20 Best Womens Running Watches (2022 Updated)

You’d think in a time of self driving cars and robotic surgery, a basic functioning fitness watch that tracks GPS, steps, and heart rate at this price point would be reliable and dependable! Not so with this watch! Stay clear.

I’ve done 2 warranty claims and none of these watches (I’ve had 3) works well. The problems 1) heart rate all over the place (sometimes the whole exercise is tracked at ridiculously high hr, sometimes way too low, at times it just jumps around erratically despite no change in the activity, often it’s just under by 10-15bpm the whole workout) – this is annoying as not only does it misrepresent your workouts and calories burned, but it also misrepresents your “minutes of intense exercise” as your hr needs to be in a certain hr zone for at least 10+ minutes before it even starts tracking your workout as “minutes of intense exercise”.

I can go for a 30 minute run and get 0 minutes of exercise logged!) 2) randomly doesn’t track something like steps, km, exercise minutes, calories (some things you can add in later and others like steps you cannot manually enter, (or sometimes it tracks it in the individual activity but does not update daily totals) 3) sometimes does not switch settings to the next day until you restart the watch and then you lose all the activity you have already done for the day, starting your numbers back at zero, including calories burned and steps 4) GPS works great when it works, but it needs constant attention as it will start to work then stop working or just not even track km at all (bizarrely I still have the map I’ve run or biked but no km logged, which again can be entered later if you want to do the math yourself using another ap) 5) spotty Bluetooth connection (there’s no reliable connection to he had between this watch and my phone – it updates sometimes when it wants, despite having a very good phone with no other Bluetooth issues) Just a consistent and correct HR reader would improve this watch greatly.

There is no excuse for such terrible software and all these bugs at this price point.

This is a basic watch, which is all I wanted. I only power it on a couple of times a week to do my run and then I power it off, so it leads a soft life. Nevertheless, this morning it woke up and then locked up the screen.

I timed my run with a WIND-UP TIMEX THAT IS 30 YEARS OLD. After my run I went to the Garmin website and discovered that this is a known problem with this watch that they “are working on a fix” for. The watch will get stuck on a screen and become unresponsive.

The reboot is to mash the power button and hold it for a really long time, then plug the watch into power and mash the power button again for a really long time, then it wakes up and has the wrong time and date.

I am frustrated and disappointed. My wife bought me this watch as a gift and she is pissed that it didn’t even last a year when it hardly gets used.

I bought this watch specifically because I wanted a heart rate/foot step tracking watch and it was both highly rated by Consumer Reports and was less than $100. It does those features well. Using the smart phone app, I see that it also tracks my sleep between light and deep sleep which is interesting but it does not track REM sleep for some reason (there’s a spot for it in the app but it is always blank).

I think it would be more intersting to see how my sleep is divided amongst all three but nbd, really, since it was not a feature I was buying for. Also, I don’t currently do any cardio so I don’t use the run/walk feature, but I have noticed that the watch tracks “intensity minutes” whenever my heart rate is elevated above a certain level when working out.

This is interesting to me since it shows that I am above the threshhold throughout my entire workouts. The watch is setup by defualt to adjust your daily step goal based on the prior day. I thought it was a neat feature until the watch kept prompting me to move.

I guess it would be a nice feature if it was something I had been looking for, but I quickly found it annoying and turned it off in the app. The battery has been lasting about a week+. It would probably last longer but I always charge it when it is on its last bar andits usually charged in a few hours.

Don’t lose the charging cord since Garmin uses a proprietary cord and I am guessing that it would be expensive to replace.

First off, I’ll say that the other reviewers are correct: minimal instructions on how to use the watch. I had to Google it and ended up finding a Reddit Fossil Smartwatch thread where someone had kindly posted a listing of the menus and how to access them.

Would be nice if Fossil included that in their paltry instructions “manual” (leaflet) but whatever. I’m not taking stars off because this is a review of the watch, not Fossil’s inability to provide adequate instructions.

The watch is beautiful. I love everything about the way it looks, even down to the pink enameled tip of the minutes hand that helps you distinguish it from the rest of the watch. With the metal band, it’s dressy without being too much for casual wear.

I ended up purchasing a leather strap for everyday use, but I do love the band it came with. Once you know how to navigate the menus, it’s not hard to use. (Google it, people. It will make your life so much easier) The app took a bit of trial and error figuring things out but, while there could be more instruction on how to use that as well, it’s not so bad.

