As described. Good dewormer, we knew what we wanted and this product filled the bill. received the product in a timely fashion and were not disappointed. Ridiculous to require a fifty word review for a well known simple dewormer–waste of my time and yours just to meet the needs of an algorithm.

This is a total unnecessary waste of my time to provide no additional useful information.

Great buy if you have horses. I have used this brand for twenty plus years on my mare. She stayed very healthy up till about two years before she passed of old age. I had been using another off brand the last ten years.

It was cheaper but did the same I remember paying 12. 99 thirty plus years ago now I PAID 6. 98 WITH TAX.

Valley Vet service was great. I caution others using this brand that the stopper for dosage/weight doesn’t work very well. I overdosed my pony because the stopper didn’t stop anything!

We purchased Durvet Ivermectin Sheep Drench for preventive parasite treatment of our dog. We established a home treatment plan using internet resources and so far are very happy with the results. We recommend this product.

Ivermectin Sheep drench is a convenient way for me to worm my goats, especially the little ones. I can measure out an appropriate dose even for the babies. This said, if one uses this sheep product on goats, one has to bear in mind the dose is different.

I like Durvey Ivermectin, very easy to us. A very good product. Will continue to use it. I highly recommend this product

1 cc = 5 lb dog. or. 2 cc = 1 lb dog. only use on puppies 6 weeks or older. use nemex for puppies 2-6 weeks old as is gentler and safe for puppies. great money saver. have used two of the smaller bottles and thinking of purchasing this larger bottle.

buy your 1 cc syringes on ebay – don’t use a needle – just use the syringe without the needle to dose directly into puppies’ mouthes. use 3 cc syringes if you own larger dogs. I purchased both size syringes on ebay.

Weight your dog – use exact amount in syringe – give – without needle – directly squirted into the puppies/dog mouth if using a small amount. if you have a larger dog – mix with canned food as the taste is not good and is bitter.

i usually don’t have any problems getting my 6 dogs to take this medicine (4 by mouth) and 2 with canned food. Thank you for better farmer value for my dogs instead of $10-$15 per dog – per dose. It IS IMPORTANT to worm your dogs!.

Hookworms are becoming resistant. Panacur is still a good choice to get rid of them. You may have to deworm 5 days in a row since they are getting so resistant.

We own a small kennel of English Pointer sporting dogs. We have used Safe-guard dewormer with excellent results in eliminating round, hook, whip, and most tape worms. Our dogs are receptive to the taste and show little resistance in their willingness to ingest the liquid orally.

We have found Safe-guard to be one of the most effective dewormers and one of the most economical dewormers on the market.

Product came in in perferct conditions. It will not expire soon so it will last until the last drop. Also, it is a hard product to find nowadays.

Ivomec is good to have in your dewormer rotation with sheep. It’s the dewormer that targets nasal bots.

Was hard to find at this time, but shipment was fast and complete, packaging was excellent now our sheep and goats are protected!

I used a pea-sized amount mixed with fruit jam for each of my pet rats as one of them was developing a scabby rash around his face and hind quarters which I assume was from scratching fur mites. Five days later and my rat’s skin looks normal and he is not itching all the time! For $20 with shipping this was so much cheaper than a vet visit.

This is awesome stuff! I put a small dab (size of a dried pea) in some jam. My 3 year old rat ate it before she could taste anything bad. It almost immediately got rid of her mites. She is elderly and now acting younger and much more spunky.

The mites were really stressing out her body, but are now gone and she feels great. I’ve tried many things to get rid of the mites and even took her to the vet. The vet gave her Advantix for kittens, but it didn’t help.

I will continue to use this product. Awesome!!.

I bought this for my 12 lb dog that had mites. After trying many shampoos etc I decided to try quest. I read the reviews and took the advice of one reviewer. Unfortunately, (Im suffering a great amount of guilt) doing this killed my small dog.

Just mix it with their grain, you are done! They eat it up! They ALL seem to love it! It is a lot cheaper than the equi-bits specifically for horses. This is a multi-species, de-wormer. When worming 30 plus horses, you can’t beat the price.

The tube wormers, are just a fight to try to use on some horses. But this is an all around excellent choice for keeping a horse healthy, and happy! I would recommend this product, to any horse owner.

