20 Best Womens Heated Vest (2022 Updated)

Absolutely love my fleece heated vest. I work outside and this vest is easy to wear under a coat. It keeps me warm and has 3 heat settings. The battery is slim and does not get in my way while working.

I definitely would recommend this vest!! The fleece vest is best worn close to the body so you get the warmth against you. I just wear a long sleeve t-shirt under it. Then you can layer on top of the vest if you need more clothes.

So when picking the size keep this in mind.

My friend recommended the oromo heated vest for me and it was definitely one of my best purchases in 2020. It is light, soft, and very comfortable when wearing. It kept me warm for hours when I was outside making a snowman with my son last week.

The design is also very good. I can easily press the on/off button on the left chest to adjust the temperature settings among low, medium and high. The heat comes very fast as soon as you press the on button and seems to be more concentrated around the neck, which is a great advantage for me.

I will surely recommenced this vest to my other friends.

Totally liked the vest, the fit, the quality, however the battery would not take a full charge. Directions state battery should be fully charged after 5 hours; it was not. Stayed blinking on the 3rd of the 4th lighted dot.

Put in vest, ran it till it died and charged again thinking it would take a full charge, it did not. Contacted ORORO explained my situation and they provided me with a replacement battery. Had various emails and pictures and they were fantastic! Absolutely outstanding customer service, I was very impressed.

Vest fits well, bought a size small, I’m 5’3″ and 117lb and it fits perfect. I would highly recommend any ORORO product, not only because the product it good quality but they have the customer service to back up their products.

I did not a lot of research before landing on Venture Heat. There are so many options out there it can be overwhelming! I really rate this as 4. 5 stars. Let’s start with the pros of this vest. It fits me really well (5’7″ 115-120 lbs size XS).

Like the 2 zippered hand pockets and the internal stuff pocket. Like the zipper garage at the neck so the zipper does not chafe your neck. Like the battery can be also used to charge your phone in a pinch (but then it would take away battery life of the vest).

The neck warming feature is my by far my favorite feature. The cons: the zippered hand pockets are at a weird spot (like they are too close to the center of the vest and need to be moved outwards laterally a bit).

But that is totally nit picking. For me the bigest con is I thought I would feel radiating heat with this vest on. I don’t (except on my neck and that is probably because my neck is not covered up with layers of clothes).

But that being said, even though I don’t feel like I am enveloped in warmth, I am NOT COLD when out walking the dog, running errands etc. And that is HUGE because I am always cold. So while I wish it could heat up to be a warmer temperature, it has proved sufficient for me.

I am glad I got this vest and wish I would have known about these products years ago. For what it is worth my hubby is jealous of my vest and likely will be purchasing on in the near future. Bottom line, really good vest! Get it!.

Got this for golf. I’m 5’10” 200lbs. bought XL because I didn’t want any restriction for golf. If I wasn’t using for golf I think a Large would be better. XL is a little long and a bit loose for my build with 44″ chest.

Just about anything without the upper body rotation of golf Large would have been better choice. Happy with it though. So far only needed it for the 1st hour or so in the mornings. Upper back is where I feel the heat, From below armpits and up.

So far only used well less than half the battery capacity. Charges slow. Seems like 2-4x longer to charge than discharge during use. Probably need a 2nd battery for all day extended use. Little inside pocket for battery is great since I like to stick my hands in outside pockets between golf shots.

I do put a disposable heat pack in one or both pockets since cold hands and golf don’t mix. Update: I used a thermal IR gun to verify heat element placements. The illustrations in the listing are accurate.

Great vest which I wear often. When wearing without the battery, it’s lightweight and warm. It looks nice, fitting an outdoors outfit, or business casual. A few areas where it could be better (1) The battery is poorly placed, in the lower chamber on the left side.

This leads to instances of sitting down/reaching down (e. g. tying your shoelace) and having the battery caught between your thigh and stomach. (2) the outer pockets are too low in general—leading to the same issue as with the battery if you have a phone, or hard wallet in your pocket.

(3) the battery charges via a unique port—as opposed to USB, making it difficult to charge on the go. As for the heat function, It’s great when properly used! Meaning you need to wear a shell around the vest to trap the heat.