The functionality is great for someone who wants a smart-is watch. If you’re looking for style AND apple watch functionality, move along. You’ll hate this. But for someone who would like to see incoming texts, phone calls and whatever else strikes your fancy without picking up your phone AND without having a large, black screen strapped to your arm, consider a Fossil smartwatch.

The other thing I like is the step/exercise monitoring feature. I walk regularly and so far, this seems to keep pretty good track of my walks. Even if I forget to tell it that I’ve started exercising.

I know others have said that the step feature seems off. but if you’re not letting your arms swing naturally at your side, it won’t count your steps properly. I’ve found that if I’m holding something or my hands are otherwise engaged, the steps aren’t accurate, but if I’m walking with my hands free and unencumbered, the steps are accurate.

As are the miles that I’ve walked. So far, I’ve gone 17 days between charging. That would probably change depending on how many notifications you’re receiving, how active you are, etc. I can’t speak to the sleep monitoring function because I just can’t sleep with jewelry on.

I find myself taking jewelry of in my sleep so instead of doing that, I just take it off at night and put it back in in the morning. Overall, a great watch that I recommend to someone who would enjoy a smart-ish, stylish timepiece.

I have been wanting a Smart Watch for a long time so was really excited to try this one which hasn’t disappointed. The watch itself is lovely looking and of a high quality and the smart features are great.

I can quickly see notifications from apps such as Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp and also check my heart rate, the date, the weather and my step count. I haven’t used the sleep functions so can’t review those but have found the rest to be accurate and also it’s easy to change which notifications and stats you want to see, it’s totally customisable.

The instructions were very poor so it took a bit of trial and error once out of the box but since set up I haven’t needed to change anything as it’s all working so well. It would have been good to have instructions on how to adjust the wrist strap as I had to look this up on YouTube.

The range is quite poor so if my phone is in another room and I get a call the watch won’t always pick it up and notify me but this isn’t a major feature for me so I’m not too bothered. So far this watch does everything I need it to but as a first time smart watch user I appreciate it may not be advanced enough for other users.

Once huge plus is the battery which i’m only charging once every 10 days on average – my other half has an Apple watch which needs charging daily. Overall I am really impressed with the watch and would definitely recommend to someone who wants a classic watch with smart watch features.

I have the rose gold watch, the watch face is bigger than I would usually go for and bigger than I expected but I got used to it right away. The strap is thinner than I’d usually go for but it does feel really secure the way it clips in and I could adjust the size to my wrist easily! I love it, I had been wanting a smart watch but hated the style with the chunky squares and they just didn’t look like a watch to me.

This one has the lovely classic watch round the outside clock hands are perfect size, they glow too, and the display can be changed around digitally from your phone which is really simple, I like that I can use the app alongside the watch, I’ve got my heart rate, steps, date and weather on mine.

If it’s dark can double tap the face and it lights up. I do have trouble when it comes to pressing the buttons to do commands, but it’s just because I’ve not spent the time learning which of the 2 buttons do what exactly.

I am a really active person, and the watch nudges me when I’m exercising to start recording a walk and can use your location & GPS to map it (amazing). It vibrates when I get a notification and has a good sized message come up enough so I can see what it’s about.

I really love it I’m not a gadget person but it does make life slightly easier as I don’t have to carry my phone all the time to pick up on how many steps I do, and it’s a nice accessory to have on my arm my friends have complimented me on it as it looks like a watch and it’s the first time people have ever really come across this hybrid style so 4 stars as it’s amazing and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on the smart side of things!.

This is the first heart rate monitor I have ever used, and so far, I love it. I use it when walking/jogging on my treadmill and like knowing where I am within my target range so I can work harder or even take it down a notch.

The calorie counter is great and takes into account my height, weight, age, and gender. It was easy to learn how to use this right out of the box. I can easily push a button to take me through the screens showing time, target heart range and whether I am in the zone, a large display of heart rate, large display of calories, etc.

I was not sure about using the chest strap, but that was easy too. I was afraid it would annoy me, and at first, I could tell I was wearing it. However after just a few minutes I didn’t feel it at all and haven’t since.

In fact, I left it on for several hours one day just to check regular heartbeat and calories burned. I considered monitors that you wear 24/7, but really didn’t want or need that. Nor did I want to spend the money for something with promised features I didn’t care about.

I sleep fine and don’t really care about how many steps I walk in a day. I just wanted to know my heart rate while working out and a good approximation of how many calories I burned while doing so. This does both beautifully and for a lot less money.

