its not my first time with cellmass, but with 2. 0 yes. I take it with my shake every morning and in my big shake (home made weight gainer, 400ml 2 % milk, 1. 5-2 scoop whey, 1 banana, 1 cup oatmeal,frozen strawberry, greek yogourt 4 spoon, 1 scoop cellmass => blended !).

Artic Berry taste really awesome and give a very nice taste to my chocolat whey. Its BSN so you dont exactly know how much of everything is in it (5 gr mix creatine, 3 gr glutamine. per two scoop). So dont buy it until it’s buy one get one free.

I workout 6-7 time a week (split training of course) I take a bunch of supp (whey,preworkout,bcaa all day long,carnitine,fish oil,multivitamine,zma. ) so im never shor more than one day or half. Its help me maybe getting more fuller.

but its not the 3 gr of glutamine that will change everything cause we need more than 3gr. So yes it’s a good creatine blend that taste good, dissolve quickly. no stomach issues. no gritty. no watter weight wich is good, because we all know that if you gain weight fast with creatine it’s because its all water ! Cons : prop blend (bsn as always) , would like having more glutamine , not a true 50 serving (25 real).

Next time i wanna try Celltech when it will be on sale.

Ive been on this product a little over 3 weeks now. About 3 weeks before I began I went on a cutting diet while I cycled off supplements. I ended up losing 13 pounds in 24 days going from 214 to 202.

Three weeks after starting supplements and cell mass I have maintained the same diet and I am back up to 208. I associate most of this weight to weight put on from the creatine. I am still down 6 pounds from where I was two months ago, but all of my shirts fit smaller.

I feel and look larger than I have felt in about 2 years and I do associate this with my creatine product (cellmass). It is marketed as a “intra-workout” but that really does not make any sense. That is what amino acid supplements are for, not creatine.

It really does not matter what time of day you take creatine. Personally I take 2 scoops daily. One when I wake up in the morning and the second right before I take a pre-workout. It does not give me energy or make me any less sore, but this is not what it is meant for.

As far as a mass building supplement, I think this is at the top of the market. I used to take nitrix 2. 0 as my creatine supplement and do not feel as though it gave me the same level of gains. I will be buying again.

The only criticism I have of this product is the amount of red dye they have in artic berry. Seriously it is a little over the top, do not get the liquid on anything. It will stain your tongue and will permanently stain any cloths, furniture or counter tops.

Completely unnecessary the amount of dye. I will also try a different flavor next time.

This was my first time ordering anything from Walmart online. It’s advertised as being 50 svgs and I paid 20% more than what I saw listed on Amazon, obviously thinking it has 50 svgs as advertised. Shipment came and saw it only has 25 svgs.

So I paid 20% more than if I had ordered somewhere else. Also, they were 2-3 days late in delivering than the original delivery date quoted. Then I come to find out, apparently Walmart is contracting with and allowing third party vendors to sell items as “Walmart”.

This really is misleading … and obviously this led to me buying something that was advertised incorrectly (50 svgs; actually is 25 svgs), and Walmart has a glitch in their setup of allowing third party vendors to sell as “Walmart”.

Not something I expected from Walmart. Good to know now at least and be aware of in the future.

One scoop is only 1.6 grams other brand provide double the grams. I won?t buy this again. Get 30 day supply at 3.2 grams per serving is better that your 1.6

I highly recommend Beta-Alanine. I’ve tried the Body Tech and ProLab versions and both are equivalent. My reps continue to increase with each workout. The few times I’ve worked out without it, I see a decrease in my reps and obviously an increase in my workout time just so I can hit the reps from the previous time.

Bout this while visiting Houston on business. Always love to stop in to Vitamin Shoppe when I am in a place that actually has one. With that said, this product delivers excellent results that one would expect from any other Beta-alanine product on the market.

It is in powder form, but the scoop is small enough that I actually put it directly in my mouth and wash down with water as part of my pre and post workout regiment.

I am 57 years old, work night shift and don’t get enough sleep. I go to the gym after getting off at 7am for my workout. Needless to say, some mornings my workouts were lacking due to being up 15 hours.

It seems to be a natural energizer without the accelerated heart rate or palpitations other pre-workout supps I’ve tried have done, and one of the great things for me is that I’m still able to go home and sleep which has been a problem with other pre-workouts that use stimulants.

It is now a must have in my regular regimen of supps I take, even if I didn’t hit the gym I would take it on a daily basis for the simple fact that it makes me feel more energetic like I did when I was in my 30s.

And surprisingly, there doesn’t seem to be a therapeutic level that must be reached before you start feeling it, I noticed an improvement the first day I started taking it. I highly recommend this for any gym rat looking for that extra bit of energy without using roids or stimulants and it’s all natural without the sides.