Wearing the vest alone with the heat turned on will not keep you warm.

I purchased my black Gobi vest about a month ago and then almost immediately after I ordered one for my adult daughter because I am so happy with mine. The vest is brilliant1 It’s light weight with good zippers and multiple pockets for my stuff.

It’s not bulky. I wear it as the third of four layers and, even without utilizing the heating mode, the vest keeps my core warm. Glad I ordered the car charger so I can recharge my vest literally on the go.

My only disappointment is that the vest does not come in red. Please consider adding red for next season.

The vest fits really well and the heating elements keep me nice and warm. I love that there is no hood so layering becomes very easy. My only catch is the pocket sizes especially the two on the outside.

My phone barely fits in it and feel like if it’s not zipped shut it will fall out. I think putting in a breast pocket on the right inside could help with that. It would help also balance the weight out from the battery being on the left.

Bought this as a gift. Arrived promptly. Does not work at all. Batteries charged but vest does not turn on. What a hassle. You can’t simply send this back for a refund. You must take it to FedEx and send it back ground.

You pay the shipping and Cabela’s will refund the shipping back to you. If you happen to live near a store (we do not) you could take it back in person. I post this in case you are planning on this for a Christmas present or gift – it may not work.

Better to get it early and try it before giving as a gift.

My husband got this for me for Christmas because I’ve been constantly cold when we are attending our outside activities – after my double mastectomy & reconstruction I can never keep warm…. Until now! We went to a Penn State football game several weeks ago ( he gave me my present early) and while it was so really cold and windy, I remained nice & comfortable.

So thankful for my hubby and for this great invention – we’re getting a second battery for the ability to enjoy outside activities longer!.

This review is for their older version vest that had heating elements over the lower front and back portions of the vest in addition to the upper chest and back area that this one has. The vest was cute, comfortable with smooth material, heated up quickly, and fit well.

I’m usually between S and M, and the S fit well. The battery was a little heavy and awkward in the one pocket. The older version had heating elements lower in the front and back of the vest, which I really like, because these areas do tend to get cold.

Disappointing that their newer products have less surface area of heating elements than the older ones.

My wife’s vest arrived promptly. Instructions re; battery charging and vest connection were easy.Great quality. She is looking forward to using her vest over the winter.

This vest is so perfect for anyone who gets cold easily or is active outside in the freezing cold weather! You will feel so wonderful when the wind is blowing and even your neck is heated! I ordered a medium and it was too small so my running partner tried it and loved it so much that she kept it and I ordered a large.

Now when we run at 5am in the dark, zero degree weather we will both be warm! We are no longer afraid of freezing at our sub zero half marathon in March!.

Very dissatisfied. The fabric is very odd – everything, including water, leaves ugly stains, which are impossible to get rid of. The cut is unflattering, looks cheap, narrow shoulders, wide in the chest.

As far as heating, I was not able to make it work, called customer service and received some instructions, with some extra steps, which are not listed in the brochure, which seamed to start the heating.

However, after removing and then reinstalling the battery, again I am unable to start the heating. I had an Ororo vest that cost less than this one, and it was so much better, no comparison. There are no returns or exchanges on this one, so I am stuck with this lemon.

Would never buy anything from this company. Buy from Ororo, they own this technology, everything else is an ugly knockoff.

Having purchased other items in the past, I knew the size would be slightly larger than normal. The vest I ordered fit perfectly. Although it’s not cold enough to actually use, I did turn it on to try it out.

It took a little while to heat up, but performed very well.

Perfect solution for sport activities leaving arms free. Upper body perfectly warm and controlled by the phone app.

I received the women’s heated vest last week (after exchanging for a large as it runs smaller in size) and it’s been just the thing I need to keep me comfortable while I’m working at my desk. I know it sounds crazy but when you sit for long periods of time, some of us can’t keep warm.

There are four heat settings and they light up on the push button at the bottom of the vest. I downloaded the app but it’s finicky and does not want to pair with my Bluetooth. When it does, it’s a cool app.

The vest is very attractive and thin enough to wear under a coat. It has down filling and is hand washable. I highly recommend this product. Just be sure to order a size up.

