20 Best Wooden Beard Comb (2022 Updated)

I received my #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox and immediately had to test it out on my beard. The CREMO brand beard comb package was a box (H) 4. 5″ x (W) 2. 75″ x (D) 1. 5″ which was a little large for the 3.

75″ x 2. 25″ x 0. 25″ comb it contained. The box however was fairly sturdy. The comb itself looked nice and smooth with a lovely wood grain visible throughout. It was well polished making it feel good to hold in my hand as I used it.

I’d never heard of Verawood before so I’d certainly never smelled it, but if this is what it smells like, I like it. It’s only been a couple weeks or so but the smell is still strong which gives me confidence that it will maintain its aroma for some time to come.

Having a very thick and curly beard, I did find the sharper corners on the teeth tended to break hairs when encountering resistance rather than pull or tug. Everything considered, I’d say that I like this product and see myself continuing to use it into the future.

I recieved this #freeproduct through #trywithtopbox in exchange for an honest review. Great packaging, my husband was excited to try this. The comb itself has a nice aromatic scent, kind of peppery, which he likes.

And the wood itself has a beautiful wood grain to it. As an object it is nicely designed and masculine, it would make a nice gift. He said it worked really well for him and the fact that it does not build up a static charge is great.

Definitely would recommend for a guy who likes to take care of his beard.

We received this #freeproduct #freewithtopbox Cremo beard comb to test and provide our honest opinion. My husband used it. The little box it comes in is very nice and compact. The comb itself smells great, nice sandalwood smell from it.

Both sides of the comb are useful and the comb is great to carry in your pocket in a pinch/when traveling. It is priced reasonably and is great quality. My husband recommends this comb!.

All I’ve purchased from BBC is the fine tooth ox horn comb and the sample trial pack and I will say the word quality sticks out to me. I’ve tried a few other random oils and products from other places and BBC is the first where after applying it to my beard, my hands aren’t covered in oil.

You don’t really have to go wash them after, it evaporates. I love that. Face isn’t oily, keeps a shine, no complaints about it. I have quite the beard so I at times apply the oil early mornings and early/late evenings.

Love it. Veteran owned- MUCH RESPECT to you guys for that and all who served. I cannot say enough about that. From what few little things I’ve received from BBC, it’s safe to say they’re the company for me.

I was checking out reviews for this item before purchase, and those reviews spoke kindly of this item. Upon receiving this comb and using it for myself, I was very impressed with it. I’m able to get tangles out without too much snagging and without pulling any beard hairs out.

I’ve even used it for my head hair with the same results. Sturdy design. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a quality beard comb.

The item is great, I use it all day every day. My problem is you’re pushy with the marketing and remarketing. This is like the 6th email you’ve sent me about reviewing this item. The penalty I’m handing you is one star.

Unlike any plastic comb the sandalwood combs gives noticeable results. Idk if it’s the wood or the thickness of the comb, but oils and conditioners seem to distribute more evenly throughout the beard.

Far less snagging than plastic combs. If you love the smell of sandalwood then this will be pleasing to you as it is quite fragrant. Being that it’s sandalwood it will remain fragrant for many years.

I carry it mostly in my back pocket, opposite my wallet and it hasn’t cracked or split from sitting on it. I don’t actually have any complaints with it. Works great. Smells even greater! If you found yourself here while looking for something more than the run of the mill combs, chances are you will like this one.

Brought this comb as I couldn’t take my brush on my travels to work and I am glad I did. It’s the perfect size to fit in my pocket and the did size teeth on each side means that I can comb out the different parts of my beard.

Also the leather travel case it comes is great as it means I don’t have to worry about it getting damaged in my pocket or bag.

This is a nice size brush, and does appear to have real bristles. I’ve used it a few times and can definitely see a difference from my old brush, which was a mix of plastic and boar. I got this to use on my waist length hair to distribute oils more evenly and it does that very well.

A few bristles did come out the first time I used it, but I don’t really think that’s abnormal. The wood comb is good too, I like that it has two settings. Also much better for hair than plastic!.

These are Very easy to attach as theres a little give in the rubber which wrap themselves around the edges of the pedals. You might need a flat bladed screwdriver to assist you but if you have strong fingers then its no problem.

Literally took me five minutes to complete the job and well worth it!.

I’ve had my Premium Sandalwood Beard Comb from Rocky Mountain Barber Co. for about 2 weeks now and it is beardtastic! Right out of the I noticed how smooth and solid the comb felt. It also fits in my pocket perfectly, not like a handle comb that needs adjusting every time I sit down.

