20 Best Workout Subscription Box (2022 Updated)

Arrived quickly. Directions were extremely easy to follow and all pieces fit well. Holes are pre-drilled. I like the inner brace to provide more stability.

I am a yoga teacher and nutritionist so I work full time and extra full time. This membership allows me to take even 15minutes but really feel the moves or I also already used a yoga Nidra to go into sleep and it worked so well.

And also did one of the Crystal bowl baths. Really amazing variety. Haven’t tried any Barre yet but soon will – so far did 3 yoga classes and all are so clear and voice is clear. So as an annual membership this is perfect as it’s there any moment I decide I have some extra time.

Worth it.

There is no way you could ever tire of these workouts. The options are amazing, and the classes are lightyears ahead of the app I was using previously. But I’d give it 4. 5 stars if possible, because you can’t stream your workouts to a devise with the music! It’s a bummer for anyone like me wanting a studio style workout.

Remedy that, and I’d give it 6 stars!.

I’ve been moving with Alo for quite a while but when I found the yearly subscription, I had to buy it right away. Perfect gift to myself. They offer fitness, Pilates, Yoga, meditation and everything you could ever want! I deepened my practice with their creative flows! I never thought I’d ever get there.

I had been using this foam box for over 4 years at the fitness gym where my Chiropractic Rehabilitation office is located. This facility has a large population of very fit athletes from highs school to pro’s and they use these boxes for their plyometric jumps frequently.

They beat the heck out of every piece of equipment and most everything gets destroyed and has to be replaced, including things like Kevlar medicine Balls. In fact, despite the many high end members, the owner once told me “this place is one step above a prison”.

Anyway, the Sunny Plyo Boxes are still there and they are so durable that I had to buy one for my home. _x000D_ Dr Phil.

I’m a beginner box jumper here. Initially I was hesitant to spend this much money on just “a box to jump on” when I’m perfectly capable of building or buying a wooden one for a fraction of the cost. But, as I’ve practiced there have been multiple times I’ve missed the jump and came down full force on the edge with my shin.

With this box I just shrug it off and go again, I don’t even want to think what that would feel like on a solid wooden box. Quality seems good.

Great quality! I own a small gym so my top priority is to have the proper equipment my clients need. I love that we can use this one piece of equipment for three different jumping heights, and that it is lightweight and can be quickly & easily changed between the three heights for our fast paced group classes and personal training sessions.

Very good quality. Easy to switch from one exercise to another. I bought this because I have back problems and need to exercise and strengthen my back, core, and legs and many of the exercises are similar to what I did in physical therapy.

My problem with PT was that I wasn’t good about doing the exercises at home, I also knew that I would not be good about going to a gym several times a week. I wanted something that I could easily do at home, that would be enjoyable, and easy to use.

I also needed to have a workout routine to follow. Total Gym fit all my criteria. The workout videos are excellent and they instruct you on the proper way to do the exercises. It is easy to switch from one exercise to another, and you can combine strength, stretching and cardio all in one session.

I find it easy and fun to use, and I actually look forward to the workouts. An added plus for me was that when I talked to my neurosurgeon and told him that I bought a Total Gym, he said that was the best exercise equipment and routines for my back issues.

I am very happy with Total Gym.

I am 69 yrs old. I have had three hip replacements (OK, I know, but one did not go well and had to be redone), rotator cuff surgery, and two hernias. That pretty much says it all about my physical condition.

Weight lifting has always been my go to for exercise but not the cause of my medical surgeries. However, I now find that I really cannot take the strain of lifting weights. Combine that with the last two years of Covid and the on and off again of the gym, I decided to look into the Total Gym.

When I used to see the Chuck Norris ads on TV, I always thought, yeah, right, how could that work? But after researching its’ effectiveness and watching YouTube videos, I decided to give it a go. Believe me, it was the best decision I could have made.

I have had the Total Gym now for about three weeks and already I am noticing the difference in how I physically feel. It really has made me feel more limber and stronger than I have felt in the last two years.

If you are a senior like I am and just want to feel better, I highly recommend this product.

Feels sturdy. Its confusing to figure out what extra attachments would work as TG has not bothered to have a simple chart comparing the models and available add ons. If you want the best compatibility, then XLS is the way to go as it is the only one that provides holes at both top and bottom of the glide board.