The active ingredient and dosage level in the multi-species Safe-Guard is the exact same as the Equi Bits from Safe-Guard that is packaged specifically for horses. Pretty much the only difference is the Equi Bits have apple flavoring to make it more palatable for finicky horses.

I simply mix the pellets in with my horses’ regular meal and they eat it with no problem. Much cheaper when you have more than just a couple horses to worm.

Being disabled, I no longer have the speed or agility required to worm my smart, finicky horses. They can smell the syringe wormers long before I make my appearance! I just mix this product in with a little of their supplements or sweet feed.

This is a great product that I use for worming for my Llama and Alpaca. It’s safe, easy to use and they seem to like the taste. So far, after years of using this, they are worm free.

This is a great wormer for pregnant goats. If I have a wormy goat and I’m not sure if she’s pregnant, then I definitely use cydectin. Very effective!

Quest Plus Gel is now taking the place of a panacur power pack, according to my vet. NEVER give it to a horse that has not been wormed regularly or one you don’t know the worming schedule. It is a VERY strong dewormer.

it doesn’t have much of a safety net on weight. On horses you don’t know the worming history, deworm with Strongid or like wormer, wait two weeks and then hit with Quest Plus. What a hair coat it will give!! I caution you not to overdose.

Great product! Does not tast good. One horse and one donkey told me so. I believed them because I got a bit of splashing on my mouth. This is a wonderful product. I just wish that it was more palatable.

Vet recommended to worm with Quest Plus in January then test them in April. We are never sure about which products to use unless we test our horses so will be following this program all year. Have to say my horses already look better after the worming a few weeks ago.

Used to deworm chickens as a preventative since we are in hot humid wet Florida. Used. 25 ml per pound. Easy to administer, soaked a small piece of bread with the appropriate dose for each chicken and they gobble it up.

Separate each chicken when administering though as they like to steal each others dose:). Did this for 5 days straight, do early in the morning before they eat for the day. I did discard the eggs for 14 days, even though I read you do not have to, better be safe (used shells in my garden).

All of my girls seems to feel alot better and had a ton more energy!.

Easy to go online and acquire the exact dosages needed to worm other species – Canine, Feline, Poultry. Much easier to use and less expensive than the powders and crystals packaged and sold for each of those species.

I have even used it for my indoor pet caged birds as well. This is a VERY safe product “WHEN USED AS DIRECTED”. I highly recommend Safeguard liquid Goat De-wormer But, PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS FOR EACH SPECIES.

Do your research. Talk to YOUR Veterinarian. There are other breeders out there who have gone to their Veterinarian and gotten the dosages correct for the species they are de-worming. Be frugal – but be SAFE!.

Works! Safe and quick ! Apprehensive first about off label use for my laying hens BUT after seeing what knowledgeable people said and using this product- I am glad it was available. My flock is MUCH better.

Here on the East Coast, EquMax is extremely hard to find. I was so relieved to find a supplier with very reasonable prices. I have older horses, I know that EquiMax is safe and effective to use on these fellows.

I have been using this wormer for many years now. It is easy to use and my vet did recommend this product. It is pretty thick and when you place the tube properly in their mouth, mine have a hard time throwing it back out their mouth.

Nothing more aggravating than buying a paste and it ends up on the ground. My horses have never had an issue/reaction to this product. It helps with bots (and various worms) in the fall and I use it every year.

An affordable price too.

Maybe it’s odd to have a favorite wormer, but this is mine. The tubes are easy to use, easy to hold, and the actual wormer is kind of. sticky? Gloopy? I’m not sure how to describe it, but if you get it back into their mouth, they have a hard time spitting it out instead of swallowing it.

By their reactions, I don’t think it tastes as bad as most either. I’ve been using Equimax for years on multiple horses, and (knock on wood) no one has ever had a bad reaction/tummy ache/etc. And with all of these pros, it also gets the job done.

Every animal in s different. Mine prefer the gel like consistency. It’s nice to get this product at a decent price. I’m guessing the taste isn’t so bad as they don’t spit it out…and vet says everything is good.

The horses don’t appear to mind the flavor, and I appreciate the blunt end that prevents me poking them when administering the wormer. The wormer itself seems to be effective. The only quibble I have with this wormer is in regards to the applicator.

The length of the plunger when administering the whole tube is problematic, as the plunger bends easily and if your hands are on the medium to small side spanning the distance between the fingerholds and the top of the plunger is a stretch.