I have not had it long enough to have to change batteries on either the chest strap or the wrist monitor, but that looks easy enough and I can do it myself rather than sending it off somewhere. I have found no cons with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who wants a little more information about their cardio workout.

The Polar FT4 It’s a great watch; it’s aesthetically pleasing, easy to manuever/use, functional, etc. It gives a lot of information (duration of workout, in-zone duration, average heart rate, maximum heart rate, and calories burned), and provides information on your last ten workouts, which is awesome if you’re logging your progress somewhere.

The strap is pretty uncomfortable when you first put it on, but once you start moving around you hardly notice it. My only issue is that the strap occasionally slips off. It’s perfect during runs, but whenever I do Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred (which requires a lot of jumping up and down and alternating between floor exercises and standing exercises), it slips.

I’ve tried wearing it both loosely and snugly, but so far it hasn’t done much good. I’m going to try to purchase a better sports bra– one with a longer (and tighter) underside, and hopefully that will secure the strap better.

Overall, it’s a very good watch, and I’ve been extremely pleased with it for the most part. I just wish I wasn’t having so many issues keeping it on during workouts that require a lot more movement than running does.

Right now I’m giving it a 3 star rating– though really, it’s more like 3. 5. I’ll update this review at a later date so the rating will be subject to change.

When I started using it, the hook was instantaneous. I think that since day three of using it I fell in love with the blessed monitor, now a little beyond just his appearance. I wanted to get to a certain training zone, burn fat while doing weights, improve my cardiac performance while doing cardio, not leave the “zone” in training and of course, burn calories.

I do not know if it’s feminine but women love to see big numbers in that role. It also helped me to improve my workouts at the mental level: when I was in low spirits, I knew that my training was not going to be 100% and that I saw it in my total calorie burn.

On the other hand, on the days that she was happy and animated, they went off. He really became a companion of my workouts.

I love the casio watch. I have had previous casio watches and have been very happy with their wear. This one is more petite in size which looks better on my wrist but still has all the modes of a larger faced watch.

Great watch! Has all the features I wanted. I like the larger font size, easy to see in a glance, no need to push buttons. Nice blue color. I bought a second one as a backup. The only negative for me is that I have a small wrist (6.

5 inches) so the band sticks out a half inch and catches on clothes but that’s a minor thing. Watch band is partially rigid which I like (see last photo). The band is very sturdy, a little thicker than most bands, will last many years.

I have used this Casio model for more than 10 years now, and for my use it is excellent. I rarely remove it from my wrist and that means it has to succumb to water, sand, dust, frost or whatever I am exposed to, and not once has this watch let me down.

The battery really lasts for 10 years. (CR 2032). The weakest point is not the watch itself, but the wristband, which tends to break every three or four years. It has all the functions I need, stopwatch, timer, alarm, dual time.

Then maybe the Apple Watch SE is for you. I originally received the Apple Watch SE for christmas of 2021 and have worn the watch pretty much everyday since. And I will say it is really helpful and convenient to use during my day.

Such as counting my steps and tracking my heart rate during the day and receiving my notifications without the need to pull out my phone to view those notifications. Some things to know before purchasing this product is that you will need an iphone to set up the watch.

Because you do need cellular data to use the watch during your day. And the battery life usually lasts a day at max and will have to charge the device every night pretty much. One specific reason I really like this product is how simple it is to access the contents of this watch.

All you have to do is press the button on the side of the watch and type in your passcode (if set) to access the menus of the watch. I would personally recommend this product to people who are exclusively apple users to purchase.

To track your fitness and your heart rate and pretty much anything your iphone can do but it makes it simpler to access that content because of it being on your wrist either then having to get your phone out of your pocket or bag.

One critique I do have for this watch is that you can only use this watch with an iphone 6 or above and need to have ios 15 or sooner. I don’t personally use or have ever used an android device but i do think it would be alot more better for the Apple Watch to work with an android phone because it would 1 bring more sales towards apple on there part and 2 it is a lot better quality material to use and can (depends on the site you purchase it on) can be cheaper then the latest “Samsung Galaxy Watch”.

In Conclusion i love this watch. And recommend you to buy it because. The Apple Watch SE is alot smaller than the main apple watch and is cheaper in price as well. And I will continue to wear it every day from now on and use the watch as well.

The watch – Got this as a present for my aging mom, who lives with my sister. The main thought was giving her the ability to make a call if away from her iPhone, especially in an emergency, like while sis is at work or otherwise out of the house.