I have been in the weight lifting scene for quite some time now. The past 4 months I have decided to take it to the next step because I felt myself not getting as strong as I wanted to be. I have taken Build XT now for about a month and I can confidently say that I am starting to see the results.

For example: I have a heavy/high rep day on bench where I do 7×5. About a month ago I was doing 225 for all 7 sets, but just two days ago I was able to do 245/255 for all 7 sets. It really does work, but just like all strength building supplements.

you have to also be willing to put the time in at the gym as well as the kitchen.

I have been lifting seriously for about a decade. Never pinned and I have tried every supplement under the sun besides SARM’s. This is up there with Phosphatidic Acid and Laxogenin. The war zone drink has destroyed my teeth, I have been in severe pain for days, the type of pain that nothing can subside, I haven’t properly slept in days, I can’t eat. And all because of a bottle and a half of that product.

It is not safe. If it doesn’t immediately hit you, it’ll get you eventually. It is absolutely not worth it. And it’s not just teeth my entire jaw, my cheekbones, even my ears are suffering. If it doesn’t stop, I will literally sue.

As usual, Redcon1 has the goods to push you past those sticking points in the gym (particularly if your natty) with this latest offering. Excellent strength and hard mass increase and I’ve also been experiencing better pumps and more explosive super sets.

No crash pushing past previous failure reps which is where you want to be for optimal stimulation of muscle tissue and thereafter lean muscle growth as you heal on a hi protein diet. Only other thing I’m using is MRE ready to drink shakes, BCAA’s and my absolute favorite vitamin complex Med-Kit by RC1 as well.

The total package as far as I’m concerned.

I love my fury, I first tried this product with the animial starter pack. I love some preworkout as I go to gym first thing upon waking up. The flavor I had as sample was green apple. This flavor was actually great tasting.

I previously just purchased the fury in the ice pop, this flavor so far is my favorite not to sweet but not to sour! It gives me lasting energy without the raging out of my chest heartbeat or anxious feeling! I am currently 166 lbs and a female the one scoop does me fine, this is my favorite stuff I focus better stay on point in the gym and can get through a tough workout without being fatigued.

I also have enough energy to get me through my workday as well.

I used Fury for the first time today. Having used other pre-workouts, I figured I’d just skip to 1 full scoop. Big mistake. I didn’t have the jitters and didn’t feel much… initially. When I began my workout, BOOM.

I would highly recommend following the guidance of half a scoop. About halfway through my workout I felt the rush and almost had to throw up. I can’t wait for my next workout to give it another go!!.

This is a good product. This product is not very popular for a couple of reasons. Most people have never taken products produced by Beverly. This is a shame. This is one of the best lines out there and has been around since the 60’s.

The other reason this product is not popular is because you have to swallow big horse pills and you have to take a lot. They are big and you have to take a lot because the product has such a large amount of product.

This product is a little pricey but worth the money. I would recommend you buy two bottles and take it for at least four weeks. I would also stack it with another creatine product. Remember to drink extra water while taking this product.

I see they now have a powder form available if you cant handle taking pills.

This is Beverly’s creatine blend supplement. I highly recommend this to everyone! Great product! I experienced good muscle pumps during workouts and my muscles remained fuller looking longer after workouts.

Increases vascularity. I also noticed that when I am taking Muscle Synergy I can maintain muscle mass better (the newest muscle gains) if I miss a few workouts due to work.

Layne/Outwork Nutrition’s Pre-Workout, in my opinion is the best on the market. I have tried some of the other pre-workouts from some of the reputable YouTubers who have started up their own supplement products and Layne’s is the best for me.

I am not here to compare the other products with Layne’s because a couple of them were good products, I just thought Outwork’s for me was better. One of the products was good, but I had to supplement the pre-workout with Steel’s Adabolic (a good product, but I don’t have the money to use 2-3 different products for a good workout).

Outwork’s Pre-Workout keeps me stimulated and refreshed throughout the whole workout. I am almost 56 yrs. old and have been working out since I was 21. This is the first product of its kind that narrows the downtime in between sets.

I am ready to go in less time using this product. One other product was comparable to Outwork’s pre-workout, but the taste, for me was horrible. This pre-workout hits all the marks for me. It gets me pumped up during warmup and keeps me stimulated and energized during the whole workout and the taste does not have that wang effect that you get from a lot of pre-workouts.

I love watching Layne’s videos and have gotten a lot of valuable info from him. I wanted to give his product a try. I love rooting for the people who give you straight and forward tips/info and are up against the big brands that are selling bs.