In addition, it is extremely easy to pop the plunger out of the unused tube – keep an eye on any of your horses that like to swipe gloves, etc. I had to retrieve the plunger from my yearling donkey’s mouth after he tugged it out of my pocket.

Really good product… I prefer the pour-on cydectin. I accidentally ordered the injectable, the product worked but it was a little more labor intensive.

One time dose. Makes worming horses easier …. No gooey paste. First time use so not sure of effectiveness yet.

I had been buying this product from another supplier for the last year. A substantial price increase led me to look for other suppliers. TS was appreciably lower in price and offered free home delivery.

We got this back at a discount because it was torn. Normally, I never feed my horses snacks. But they liked them.

My goats still showed signs of parasites after using other dewormers. I wanted something that would work with one dosage and wouldn’t require me to catch and dose all 35 of my goats for several days in a row.

This seems to have done the trick! I gave the product 4 stars because I have a few goats who still seem to have some worms so I will need to redose them here soon.

My vet sold this to me in a tiny bottle for way way more money for my dogs. I have 12 dogs so needless to say I need to save where I can. I have been using this product for several years now. I am very careful not to exceed what my vet recommended as this is a very strong wormer.

It works great and saves hundreds of dollars.

We needed a broad spectrum dewormer for sheep- this was easy to administer and appears to have been very effective. You only have to give a few milliliters to each animal so there is less waste and you know each one got a does, unlike pelleted deowormers.

Once we figured out the syringe-filling cap it was a lot easier.

I have a small flock of 9 Shetland sheep. I think this is more for a large production with a dosing gun and an animal chute. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that I would rather the solution be more concentrated to make the size of the dose smaller.

The current dose is a lot of liquid for a smaller breed of sheep, especially when you have smaller sized herd when you do not own a chute. The increased risk of aspirating the drench into their lungs increases if the animal struggles and they partially dislodge the drenching gun.

Like previously stated, I do not have a large herd, nor do I have a chute. There needs to be different forms of dewormer – such as pellets, gel, pills, or paste – like there is for just about every other species of livestock.

At the recommended dosage by my vet, 4ml. per 25 pounds of body weight, this works excellently. I have a walk-on scale so my doses are exact. This makes it harder for the worms to build immunity. I had a Trichostrongyle problem in my working dairy goats, it worked to get them back in shape.

The fiber goats don’t need the product as much and they are fat and thriving. Big goats produce more fiber.

We haven’t used this particular cydectin yet. We used the cow product, which helped tremendously for a parasite infestation (likely Barber Pole). But this is a better option since we have goats. The withdrawl time is much less than the cow product.

My only complaint is that it was left in my mailbox in the summer heat and the label says store below 77 degrees. Since my mailbox is 1/4 mile away, I wish I received better notification about shipping or it was delivered directly to my house.

I also wish there was better drug testing for dairy goats, but that is neither here nor there at this point!.

I have used pellet de-wormer for horses and cows, and they always love it (it is usually has a high alfalfa percentage to make it appetizing. ). This pellet de-wormer does not seem to taste appetizing to the majority of my goats.

Out of 17 goats about 3 of them ate their dose without any trouble, another few more ate their dose when I added sugar and molasses. The rest of them either did not touch it or ate some of it without finishing the dose.

From this experience, I would say about 30 percent of goats will enjoy this product, the rest you will have to figure a way to make them eat it. I had to lock each goat up with only their cup or two of pellets until they ate the rest (some never did).

It is very important to get the entire dose of worm medicine, or you will wind up making resistant parasites. I wound up having to purchase a different product to make sure my goats were de-wormed.

Have been using this deworner on my five 10-year old pet goats since they were babies. All all healthly and happy seniors now and still thriving. My goats eat it just like their dumor food pellets. I highly recommend it as it is effective and easy to administer.

Super easy to feed and the horses like it. My horses will eat it on its own but I just throw it into their regular feed because I’m feeding it anyway. i have a few horses that hate the liquid form, so I gave this pellet form to them and they think they are getting a treat!.

I loved this product. This was my first time using a feed through dewormer. It was a breeze. ALL the horses ate the appropriate amount per weight and NO ONE spit it out! How much easier can it get? I will absolutely use this again and my only complaint is that I didn’t see it available for all classes of dewormers and I follow a rotational program so I will not be able to use this every time.
