20 Best Wrap Around Earbuds (2022 Updated)

I am unable to wear earbuds because they do not stay put in my small ears, so I went looking for the next best thing. I am very pleasantly surprised that the headphones stay in my ears while staying put around my ears as well.

I have not yet started my running program since I am doing this after my surgery at the end of August and the running program will most likely start sometime in October/November, but right now I am VERY happy with these headphones and the quality of sound they produce.

I like the fit and weight of these earbuds very much. The hook for my ear in particular is very comfortable. The sound quality is better than most earbuds, but still not great. Altogether, I’m happy with them given the price.

This product would have gotten 5 stars if it had the components of the XR100/XR500 plus this build quality. The ear hooks are definitely more secure. They are malleable and they hold their form so once they are in your ears they aren’t moving.

I originally bought the XR100s which I love. The sound is outstanding. Very loud and great bass. These also have very good sound, but it’s toned down a bit. You can see it in the specs. The driver in the XR100 and XR500 are the same, 11MM.

The XR700 and XR800 have a 10MM driver which is not quite as loud and doesn’t have the deep bass as the others do. Still a very good product. I was going to use these to replace the XR100, but I will probably give the XR700s to my wife who is more concerned with the way they fit.

The XR700s definitely stand out in that realm. Some may prefer the sound of the XR700 and XR800. It’s probably a more crisp and balanced sound, but I like volume and bass for my workouts. It’s all a matter of preference.

Overall very good and a great price.

I bought these for my wife to use at work. She does a lot of bending and moving all the time, and her wired ear buds got in the way and were always falling out. She loves the Treblab Sports Headphones.

They don’t bother her ears at all and they don’t fall out. She also loves the fact that they have a volume control and an easy power button. Sound great, long lasting battery, very pleased. She was so happy I bought myself a pair.

These earbuds are perfect for working out. They are flexible and you are able to form it to your ear. The music sounds great but a little bass heavy. Highs are good and so are the miss and lows. They sound great.

When i’m running these things don’t move and are comfortable. Battery life is around 9-9. 5 hours. Perfect for a day of working out. Great choice for working out and basic listening.

Just okay……they are not for jogging or to take to gym they will fall off your neck backwards. No magnet to keep them from doing this like a pair of LG ear buds I have. The very small clip in front is hard to use and you must release it every time to get it off.

It is also harder to answer pushing the small button on cord that you must find first to do so! Also when using as Bluetooth to talk on phone background noise is the worst I have ever seen. My wife told me she could hear everything in the background.

Wish I could trade them for ones with better Bluetooth ability. They are good for just listening to music the sound is clear and the bass is good. For a all around earbuds there are many brand that are better.

They can’t touch my old apple earbuds. I think my pair of 30. 00 LGs are just almost as good for music and better for a phone conversation. As you can see I am a bit disappointed at skullcandy maybe I should of got a no wire pair like the apple air design that skull candy offers.

Originally, I purchased Skullcandy dimes when they first came out (many years ago) and were nearly $40. Everything worked on them perfectly for more than 3-ish years until the cat chewed them up. I was super upset about that lol.

Then I began looking for another pair just like them then I thought “why not buy them again then?” But it was nearly impossible to find the exact same ones I used to have (especially with ‘truly wireless’ being all the rage) but I was shocked when I ran across these, I knew I had to get them.

There have been too many times I didnt buy something when I knew I should have, and then the item went completely obsolete. I am so happy these headphones are exactly the same color, same beautiful sound, and same factory sealed packaging as the first ones I bought years ago.

I love the transparent effect, and coral is such a super cute color. The little purse that comes with it is an iridescent/holographic, leather type quality drawstring bag about 2 inches in height and width.

Also, there is a major plus for having an elbow type port (shown in pictures) because it makes holding more comfortable and helps prevents cable breakage, from my years of experience with these earbuds in the past.

100/10 just wish the cat never chewed them up in the first place lol.

My last pair of Raycons (the e25 I think?) lasted give or take 2 years and I was more than satisfied with them. The reason it was time to upgrade was because I’m a bit of a klutz and I droped the charging case a few too many times to the point where it cracked open and wouldn’t last longer than half an hour no matter how long you let it charge.

With this new pair (the everyday earbuds as they’re called), I was disappointed with a couple of things. First off, the volume seems to be significantly lower than the last, so much so that I needed to download a volume enhancing app for my phone just so I could have the volume at a level closer to the previous model, so that’s a shame.