Kudos to Layne and his team in putting out a knockout product that is not full of a lot of useless ingredients that do nothing for you and may actually be harmful. Keep up the good work at Outwork. Thanks.

First, flavor. This is the first high quality pre-workout I think in my entire life of which I actually enjoy the taste. I’m finishing my second canister and second flavor (1st Tropical Candy, 2nd Rocket Pop).

Secondly, I’m very consistent with my training and daily nutrition (training is high intensity and volume). That has made it much easier to recognize the impact taking the pre-workout has had on my training which has certainly been a positive one.

My power output, strength and muscle endurance have all consistently improved more with the addition of this pre-workout than they were without it, as is observed in my training logs over the past 2 months.

And third, I’m a supporter of science and facts and clinical findings that are replicated. This is a huge reason why I tried and now love this pre-workout as well. This has been more effective with the fewest ingredients than just about any other I’ve tried consistently, and I’m here for it.

The only, and I mean ONLY thing about ordering this product that I wish was different is the shipping time. Anytime I order something from a company that uses DHL, it’s always a longer transit time than any other carrier, and this is consistent here.

Along with that $9 shipping cost, I would recommend ordering multiple canisters at a time to save on shipping and having to reorder and wait a bit every 2. 5 weeks. Easy fix, but still a little bit of a nuisance.

I use this before 3-hour zone 2 and zone 5 cycling workouts and before 30-45-min lifting sessions. When cycling, this totally changes how my body feels for the duration of the ride. Lots of steady energy, very fast recovery during the workout, and exceptional performance.

However, this energy during the workout isn’t free and it’s critical to EAT right after the workout. After a tough 3-hour workout I didn’t have a chance to eat for 6 hours and I was exhausted the next day.

This is awesome, though. Incredible results with the caffeine-free version, and the way this interacts with caffeine an hour or two after taking on a 3-hour workout is magic. Feels like doping honestly :).

I like it quite a bit. A lot of times I’m not psyched to go to the gym, but I feel like after taking this it gets me more in the mood to get stuff done. I don’t notice any pump or anything, but I have found that I can workout for longer without getting drained at the end of my workouts.

Usually by the end of an hour and a half workout I’m toast; If I take endurance I can still crank out a little cardio and feel fine. I’m not a big fan of high stimulant preworkouts, so I like this, more subtle and natural alternative.

The pills also have a nice smell to them which, I realize, is an odd thing to say. Price per serving is $1 which is reasonable, especially since they are pills and you don’t have to worry about mixing.

Great Product for a fair price! Been using this stuff for a couple of months and have really noticed a difference. Legs don’t burn as much, hills are easier, and lots of energy left over after a ride.

Haven’t Purchased from JensonUSA yet but with a price that beats direct there is no way I wont when I run out! My most grueling route used to wipe me out. After trying Ryno Power Endurance I not only was able to finish my treacherous ride but I was able to take the dogs on a quick walk after; I normally flop straight into the hot tub after.

As a mountain bike athlete endurance is key but sometimes you end up feeling like theres nothing left in the tank. Endurance has helped me push though and keep training harder during my rides and workouts.

The formula intended to open up blood vessels allowing to deliver more O2 while removing lactic acid keeps you feeling fresh more much longer. Especially on long rides the reduction of lactic acid buildup in my legs is astonishing!.

NO3 Chrome is a stim-free option offered to the user to help improve their overall vasodilation, stamina, and endurance during their training.

Below is the ingredient profile of the product: Image The product is also intended to help you produce longer lasting and more intense “pumps” while training; Increased blood flow will also help with increased nutrient delivery to the muscle, along with increased delivery of oxygen to the muscle to help you train longer, or at least provide you with some more stamina and endurance while training.

I am coming off of a long caloric surplus that also has been paired with more powerlifting-based training, meaning heavier weight with lower reps and longer rest time. I tested this product as a standalone with a consumption of about 50g-75g of carbs during the several sessions I sampled it.

My training sessions consisted of more volume this time around, as I have been transitioning to more of a hypertrophy training, more volume, more reps, and more sets. I also did this in order to test out the “pump” properties of NO3 Chrome.

I used the standard dosage of 3 capsules about 60 minutes prior to training, as the instructions state. Cellucor products for the most part really do work for me, but in the case of NO3 Chrome 4th Gen, I did not see much of any difference in terms of what I felt and experienced during my training.

I made sure to have 2 upper body training sessions with a lot of volume to see how long I could keep the almighty pump, but I did not notice any difference in terms of length of the pump OR strength of the pump compared to what I normally feel.