If this simple fact was mentioned, I could have avoided having to purchase and return 2 other TG models before I settled for this one. There are numerous follow along YouTube videos available from third party and some from TG.

I dont like that their TotalGym TV needs a subscription and its hard to locate the supposedly 7 free DVD workouts that now supposedly only online but I dont see 7 DVDs worth of free content on TotalGym TV website.

I dont want to ding the rating of the product itself. I would have been happy if they included the free DVD workouts as they dont have apps for all platforms. Despite all this, TG XLS itself is a solid piece of machine, its fun to use and you can exercise all body parts with appropriate attachments and/or movement variations.

If I would change one thing, I would make the squat stand larger as I like my knees forward while doing squats and it would make it a bit safer for “hop squats”, but they do have a large squat stand available for purchase separately for a ridiculous high price.

I going to make my own using a piece of plywood and 2 tubes. I TOTALLY recommend TOTAL GYM XLS!.

I ordered the Synergee 3-in-1 box 12″X14″X16″ for my sister-in-law. She was not able to jump on a 20 inch box that she has so I thought it would help her to graduate from step ups and get to the 20″.

She was jumping on the 12″ by the second day. This week she will move to the 14″. The box ships flat, is super sturdy and is easy to put together with the screws provided. The price is very reasonable considering the cost and time it takes to make one yourself as I have done in the past.

It is a little smaller width wise on the 16″ inch side than I am used to, but that makes it light weight and portable. I would definitely recommend it.

This box didn’t construct together well. Visible gaps on most sides. Wouldn’t recommend as build quality is poor. Feels warped.

The Synergee box is well made, the best on the market. I’m very happy with my purchase, I will say one thing that I would improve on, the screws provided are a little short, I didn’t feel good about using them, so I did purchase some a little longer.

I will recommend this item to friends based on excellent construction.

Definitely not a plyo box. This foam box is so unstable all I use it for is a backrest for barbell hip thrusts and as a seat to change into my squat shoes. I’m a petite 5 ft female. This box doesn’t sit still for step-ups with an 8 kg kettlebell.

My home gym floor is covered with skid-proof SuperLock SuperMat tiles. Nothing slips, slids or wobbles on this floor except this Titan foam box. I bought it during the height of the pandemic when all the retailers were sold out of merchandise.

at the time I was happy to get it. But it’s a waste of money since cannot be used for its designed purpose. Most of Titan’s products are good. This just happens to be poor quality product.

These did not meet my expectations. They slide around on most floors requiring it to be braced against a wall, or something similar, and it depresses when used for box jumps. It literally deflates, even the heavy foam, when I jump up at 125 lbs.

When my husband at 185lbs jumps, you can see it bending and sinking. Also, it really isn’t safe for box squats for the same reason. It’s actually pretty unsafe. I would not recommend this product. If they didn’t charge me return shipping to send it back, I would in a heartbeat.

I plan on buying from Rogue for home gym needs in the future.

Perfect addition to my home gym. Use for hip thrusts, Bulgarian squats, tri-cep dips, step-ups (step-downs), inverted push-ups. Step-ups challenge stability. Helps to plant the foot close to the center.

I would recommend placing the box against a wall or something for support if doing box jumps or step ups. 💕.

I bought a 12-14-16 step box in one for step ups and box jumps. I was pleasantly surprised because I had never heard of the company. The box was inexpensive, yet well made and arrived in about three days.

Great product – gives you three heights in one for ease, quick change over and storage space and soft material to prevent lower leg injury but very sturdy and firm for jumps and setups. A must for athletes – if your not box jumping and box step ups your severely limiting your performance.

I ordered this for my home gym! I wanted a plyo box with a short base but didn’t want the hard top! Avoiding bashing my shins was key. I love this! Very high quality, perfect for power, balance and stability! Love the height progressions too without having to store multiple boxes!!.

I’m in ,I’ve with this pylon jumping box! First of all, I’m relatively new to all sports things, but I decided to make a home gym and this is a perfect addition to it! I adjusted it to my height and the beginner level and just do all kind of exercises I need.

