20 Best Womens Dress Shoes (2022 Updated)

The Angel ll by soft style in essence is what I had been trying to get from local stores, but couldn’t find anything similar. I order the shoe in bone based on what was shown in the picture. To my amazement it was it was a different color but the box said bone.

I didn’t want that color, I wanted what was shown in the picture. Of course I returned them, but because of the return policy I lost the $9. 99 fee from my payment. That means I spent $10. 00 bucks and got nothing.

Beware you can loose money !!!! I noticed the bone color was removed from the choices and I believe it was because of what I wrote in the return section. Plan to write the BBB for theft of my money, since it was their fought, not mine.

I love the comfortable fit. True to size and able to wear the first time for many hours in total comfort. I bought size 8 1/2 M and am 77 yrs old. These are so simple in style they can be worn for casual or dress.

I bought a pair in white and beige. The beige are too dark and I will be returning them. I previously bought a brown and black patent pair. The colors were as I expected.

I ordered the bone color, and the shade is more like a light taupe. The shoes fit well, and complement my ivory dress rather than match it. While they have a low heel, I will likely only wear them once.

for my wedding this fall, at age 78! The only negative is that the material on the heel of one shoe is not tucked into the sole well, but not worth the cost of returning.

I bought these in the tan suede my normal size. Very comfortable right out of the box, still have room for a ball of the foot pad if needed. I wanted to purchase the black suede as well but that color was sold out, I bought the same exact shoe elsewhere, now I see the black suede is back in stock.

This pump will look great with jeans, dress pants, skirt or dress. I wanted to wear them the other day but, we were having heavy rain so, they stayed in the box.

I tried on when they arrived. Found them comfortable right out of the box. Came my grandsons wedding day and all they wanted to do was slip off of my feet! Talking about a miserable few hours trying to walk in them but I had no choice but to wear them since I was two hours from home and the only other shoes that I packed were flats which definitely didn’t work with my outfit.

Amazing comfort from the moment I put them on. The footbed is unbelievable! Fit true to size and they do not slip on my heels. I can walk in these all day at work. I will be picking up another color! I have tender spots on my feet at 65 yrs old and didn’t feel any discomfort from day one.

These are My second pair of LIFESTRIDE! After trying on mulitple pairs of black pumps for a job that requires them at all times while working, no other brand has lived up to the comfortability and quality of Life Stride.

I love these shoes because there is no need to “break them in” in hopes they will become more comfortable over time. These are perfectly comfortable straight out of the box! My first pair were rounded toe so now that work started up again I came back to order directly for the pointed toe version for a classier more elongated look.

I’m so happy with these and they will remain my go to company for pumps. I can live in these, stand up and walk around all day long with no slipping or sore feet! Life Stride truly takes the guess work out of shopping for pumps.

I saw so many good reviews for this shoe, so I bought it. Needed a comfy office wear. When I received this shoe, I tried it on at home, and it seemed to be comfortable. So I kept it. After a month or two I wore this on my first day at my new job.

I started having blisters within an hour. It was rubbing off on my feet, and was so uncomfortable, I felt like throwing out this shoe. It was a disaster. Now it’s sitting in my closet.

The shoe is beautiful but they are slightly large, and not in length. Im a 9 in every shoe, and in these the length are fine, but they are puffy, like the straps do not lay against my foot. I have narrow/bony feet, so i think these are more suited toward the wider foot.

Also, for a brand that claims to be the heel for women who cant walk in heels, they are actually not the easiest to walk in. Beware on slippery floors, like tiles or hardwood. When i walk on those types of floors, the heel slides and slips outward every 20 steps.

When walking on concrete/outdoor floors and carpet/rugs they are fine. On the positive side they are sooo elegant and look much more expensive then they are, especially the velvet ones. They also dont blister my feet even after walking in them for hours.

which for my bony feet is A MIRACLE.

I have two pairs of these shoes, one in the navy color and one in the silver color. I am a size 8 medium width and they fit as expected. The silver pair is loser where the straps come up near my ankle.