Second, and this was one of the few gripes I had with the older model as well, was that when you put your earbuds in the case to charge sometimes it just. doesn’t? It’s always with just one of them too, it’s kind of annoying when you’re listening to music and despite keeping both earbuds in the case whenever I charge it, I get hit with that dreaded “low battery” notification on my left one all of a sudden and it’s then I realize that I guess that when I placed them both to charge, only one of them actually did and the other just remained on and didn’t charge.

Again, this was prevalent in the last model as well and I know it’s not a major gripe, just a tad irritating that I always have to stop and see if both headphones are actually charging every single time I put my buds on to charge and once i feel like “ok it hasn’t done it for a while so I guess we’re good” before you know it, boom happens again.

This is especially annoying when I have one earbud low on battery at the end of the night so I swiftly put them both to charge and then drift to sleep and upon awakening and using them later in the day within minutes I get the “low battery” notification from the same earbud despite thinking it had charged all night.

Third, they switched up the controls in the model, for I think the worse. THIS is my major gripe with the new model, I don’t know why they decided to switch it up all of a sudden, but one tap of the R button would pause/play and two taps would switch to the next/previous track and three taps adjusted the volume, but not it’s been basically reversed so one tap now adjusts volume, two taps pauses/plays and three taps switches between tracks.

Not only does it take getting used to but since the button itself is a sensitive little ******* (and slippery fingers being what they are) I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten frustrated not switching between songs or pausing/playing because the amount of times i tapped the button didn’t register correctly.

Especially when I try to hit pause and I tap it twice but it thinks I tapped it once and you get that annoying ***** who will just take over the flow of your music and not even pause it while she monotonously tells you you’re at “maximum volume”.

If anything, that’s my fourth semi-gripe, which is if you’re gonna tell me I’m at max volume, a simple distinctive beep would suffice. I don’t know why they thought a sound bite of a lady saying “maximum volume” while cancelling out whatever you were listening to for a solid 2 seconds was a necessary upgrade but whatever.

Overall, a step down but still serviceable for the price. I just hope enough people have the same gripes and voice their concerns so that when I inevitably upgrade to the newer model they’ll go back to their former glory.

Anywho I only wrote this review admittedly out of anger after like the 3rd time one of my earbuds died before the other despite charging them both at the same time every time I’m not using them. I’m not the type to have just one headphone in, I like to be immersed in whatever I’m listening to so yeah whenever this happens and I’m watching a movie on my laptop (like right now) it’s pretty inconvenient.

Hopefully in the time it took me to write this it’s at least charged a decent amount by now. And yes, I had to double check and make sure it was in fact charging. Actually as a matter of fact. yup, it was indeed charging.

Perhaps one day a double take won’t be necessary and I’ll be here when it does!.

I originally bought my first pair right before my state went into lockdown, when the older model of the Everyday was available, and let me tell you, I LOVED these suckers! They got me through the pandemic with obnoxious housemates, and after the lockdown lifted they went with me everywhere! After close to two years of use, I started to notice some audio wear, but they were still very much usable, and because of their water resistance they’ve become exclusively for listening to podcasts in the shower.

I wanted to purchase another pair in a different color, so I returned to the website and got myself a set of the Everydays in blue, and with my expectations high, waited with baited breath for them to arrive.

Upon opening my package, I found that the design and features of my beloved buds had been slightly altered, but not being one to shy away from change, decided to go in with my expectations high and excited! I enjoyed the new case, complete with a carrying strap and external charging lights for both the buds and the case itself, although as someone who enjoys moisturizing, I found it to be difficult to open said case with well-lotioned hands.

When it came to the buds themselves, I found myself enjoying the sleek matte design, although they seemed slightly bulkier and a little more weighty then the older model, but that wasn’t anything to be bothered about, they still stayed put felt great, with very little need for readjustment while in use.

However, my only strike against the new model was twofold; one being sound quality, the other being button function. Starting with the sound; while I appreciated the intent of adding more sound settings to the buds, the only noticable difference between the settings is when you put them in “Bass Sound”, the only useful function of the bunch.