This was a birthday gift for my husband. He has used it for shoveling, snow blowing, snowmobiling and even at his office! It’s warm even without the heat turned on. He likes that the pockets get warm too and the heat part is pretty much all over the vest except the sides and lower back.

The power pack has a super bright flashlight too! It fits true to size which was a concern because he is 6’7“ 285lb and usually needs a 2XL tall. I got him the 2XL and it fits just right (snug enough to wear under something else, but not “uncomfortably snug“).

I plan to get one for my dad!!.

Very nice coat! Purchased this for my mother-in-law’s birthday and she loved it. Very stylish looking and fits great. She’s about 115-120 lbs. and I got her the small. She joked the other day that she might not ever take it off.

The only thing I wish was a little different is the button you push to control the heat settings is a little bright. But overall a very nice vest. Definitely recommend.

I thoroughly tested this last week and am quite pleased. It was raining and the temperature was in the low 40’s. After a 20 minute ride ride down the Interstate, I spent the next six hours walking around a parking lot observing a motorcycle safety class.

It rained all day and eventually reached the mod 40’s. I was wearing the vest over a heavy wool sweater with a merino wool base layer. The vest was on high for at least the hour then lowered down to 3 for about an hour and down to 2 until the battery died.

Even without the heating elements, I was still reasonably warm for the ride home. Now I just a spare battery (o:

It arrived earlier than expected and was exactly what I ordered. The size was perfect because of the easy to use size chart they supplied on “The Warming Store†site. The heated jacket is great! We started it on the high setting until it got warm then we were able to lower the temperature using the battery to maintain and comfort level without getting too hot of too cold.

Great product! Amazing interaction with staff. The whole process was a joy and look forward to doing business with them again.

Your ad said they run small so I got extra large and it’s too big. I can’t feel the heat. And the battery charge doesn’t last very long. On the ad there was only a choice of small and extra-large. I really just need it maybe a medium or large.

But they had said there’s no refunds or returns on company jacket. So I wear the jacket but I don’t feel the heat and the battery runs down very quickly.

We bought two jackets (1 for my wife and 1 for me). Both arrived relatively quickly, had a high quality design and worked well. Needed to contact FieldSheer about warranty registration, and their responsiveness and support were excellent.

There is a mobile (phone) control interface and I asked questions about the battery duration and they were very good in their response there. Customer Service is 5 STAR !!! Thanks for a great experience!.

Well made and keeps you warm

These are a great idea but as I am someone who has been wearing Milwaukee jackets since they first came out I am very disappointed I a couple of things. They are very pricey, they are made particularly snug and small especially at the shoulder arm area.

Not nearly enough room for wearing under sweaters or sweat shirts etc. and lastly the battery pack. Was never thrilled with location on any model heated jacket but this one is still in a horrible spot.

No good to sit in if chair has any kind of back rest. If not placed just perfectly the big bulky battery pushes on your left kidney. As the years go by like everything the quality is decreasing while price goes up.

My entire family m’en and women went up a full size bigger than jacket sizes we would have previously worn. These are a slimmer cut and as mentioned the arm holes are terribly small. You’ll be good over a T-shirt but that’s about it.

Appreciate the effort designing these but your not quite there yet.

The battery and heat work well and last a long time. My issues are with the batter placement and the fit and flexibility of the vest. I wear it to work outdoors in -25 in the Yukon, so I wear it under a bunch of other layers.

The fabric is too thick and stiff, I think they meant it to be worn as an out layer, and the collar is the same so it’s stiff and uncomfortable when I have jackets overtop. I really wish Milwaukee would make a mid-layer version that’s not so thick and maybe has some 4-way stretch.

My other issue with the fit would be solved with stretchy material. It needs to be close to your body in order to feel the heat, but standard sizing and non-flexible fabric make sure that there are gaps between your body and the vest.

Make it thinner and stretchy! I also a woman wearing the men’s vest because the placement of the battery on the women’s vest is unbearable, the men’s one isn’t great either. I’d prefer if it was in the front pocket where there is usually extra space and a natural bending point for your body.

I’m looking at the Feildsheer vests to replace my Milwaukee one for these reasons.

Of all the places to put a bulky battery, Milwaukee chose to place it on the back under the left shoulder blade. So anytime you get in the car, you have to take it off. If you’re doing anything that involves bending forward or extending your arms, it rides up and jabs you in the back.