The shoes are comfortable. I wore the better-fitting blue pair for a long evening on my feet–8 hours of walking, dancing, standing–and they were comfortable. I also got a lot of compliments!.

SUPER comfortable. Easy to put on. Heels are perfect. Funny thing how I got to the website was because I had bought shoes about 7 yrs ago with this brand at DSW. and were perfect for me, the size, the fitting and the comfort.

I wanted to get more shoes but for some reason DSW didn’t have them anymore. it is then when I was like, they may have a website and boy when there are sales or special Holidays. my mother in law spoils me getting me shoes from here :P.

I love these shoes. When I purchased these shoes I had two other shoes at the time. I set them all in a row and I looked at each one to make sure would pick the right one. The other ones one didn’t fit and the other one didn’t go with my dress.

But these shoes fit perfectly. Need to purchase a pair in black. Great price! I haven’t purchased dress shoes in years. My grandson is getting married this weekend had to purchase a dress (which I haven’t worn a dress since I retired) as well as shoes.

Very beautiful well made pump. First off- I am 1/2 size smaller on one side. I ordered the 8 1/2 navy blue. I will attach a picture of reference. I also will not be wearing any hoses/tights either. So, with my bare feet they’re comfortable.

My ankles do slip out completely on the smaller foot so I’m going to return and order an 8 wide. I’m confident that it will solve this issue. My advice is to get your regular size. No need for sizing up or down.

Discovered this brand through National Pedorthic Services and bought 2 pair of this style: deep blue and chestnut brown. I would prefer to consider other colors than black. Maybe a shade of grey? This shoe turned out to be a winner for my orthotic and toes.

These shoes are really working well for me but getting old, especially the blue pair which is older. So I am inquiring about one or two new shoes of this design. Also, I don’t know how to answer the width question.

Very comfortable shoes for anyone that have problem feet. I have tried other shoes but none have been as comfortable as these shoes. I have flat feet, bunions, corns, hammer toes Calsus and sensitive feet.

Also these shoes are suitable for people who have a normal heel fitting and can be worn without fear of the foot slippy out of the shoe.

This Mary Jane style shoe is extremely comfortable. great for women with wide feet and large feet. wesr and tear? They last forever if u take care of them. look new after wearing them for couple years.

if u have tired feet and a wide foot and have trouble finding size 11 or 12 fit with comfort. u must buy these shoes. u won’t be sorry. thry will last a very long time. i have used mine in nursing gardening.

in mud in dirt in working outdoors and still they remain in tact.

The Easy Street Tristan dress sandal is very sophiticated style. The lower heel and the way the straps wrap the foot so elegantly, makes it the right shoe to wear with a summer dress or any other dressy outfit.

Very comfortable for all dau wear. Good choice, good quality, good value.

I ordered these shoes to take on a cruise and couldn’t be happier. The heel is a perfect height for this 75 year old! The open toe will make them very comfortable to wear. I was surprised when I got them as I didn’t realize they had the dance sole and I can just imagine me sliding across the dance floor!.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in a long time. They also look good on my feet. I plan on getting another pair in a different color. Can wear dress up or dress down.

After using the company’s guidelines to measure my feet, length and width, I was disappointed when my shoes arrived to large. However, I appreciate that they offer free returns and exchanges. Hopefully the next pair will fit perfectly.

These shoes are almost perfect. almost. They have a great wide toe box. The heel isn’t super high. They are comfortable and I like the Velcro straps. My only issue is the material on the outside of the shoe (that looks like leather but isn’t) started coming off the shoe after only a month of use.

These are work shoes for me so I know I wear them a lot. It was just disappointing to have the material come off the shoes.

My Aunt loved these shoes. We tried 3 pairs and finally have the correct size. She’s 87 and has feet problems- but still wanted cute, stylish shoes!

I love this sandal. Fit and comfort are great. Style is perfect for work and church. But, I too had the heel pad start to peel after only one wear. I will probably to to fix it. But, goodness for $50.

00 a pair you would think that they would last a couple summers. I am an honest hard working lady. where are the good dressy shoes?.

Overall this shoes did what I needed it to. It got slightly uncomfortable since I have high arches and so it started to hurt 4 hours into wearing them. But I lole then and definitely will be wearing again!.