From the stamina and endurance standpoint, I did notice some reduction in the amount of rest I was taking in between sets! I typically don’t wait longer than 90-120 seconds between sets, but with NO3 chrome I did find myself resting only about a minute to a minute and a half.

Greater oxygen delivery is going to help assist overall endurance and stamina, so in this regard I believe NO3 Chrome helped somewhat. I really would like to see how this product affects my training when I am deep into my caloric deficit, when I am much leaner and have more visible vascularity to really test out NO3 Chrome.

I’m the type of consumer that likes to “feel” the product working, whether that be tingling, a surge of energy, a slight flush feeling on my face, something! Again, like I always say, that I my personal preference and what worked or didn’t work for me will not necessarily be what you experience.

I do have a few more samples of the product so I will be saving them and test out the product after about 2-3 months into my deficit and see if I notice and difference compared to now. I believe NO3 Chrome will be a product that really aids my training once I am lower on overall calories and carbs; that, and the vascularity is something I really want to see once I’m nice and lean! If you are looking to put together a stim-free stack and are on the leaner side, I would recommend adding this product because of the benefits it can provide, but for me personally, I am a stim-guy, and when I am cycling off stims, there are simply other products that I prefer.

A word of caution: this is a nitrate based product! Be careful when stacking this with other products so as to not overload on nitrates as there are negative side effects associated with doing so! Again, I want to thank Mitch, Adam, and Bob for providing me another great opportunity to test out another new updated product from Cellucor! This will be another product that I do a follow up review once I am deep into my caloric deficit to do a comparison and see if I experience anything different :).

Presentation: I have always been a big fan of NO3 and this 4th generation version is no different. This product, when I tried it, was in a sample packet of 3 pills which is one serving. The packaging is what you would come to expect with any Cellucor product and is very clean and visually appealing.

Ingredients: Arginine Nitrate, Vit C, Calcium, Vascularity complexIngredients that allow for awesome vascularity and an amazing pump. None of the caffeine or beta alanine that will cause a crash or itchinessTaste/Mixability: Since this product comes in a pill form there really was no mixability to discuss.

I’ve heard of some people opening the NO3 tablets and mixing them into a drink but, I personally prefer them the way they are intended to be ingested. I do find that some capsules have an uncomfortable waxy taste but I did not get this with this product.

The size of the pills are also perfect. Some supplement pills look like they are made for horse consumption but, these were perfect. Side effects: Nothing besides an awesome liftPrice: This product is defiantly a good deal for the price.

That being said I am currently usually broke so it is not typically my first go to supplements. For me it is one of those things were if I have extra money at the end of the month, NO3 is something I gladly invest it in.

The test: The first time I used NO3 was on chest day (a Monday of course) and as I was hoping for had an amazing pump. It allowed me to get a great lift in without getting jittery or itchy that is experienced with some pre workouts.

Over all the general feeling of the pump is one of my favorite parts of lifting and I was not disappointed. The real test came the next time I used them on arm day. By far one of my favorite days to use NO3.

The vascularity and feeling of fullness in my arms was astounding and was defiantly great motivation to get a great workout. The Results: As I am currently in my 19 credit hour semester from hell in grad school, I do not always get the quality of workouts that I would truly like but, this product helped to even the playing field.

It allowed for that truly great feeling and is the reason why I enjoy lifting. I would suggest this to anyone who wants that great workout but, maybe it is too late in the day for all those stimulants (oh how I used to love the M5 that you mixed yourself).

The only thing I wish that it had was an ingredient to increase focus but, that is just a personal preference. I would defiantly recommend this to any of my friends and plan on obtaining more in the future.

I am a 65 year old male. I have tried a large number of various supplements since my mid 30’s to stay healthy. Before taking Perfect Aminos I was taking multiple supplements for keeping arthritis pain in check, different supplements for workout, heart health, etc.

In August 2021 I ordered Perfect Aminos after reading positive reviews from users on Amazon. I was skeptical that it would make any difference than any of the other supplements I was taking over the years (efficacy of the other supplements were marginal or of average benefits to me).

I stopped taking all of my other supplements and started taking 10-15 Perfect Amino’s per day(always on an empty stomach). Within days I developed moderate pain in my neck where my cervical spine was fused 30 years earlier from a construction accident.

The pain became unbearable and quit taking the Perfect Amino’s after 10 days. The pain disappeared within 36 Hours. I researched scientific articles about essential amino acids and L-histidine (the only essential amino acid absent from the Perfect Amino formula).

Determined to give Perfect Amino another try I ordered “Aji-Pure L-Histidine” powder within a pull apart gelatin capsule. I resumed taking Perfect Amino’s (within 3 days after I had stopped taking them) with the L-Histidine powder (taken from the capsule).