Why they chose that location I’ll never know… should have been placed low and at one of the side seams near hand pocket. But because it’s on the back, it’s extremely uncomfortable.

I recieved this as a gift from my husband and I love it except for the battery. It just below the left shoulder blade in the back. I can’t keep the battery in the pocket if I get in a vehicle to drive.

I take it out and have to pull it around and to the front. It’s very uncomfortable when this happens. Otherwise, I do like the fit and fill and it beats up quick. I think they should offer an extension to plug the battery in the front pocket at least.

I’ve had this vest now going on 3 years. This is by far the best purchase I’ve ever made. I spend long long hours sitting in hockey rinks and I used to freeze no matter what I wore. I wear this now under my regular jacket and when I get cold I press the button to turn on and I am wonderfully warm.

As for washing; I wash mine once a year, but I know others who wash theirs more often and its still going strong. I don’t put mine in the dryer. I hang dry.

It’s awesome. It works great.

Working in -40° C was extremely chilly and uncomfortable with layers of clothing to keep warm. No longer uncomfortable since I purchased my vest. Now I am toasty warm. The vest is light, fits perfectly and movement is so much better without all the layers.

I would only recommend getting a 2nd battery at time of purchase.

I recieved my new vest I fully charged the battery and it works great. Just like my Moble Warming socks synced vest to my phone it works wonderful. I would recommend to everyone.

It is my first electric vest, I was afraid that being 7v would not be enough for cold days. I have an Icon Overlord summer jacket (purchased here) and I needed something for my country, where the temperature during the day can be 28C and at night 10C at this time of year.

This vest without power on is much better than the original thermal vest of the Icon jacket, it is warmer and more wind resistant. It has 4 temperature levels, in the 3rd level I can travel up to 160km/h with an ambient temperature of 13C and still enjoy the heat, and traveling at a higher speed the wind manages to exceed the heating capacity of the vest (although if you feel especially neck and back).

The cons? I would like to have a larger battery (but I already bought an additional one), the heating pads could be larger or include pads for the kidney area, I would like to change the temperature without having to access the battery (as they do have in other models).

The price is high, I know, but you can get it with some discount :).

I bought this thinking that it would be quiet like most camo pattern material but the back is actually pretty noisy. Too noisy for bow hunting. Heat wise, is marginal at best. Even with the 34oomah battery, it doesn’t last too long and the connection is proprietary so you have to get the gerbing battery.

As of right now, I’m on the fence about this product.

I was so happy and warm with this vest on a recent ride to UT and AZ. Morning temps were super chilly, but the vest kept me warm. It’s nice and thick with an insulating inner layer and a windproof outer layer.

So the heat stays next to your body. I was also happy for the portable battery; on a couple of post-ride dinner walks, it was chilly and windy. But being able to turn on the vest while walking and stay warm during the walk to and from the restaurant was fabulous.

I bought vests for my wife and I to use when riding, they work great. I like that they can be battery powered while walking around and then powered by the motorcycle when riding.

Our trip to Bhutan’s was canceled due to COVID-19. I used the vest in Ashland and Crater Lake National Park. It’s a comfortable to use and kept me warm, to warm sometimes. I get cold easily , so this vest is perfect for me.

Great tool; just purchased my 2nd one after the first one broke due to ignorant negligence. Be smart and heed this advice for the best use of this riveter. Go easy with the drill and not use all-out power when installing rivets.

Take it slow as most any drill can overpower and break this attachment if not careful. Let the tool do the work when installing rivets and and ejecting their shafts. Be methodical and the tool will last a long time and give you trouble-free operation.

We do, do love this new faucet! We installed it on our laundry room sink, which is used to clean everything from muddy boots to barbecue grille grates. It was always next to impossible to fully rinse the sink when done.

Now we can hit every square inch! Simple pleasures.

Excellent quality. All metal. Water spray covers the entire sink surface including all sides because it swivels where it attaches to the faucet AND on the sprayer. Easy change from spray to stream by turning rather then pushing/pulling.

For something I use everyday I don’t mind paying extra for a product this much better than the $6 plastic one found everywhere else.