All of the other bells and whistles of a smartwatch were gravy. Beats having a monthly subscription for a monitoring service and it offers so many other functions. Turns out she loves it, not just for the phone call access, but how it is automatically synching her fitness data to her phone.

She is very active for late 80s and this helps her track all of her activity. This is stimulating her with lots of new learning as well, while still being easy to adopt and master. A good fit. Once she had it up and running we talked and she sounded as clear as on any phone and said she could hear me clearly, so that was as good or better than was anticipated.

She said it is quite comfortable. Having Siri on her wrist when she wants it is nice, too. FYI – It comes with the charging cable but not the associated wall wart – there is no way to charge it without having an Apple USB-C wall wart.

It was good her iPhone had the USB-C wall wart. Make sure you have one or be prepared to buy one. Best Buy performance – Best Buy would not match the big A “Prime Day” pricing, but we did get a Best Buy sale price, so still a good value.

The shipping took a couple of days longer than what Best Buy told us at the beginning and that seemed to be in part due to it taking longer for Best Buy to get it to the USPS. Once it actually shipped, it came quickly, only a couple of business days later than advertised.

I was looking for a watch to track my fitness activities and after looking at so many watches I went for the SE 44mm. The size is perfect for my wrist, looks and feels great. I went for the cellular one so I could take calls with out my phone, little did I know this was an additional chargeable services with ee.

The only annoying thing for me is when you link it to your phone and sync all the apps, notifications for every app start popping through. This drains the battery. I found that you had to manually turn off each apps notifications as and when they come through by swiping and hitting the three dots.

Like all apple products it is easy to use, works seamlessly with other apple products. For me the SE was the best option as some of the extras with the other options were pointless for what I wanted.

This is a great tool to motivate you with your fitness goals. Having the watch has pushed me and helped me do more. I was already very active and with the watch I feel I am far more motivated, with the ease of seeing your results and goals at a turn of your wrist.

One thing that really disappoints me is that apple have not provided an offline map, for people like me who like to be in the outdoors and sometimes not signal zones something like a offline map is essential.

You can purchase an app to do this however I thought this was weak of apple.

When it comes to tracking the physical activities for common people, this smartwatch tucks all the checkboxes. It shows you accurate results when you are walking or jogging. I have tested by counting the steps and comparing with the results of this smartwatch.

I found it to be accurate. Heart rate count is also comparable with the apple watch I have checked that also. Design wise it is sturdy and looks elegant. Battery life is slightly above average. If you are using 24 hours heart rate monitoring and other features also, it will give you 4 to 5 days of backup.

It offers plenty of watch faces. I liked the PAI feature on this smartwatch. I recommend this every one who is looking for an economical wmartwatch which is light weight, looks great and provide accurate results.

Great premium looking watch at great price. Software is good. Trackers are almost accurate. Gps tracking works very good while doing outdoor running or cycling. Sleep tracking is very good. SpO2 sensor is accurate.

Battery back up is top notch. Not many watch faces but there are enough. You can’t pickup calls but you can silent or reject a call. It focussed more on user experience than putting more features like bluetooth calling.

It paired with my realme buds 2 is best combo. I can know who is calling in the watch and I can pickup the call using my realme buds 2(it pairs vey fast). If you have a Bluetooth headphone, then calling feature is unnecessary.

If you have lean hands, this is the best choice as remaining companies are focussing on putting big screens while amazfit is also focussing on user experience for most of the customers.

I really like this iTouch Sport 2 because it covers so many things in my life that I want to keep track of. It took me just a few minutes to get it hooked up to my iPhone and the app that goes with it.

I think using it is pretty intuitive, to be honest. Without even opening the directions, I was able to learn quickly how to access all the features of this watch and get everything set up for my health.

I’m really digging how now I can have a reminder to wash my hands and drink water (you get to set up how often!). It’s so totally cool that all my apps on my phone, I can choose whether or not to get notifications on the watch.

That’s super helpful because I don’t always have my phone nearby but I’m always wearing the watch! Not only that, but being able to see my steps, my body temperature and my heart rate is very much a positive thing for me because I take several different hypertension medications and knowing my heart rate lets me keep tabs on my heart health.

I was worried that my fingers would be too big to do all the touching necessary to open the apps on the watch, but it wound up being nothing to worry about. I really like how classy this watch looks and how incredibly long the battery lasts.

I received this watch and been using it for about 3 weeks. So far I really love the features of it. The face dial is very clear and I was able to put a picture as my background of my kids so I like that the faceplate can be changed.