The sandalwood has a great scent on its own, and I’m guessing it will grow over time as it absorbs oils from use. It pulls through my beard easily, with less breakage and tangling. It’s a great alternative to a plastic comb.

I have a relatively long beard and would like it if one side was more coarse than the other other side, maybe 1 or 2 less teeth, but overall i’m really pleased with the quality and performance of this comb.

If there’s one thing I can appreciate it’s fine craftsmanship this comb is so well-made you can tell as soon as you pull it out of the box. I’m new to the beard growing community but I have to say this is a must-have for anyone with a beard.

Upon first using it paired with a really good beard oil that I also just purchased from the Gentleman’s Beard Company the comb performed beyond expectations and felt great on my face. I actually considered other combs but what’s unique about this comb is that each side is curved to contor your face which makes sense when comparing to straight combs.

The sandalwood gives out such an amazing aroma yet it does not transfer to your beard I found myself holding this comb even after I had groom myself just because it felt so good in my hand and I could appreciate the person who probably made this comb by hand.

I would recommend this as a gift or for personal use the boxes well-made and actually the foam insert can be used as permanent storage for such a wonderful piece of craftsmanship I will use this box as its home.

bought for s. o. for Christmas gift. looks great and feels solid. pouch it came with is nice. i really think he’ll like it. also got sample pack and the beard balms smell good. shipping took longer than supposed to,not sure if that was a postal issue or not.

was shipped from seller within 24 hrs but then took a whole week go be delivered from post office not far from here. when contacted this place via email they responded within a short time and refunded shipping w/o asking.

This was the first beard specific shampoo and conditioner I have used. I would say the peppermint in the shampoo is a bit lacking to get a good refreshing scent in the shower. The shampoo and conditioner wash out of my beard well but using the conditioner is a little time consuming.

I would have liked to see a shampoo + conditioner to simplify the process when trying to get ready in the morning. The comb was very nice and doesn’t seem to collect and residue like a plastic comb. Overall I don’t think I would recommend anyone moving from a normal face wash to this product since it did not seem to make a big difference in the feel of my beard.

I wasn’t expecting to also receive a beard comb when I was selected to test their beard wash. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this comb. It is a very beautiful wooden comb and comes with a nice little storage pouch.

It works great and is a well crafted comb. I would recommend this particular comb. Not that I think I’d ever need another one, since it is so well built, but if I did need another comb I would most definitely purchase this one.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I shared these products with my teen son and we both really loved the comb. When I first saw it I thought it was a little thick and it wouldn’t work too well but I was extremely wrong.

It works very well. It is very well made and durable. I even used it on a pretty heavy not and it didn’t even break the teeth of the comb. I highly recommend it. And I’ll also be buying my son hi own!.

I never thought I’d be excited to write a review for a comb. But here I am. When receiving this comb, it comes in a pretty nice box that seems to indicate something high quality is inside. There was a distinct smell of the sandalwood when first opening it.

This has dissipated somewhat over time but is still there if putting it close to the nose. The comb is about 4 3/8″ x 3″. while it’s designed for a beard and mustache, in a pinch or while in travel, it could be used to comb hair as well.

There is a fine side and a less fine side to the comb, depending on the type and quality of hair that’s being combed. The tines are completely solid. There is no flex at all. So it can feel a little rough.

The leather case is really a nice touch. Not only will the case prevent damage to the comb while on travel or when just tossing it into the bathroom drawer, but it makes the comb feel special and protects the tines from being chipped or broken.

So feel free to treat yourself and get a dedicated beard comb. Or get this as a great gift for someone hard to buy for. They’ll appreciate it.

When I received this Zeus Beard comb in the mail, I was excited to open it because the packaging it was in was so classy and refined. I had an inking that this was a special product indeed, a throwback to the days when my grandfather had a tray on his dresser with all the quality accessories needed by a gentleman in those days.

This Zeus Beard Comb is magnificent in it’s quality and it’s function. It is made of wood and comes in a high quality leather case. It grooms my beard beautifully especially after waking up sleeping in my CPAP mask which leaves funny indentations in my beard.

If you have a beard and would enjoy a high quality product made of wood and sheathed in a leather holder, this is the perfect beard comb. It’s size is great also fitiing in your pocket easily or traveling with you in you carry-on.

I can’t say enough about this company. I ordered some beard balm and a sandalwood comb. I broke the comb the first day I got it. My fault I work in a club and things got a a little wild but when I told Zeus about it they replaced it no charge and sent me awesome free tee shirt and a sample kit of beard oil with 3 Scent’s.

I’m about to make my second order and now I know exactly what scent I want. the comb moves smoothly through my beard and disperses the balm perfectly and the balm has just the right amount of hold and the smell isn’t over powering but last all day.