I find it’ perfect, because it’s fun, it really boosts my mood and I just enjoy the whole process. Second of all, the box is gorgeous, no need to assemble and ready to use, which is amazing, but it is also huge and requires some space.

The quality is high and it made of really good material, as I left some stains on it and later on I just wiped it off and it looked like brand new. Overall, the whole experience was pleasant for me and I feel like I can’t even imagine my little gym without this little helper.

It helps me to train my body and also brings a lot of joy.

I’ve used this couple times already and I love it! I don’t need to worry about banging my knees or shins on the corners and it’s definitely sturdy for me to jump onto! It’s also soft landing so it’s easier on your joints.

This jump box workout is very intense. I feel the burn from the workout almost immediately. I really love that it has different heights for all skill levels. It is great for indoor and outdoor use. It has an easy to clean surface.

It’s not only for jumping but also a great bench for split squats. I really like the versatility of the jump box.

The first thing I noticed about this thing when it arrived is how heavy it is. That and the overwhelming smell of industrial chemicals when unpacking. All the pieces are heavy and seem extremely sturdy.

It is a little bit of a chore to assemble, just make sure you leave all of the nuts and bolts a bit loose until they are all started before tightening. One of the metal snap locks on the legs which allow height adjustment did not work properly and was catching causing some issues.

Almost returned but lubricated with some WD-40 and it seems to be working OK now. Have used several times now for step exercises and box jumps at each of the three height adjustments. It seems to work well and will hopefully last for a long time.

I weigh about 190 lbs and it seems plenty sturdy. Purchased mainly for my own use and high school volleyball playing daughter to improve jumping. Based on my experience so far and for the price I would recommend this product.

Time will tell if my opinion lasts.

I’m really happy I purchased this plyo box. It’s very sturdy and well constructed. I’m 240 lbs and I feel very secure jumping on it. I like the 3 different heights and it’s pretty easy to change the level.

Really good size surface on top with some grip so it’s not slippery. The only negative is putting it together. That was a workout in itself 🙂 You need a really good size #3 philips screwdriver or you can strip the screws very easy.

And there are no step by step instructions. There is 1 pic so you have to use you intuition and common sense. If you’re used to putting things together it’s not that difficult to figure out. Takes a good 30 min.

This is a sturdy box once you get it put together. The screw’s threads were defective and I had to purchase new screws and locking nuts to be able to assemble it. I’ve got to believe there are boxes out there just as good as this one with assembly parts that actually work together.

I put this back in the mail today. But first let me say, there’s nothing wrong with this product. It works fine depending on what you’re looking for. If you like to do circuit training with lighter weights and jump from one exercise to the next, I think this is for you.

Doesn’t require a lot of space and does the job. But if you’re looking to build muscle then that’s where the issue comes in I think. I had to immediately order extra bands, because the 2 it came with wasn’t gonna be enough resistance.

So when I got those I thought this was gonna be a great option for me. But because the bands are fabric covered, and having to loop them thru several hooks on the unit to get enough resistance, the pull isn’t smooth, because of the fabric.

Or at least it wasn’t for me. If you just use the 2 bands it comes with I didn’t notice it as much. But if you have extra bands going thru the same hooks at once. example. I hooked one thru the front hook all the way to the back hook.

then an extra band going thru the front loop to one of the side hooks, that’s when the smooth pull issue arises. You got 2 fabric covered bands going thru the same front hook, and it doesn’t work that well.

It became for me, sorta a jerky motion. I could have bought some regular rubber type bands you can pick up at pretty much any store, and used those with the floor unit but then what’s the point of the price for this? I used to bodybuild, but my as I’ve gotten older my joints can’t take such heavy weights, so was looking for something portable that would at least keep what I have in tact.

And the price is the next issue. For what it actually is, I just couldn’t justify the price in my mind. You’re paying over $200 with taxes/shipping for basically those usual rubber type bands, just covered in fabric, and a large foldable piece of plastic with some hooks on it.

To me if you logically add up the parts, this is probably $50 in parts. You could just buy some bands, get a large flat piece of lumber, and hinge it if you wanna fold it. Find some suitable hooks and you’re done.

I started think about the parts and the price that’s being charged for this. It’s just way overpriced to me. There’s similar units out there much cheaper, that do the same thing. But again, if you’re okay with the price and want to do come circuit training with some light resistance, this is perfect.

