has happened to me in more than one occasion.

Granted, wireless charging does has it flaws. It is not as efficient and it does not charge a phone as fast as if it was plugged into a charger BUT it is a lot more convenient. Place your phone on the wireless charger and let it do its thing.

Now for the review. The wireless phone charger that I was using prior to purchasing this charger is very nice looking and it is of a reproable brand. BUT if you use ANY kind of a protective phone case like an Otter Box or a Lifeproof, the charger has a very hard time initializing the charging process or wont charge the phone.

I don’t know about you who is reading this but I can tell you that I find that EXTREMELY annoying to wake up the next morning only to find that my phone did not charge because it was not charging either because of the case that I have on my phone or I did not sit the phone on the charging pad precisely.

Also the charger that I was using has the ability to flip upward to angle the phone toward me to allow me to see the screen without having to pick up the phone when someone texts me or calls me, but that flip up pad is small and would not cover much more than 60% of the back of the phone.

Also the lip to hold the bottom of the phone was thin and sometimes the phone will fall past the lip lifting the phone back off the charging pad and then breaking the charging cycle. The other issue that I had was I use a CPAP machine and it has happen where the hose from the machine has knocked the phone off the charger and as a result, a phone not charged the next morning.

SO I decided to try this wireless charger and found it to be MUCH better than the older one that I used. It has a higher back plate than my older charger and my phone sits in this charger WAY better and much more securely that the old charger that I have.

The induction coils inside provide a wider and stronger charging field to allow my phone to take a charge even if I do not place the phone on it directly centered. I also found it to be protective case friendly with my Otterbox case whereas the other charger did not like it.

I would even venture that this charger also charges my phone faster than the previous one that I have. This charger has a taller back plate to make better coverage of my phone back and the lip to hold the phone is about 30% wider than my old charger making a more secured mounting of my phone onto this charger.

Build quality is fairly good with it being of plastic composite construction and making it light in weight. The foot that it stands on is pretty solid and makes for a well balance stance with a heavy smart phone like the Samsung Galaxy’s or their Note’s, and some of the latest iPhones etc.

etc. And lastly the charging light is VERY visible even in the dark of the night to make quick reference of the charging cycle of your phone but not too bright to be an annoyance while you try to fall asleep.

(At least for me I don’t find it annoyingly bright. ) Portability is a little lacking whereas this charger does not fold down to pack away into a pocket or a luggage compartment as you travel so you would need to place it into the main section of a bag with some room.

Price is very reasonable for something that is 21 century technology. And the EASE of Use is pretty much set the phone on it and forget it. Can not be any simpler. Only one con that I can say but it is not by any means a deal breaker for me that is.

This charger did not come with a power supply. Only the cable to plug into a power source. In order for you to get the full potential of this charger, make sure that the power supply you use or purchase along with this charger, puts out 2.

0 amps or greater to supply this charger with enough power to do its job. Do not use cheep $1. 00 store specials to power this. You will most likely get undesirable results. Final thoughts: I would recommend this charger to anyone who wants an ease of use, good quality and strong charger for your expensive, state of the art, phone.

Be sure to take into account the length of the cable (which isn’t much). If you want to place this on your desk somewhere, you may find your limited in the number of places you can set it due to the cord being pretty short.

Doesn’t seem practical to me but what do I know. Otherwise pretty good stand, my phone is always on a stand before so I figured I may as well have one that just keeps it charging when it’s there. Don’t really care about the speed it charges at, just wish the cable was longer but I guess you can just replace it with a different.

*update March 8, 2022* Anker was kind enough to contact me regarding my discussion of a short cable. They offered to correct the issue by sending a replacement, 6 ft cable instead. Gotta say, one thing is certain, this is an amazing company with their willingness to ensure customer satisfaction.

I will continue ordering products from them anytime I can.
