Excellent product. Used on floating flooring and has covered all of the small scratches. Even made some large gouges less noticable. Only downside is the lack of instructions as to how to use it as it is this weird stick looking thing.

You unwrap the foil and then rub the stick end onto the scratch. Takes a minute to get the oil to come out just keep rubbing. Don’t unwrap the stick itsself! would give a 9 out of 10.

I have found very few areas that it has made any improvement on. It advertised that it works on watermarks but it didn’t make any improvement on the watermarks on our dining room table. I have tried it on several different areas in our house.

Most areas I see no improvement. It did make a great improvement on one of the cupboards in our bathroom that had some water damage but that is the only area I saw any improvement.

I didn’t think this would work nearly as well as it did. We had scratched in our wood trim from the previous owner’s dog. While you’ll still see an indent on a deep scratch, the color blends right in.

On light scratches, you won’t even know it was there.

Soooolong story short, dear daughter knocked over a bottle of pure acetone on the coffee table, and the first pic reflects the outcome of that little fiasco. I got these markers to see if I could improve the situation at all.

Not a fan of the crayons, but the marker did a decent job of covering everything (2nd pic), however, the surface was still pretty dull (I expected this since itll need a coat of semi-gloss to get that) and where I stopped using the marker showed, so I decided to use old English to see if it would improve matters (3rd pic).

Final result is the last picI didnt have high hopes due to the initial incident, but it actually turned out really nice. There wasnt an exact match amongst the color options but Im ok with that. I did choose a marker with a significantly different colored cap so you may need to do a bit of experimenting.

Im going to take my markers and go around and touch up everything else. Solid purchase, imo, even without the crayons.

I bought a solid wood build it yourself china cabinet. The pieces had the holes drilled in the wrong place, so after assembling it correctly, I used the crayons in this kit to fill in all the little screw holes that were left.

And then I used the stain marker in the same color to fix all the little scratches. It took 5 minutes and it you dont notice the imperfections unless you know where to look. Im satisfied with that! Ill use this later on the scratches in my hardwood floor, Im sure.

A very useful kit to have around!.

MARKERS WORKED ON SEVERAL PIECES OF FURNITURE. UNFORTUNETLY, ON A COUPLE PIECES THE COLORS DID NOT QUITE MAQTCH. STILL, i FOUND THIS PRODUCT USFUL.

My Table like me (75+) was show’n its 1995 age. This vehicle preform’s a crutch vs limp view. Really functional for a patching process.

Used this on scuffing I caused on my floors moving something. Looks much better. Still a bit noticeable, the more exact you are with the markers the better it will look.

I tried using the product on two separate repairs. I used the marker pens on both repairs because I was paranoid that the crayons would leave a residue. I would probably try the crayons on more decorative furniture which gets used less frequently.

I found the pens to be effective in only one of the two repairs: to darken a chip on our table so that it stands out less. A light, eye catching, mark is now much darker, and less eye catching. Result! I also tried using the pens to cover a larger mark on our skirting board.

This was more difficult to hide because none of the pens match the wood’s colour very well, and the mark is in quite a prominent location. Luckily it was possible to wipe off my attempted repair before the colour dried.

It’s really easy to apply the markers – you just colour in as you would with any pen. They dry quite quickly but I was able to wipe off a small area where I’d gone outside of the lines. I’m not sure if the markers would work well on glossy wood surfaces.

I also wonder if it would be possible to achieve similar results with a standard felt tip pen but hope that the dye in this product lasts longer without fading than the ink in a standard felt tip. I think the end result is a bit underwhelming but, when the colours are right, the pens are at least effective.

For some repairs that’s probably good enough and may be better value than hiring a professional.

I found the wood furniture repair kit easy to use, although the colours didn’t quite match the colour of my table. However the stain now looks much less obvious than it did before. It’s worth trying this product because it may work better for you, but if your table is a very high quality it might be worth getting an expert repairer in.

I have been looking for a product to fill in a crack on our coffee table for a while and this one fits the bill perfectly. Our black coffee table has a shallow, thin crack down the length of the surface exposing the natural wood colour underneath so it is quite visible.

The black filler stick was a perfect colour match. The instructions were simple to follow and very easy to use. Although you can still slightly see the relief of the crack if you look hard enough in the light, it is barely visible now there is no contrasting colour.