I am currently connecting to an IOS phone and had no problems getting the watch to find my phone. Very easy to use. The steps have kept me on track focusing getting 10k steps a day. A few times I felt like my steps weren’t being tracked but I think it was me getting too far from my phone or standing instead of moving thinking I was doing more than I thought (such as cooking dinner).

I like to be able to keep watch on my heart rate too either when exercising or just in general as I am 60 years old. The watch itself is very stylish looking and fits my wrists really well. I have pretty tiny wrists and still plenty of room for anyone with larger wrists.

Texts and phone calls come through without any problems. I would recommend this smart watch to everyone as the price is right and has all the great features of the more expensive big time watches. The bands are also interchangeable and can be found at some online retailers.

I really, really like these headphones and this watch! So this is my first smart watch, as well as my first wireless Bluetooth pair of headphones. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised, in a good way.

The smart watch is run through an app called iTouch Wearables (don’t let the name fool you though – this app is good for both Apple and Android products!!). The watch has some really cool features, and I think my favorite of all of them is the “Female Health” feature.

This lets you track your period and ovulation cycles, which I think is a very neat tool. I also really enjoy the headphones!! They don’t feel heavy duty like my other headphones (so feel slightly on the cheap side), but they still work great.

The sound quality is decent, the bling on the side is stunning (obviously), and the Bluetooth feature lets me walk around the house, listening to music without having to carry my phone with me everywhere I go.

Which is especially nice when your arms are full of laundry and you have no hands to spare to carry your phone. All in all, I am really happy with both the watch and the headphones!!.

I’ve been looking for an alternative and less expensive itouch smartwatch other than the Apple brands and ran across a cute box that had multiple items in it that caught my attention. Kendall n Kylie Smart Watch set that had wireless earbuds, a case and an extra watch band! Black and nude colored bands with a black earbud case to match.

Matches everything. It’s actually a breeze to setup and use. Has a quick start guide. Connected to my iPhone instantly. The earbuds did the same. The watch and earbud case have to be charged for use but doesn’t take long and the battery life is very long especially on the watch.

All of the applications on the watch are easy to get to by swiping left or right and clicking on the item you want, to power off you simply swipe down. They made a technical item simple to use even for the not so technical people.

Great product, great value, great craftsmanship and great attention to the versatility and wearability. I highly recommend this product for everyone.

The Kendall + Kylie Smart Watch Set is something that is good to buy if you’re looking to get into using a smart watch to track your daily habits but aren’t sure how much you want to commit to doing that yet.

Why do I say this? Because it tracks basic daily functions of steps, heart rate, and sleep but the software for it doesn’t seem to be too in-depth or really very accurate. The app is easy to install and set up but I found having my blue tooth linked to the watch seemed to drain my phone battery quickly.

And I couldn’t even get the wireless ear buds to connect to each other- I think there may be a charging problem with one of the buds that makes it not work. The watch itself was comfortable to wear and I like that there is an extra band if I want to switch up the look of it.

The screen is easy to read and navigate through the different functions. Like I said, because of the phone battery draining and basic functions, this would make a good starter set for someone just getting into tracking fitness but it is not something I could see withstanding the test of use and time.

I got the rose gold crystal watch face with rose gold color band. Watch face size I chose was the larger one which I like. I love the look of this watch because it gives that fancy eye catching look to it because of the color and the crystals on the watch face.

As far as how the watch operates, eh, I’m not a fan. I would say overall it was difficult getting certain features to work on watch-the message usually says press this icon on app to enable it to work.

However, when I go to the app, there is nothing to push to enable the feature to work on watch. My watch is connected and I can see that a call is coming thru to my phone but none of my texts are showing up on the watch.

I even tried to disconnect watch and reinstall and same thing. I was able to change my watch face pic but something happened when I tried to upload photo from my camera roll to put as watch face pic.

I can easily measure heart rate and use sports mode to measure calories burned. I question though the accuracy as watch was charging and then as I put watch on, it says 44 steps and I didn’t go anywhere.

It measure heart rate and temp. It’s supposed to measure sleep but I haven’t figured out how to work that feature on watch or on the app. On watch there is alarm feature but I can’t modify the alarms that are therez.

I tried going to app and no solution there. Overall, pretty watch but using it could be easier.

The iTECH Fusion 2 R Smartwatch comes with the typical standard features you’d expect from a smartwatch. I did wear both this iTECH and another fitness tracker I currently own to compare the stats which seemed to be on par.

