20 Best Women’S Boxing Gloves (2022 Updated)

I really wish glove designers would take women seriously, and give them something other than “cute gloves. ” Sanabul makes great gloves, but the men’s 14-16 oz glove (because women can hit hard and heavy as well) are too wide to be supportive.

It’s incredibly frustrating. Why do we have to have “easter egg” colors? Give those to the boys and give us the cool cactus gloves!.

They’re cute! But the cuteness doesn’t make up for some functional issues. The gloves are a bit stiff on the top of the wrist so they are very hard to get tight/supportive on your wrists. The finger area is pretty shallow, if you have long fingers (or nails) it can feel very cramped.

These boxing gloves fit great and are standing up great to using them for my one hour Muay Thai and kickboxing sessions up to four times a week. Beautiful color. Top quality. Highly recommend.

Sleek and stylish while also being very compact for 16oz. Construction really allows you to get your knuckles hitting on every strike. Really nice hand compartment as well, with enough room for wraps without feeling too tight (or conversely, too loose without them).

Lining is some kind of microfiber and excellent, easily the best in its class and doesn’t show any signs of tearing (very common in this price range). Two things I’m not a big fan: the mesh palm lining and the wrist strap.

Neither are that bad individually, but, in my opinion, taken together they don’t off that much wrist support for heavy bag use. Either make sure to wrap, (to which these gloves are very well suited), or move up to the T3’s, which have exceptional wrist support.

I just started doing boxing training so I want to preface this with that I’m a beginner and I don’t have too much experience. I had bought the 14oz gloves to use and so far, I have been enjoying these gloves! I really love the wrist support with these and I also love the room within the gloves as well.

Compared to my cheaper pair, I feel as though that the padding is less so I think my hands feel it a bit more. I’ve also recently started noticing that my pinky is barely in with the other fingers so I’m starting to feel a bit of pain there.

That could be because of my quick wraps I’m using but I’m not sure. Maybe I should’ve went up to the 16oz and that might have helped but again, I’m a beginner so I’m not sure. I will say that despite the cons I have, I still really like these gloves.

I was wanting to test these out before I go after the actual gloves I want which would be the Captain America gloves. Overall, If you’re looking for a very decent, mid-priced pair of boxing gloves. I will definitely recommend these gloves! Get a pair and start training!.

I was used to buying your run of the mill title gloves. My hands always hurt because i have carpal tunnel. I wanted to go for something that offered more protection and wow, these gloves deliver. The bar inside the gloves doesnt feel like other cheap gloves ive used.

the protection on the wrist feels super solid. I thought it would take weeks for them to break in but it only took 2-3 workouts. My hands are very small so i went with 12oz and its perfect for me. Im 5’2″.

Another thing i tried to do differently is that i bought kid wraps instead of regular wraps hahahaha. Surprisingly, they work perfectly for my tiny hands. Havent felt my carpal tunnel AT ALL.

I really like these gloves and I really like the wrist support and I like how my hands feel inside of the gloves. After a year of use, they are still in really good condition, just stained on the microfiber part.

(I got the rose gold ones). My only major qualm is that I thought that I would like the microfiber thumb to wipe my brow. but I sweat way too much for it to be useful to me. I clean my gloves religiously after every practice and I think that the thumb part makes them really, really stinky.

I have washed them in the washing machine, I use the cleaner at my gym, and I use glove deodorizer spray as well as the glove inserts, but nothing seems to help. I do really love my gloves, but I wouldn’t buy these ones again.

If you sweat like an absolute monster like me, I wouldn’t go for these ones, as intriguing as the microfiber thumb sounds. I will probably go for the leather T3s next!.

I bought the 14oz. gloves. These gloves are very well made and very stylish but they are very hard to get on, even harder with wraps on. They’re are uncomfortable. I thought I might of bought youth gloves by mistake, but I didn’t see anything in the description to indicate this.