Being used to the wonderfully full, warm sound of the original model, I was slightly disappointed by the almost tinny tones I was getting from the newest one. I found that I only got the results I usually would expect from my Raycons once I put them in Bass Sound, which is only the smallest of inconveniences, but I felt like it was worth noting that there was a noticable change in sound quality.

Secondly, in regards to the button function; we as humans don’t realize what we have until it’s gone, and while it maybe be a small gripe, I can’t believe how much I miss the simple one-click pause function! It seems so silly and small, but I find myself getting annoyed that the functions for “pause” and “volume” had been swapped, a change that my autopilot is still ajusting to.

All in all, regardless of my little gripes, I do think that this is an amazing product, and I find myself acting the salesperson and hyping them up to my friends, family, coworkers, really anyone who likes high quality wireless earbuds and saving money! I truly think that these are some of the best buds on the market today, and would recommend getting your own pair and trying them for yourself, I promise that the convenience and quality is worth the very fair price! I believe I have owned every iteration of the E25/Everyday earbuds as of now in 2022. I got the originals in 2020 and loved them, but sadly a drop on concrete cut my time short with them. I loved their bassy sound compared to other earbuds I’d tried.

Wanting that again, I got the E25 Pro. and sadly, the brand took a step back from the bass with those. It was a big complaint amongst detractors (mostly people that were honestly against the brand from day one) and while I still appreciate the company for listening to feedback, I felt it wasn’t a good move.

I rocked them though for over a year, which they were great for YouTube the most, but not music, and that’s with using two equalizers to make them sound better for music. Nothing helped. But at last, it feels like everyone can have their cake and eat it, too! The Everyday Earbuds have three profiles, so for the audiophile purists, they can have their sound (there is literally a sound profile on these called Pure Sound) and leave the rest of us who want bass at peace.

There is no app, so you will have to follow the steps to choose your profile by pressing the left bud for 3 seconds. However, it does remember your setting! You will not need to reset it every time you use them on your device.

The case is the same as the Pro, as in, you can see the charging lights both for the case and the buds to ensure they’re seated properly and are actually charging (admittedly, a small gripe I had with the originals, which lacked any charging icons).

The hinge was also improved with the Pros and carry over to The Everyday Earbuds. I love that these don’t have stems, which are annoying and yes, they fit snugly. You have multiple eartips to choose from.

And I have always liked that you physically press a button for the controls instead of finicky touch controls, where brushing hair out of your face or scratching an ear can lead to inputting a command.

The battery was improved from the Pro, too. I only just got mine today, so I’ve not stress-tested them to 100% ensure they last 8 hours per charge, but in owning two prior pairs and those meeting or exceeding their 6 hour limits, I’m confident these will as well.

I bought these by taking advantage of a BOGO offer and got my mom another pair as well. She lost one bud from the E25 Pro pair I gave her last year during a 12 hour nursing workshift. The other was accidentally washed, lol.

Her birthday is still a month out, but I’m so excited to give these to her. TL;DR: It feels good to be back at bass!.

I love the earplugs. They work well for sound protection. They protect my ears, but still allow me to hear and communicate with co-workers when I’m not using bluetooth. Bluetooth works well and the controls on the headphones are intuitive and easy to use.

Very easy to set up with all my devices – phone, TV, laptop. My only complaint is with the foamies. I apparently have really small ear canals. The XS foamies still hurt my ears. I wish there was a smaller size or that they were tapered for more comfort.

My husband has a different brand of noise cancelling earplugs with foamies that are tapered, and made with a very comfortable material – closer to the material used for disposable foam earplugs – so the foam stays compressed long enough to comfortably insert the plugs.

The material used for the ISOtunes foamies don’t stay compressed long enough to comfortably insert.

I bought these in the hope of being able to listen to music or podcasts while mowing. They have delivered in spades. Great sound isolation from the engine noise, and very good sound reproduction from bluetooth.

My first use was more than 3 hours and they were just as comfortable as when I started. More than happy with my purchase. I wound definitely recommend these to anyone looking for the same things I was.

The good, noise cancelling is awesome, Sound is good, bluetooth connection is super fast and talking on the phone is spot on, battery life is good. The bad, controller is heavy and pulls right side bud out, ear hooks don’t hold any weight, function button (pause button etc, so I can talk to people) is not super easy to distinguish and a bit slow, also if you bump them they generally don’t hold in well.