This is probably one of the worst exercise equipment purchases I have ever made. The instructions on how to put the thing together for different exercises are non existent, also, there are no instructions on how to do the exercises.

They show you one picture of a person doing an exercise, so I guess you are supposed to figure it out from that. It does have instructions on how to tighten resistance levels, woohoo. I guess you are supposed to go on their website and get hit with ads trying to get you to spend more money.

I spent enough on the equipment that should have given me instructions, I won’t give them any more.

I like what it comes with I was so excited to receive this but for the color that I ordered it’s false. It’s not Gold it’s orange. I’m very disappointed because I really wanted the gold. Don’t get Gold if your expecting Gold because you’ll be let down.

That’s why I gave a 3 stars. And it says on the paper that there was a option to add the abs roller but when I ordered their was no option. I would want to exchange it to get a the actual Gold or pink.

But it already took a little long to arrive.

I used to go to Curves and I absolutely loved their workouts. When I moved and didn’t have one nearby I checked out my local gyms and was unimpressed. A friend convinced me to try her LifePro Infinitybox Plus Home Gym Set and I was hooked.

I can do practically every exercise from the comfort of my home on a system that is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to store! I purchased one of my own and could not be happier with it!.

I just love the new addition to my LifePro workout room. I just added the InfinityBox Plus Workout Set and just love all the different moves, and the ease of changing the positions of the bands. It has helped so much with my frozen shoulder issue.

This is my 3rd LifePro product. I am satisfied with my purchase. It is the home mini-gym I have wanted for years. I have nit exercised consistently for about 11 years but this workout set makes it fun to get healthy again.

I like too that I can take it with me wherever I go. I would highly recommend this product.

First off, I really do like the BowFlex PR3000. It’s extremely versatile, easy to use, and very smooth in operation. I really love the fact that I can do many different exercises without having to reset the machine.

Now the bad news. BowFlex support is terrible! I’ve had to call them 4 to 5 times and each and every time I was placed on hold for almost an hour while waiting to talk with a live person. E-mail is almost as bad.

I had issues while doing the assembly of the machine, see the first pic that I attached. Once the base is assembled and the bolts tightened the results are as you see. One leg of the base doesn’t touch the floor.

It’s not my floor as I tried it in another location, same result. I did assemble the machine as is and it does work, after adding a piece of wood under the leg. A costly piece of equipment such as this shouldn’t have to have this done.

I believe that the welds for the brackets were done incorrectly. My second problem is with the height of the PR3000. See the second pic. Before buying I did a bunch of online research. Everywhere that I looked the height was stated as being 82 inches.

I even asked the BowFlex rep what the height was, she told me 82″. I explained to the rep that the ceiling of my basement gym is 82. 5 inches, so the height was a big concern for me. She again stated that the height is 82″.

I wasn’t too happy to discover that the true height of the assembled machine is 83. 5″. As you can see, I had to remove ceiling tiles to make it work. I brought these issues to the attention of two different BowFlex reps.

I sent email along with pics of the issues to them. They replied to me but completely ignored the issues, totally blowing me off. Now I can’t even get them to reply to me. I’m sure that they are hoping that I be quiet and go away, I’m not.

I don’t expect a miracle, or to have my machine replaced. But I don’t expect to be blown off and ignored either.

I debated for a long time trying to decide what type of home gym I wanted to put into my home during the COVID epidemic. I have used commercial gyms for a long time to keep in shape and to complement my running and golf habits.

I wasn’t sure if I would like the bowflex power rods vs weights but have been pleasantly suprised! First, the delivery and set up was incredibly easy and well mapped out. The parts were all clean and free of grease so I did not make a mess of the carpet.

The instructions and packaging were the best I have ever seen and believe me, I have put together a bunch of home projects for our kids, etc. The unit itself is amazing and really allows for working out any muscle group that you want.

They describe 75 exercises but really the number is unlimited if you are creative. What I like is the circuit training feel to the apparatus. You can go from quads to Lats to chest and back again in a circuit until you are done.

Just amazing. It does take time to figure out how to get it set up properly and what “weights” you want to use. I combine this with free weights and a sit up / weight bench and am very happy. I get a great workout and the power rods seem to be a little easier on the joints and tendons.