I was told by the coach at the gym they are really good gloves, well worth the money and that once they are worn in they will be fine. I bought a pair of cheaper gloves (also 14oz) five years ago that are 60% leather.

These gloves felt really good the first time I tried them on. They fit well, like they were made for my hands and I got a lot out of them over the years. I was expecting a similar experience with the Hayabusa S4’s but just a bit disappointed.

I paid double for the Hayabusa than I paid for my old gloves. I hope the coach is right, and that I grow to love my new gloves as much as I love my old ones. Maybe it’s just a case of ‘love at first feel’ vs ‘a slow burn’.

First off, I love these gloves and are worth every penny. The first time I put them on, they were a little tight and was overwhelmed with the dual wrist strap. After getting through that hurdle, I hit the bag and it was wonderful.

I have long arms and my wrists have a tendency to bend as I punch, these gloves kept my wrists straight. Having proper wrist support my punches were stronger and more accurate. The Vylar synthetic vegan leather is in some ways more functional than leather and felt durable.

After that first use I knew I found the glove I never knew I needed in my life. I am no longer afraid to punch powerfully on the bag and on pads. I know my hands and wrist are well protected. To have that peace of mind is something I would pay the expensive price tag for.

I purchased 16oz Sting Titan boxing gloves primarily for heavy bag work. They are very disappointing for $99 gloves. First, my right hand hurts when hitting the bag with them on, which suggests they provide a low kevel of protection and very poor shock resistance.

Second, the padding on the fist is strangely proportioned. I recommend paying a bit more and going for an established brand, not this rubbish. A waste of $99!.

I have long fingers so the thumb space is not always good on gloves and they get cramped or jarred when I strike, these gloves have heaps of thumb room. It is also comfortable and the materials used are quality.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is when I have worn the gloves for a while they become very warm, compared to other gloves in the past which must have used different materials these guys hold on to heat.

Its only a minor thing though and I only realised it after I switched gloves for a session, recommend these gloves to any person who loves a good hit out and who has large fingers :).

As an amateur boxer I am always looking for the best equipment for my training. Sting Armalite Boxing Gloves is an ideal option for all those who practice boxing. Ideal for all levels. They are comfortable and durable.

Man, Ill tell you this. I box for cardiovascular reasons. Not competitively. But Ive been through many gloves, mostly Everlast gloves and they are not as good when compared to these RDXgloves. I was medically discharged in the Army after 4 surgeries on my right wrist and arm.

I cant twist my wrist at all and its stiff for life now and it hurts every time I twist it or I hit the bags hard. But recently it hasnt because of the way these gloves absorb impact! When I first put them on, they are 16oz but felt like MMA gloves, so light! And when I hit my heavy bag which is 100lbs and has a very HARD mid to bottom area, the gloves absorbed everything and I could go as hard as I wanted to, well 90% because my arm is broken.

Lol Anyways I would definitely recommend these gloves and for the price you cant beat it at only 37$ compared to Everlast which mine were 50$ and they didnt feel good at all and get WAYYYY HEAVIER for 16oz compared to the RDX gloves.

Buy it! You will not regret it.

Amazing quality (the leather T-1s especially)! As a PT, I have been using RDX since day one and they’re so well built, I very quickly realised I don’t need to spend time beta testing other products as part of implementing them into my setup.

Pair these with a set of gel wraps and you will notice you and your clients will put in that little bit more effort into the training regime, to make it an outstanding session and giving the sparring / pad partner a proper pasting! The reverse loop velcro fastening on these is by far superior to the standard wrap around variant (even on RDX ones), ensuring a really secure fit.

With regard to the price, the difference in longevity vs. synthetic gloves is worth the extra 10-15 alone (depending on where you buy them).

I really like these focus pads, and they are already my favourite. I previously bought a pair of curved RDX ‘smartie’ pads which are excellent and perfect for punching as the small pad is good for accuracy and the curve gives feedback on correct angle on target, and the build quality was outstanding.