I also decided to start working out with weights again. I had put weight training on hiatus several times over the past 3 years due to shoulder pain and ************, and a hernia in my abdomen that would cause pain and discomfort.

RESULTS: 1. ) little to no workout soreness after my first week of weight training(moderate intensity). That shocked me, as usually I am extremely sore for days after resuming a workout routine. 2. ) After 5 weeks my arthritis knee pain was about 95% gone.

I wish they had L-Histidine in their product but the way I am buying the L-Histidine separately and buying bulk Perfect Amino’s; it’s still cheaper that other essential amino acid products being sold in the market.

It has only been about a month since I began my PerfectAmino journey. When I first received the tabs I jumped in with both feet and took 5 immediately…. my body wasn’t ready for that concentration level.

So over the next week or so I took 2-3 on an empty stomach and then after 5 hours of no food took another couple tabs, stretching out the consumption size and timing. This worked for me and at about 2.

5 weeks I was able to take my 5 tabs in the am and 5 at night. My body is really out of balance but already I am feeling the positive effects of the PerfectAmino in a great reduction of brain fog and energy levels.

I have taken the Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) for six months. I weigh 120 pounds and am a fast metabolizer. The biggest effect I see is in regard to repair. I usually take 3 tablets in the morning and 2 at night.

If I garden a lot and my joints or tendons hurt, I take another two tablets during the day and the pain/soreness often leaves during the day or is gone the next morning. Of course, there is a limit to that.

I managed to totally overdue work a couple times and still felt some soreness the next day. But it faded away faster than it would have without taking the EAAs. Also, my digestive tract seems to be working better, which also points to the ability of the EAAs to support cell/tissue repair and I gained overall more energy.

I gave three stars in this review because of the scientific content of the website, to be precise, the Protein Utilization Chart. I have a science background and was looking for the studies that lead to the data in the chart.

When I couldn’t find the data, I contacted Bodyhealth. They pointed me to a lot of interesting references, which I all investigated but none had the scientific study that would point to the data in the chart.

To me transparency is important. Not being able to explore the original data myself I feel uncomfortable and disappointed. I am not sure how far I can trust the claims being made on the website and the product itself.

Thus, Although I have good success with the product I gave three stars because transparency and solid information is important to me.

This product, while VERY effective, is the absolute NASTIEST pre-workout I’ve ever tasted. It’s literally like vomit in a glass 🤢🤢 No matter WHAT I tried to mix it in, nothing could mask the taste. It got to a point I had to just pinch my nose and try to chug it down because I’d already spent the money and couldn’t return it.

For some time, I was traumatized by the idea of pre-workouts because this was my very first one and I had such a terrible experience. Even tried different flavors to see if it would make a difference.

Also, it’s a carbonated beverage, so you can’t use your shaker cup for this one. You HAVE to mix it using a spoon. If you try to shake it, it will have the same effect as when you shake up a can or bottle of soda and then open it; it will fly everywhere and get all over the place.

I’m so glad I finally gave a different pre-workout a try. It’s not all pre-workouts that are nasty; just N. O. Xplode. Like I said, it does work well (seriously it’s like liquid crack/cocaine; you will question whether or not this stuff is even legal lol), but the taste is just unbearable.

The one I currently use is just as effective AND it tastes way better; plus I can actually shake it up to mix it, and it tastes fine even with just plain water. It seems to kick in about 30 min after consumption and helps me to stay focused and to work with intention.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a good pre-workout. There are many more out there that are just as effective, taste great, and won’t cost you between $30-$60 per tub. The new one I got only costed me about $20.

While BSN has plenty of other amazing products that actually taste decent and are effective, their N. O. Xplode is NOT one of those products. Good luck!.

Great variety of flavours, easily mixed and with no sour after taste this pre-workout was easy to consume. No X Plode came recommended from a friend and gave me energy to fuel heavier lifts. I’ve been setting personal bests on my gym lifts as a 44yo over the past couple of months being able to push for a couple of extra reps and when I think i have nothing left in the tank find with a heavier weight I’m doing more reps making my early working sets look like warmups.

I don’t use it for every workout because I want maximum effect for my heaviest lifting days when I have a spotter available and aren’t going to leave any reps in reserve. I’d choose watermelon over grape flavour or buy more than one and alternate the flavours.

This is probably the worst pre workout I have ever tried. The taste is horrible after the third or fourth use. The pumps are non-existent. After going through the tub, nearly the entire time not once have I had a good pump.

I felt no beta-alanine tingles. The only good thing I could say about this pre-workout is the focus is pretty good. But after about half of the container, the focus starts to diminish and you start to zone in and out of focus.