I did recently notice some of the filler wearing away so I will have to go over it again, but considering it is on a coffee table that gets a lot of use and regular cleaning I suppose this is to be expected! Overall the coffee table looks almost brand new again and I would definitely recommend the product.

I used this to touch up some wear in the finish on a dining room table and chairs, as well as a nick in a wooden frame. Color matching is trial and error. This is a cosmetic touch-up that makes the wear/damage nearly impercetible to the eye; however, it will eventually wear off and either need to be touched up again or refinished.

The only drawback was the tips of the markers were not narrow enough to get deep into the nick on wooden frame. That was an unusual damage so I probably will just get a fine tip brown marker to fix. I haven’t used the wax fillers but have previously used on nail holes in wood flooring.

I have a log home and the trim around the house is natural pine. Over 28 yrs of living here we have gotten scratches from moving things around, replacing whole house rug. The stain pens have covered everything and makes it look new again.

I’m not sure what kind of scratches or scuffs this is supposed to cover but it did not work at all. I tried it on several surfaces that had mild scratches after our move. It just looks like marker on my furniture.

Not worth the money or the time.

This venerable old scratch remover was used by both my mother and my grandmother. Essentially, it’s just a mixture of oil based furniture polish and a very dark wood stain. But it works like magic at removing those new scratches that have cut through the dark finish and revealed the light colored wood beneath.

Just apply a small amount (it doesn’t take much at all) to an old cotton cloth (a discarded t shirt works well). And rub it onto the surface. The oil and stain mixture will find its way into the white scratch and the results are immediate.

After a move into a new house or apartment, this stuff is invaluable for touching up those inevitable furniture scratches. Just make sure to discard the cloth after using since the stuff will definitely stain anything it comes into contact with and it will not wash out.

I have scratches of white color on my hard wood floors. I applied multiple coats of the wood polish but it scratches were still very visible even from a distance. I would probably look for another option.

I think the product itself is good and color matching can always be a challenge so you just have to find the best one. My problem is with the applicator. If you have a big job, like I recently did with installing wood molding in a house, that applicator can be a pain.

To get a good finish with this product, you have to press hard and work it into the nail holes followed with a good hard hand rubbing with a rag or folded paper towel to remove the excess, smoothing flush and blend.

You can’t have very much exposed past the paper, otherwise it will easily break off when you press hard. The paper unwrapping feature did not function very well for me and there was no instructions provided.

You can only get about three nail holes before you had to stop and expose just a little more for the next group of nail holes. This paper unwrapping was hard to control for the small amount you want exposed before it becomes unstable when trying to apply with the required pressure you need to get a good finish.

Otherwise it does a good job of concealing with a good color match and will last.

The product seems dried out and waxy. I rub over the scratch and nothing sticks – at all. I tried to rub it into the scratch using the back of my fingernail. It was lumpy and didn’t sit flat on the cabinet surface.

Also, the color was a poor match for my pickled oak cabinets – sometimes looking too gray, also too light.

I had only 12 screw holes to fill on white trim. I managed to get one filled, even though the tip of the applicator was too large for the hole. The remaining 11 are only partially filled. Compared to regular wood filler, this stuff is dry and crumbly.

I only hope that it can be sanded, because it wasn’t possible to remove the excess with a rag.

Small container but goes a long way. Used it for some old oak kitchen cabinets that had some deep scratches. It covers up most of the scratches though deep gashes were still slightly visible. The color seems to match perfectly as long as it is dark wood in tone.

Recommend using gloves as it can stain your hands. The smell was not overwhelming which was great for sensitive noses like mine!.

This is not a cleaner. I use it in the bathrooms on the oak cabinets, as well as the kitchen cabinets. It blends dry looking areas with the areas that have polyurethane that has not worn off (in small areas).

Use a wood conditioner to moisturize the wood first, then the scratch cover. It will last longer this way. If you just want a quick job to perk up the finish of the cabinets, like, company’s coming and you want to fix it fast, just use the scratch cover.

Use a clean cloth to apply, then go over it again to remove any excess. I also use it on our kitchen table that is unfinished oak. It “melds” into the wood and accentuates the grain of the wood beautifully!.