The only downside would be the crunch apparatus which I don’t care for but I don’t really like the ones in the gym either. Also the preacher curl device is a little awkward to set up and use but is still a good device.

All in all A++. I am extremely happy with the purchase and feel that it is well worth the money and is incredibly well engineered. #sweepstakes.

We have a very busy functional fitness area in our health club of 3000+ members. We purchased a set of these boxes 4 years ago and they have held up to a great deal of use and abuse. We just bought another set to replace boxes of a different brand in our training studio that only lasted about a year before the covers started ripping off of them.

We have learned that ROGUE gear has very good quality to stand up to the wear and tear of a serious fitness environment.

Bought this as a gift for my wife (and others) to use at the box we go to. I buy her many, many gifts but she’s never gotten so much attention as she did when she showed up with the Foam Plyobox. She was the envy of all the women at the gym.

We use only the plywood boxes and she has never been able to get over the mental hurdle of clearing the 12 inch box so she would jump on stacks of plates. She immediately was able to begin jumping on the foam box and hasn’t missed since then.

They are so fantastic I’m thinking of buying a 24 inch for myself.

I had a wood box and fell and did quite a number on my shins. The box jump, even 20 inch, had been this unicorn for me at CrossFit where other people just seem to jump without any effort. I knew I could do the jump, but I am not as young as I use to be and I don’t heal as fast as I used to.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my foam box!! I can still do the WODs and RX the box jump height. I just ordered a 24 inch box and am anticipating its arrival. Assuming I make the jump, it will be my first to that height.

I did jump on the wood box again, under peer pressure, but, I know, that with these boxes, even if I fall, I am ok. I can get right back up without something being torn off or broke. Thank you Rogue for making these, and thank you ever more for having them at Regionals.

It’s funny I just got the email to review this product this morning because last night I was thinking to myself how important this Jym Post is for my gains. If I down this within 30 minutes of my workout I can visibly see the difference.

My muscles don’t shrink due to malnutrition – they stay full and I can tell have gotten what they need from this post. All the pres and posts have fantastic flavors. The Jym protein is really great in any flavor as well.

This plyo box is extremely well made, very sturdy and easily adjustable. With more people working out at home now due to Covid, this is a sound investment. You have three heights, you can use it for more than just plyos, it doesn’t take up a lot of room.

You can stand it on its side at the lowest 12” to store it out of the way when not in use. It’s a great addition to my home gym.

I bought one of these years ago and it was great. The second one I bought was extremely wobbly at 24″. It’s so wobbly that I feel like the bars are going to fall out of the hooks. The screws are shorter than the screws on the first one.

Seems like this was one of the last ones they had in stock, someone probably returned it so they sent it to me.

This plyo box solved several challenges in my home gym. It is compact, saving space. It is very, very sturdy, ensuring safety. And it’s 4 heights allowed me to adjust to various exercises, providing versatility.

Although the price tag is high (therefore, not a great value), the expenditure is well-worth it. (So maybe it is a good value. You can decide. ).

Tastes amazing. I wish I could just drink it all the time! For someone who never drinks juices or sports drinks, I was surprised to love the fruity watermelon flavor of this. It was like drinking a jolly rancher! I had never taken preworkout before, but one of my favorite fitness influencers swore by this, so I had to try it.

The first time (i took one scoop) was a bit terrifying with the “tingles” (it felt more like getting bit by mosquitos all over my body and it freaked me out so badly; I almost drove home) but I know that’s a thing so whatever.

That being said, I did my best boxing session ever that day! I flew through the workout, despite having just worked a sleepy 9-5 office day. I went so hard on the bag, I had some bruises/cuts on my hand, which sounds awful, but I honestly crushed it.

After that first experience, I think slowly, my body is adjusting, and the experience is much smoother now. Very excited to try this for a lift. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is just that I wish dosing instructions were a bit more clear (probably should’ve taken a half scoop that first time I guess) but thank GOD I didn’t take two.

Overall, amazing product to elevate your workouts.