Love love love this shoe. bought it in Navy to match a dress, shoe was so comfortable and stylish I ordered a 2nd pair in black. I haven’t been able to find and wear a heel that was comfortable as well as stylish until this one if it came in other colors I woul buy them.

I have several pairs of the kiera in 7. 5 narrow and they are comfortable and a perfect fit. I had to order the black patent leather in 5 different sizes before I found one that fit. Ultimately the 8.

5 narrow fit. I wore the shoes for about an hour and the right heel was stretched out. The left shoe still fits perfectly. I did order a heel insert and now the right shoe stays on my foot. It was a long search and unexpected since all the other kiera pumps fit so well.

It is a beautiful shoe and now seems to fit and is comfortable.

This is the almost perfect shoe for dress and casual wear with it’s low heel. My foot slipped in it, so I had to add heel pads which improved the fit. It is almost perfect because the shoe is built up in the front, so it has a bit of a heavy look — I was hoping for something more sleek.

I will wear them, but still looking for a little better design. Very nice quality and comfortable.

I would recommend only if you have narrow feet for regular size; and if the balls of your feet do not have bunions or you do not need a roomy fit. Otherwise wide will be snug and uncomfortable because the style of the shoe is streamlined to a pointed toe.

I had to return them. I would have been in pain had I worn them.

These were perfect for an outfit I needed shoes to match for. However, they have ZERO padding, support, flexibility, and the top that goes over the toes leaves a HUGE gap. Thank goodness for that, though.

I am able to walk in them for a short time with 2 different kinds of insoles in each shoe.

These shoes are exactly as described and are so comfortable. I love them and they were extremely affordable. I am just so thrilled that walmart carries vintage style shoes!! I also bought a vintage style waist belt from walmart too!.

These shoes look very much yellow, the color that I wanted. However, when they came in, they are gold not yellow. I was very disappointed because I wanted to wear them to my granddaughter’s wedding but they didn’t match my dress.

I ended up wearing a different pair of shoes.

They took longer than usual to arrive, but well worth the wait. They are as gorgeous on as they are off! They’re comfortable too, and easy to walk in because of the platform. I went down a half size, as they do run big.

I bought this for my granddaughter’s winter dance. I think I was sent a floor model because it had deep buckle strap marks and the suede looked a little worn, too. I will be returning it.

Bought for my daughters Homecoming dance. They are the perfect height for a teen to dance the night away and not have to take her shoes off. She loved them!!!

These are the thinnest heeled stilettos I’ve ever seen in my life! Looking at them, you’d expect them to be wobbly, but they are extremely sturdy. I never fear for my ankles while wearing them. Wore them to the office all day and they were totally comfortable.

Wore them out on a date, and my feet were happy the whole time. I got the black polyurethane ones, so they’re made to look like plain leather… and they miss the mark on that. The material looks very cheap.

The heel is very clearly just painted plastic, and the PU looks plasticy. The seams are all painted with this high gloss black glue that emphasizes how cheap the material looks. But, as long as you keep movin, very few people are going to notice enough to care.

I would LOVE to see this in real leather.

I followed their size chart, which normally helps a lot (for whatever strange reason, some models don’t even have a size chart). I had to exchange them. Not a HUGE deal, but unfortunately not ideal either.

You’d hope their sizing chart helps buyers avoid buying the wrong shoe size, as “X” size in model A may not be the same actual size in model B. The color and style were pretty though!.

I loved these shoes before they broke on me! Comfortable to perform in with good cushion at the ball of the foot, and soooo pretty. However, the stitching that holds the ankle strap to the shoe broke after only 6 performances, rendering them unusable.

This is with just walking around, nothing that should be stressful for the stitching. The shoes were the correct size. I’m just lucky they didn’t rip on stage! Although they were pretty they aren’t worth the money.

With what I paid I was hoping for a minimum year-two of use.

For my very first pair of pleasers and I AM PLEASED. Platforms are super comfy and easy to wear all day. As long as Pleasers has been around however I’d like to see the brand create a more high end line with better materials so the shoes don’t easily fall apart.