This wood Polish works great. I have been using it for years. It is very easy to use. You just need a little bit on a soft cloth. I would like to reuse the same cloth. That’s something my grandma taught me.

She also used this brand as well! I highly recommend it!.

Good product. This scratch cover is meant for light-colored woods. I’ve used many Old English products over a long time, and they usually work surprisingly well. This one seems thinner in texture than the polish for dark woods, but it’s still okay.

The bottle arrived leaking with a faulty cap, but Office Depot took care of it. It’s a good product.

I love this product. Works great for a monthly polish to older furniture that closely matches the color. It covers light marks and light damage to the furnitures surface and gives it a nice luster. I have also used this to stain new wood whenever building shelves for my walls.

It comes in darker shades too if looking for more of a darker walnut color. I highly recommend.

It worked for me! It did cover all the scratches and all the shabby bits. I used it also inside the drawers now they look brand new, a little bit goes a long way. I’m adopting this product to maintain my wooden cabinets.

If you are thinking of trying this product, DO. It is the best I’ve found for blending light scratches into the surface. It won’t remove the scratch, but it renders it far less noticeable. Love it!

I used this product after delivering finished wood trim and base from my shop. After the finished carpenters installed, (especially the crown mold), there would be multiple scratches in the finish coating.

A quick wipe and on each scratch would solve the problem. It save time and man hours that would not only costly but put me over in delays. I just discovered this small tube in my garage and honestly, it still works after thirty years.

Can’t say enough good things about it. Works best on darker finishes.

I had put some decorative gel clings on my kitchen cabinets at Christmas. Unfortunately they left red and green stains on the wood. Got the stains off by using a brillo pad but the wood grain looked scratched and white in spots.

Was hoping these would cover the marks but they are too dark for the light wood finish. Even the lightest marker was too dark. One of them did get scratches off my dresser which is a much darker wood.

They are good for dark wood but if you have tan colored furniture they will not match.

I haven’t used the kit for any deep gouges yet, but the range of different colored markers blends with most any shade of wood. It’s covered up several superficial scratches on a few pices of furniture.

To blend better, I use the marker and then wipe over it pretty quickly with a microfiber cloth. I haven’t used the filler sticks yet but I’ve heard they work really well from a friend who has this kit.

The price was great and definitely worth it!.

We were left with a curio from the previous owner and they had a dog that really went to town on it. I used a wood filler and stain, but it made it worse. Got this product and aaaahhhh! While not perfect, if you look up really close and know what to look for, of course one can see small nicks and slight uneven coloring.

But in day-to-day, just passing the curio by, it looks fine where it is and I couldn’t be happier. Will hold on to for future use. Great on scratches, not bad on nicks.

The Rejuvenate White & Gray Markers are terrific. I have a white bookcase with dings all over it. I had purchased a white marker previously, but it turned out to be the wrong color of white. This package includes 3 shades of white and the middle one did the trick! I did find that if I went over the ding too many times, the marker would leave a runny look so I found it best to go over the ding, let it dry, and then go over it again.

I only needed two coats if it was a bigger ding. The littler dings covered great with just one cover. I also found that I could combine the pens colors to come up with a color in-between. This is a great find!.

I used the melamine marker to touch up the chipped edges after cutting pieces for drawers. It didn’t cover the chips very well and I had to let it dry and go over it several times. Using Bics paper whiteout was more effective but messy.

In summary it helped but below expectations.

No learning curve here. Pick the appropriate color and go to retouching.

Works on most wood finishes, either varnished or waxed. I bought it for the dining table to improve a few rough places and ended up doing all my furniture! It covers scratches and imperfections whilst creating lustre and shine.

This is an excellent product. I could no longer find it in the local stores so I looked elsewhere and here it is. I have wooden floors, dark wood and we also have a dog who tends to mark the floor. This polish covers it and leaves a long lasting shine.

Excellent for marks on wooden furniture. Comes in various shades.

We bought a bottle of this a couple of years ago in a supermarket. We recently bought some new plain pine furniture and wanted to give it a bit of colour and protection and this little product really does the job.

However, we were unable to find it anywhere, but fortunately good old B&Q do have it and we were able to click and collect! Simples! A little goes a long way and it gives a lovely natural colouring.