I always find you get more than you pay for with RDX stuff so I keep going back to it. These are great for hands/feet/knee/elbow combos due to the size, and the curve is just enough to give feedback, but keeps versatility of use intact.

The wrist straps are small enough to stay out of the way if not using and big enough for most users. The density of the pad is great for holder and striker and the build quality feels good so far. Can’t fault these at all!!.

Well, they are good for grappling. They provide zero protection for punching or any other striking movements. One class in and my hands were beat to heck and my second knuckles were chafed up and bleeding.

The wrist strap provided no support at all. They run exceptionally large. I’m 6ft 1 and have relatively normal sized hands. Smalls were almost too big for me.

There are a lot of options for MMA gloves at this price point, but these are some of the better ones I’ve used. They have good padding over the knuckles, hands and thumbs so they are great for sparring and training.

They also have good wrist support with wrap around bands that let you forego dedicated wraps for training. They have a nice comfortable fit whilst still allowing for ease of movement – grappling, takedowns, submissions and striking are all easy.

Honestly, it’s easy to forget you’re wearing them which is one of the signs of great gloves. There are higher quality options for sure, but until you get up to the $85+ range, these do a great job for training and sparring.

I love these gloves. I use them to work out on my punching bag and they fit perfectly. I love that my fingers are not covered completely like the boxing gloves. Very good quality. I actually had a pair and purchased another pair.

It has a strap that wraps comfortably around my wrists so my hands and wrists feel well protected. I love them.

Great gloves. I use them for bag work and for occasional sparring. Great amount of wrist support and decent protection. Wear good hand wraps with them and protect your bones. Only downside is I bought them a size smaller than I should’ve.

The extra padding of the bigger gloves would come in handy. And this is just me but my hands sweat quite a bit when I wear them. Thank goodness for handwraps soaking it up. Overall great glove. Not perfect, but very close.

I purchased a pair of the Blue 16 oz ones for sparring about a year ago and they are still going strong. Decided to purchase the gold 12 oz ones for bag work and other training and absolutely love them as well.

I’m very convinced these are the best gloves for the value.

These gloves are great. I have used them on a regular basis to train and I sweat a lot but these gloves have kept odor free. Stay within the weight guidelines and you won’t have any issues with your hands hurting when hitting the bag.

The gloves are easy to slip on and easy to take off and very comfortable.

I have used them for boxing so far. The cushion inside around the knucklesreally helps. It is extremely comfortable. I got the 12 OZ. (I used to wear the 8 oz, but now realized that it is too small).

12 Oz is better. Can’t wait to use it for Muay Thai.

Teen just started boxing and workout lessons. These were a great motivation for him to do better and continue once the initial charm of a new sport started wearing off. Very happy with the quality and the padding.

Good quality sparring gloves, bought them for my boxercise training at the gym. Very pleased with the purchase.

I am a complete novice when it comes to boxing and the equipment involved in boxing but even a layman can tell that this stuff is great quality. The bag is superb and also looks great. Furthermore the chains and brackets for holding the bag are good standard.

The gloves are fantastic plus the wraps are a great bonus. All the other equipment supplied makes this a great purchase. The bag has taken a good pummelling so far by punches, kicks, knees, elbows etc and it still looks brand new so it should stand the test of time.

They are just a good solid pair of gloves. Great wrist protection. Very little play on the inside. They fit really snug. Not really designed for bigger hands though. Material on the outside seems rugged enough.

Material on the inside is super comfortable. And you can’t beat the price!.

The shampoo does not irritate the cats and so far so good. Not sure if it kills fleas as after bathing both cars all looked and smelt lovely. We had one rouge flea appear after. Think combined with flea treatment it is a very good.

It is a practical way to protect breakable dishes when ” rugrats ” are helping with dish washing ! No, I wouldn’t call it entertaining, but, gratifying, that we made it through one more night without broken dishes, or cut hands to mend !!.

The cat came home scratching from fleas so I washed him in Johnsons cat shampoo this killed the fleas & eggs & made him smell lovely , I now do this once a month just to be sure