Lastly the caffeine, there is no hype or energy that this pre-workout gives you. Not even in the first time taking it did I get a fair amount of energy. In all, I would not recommend this pre-workout to even beginners.

For 35 dollars it does not give you what pre-workout should. This product is actually horrible.

Love this pre workout, super stacked ingredients – great pump and energy boost. I’ve tried the raspberry flavour and strawberry and can definitely say the raspberry flavour is the better of the two. Strawberry is pretty bitter and not that sweet, kinda tastes like medicine.

Still super sick product though.

Not good at all, ON for some reason or another (Cheap’o) just Dumped a bunch of Creatine monohydrate which ruins the pump of the L-Citrilline and slows the absorbability of the entire serving so you really dont get ANY effect at all.

Sorry ON you Blew it again, actually you double Blew it you put 5 GRAMS OF MONOHYDRATE AND ONLY 1 GRAM OF NITRATE !? SERIOUSLY!? In sum no pump, nothing advanced about this at all, creatine monohydrate is GARBAGE (Just sits in your stomach to bloat you) and because its CHEAP, only comes with 20 servings ( Even though its all monohydrate), RIP OFF!!! 😡 How about you get rid of the monohydrate and institute CHcl add some L-Luecine and some Vitamin B6, Get some new flavors like (Lemon lime, Cherry Limeade Orange, Ect.

) Also add more servings. Quit being CHEAP ON!!! 🤨 😤 👨‍🔬👩‍🔬 🧐.

I have try a lot ,and look at the ingredients. This one have 5g of creatine. All the other does not. so instead of buying the orther plus creatine this will have it all. And you taking and pump. Try it it’s just 50.

If you do not like it buy different one next time but I think u will I’m on my second bottle. ooo the taste it good and a company you can trust!.

I’ve been using this pre-workout for almost 2 years now. For a long time I had been buying the Blue Raspberry, which is a great flavour. I also tried green apple which was a bit too sweet/tart. Now I buy the pina colada which I find to be the right amount of sweet.

Initially I was taking 1 scoop and I could feel the skin tingles and a bit of fidgety energy at first. Eventually all of that goes away, and now I also take 1. 5 scoops. It absolutely gives me that extra pump in a hard workout and I notice the difference without it.

I’ve also compared this to the Gold Standard pre-workout and I like this one much better. But I do plan to try the next step up of their product, The Shadow. I highly recommend this pre-workout!.

I love pulse, its by far the best natural pre-workout on the market and is very nicely dosed but I feel some flavors need updates desperately. The good: Pulse is very nicely dosed for serious lifters and athletes, 350 mg of caffeine and their pump and lasting energy complex is very nice, I feel no pre-workout crash or drained feeling.

Its a nice streamlined energy lasting for your workout. It seems a bit steep at 40$ per 30 servings but when compared to competitors or canned energy drinks its a much better deal especially considering natural pre-workouts tend to be under-dosed with 100-200mg of caffeine a serving and sometimes only having 10-20 servings.

This pre does not contain creatine or vitamins but for me I consider that to be a positive since I dose my own vitamins and creatine and in order to get the creatine benefit from a pre-workout you would need to take it everyday; no thanks! The Glassdoor review said that caffeine and active ingredients were 5-10% lower than on the label but compared to other pre’s I don’t think its a gigantic deal.

The bad: My only gripe with this pre-workout is that some flavors just seem very bad compared to others, so far I have tried bubblegum, strawberry kiwi, sour candy and blue raspberry. Blue raspberry is definitely the most drinkable and the one I find the most enjoyable, its nice and sweet while only having a little bit of bitterness at the bottom with the insoluble solids.

Strawberry kiwi is also solid and I find mixing it with a strawberry banana or comparable sports drink is the way to go because it eliminates any bitter bite. Bubblegum and more specifically sour candy were not great though.

Bubblegum tasted a bit off and definitely needs to be refined or changed but was tolerable and not bad. Sour candy however legitimately gave me stomach issues during my workout, I love sour things and flavors but this flavor tastes like im dry scooping beta alanine; it is incredibly bitter and minimally sour.

Overall: You will not find something like pulse in any other product, the comparable pre’s I have found taste absolutely awful and half the solution doesn’t dissolve. Legion has made something that a healthy lifter can feel confident in.

This product is comparable with some heavy hitters in the pre-workout market while being great on ingredient quality and containing more than your gas station canned pre-workout all while maintaining its natural label which is impressive.

I have had unflavored pre-workouts and other natural ones of the same caliber and they taste absolutely rancid so I love what legion is doing. My only problem I wish they would resolve is the fact that you cant buy samplers so if I step out of my comfort zone and buy another flavor like sour candy which I get physically sick with I am stuck with a tub of pre-workout that cost me 40$ and is gonna sit around or is going to be given to a friend.