This is going to be a strange review – I switched to this natural pre because I wanted to see if it helped my eczema, and IT DID! I noticed that I was getting crazy skin flare-ups while using other pre’s, so, thought I’d try a more natural one – worth it! The pump/energy is pretty good for an all natural pre, but it not being a catalyst for my eczema was worth it.

Going to keep buying! I am in the gym everyday so I wish there was a little creatine in it, but maybe that’s what was harming my eczema – I don’t know. Taste is so yummy! *Disclaimer* the pre is not why my eczema went away, but the ingredients do not have as bad as a reaction as the other pre’s I’ve used.

This is a pretty unique pre. I have tried a lot and usually they make you crash and it feels really artificial. This is one is a very clean energy, it gives you really amazing focus. It sits well in my stomach and the flavor despite being sour blue gummy bears, is really mellow.

I usually like the extra sour preworkout and a little beta-alanine but this one just makes you feel good. Like you had a really good day of eating, suns out and those greens and water have been consumed if that makes any sense.

I want to try the pink lemonade flavor and explore BEAM protein now lol.

This jump box is of excellent quality and is super strong. Nothing to complain about. I was surprised to find it lightly lacquered too, protecting the outer wood. I’d buy this again.

Exactly what i was looking for. Sturdy and easy to assemble. I couldnt have built it for the price.

I went back and forth about which box I wanted. A wood box for the durability and lower cost, or a foam box for the reduced shin bleeding. As I plan to use this thing for many years, and I’m not getting any younger, I chose this foam box.

It was the right decision. I’ve used other foam boxes over the years, some great and some terrible. This one is great. It’s heavy so it won’t tip over and is very stable. The cover is grippy and feels very durable.

You can also tell it’s a wood box with foam around it. It seems to be. Perfect combo of wood for strength and shape retention and foam for injury prevention. Highly recommend.

Why did I wait so long to get this plyo box? Wevalready have a wooden plyo, but purchasing this soft plyo was the best decision. I had a minor knee/ ankle injury after cycling and let me tell you if you are on the fence about getting this soft plyo box (just get it).

It is stable and I am not concerned about my shins. I work out barefoot at times and this plyo box rocks!!.

We replaced an old wooden ply with this medium sized soft plyo and it’s a nice upgrade! The other half never did box jumps on our wooden box, nervous to scrape her shins. This thing, however, she’ll jump on all day.

The box is very nicely padded, and not too soft to feel like it’s unstable. Really like it.

This is a second review. The leggings fit well but are long in the crotch area, giving a lot of extra room. I keep having to pull the leggings up. I’m not sure if it is the size or the general fit of the leggings that’s the problem, or maybe that’s how leggings are supposed to fit.

I don’t know. The butt area of the leggings fits great. That’s the only problem I have had with this outfit, but it’s not enough of an issue to return. My first box I ordered a size medium and they were too small, difficult to get over my hips.

So this time I ordered a large. However, the brands for the outfits were different for my last box and current outfit, so maybe they are just sized slightly differently. Hope this helps! I do love this outfit and it is super comfy!.

The sports bra is really cute, and very comfortable. The jacket also fits nicely and is a good quality. The leggings feel a bit cheap, but that seems to be the quality of Ellie leggings. The pockets are extremely deep, which is uncomfortable if you put anything in them (i.

e. if you put your phone in your pocket, it chills out down by your knee). The color is a lot darker in person than it appears in the photo – much more gray than navy. I actually like the color, but it’s just not how it looks in the photos.

The leggings are also very stretchy and don’t stay up well – I wouldn’t wear them to workout as they don’t have much compression either. Comfy lounge pants.

These yogapants are AWESOME! They have the best side pockets. The jacket feels great and I love the finger holes. But I will say that the zipper got dented right under my chest on just the second day of wearing it 🙁 The white sports bra has cute straps, but the padding for it is pretty visible and is the type of bra where you can easily take the padding inserts out which might be good for some, but it’s more of a hassle for me as I am bigger chested.

I don’t like that you can see the outlines of the cups. The reflexology mat is really tough, like hard plastic I was a bit shocked. But honestly it’s good fun, I just leave it in my living room and stand on it here and there and it does seem to relieve some pressure for me, or so I tell myself because if it hurts, it’s working right? lol Overall great bundle, just sad about my jacket dent and the sheerness of the bra.

Size and color was great though!.