The metal rose gold is attractive and stylish. Set up was simple and quick although I highly suggest reading the set up instructions before beginning. When connecting the watch to the charger, the metal band kept getting in the way, the magnetic pull is that strong which translates to annoying for me.

The watch face selections were okay, nothing spectacular and certainly nothing that would compliment this band. A pet peeve of mine is how small the fonts are and not just on this particular brand either.

The size and fonts should be considered as people of all ages do wear fitness trackers and not everyone’s eyesight is 20/20. I found the band too uncomfortable to wear while sleeping, too heavy and awkward so will look at the interchangeable styles offered.

Overall, I like the look and functionality of this iTECH.

i’ve only ever used a fitbit so that’s the only tech i can compare this to. it has a pretty intuitive app that you can download on your phone, but it’s hit or miss whether or not it decides to sync immediately, which is annoying sometimes.

as for the watch functions, they update every half hour??? i couldnt find a way for it to be constantly tracking and updating my heartrate, so that was strange and something i didn’t like. the screens are smaller than expected for such a big, round watch face.

the strap is silicone and gets sweaty on my wrist very quickly. it does accurately record your body temp though, which i thought was pretty cool. i tried the o2 monitor function and it didn’t work. it couldn’t get a reading and i tried to do it multiple times.

it’s just ok. honestly just get a fitbit or apple watch or literally anything else. i think this is fine if youre a beginner to fitness tracking devices or are on a tight budget, but other than that this just isnt worth it.

I was very excited to finally try out the Fenix 7 sapphire solar because I’ve had the 6X for the last 2 years and watched ALL the YouTube videos comparing the 7 to the Epix 2. I kept going back and forth between the two.

Almost ALL the videos mention the dimness of the sapphire screen but I knew I had to actually see it for myself to make up my mind. Sadly, the screen was even worse than I was expecting. Especially on cloudy days the screen acted more like a mirror and was insanely reflective.

Having to reorient my wrist plus activate the backlight to be able to read the watch at a glance was fairly annoying for a almost $1,000 watch. Now the features and the GPS accuracy and tracking were wonderful, and I was very pleased! It sensed my pace changes MUCH faster than my 6X which was refreshing! I HATE looking down at my watch KNOWING that I’m going at least a certain pace and the pace on my watch is like 2-3 minutes per mile slower just because I’m running near some trees! The 6X drives me nuts with stuff like that, and seems to take forever to catch up to my actual pace in addition to having fairly inaccurate GPS data! The 7 has definitely upgraded on GPS performance and accuracy and sensitivity which was very nice! Lastly though, the battery was pretty poor, and once again is a FAR cry from Garmin’s “estimates”.

It was down to “low battery” in less than 5 days. I had the screen brightness set to 50%, HAD TO to semi compensate for the screen dimness. I used the all systems on for 3 of my 6 activities and then the multi band for 3 of the 6.

I know the multiband sucks up more juice but was testing the accuracy. The solar charging did almost nothing, and I was fairly intentional about exposing it to the sun as much as I could. That feature was not near as helpful as I had hoped or thought.

It’s seems more a marketing gimmick than anything. Granted if all you did was just sit in a chair all day every day directly in the sun not doing any activities with the screen brightness turned off, and turned off almost every other feature the watch has, then you might get close to the “estimates” of 11 days, or “up to 14 with solar charging”.

I’m returning after testing it out till low battery. This has solidified in my experience that the Sapphire Solar version is not worth the extra $100. The sapphire makes the screen way too dim AND reflective, and is pretty distracting.

I only wish the Multiband option was available on the non-sapphire models. I’m trying out the Epix 2 Sapphire next because I’ve read and seen that the amoled display more than breaks through the sapphire lense and you can’t really even tell it’s there.

If I can get all the features I like and be able to read the screen really well and still get better battery life than the 7s, then it’s really a no brainer to me. The 7s Sapphire Solar is simply not worth close to $1,000 to me.

I Love my fenix S Solar watch, despite a few frustrations in the beginning. Here’s what I really like- the solar capabilities, the glances, and the versatility. Solar- I just did a 6 day mountain bike trip in the Utah wilderness and never had to recharge my watch due to the solar charging.

Glances- I love the ease of the touch screen and being able to “glance” through all my stats and physiology in the morning including heart rate, sleep, body battery, weather, training readiness, steps, HRV status.