I got the non-stim one in the flavor green apple. It has great ingredients and has the intended effect but it tastes terrible. I am not sure how other preworkouts stack up in this department but I have a feeling this is a common theme because I have used a creatine supplement from Redcon 1 called “Tango” and it also tasted absolutely terrible.

So I only deducted one star for taste since I believe other brands aren’t much better. I really don’t understand why these supplement brands go for the most sickeningly sweet, artificial taste possible.

Especially for something like creatine which doesn’t even have a taste that needs to be masked. I take plain creatine on its own in water and it has no taste. However I can’t speak for the ingredients in this preworkout.

What I can say though is I have really lost my taste for sugary candies and this tastes like a liquified green apple jolly rancher. It makes me gag. If you HAVE to add flavorings to mask the taste of the ingredients, please at least go for a more natural taste? Just my thoughts.

I am obsessed with this pre workout. I’ve used it before then I got pregnant and had my daughter so I stopped. I tried a few other brands for preworkout once I started using caffeine again but ultimately, nothing came close to the flavor, consistency and pump that Pulse gave me.

I’ve tried nearly every flavor now and they are all amazing. My favorite is the Frosted Cherry. It doesn’t have a gritty chalk flavor when mixed into water like others I’ve tried. The pump, the concentration, and the stamina I get from using Pulse can’t be matched.

I get all the positives of preworkout without any of the negative crashes or itchiness. I’ve also used the non caffeine one. I save this one for my later workouts and I love it as well! They are both great products and I recommend buying both to find your favorite, or cycle through both like I do.

For endurance training, one of the most important factors in being physically able to “go the distance” is giving your body the fuel it needs. The G. 1. M Sport has a good amount of carbs and electrolytes, but I personally can’t recommend this specific product to a friend for two reasons.

First, personal preference for an endurance fuel is that it goes down easy. I can’t seem to get around the chalky texture of this powder once mixed with water. It leaves an odd film/layer of residue on my teeth, throat, and mouth.

For all the distance one would go while training/racing, the last thing anyone wants is a distracting texture in their mouth. Second, the carb compound used (cluster dextrin) isn’t quite as fast-digesting as I’d like.

Personally, I want something that digests and enters the bloodstream faster, such as simple carbs like glucose or sucrose. The caveat to this gripe I have is that I’m looking for something that digests faster for immediate refueling.

This point may have no relevance for someone whose needs are met with Cluster Dextrin. For what this product is, it’s good. The only thing holding it back is the chalkiness once mixed with water (I generally dilute all the endurance fuels I use in water, so the possibility of the water becoming saturated with molecules is unlikely).

I’m writing this review not to diss BPN and what their team has done, but rather inform a potential buyer of what the user experience is like. Hopefully this helps one way or another!.

I left a review recently about the electrolytes and how great of a product it is- and G1M is right there with it. This product has helped fuel my long distance running and workouts since the fall of 2021.

I am so impressed with the way Nick and BPN share their knowledge to help others in their fitness/ running journey. As an athlete growing up, I was able to get by with my athleticism to perform well for my teams.

Post high-school, I didn’t take my fitness journey seriously until my late 20’s when my life was in shambles. I started to take the fitness aspect of things seriously, and now I am 36- with a family, wife, an incredible career with a great team around me, and I know my health and nutrition is more important now than ever- so I can perform at my best physically, spiritually, for my family, and my team around me.

Thankfully, this product and others by BPN have helped me go back to my roots of performing in athletic events, and I am excited to see where this leads. I used running several years ago, fasted, as a means to lose weight and was successful. But in the process got really good at running really slow. I’ve done HIIT, strength training, and CrossFit along the way I’ve the past 11 years.

I feel away from running for a while but during COVID started back with no purpose other than to keep moving. Found Nick’s YouTube channel several weeks ago and have been following ever since. Now I’m running with a structure and purpose and I’m using G1M sport to fuel these longer, and faster runs.

Granted, I’m still slower than most but I’m running much farther, much faster than I did before. For context, I was 337lbs, at 30 years old on 1/1/2011. I was 290lbs on my wedding day that same year, 4/30/2011.

Over the next 12 months I got down to 227. I’ve been as low as 207lbs a couple years ago but felt unhealthy. Now at 41 years old and 224lbs I’m running farther and faster than ever. Thanks Nick and the BPN crew for quality products and content.