I have had one repetitive problem with “wireless sport earbuds”–THEY NEVER STAY IN MY EAR. My sport of choice is cycling which requires a fair amount of head movement to look over my shoulder for cars or other bikes.

As a result, I have dropped several in-ear sport buds the moment my ears get sweaty and I pivot my head. Consequently, I was looking for a bud with a design exactly like the JLab Go Air Sport that has an over (and around) the ear hook.

The hook itself is a flexible, rubbery plastic material that does not have a “molding wire” in it. (Note: Some wired in-ear buds I have tried have a thin wire in the hook part that you can bend for a tighter fit to the back of the ear.

) I was a bit concerned, at first, that without the ability to bend the hook to my ear it the bud would get too loose and let in too much ambient sound. It turns out the hook is extra long and comfortably wraps around my entire ear for a snug fit that does not come loose even when the sweat is dripping and I am looking around for traffic.

From that standpoint, these buds deserve 5-stars!!! Unfortunately, there are some issues that force me to remove a star from the rating. First, the case (which charges the buds and has a built-in 2″ USB type-A connector–bring your own power source) does not have a way to store the extra “tips.

” The buds conveniently come with a pair of large, medium, and small tips but there is no way to keep the extra tips in the charging case so inevitably, you will misplace the extra tips. Probably not a big deal, but also a marketing/design flaw in my mind.

Secondly, the case stores the buds in “reverse” of how you use them. The left ear stores in the right side of the case, and the right ear stores in the left side of the case. Again, not a deal breaker but it is just weird to get used to.

Taking away a quarter star for this. Third, while I do appreciate “touch sensitive” controls on the buds themselves that let you answer a call, turn volume up/down, skip music, etc. , I have, on numerous occasions, inadvertently skipped a song, muted a call, and screwed up the volume while simply trying to resituate the buds more comfortably in my ear midway through a workout.

I am not sure how one could have it both ways, but it would be nice if there was a pause before the touch controls kick in so that you could push on the earbud without actually activating a control. Minus a quarter star.

Fourth, and this is kind of a big deal for me as I sometimes need to answer a call while these earbuds are in, the quality is average at best for listening to music (EQ-ing the music helps a bit) and apparently very hollow (echo) and metallic during phone conversations per the person on the other end of the call.

There are too many variables to know whether the buds are causing this sensation or a poor phone connection or something else, but I know I do NOT have people complaining when I use other bluetooth headphones for phone conversations.

Minus at least half a star for this. Because my goal with these buds is primarily to listen to music/podcasts while sweating during a workout, and because I have tried and failed with numerous other in-ear sport buds, I am going to go ahead and RECOMMEND them simply because they don’t fall out when my ears get sweaty while riding my bike on a mix of city and rural roads at 20 mph.

The audio and vocal quality could be better but these fit, they stay in my ear, and they stay charged for a very long time (rated at 32hrs I believe). which is exactly what I needed without spending an arm and a leg.

Last year I picked up the JLAB Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless earbuds and those have been my daily outdoor running workout earbuds ever since. While they don’t offer the audio fidelity of many other earbuds, when I’m out running and sweating I don’t care about having crystal clear sound, I just need to hear enough audio to keep my body moving without first blowing out my eardrums and secondly without causing me to lose focus on the fact that I’m outside and need to pay attention to the road around me to avoid getting hit by cars.

I live in a part of town with no sidewalks and drivers that love to do 50mph over the speed limit. So last year’s model was doing well, but the challenge I faced is that they are not IPS5 Sweatproof.

The result is that I would sometimes overwhelm them with sweat and well they would get muted with sound or in some cases one of the ear buds would just stop working all together. I kinda got used to only wearing one of them.

Now along comes these lime green IPs5 Sweatproof versions so of course I have to upgrade. The Go Air Sport are not as long as the Epic Air Sport ANC’s so for my big ears they are a bit more snug around the ear but still comfortable.

Included in the box are two sets of different size rubber ear pieces and the charging case also got smaller and also got brighter being lime green. While I don’t normally like neon, the lime green is very handy for finding these things at a glance when you’ve misplaced them.

My first set arrived with a faulty battery in the right bud and JLab tech support was fast to respond by sending me a new pair so I was very happy with the warranty replacement process, though a little annoyed it happened after only a day with the product.

Life was great for a week of running with these and the sweat proof nature of them solved my problems where they no longer cut out after getting too wet. As much as this embarrasses me, I can confirm they are not waterproof which I learned after I left one of the earbuds in my running pants and proceeded to run the pants through the washing machine.