Also none of these heels give you the half to inch extra heel in the front or back of the shoe when it’s open toe like you expect. It’s almost like you’re paying for every inch because baby those 11s stopped RIGHT at my heels and toes.

These shoes are so cute, I love the rhinestones on them. Great cocktail heels or for pole dancing. I bought these for pole dancing, as I am just starting out, and I think these are great for people who are not used to wearing heels (like me) and want to start with a smaller heel height.

I actually underestimated my ability to walk in heels because these ones almost feel too easy in comparison to the 6 inch heels I bought along with these. They are comfortable and will be cute wearing out now or for pole if I want to go back to shorter heels.

For reference, I am a size 8/8. 5 and I bought these in a size 8 and they fit like a glove. I would recommend sticking with your true size but if you are a half size sometimes like me, I would size down, or if you are like a 9.

I love SAS and have several pairs that I wear for years. But this one is not like any of my other SAS shoes. I could barely spent several hours in them. They fit fine and look great, but they are terrible in terms of comfort.

I guess SAS made in Italy is totally different brand than original SAS. I regret that I cannot return them because I’ve already worn them outside. Don’t buy!.

There’s a lot to love about this shoe! Heels this low are hard to find (for my bad knees). The upper was snug while being supremely comfortable on my wide-front, bunionated foot – But – was a tad too tight for me, and I feared sizing up would get me something too large or too loose.

Before returning them, I tried them on one more time to see if I should order them again when I lose 15 pounds. (It could happen!! It’s happened before. ) But I didn’t feel the support in the arch would be adequate for me.

This was my first experience with these expensive shoes. I was impressed. And I’m glad to know this brand is out there!.

The shoe feels dressy if needed, but I can go shopping all day and it feels great ! Most important, I have developed “Hammer-toes” and the fabric is great and doesn’t rub the top of my toes 🙂 I now own about 5 or 6 pair of SAS shoes.

I can always count on them, even though they are a bit more expensive than I usually pay for shoes. Thank You for quality!.

The shoe looks pretty much like the picture. but I could tell they were HUGE before I even tried them on. I purchased a size 5 which is my true size and every shoe I own is a size 5. These shoes were wide and I’d say a whole size larger.

SO disappointing. I sincerely hope they aren’t applying ‘vanity sizing’ to shoes now. I can’t imagine being a size 4. it’s difficult enough to find shoes in a size 5. So frustrating and disappointing.

I really like the look of this shoe. Oh well.

Great option for a 90s style loafer with some height. The chunky heel makes it comfortable for standing or walking at work all day. They run big. I already ordered a 1/2 size down, and they still slipped off my heels when I wore no-show socks.

I imagine wearing these with thicker socks sometimes for a different look, so I’ll keep them.

These shoes are very cute and comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all day and did a lot of walking. TTS. Definitely a great and cute shoe at an unbeatable price.

I bought these in black and I love them so much that I came back with blue. I wish I could also get the pink. They’re very comfortable and the heel is not too high. They’re very flattering. I did not get any blisters on their first day out.

I bought these online because I was intrigued by their unique look. Unfortunately, upon arrival when I tried them on, the straps across my feet were just not comfortable enough for me to wear them long term, and I ultimately decided to pass on them.

I returned these shoes due to the top of the sandal being really snug. I am 7.5 and have pretty narrow feet, but I could barely get my foot in the shoe. They’re a really cute style so maybe size up!

The sling back pumps ‘s toe box was much too tight and short. The nude color was perfect. If I exchange them for a wide the back strap will be too big. I wear a regular 6 1/2 in all my shoes. I just received a pair of Clark’s sandal on the same day in the same size and they fit great.

I will check the Clark’s site for sling back pumps.

This heel is the perfect height for business or someone who has given up high heels. Most low heels are dowdy, but this shoe is classy and stylish. The soft leather conforms to your foot. Very light beige, a little darker than the photo.

This shoe is wonderful. I bought a beautiful dress for my granddaughters wedding, which will be outside. I needed a heel to walk on grass and a shoe that was classy and stylish. Thus is perfect.