Versatility- The fenix has so many activity options and fun widgets to use I was frustrated in the beginning when I couldn’t get my fenix to pair with my iPhone. I tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations several times with no luck.

I looked at videos online. Finally I looked up on. a basic Google search, why my Fenix wasn’t pairing. The solution was to delete my Bluetooth for fenix S Solar on my phone settings, not on the Garmin Connect app, then reinstall it.

Bingo! It finally paired. The only other change I wish I’d made was to get the 47 mm face instead of the 42mm.

I have bought and tested 4 different Garmin watches and this is the ONLY watch that had all the functionality and features I was looking for. My original watch is an Instinct (which I still love and use).

The battery life on my Instinct is excellent which is why I was very disappointed with the Vivoactive and Venu models I tried and ultimately returned. I was looking for a watch with specific additional features that didn’t exist on my Instinct but did not want to sacrifice battery life, which was a fraction on the vivoactive and venu models.

Ultimately I purchased the Fenix and am very happy I did. This watch has all the functionality and features and EXCELLENT battery life. Plus, I opted for the solar option which will help in warmer months (short sleeves).

I kept trying to avoid spending more but you really do get what you pay for in this instance. Highly recommend! P. S. Garmin customer service is top notch. This was a >2 month process of troubleshooting and replacement orders and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

This is a beautiful watch however the size of ‘Standard Womens’ is misleading. The internal circumference is actually only 6 inches, whereas I class 7 inches as standard. There was no advise on enlarging the bracelet so because of this the watch was reluctantly returned.

This is my second Amazfit GTS. The first, after nearly five years of nonstop use, developed battery issues requiring it to be charged every day. The screen is bright and clear. There are a ton of backgrounds available through the Zepp app and other apps.

The customization is awesome. You can add or subtract what’s being tracked on your wrist. The countdown and alarm apps on the watch are very useful. My phone stays in my pocket except when answering a call.

I can reject calls through the watch, control the music player, check the weather and my calendar, and probably do a lot of other things.

I bought this watch a week ago because I was tired of using my Samsung watch 3 and wanted to try something new. After doing some research, I decided to try out the Amazfit GTS 3. One thing that caught my eyes right off that bat was the battery life! This watch is advertised to last 12 days.

My Samsung watch could barely go for more than 2 days. At first I was skeptical but after a week of usage, it was actually true. The watch came with 83% battery life and I still don’t need to charge it.

Amazing!! Besides the battery life, the watch looks absolutely stunning. The screen is bright and the text is big enough for you to read it. Setting up the watch was quite easy. You download their Zepp app and then just scan and pair the watch and then you’re all set to go.

This is an amazing watch for a great price!! I’m planning to buy another one for my neice for her birthday!.

Bought this to replace my old garmin,which sadly was trying to burn through my wrists! I’ve had this watch a week now and zero skin reactions,so I’m chuffed with that. The strap is HUGE! So if you have small wrists it won’t be for you, feature wise it’s great,the heart rate monitor is spot on,steps are about right and sleep monitoring is far better than the garmin.

The biggest downside is the Zepp app,I cannot connect it to my WW app,which was a handy tool with my old watch,had I realised this before purchasing I wouldn’t have bought it,but too late now. It’s a lovely looking watch and the screen seems quite tough and I’ve worn it many times in the pool too,overall I’m pleased with the watch.

I bought this watch as a gift for my mom, and once it arrive, we followed the directions and did everything right, but yet it wouldn’t connect. It kept freezing, and restarting. It would not show you the full messages or notifications.

I made an exchange and got the same one, and it’s like if they sent me back the one I returned. It just kept on giving me problems. I don’t know if it just this kind, since I also have the grey and pink one, and that is perfect.

It didn’t give me problems like this one.

I love how the watch looks. I have used it for one full day, and it was pretty cool. The only thing I do not like is that it does not allowing you to respond to text messages if you are an iPhone user.

That is one of the main features I was looking for in a smartwatch when I was searching for a smartwatch, so this is very disappointing. The other issue is that it did not come with the extra buckle as stated.

I called to request the missing buckle be sent to me, but I was told I would have to return the watch for a refund and re-order another watch. I do not understand why sending me the missing buckle would not be a simpler and faster solution.

I love the smart watch has all the Features I need. It has lots of choices of different faces. And I love how the band connects together. I will be definitely buying for family members. I am in love with the watch.

These early ones are hard to find, from before Himself ordered cheaper works put in, and these work properly with the large center seconds hand operating on the tachymetre pushbuttons. A proper rolex daytona homage, which is french for i dident put rolex on it, so its not a counterfiet fake, but it looks tres bien, n’est ce pas?.