An extremely happy customer here and will be telling all my bearded brothers this is the place to go.

The comb and brush set are working out great so far. The quality surprised me considering the low price. The brush does tend to lose bristles occasionally? But still a good value and they do keep my beard groomed.

The reason for the four stars opposed to five is the horrendous smell that exudes from the comb and brush. When I first opened the package I thought Steve Austin punched me in the face. It’s really not good.

It smells like a mixture of chemicals and unadulterated hate. It’s been a week now so the smell is lighting up but still very noticeable. I’m sure in another week the smell will be gone altogether. Overall I’m happy!.

Read all the great reviews and thought I’d give it a try. Arrived today and the first thing I noticed was that the bristles in the brush fall out like crazy. If you lightly run your finger across them several will fall right off.

Use it on your beard a couple of times and then check your clothing you’ll see that your covered in them and have a mess to clean up. The comb is plastic, faux wood. I’d say keep looking for something better.

This is the first time I ordered this product it was shipped fast it was packaged nicely as for the comb is a nice Hand size Only think i would change on it is maybe have Fineer teeth on the comb. As for the brush it fits in your hand nicely! It’s construct nicely But the bristles are on the softer side! I personally prefer stiffer bristles but otherwise it is a very nice brush! The travel pouch is a very nice feature as well.

I really love this little kit, quality made awesome brush with it as well, and also a neat little bag to carry both items in. I use mine daily to tame the wild beard hair. Helps me maintain that dapper look, which my wife loves.

I have had the other wooden beard combs, most are rough and cheaply made and snag your beard hairs as you comb through. This one is very well made and the quality control when making these must have been exceptional.

I like this comb, perfect size and does the job. Best thing about it, the wood will eventually absorb the beard oil and work even better as time goes on.

Best price available on my purchase date. Excellent delivery with great tracking. I was a tiny bit annoyed as the listing indicated it was the last one available, and very shortly thereafter they had another listing up for the same 81T once again.

Apparently, they do this to generate a false sense of urgency to the potential buyer. Not a big deal, however. Compared to the folding 87T, the teeth area is actually smaller in width/length, which I found made it easier to use in tight areas and at odd angles.

I find it easier to use rather than the 87T since the rivet has become looser with use and requires lateral tension to prevent the folding blade of the 87T to remain open. Again, not a big deal. Both of the 2 Kent combs are spectacular and worth every penny.

Well almost, as some of the competition is trying to hawk the 81T for over ten dollars. Buy one without hesitation.

This Kent comb glides right through my course grey mustache. I highly recommend it. It’s the perfect mustache comb, but get two because they are small and very easy to lose. Thanks.

This is the perfect comb to carry around in your pocket. Tis a handsome little thing and it smells good too. I’ve dropped it a time or two and it has withstood the impact so it seems to be durable. It glides through the vast locks of hair donned on my face with ease and keeps my beard looking fresh and happy.

I also bought the 6” ox horn comb from Beard Octane for my beard kit at home and have found the same quality and beautifying capabilities. The teeth are strong and long, great for my thick bushy beard.

This little guy is amazing. I have boughten the ones at target but the teeth are so close to together and the depth is to short when you have a 3-4 month beard a growing. This guy is so dang handy and is a great pairing with the bigger ox horn comb I use at night and in the morning.

I love whipping it out when I am at store and running through my beard, looks cool, works like magic, and still gets through my thick 4 month growth.

This comb, is amazing. It smells extraordinarily good. I want to keep this thing by me just so I can sniff it every once in a while. I can feel it stimulating the blood flow underneath my skin when I use it, so I know my beard hair follicles will be receiving what they need to grow from my blood and this thing is awesome at sorting through my beard hair without ripping chunks of it out and snagging too much.

But the goodness doesn’t stop there, the shape of the comb ITSELF naturally molds and shapes my beard as I use it so that it appears fuller and thicker and broader than it’s ever looked before. This comb is amazing.

About two weeks ago I ordered a wooden comb, a wooden pick and the hair repair serum and my neighbor “accidentally” ran over my package so they say. but anyways I told the team at Evan Alexander and they took care of me so well! And I can not think them enough.

As for the products itself I’m growing my hair out and so I haven’t used the comb and pick but man that hair growth serum feels so good on my scalp and it smells amazing! I’m watching for results but I can tell you it’s amazing quality products.

When I was reading about the product and how it doesn’t conduct electricity and cause friction it was something I never thought about before until I saw it mentioned. I have noticed the difference with less tangling and breakage using this comb.