I didn’t really feel a difference with this product. I decided to buy this product because of my great experience with Mushroom coffee and creamers with Cordyceps like Lion’s Mane, Chaga and others. I was disappointed in this product as I have tried taking it as instructed on the bottle to no avail.

I recently ran a 5k this past weekend and thought this product would be perfect for the event. Did nothing. I’ve tried taking this product on an empty stomach before teaching a metabolic conditioning class.

Again, nothing. I think I just sweat more. That was it.

After 2 plus years of use, I can definitively confirm this product works. It’s not a turbo charge, it’s sustained energy. No crash, no jitters, just gets me through the day at a nice, steady pace. It’s crazy, I never run out of gas anymore.

If you’re looking for some burst of superpower manic energy, forget it. This product is more like cruise control and I absolutely love it.

I’m not sure about energy as I did not see a huge difference. One thing I definitely noticed. While doing cardio, I was sweating buckets! My entire shirt and running hat was soaked. I felt a little heat, but I was not expecting how much water I would produce.

If you’re looking to cut water weigh, this will definitely do it. By the way, this was not a one time occurrence. It happened every time.

I have not been on products a full month yet but as of now I am very please with my bodies healing. I am using a blend in the morning to jump start my day and I am totally off coffee now. I was in a situation that my body was undernourished and at it’s worst.

I already feel the healing taking your products with a new work out program. Will diffinely order again. I will keep you posted on my journey toward a healthier me. 100% more energy in a short time.

I’ve been using this for around two years now, and I am very pleased with how it works. Not too much caffeine and a good mix of a select few ingredients. I don’t like to take too many supplements, but when I do it’s Xwerks; I use the pre workout, protein powder, and creatine.

Anyway, Ignite is great in my opinion. Tastes good, works well, and I can tell a difference when I don’t take it vs when I do. However, for about 6 months their quality control was horrible and the powder would arrived all clumped and solid about 80% of the time.

Customer service was quick to correct it and so I am pleased. This was in mid 2021 and I haven’t had any issues since 2022 started.

I have used the XWerks Chocolate and XWerks Peanut Butter proteins for over 3 years and while I am not a daily shake person, I have really enjoyed putting it in my coffee lately. The nutrition facts speak for themselves.

The list of ingredients speak for themselves. Every other protein has done something weird with my gut health or the taste has been miserable. The chocolate has been perfect for the winter with hot cocoas and the summer for a quick frosty.

Found it difficult to dissolve in water as it keeps clumping and settling out. Even tried mixing it with a blender, which helps some. To make it more palatable, I mix it with a squirt or two of Orange concentrate that I use to flavor my water.

By itself in a glass of water, it would not be very palatable. If taken around 30 minute pre-workout, it definitely gives you an energy boost, but on my heavy and long workout days, I find it doesn’t stay with me through the entire workout.

Going to give it through the rest of the jar to see if I will re-order or not.

Like many serious lifters who have blown through many a Buck and supplement Brands, searching for just the right “motivation” from their pre-workout; C4 is your final stop on the pre-workout merry-go-round!! Yes, I know that sounds rather cliche’ but, C4 truly delivers just the right balance of stimulation/motivation to get through even the most brutal workouts! Because I train in the morning, sometimes I am so tired, I wonder how I’m going to get through my leg day training? Then, I take my C4 and in 15-30 minutes, I’m like “Let me at those weights!!” No other pre-workout I have ever taken, can turn me around like that!! I highly recommend this pre-workout, if you’re goal is to break through any plateau, on any of your lifts.

C4 is my “for sure” pre-workout to get me through any training at any time!!! GO C4 ULTIMATE!!!!.

Tried Lit before this and it completely messed up my stomach and felt like I was on illegal drugs but this on the other hand hits the sweet spot. No stomach issues, good pumps, incredible energy and stamina but doesn’t hinder my sleep like others.

It has curbed my hunger from eating 5 or more times a day to 3 small meals. ive lost 5lbs in the first week of use. I highly recommend this to others and the mixabilty and taste are great. If you’re are at Walmart you basically have 4 prework choices (WM brand-never tried, Total War-which makes you feel good but doesn’t help with strength or stamina, Lit- which will wreck your system and stomach or this C4 which they have in serval versions but this is the strongest with creatine in it).

It’s good stuff.

I got the strawberry watermelon flavor. I’ve used c4 sport, ripped, and original before i tried this one. The first time I used it, my whole face was tingling from the beta alanine. I’ve used it a few more times with no further side effects.

I use c4 to get through my cardio. It’s amazing. I feel great during the workout and feel really good afterwards. No exhaustion or soreness. The only thing I don’t like is the flavor, but everyone has different tastes.

I definitely recommend this product to anyone that wants to push harder without feeling drained afterwards.