I have it a 3/5 because you cant really beat it at this price point. I personally just dont really enjoy the feel or the look of the watch that much. I have a pro diver that i really enjoy wearing and i also wear a $30 gold timex way more than this watch but that is my day to day go to lol.

I will wear it on occasion but it feels a bit tacky. I feel like a more rounded face that is deeper with more edges would look nicer. This just gives me the feel of a cheaper fossil watch dipped in gold plating but the clasp is worse.

I also think its cool that it resembles a Rolex but at the same time i think it falls a bit short on quality feel. The finish is not bad for the price. I would have preferred to get a larger faced Nixon like my friends watch but again it would cost more.

I bought it as a gift so I was worried it wasn’t going to come in the nice box it normally comes in but see my surprise it came in the brand name box and the time was already set 2 mi time zone which I thought was cool and also let me know that the watch work.

Great quality packaging was amazing I love that it came in the Box as if it was from the Jewelers and there was no damage at all which I was very worried about also and it shipped very quickly and arrived before delivery date.

I was very happy and impressed was just needs a little things that goes such a long way.

I purchased my Garmin 255S about two week ago. The smaller size in gray is perfect for a small-framed person and the gray is nice. Initially in love with many of the sweet features (much faster GPS acquisition, improved sleep info, training guidance, HR based suggestions, etc), that love diminished when the watch started glitching.

At times, the originally blazing fast GPS acquisition takes significantly (seriously, almost 5 minutes) longer from my driveway and steps don’t show up for long periods of time BUT the kicker is heart rate zones.

The reason I use a watch with HR zones is to train effectively. Many of the features are based on those heart rate zones and time spent in them. Unfortunately, after attempting to customize my zones, they are now stuck on seemingly random numbers and cannot be altered (my zone 4 won’t budge from 140-145 bpm).

Garmin is aware of this problem as it appears many purchasers are dealing with the same issue. They are working on it but I’ve been told that it’ll be “a while” before engineers have the problem fixed.

Customer service, always stellar, can’t fix the problem as it seems to be a software issue. This watch has a ton of exceptional features that I expect runners ranging from weekend warriors to locally competitive racers will find very useful… once the software glitches are worked out – which I hope will be soon.

Until that time, its usefulness may be much more limited.

I came to Garmin after being a long-time Fitbit user. The latest Fitbits seem less focused on health and fitness and more on being ‘smart’. I am mostly happy with this model. I actually prefer the buttons to the touch screen – it is more reliable to use for me, between sweating on the summer runs and wearing gloves in the winter.

The GPS, HR and altimetry are very good. The UI is well thought out and a pleasure to use. The selection of watch faces is just enough for me – I strongly prefer the analog look and there is one that is very pleasing.

The only imperfection is that the sleep tracking is not as accurate as the previous fitbits were, mainly in the area of tracking time when I am awake but laying quietly. It consistently underestimates the awake time by up to an hour.

This is puzzling since the sensor suite is the same or better than the old fitbits. I can only guess it is the data analysis algorithms. Fitbit required a subscription to get the accurate analysis. I would be willing to pay for a similar subscription with the Garmin if I could get comparable accuracy.

As it is I have bought an Oura ring to get the sleep tracking accuracy. I’m looking forward to when I can give that up and get back to just one tracker!.

I bought this a few weeks ago as a replacement for a Forerunner 35 that I used for at least 5 years. It is quite an upgrade. I’m still learning my way around it, but here are some of the features that I like so far: GPS seems quite accurate, Garmin pay is handy, morning report is nice, you can choose from a bunch of customizable watch faces, I’m getting a little obsessed with my sleep score.

I need to try some additional running features. Here’s what I don’t like: The color of the watch is integral to some of the face so you can’t really change the color by buying a new band. If you do you end up with a two tone watch.

That was hugely disappointing. Also, the pulse ox readings shouldn’t be counted on. Mine were consistently low to the point that I got concerned and bought a pulse oximeter. My readings were fine on that.

Don’t trust the watch readings. I got the 255S which is the right size for my 5’4″ frame woman’s wrist. However, some of the readings are hard to see as I’m getting a little farsighted in my age. I wish it was just a tad larger.

Garmin needs to add the Les Mills lineup of classes to the activity options you can select so we can get more accurate readings on those. Overall, I’m enjoying the watch, but for me I’m not sure it was worth the money.