It’s now DO and ironically I’m back down to running with only a single ear bud, which I kinda actually prefer now. Maybe next years model will be waterproof.

The design is what I like most about this pair of earbuds. The rubber hooks are soft enough to move and bend, but rigid enough that they are not going to be flopping all over the place while you are running or doing other things.

I have yet to have these fall of during any activity. I also like the fact that while the ear tips are designed to be inserted into the ear canal, they don’t have to be. I find that my ears ache after extended listening times with internal earbuds.

It’s nice that I can still use these without having them in my ear canal. The hooks do a great job keeping this on no matter how the ear tips are. Keep in mind that some sound features like the bass depend on that sealed air way to create the more in-depth sounds.

So unless the earbuds are inserted into the ear canal at the right angle, you are going to lose a lot of bass and depth to the overall audio. The other thing I really like about these buds is the fact that in has built in EQ settings.

There are only 3 settings, the JLabs Signature setting (which brings increased bass and vocals), Balanced (which is what it implies), and Bass Boost (this does add some extra bass, but keep in mind you will only notice it if the earbuds are inserted into the ear canal at the correct angle).

Also keep in mind that these are a low budget earbuds set, and that audio perfection comes at a much higher price tag. The charging case is slim compared to some other brands. It’s just slim enough that I can carry it around in my pocket if I need to.

However each earbud typically has an eight hour usage time. Which is more than enough for me. The earbuds can actually be used independently if you are concerned about stretching the battery life out, so that will give you 16hours, and then you can recharge from the case for another stretch of 16hours before having to find an outlet to charge the case and earbuds with ( a full charge requires approx.

2 hours). I also really like that the case has a built in USB charging cable, so all you need to do is plug it into any USB adapter in your car, home, or mobile charging packs. The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.

1, so you should be able to take advantage of the latest Bluetooth technologies providing your connected devices are at the same level. All older Bluetooth devices should connect and still work fine as it’s all backwards compatible.

The differences in the Bluetooth technology are negligible to most people, however there has been progressive improvements in speed, distance, power consumption and location accuracy. They also have an IP rating of 55 which means they are dust and water resistant, not waterproof or completely dustproof.

Although, the tiny dust particles that could get in should not make a difference in their performance. As far as water goes, these are good for a regular splash or two and definitely sweat, but they would most likely fail if subjected to high pressure water exposure or submersions into water.

Calls work very well through these. I used them in my car, with the windows open, going about 35mph and the caller was able to hear me clearly with minimal background noise, I was still able to hear the caller just as good, and we were able to carry on a conversation just like that.

The controls are easy and so far have worked great. One tap on the right bud to increase volume, and one tap on the left to decrease. Everything is set to the number or duration of taps, which works out great.

I can’t stand some of the other earbuds or headphones where you need to swipe up or down across them to do something, because those only seem to work half the time. Keep in mind that if using only one earbud, that you will still only be able to access that earbuds controls, so you will have to grab the phone to change or initiate some features.

Two taps on the left earbud activates your assistant app, I am using a Galaxy Note 20, and it works fine with the phone locked or unlocked. Although I do know that some phones may require other permissions to let a connected device activate the assistant app while the phone is locked.

So if you come across this, it’s not an earbud issue, it’s a phone settings issue. Overall these earbuds are an excellent low budget option. The ear hooks do take some getting used to after prolonged uses, but it’s kind of like getting a new pair of eyeglasses or shoes, everything needs a break-in time.

I was able to use these while wearing glasses, and even a hat too, it wasn’t an unnoticeable fit, but worked just fine. The audio is clear, most songs sound great. I personally would like a little more boom in the bass, but for the price and other benefits I am happy with these.

Plus, it’s so nice not to have to keep looking for and picking up dropped earbuds that fall out of your ears!!.

The plugs fit snugly in my ears and do a good job of blocking the noise of my chainsaw. They stay in place pretty well, even during alot of movement and hot sweaty work. A magnetic clasp on the back of each bud holds them connected when they are not in the ears.

After a recent storm that took down several large trees and limbs, I wore them comfortably for several hours and was able to listen to music while cleaning up the downed limbs without having to recharge the headphones or my phone.

Connecting to my phone was instantaneous. I had to look twice to find the charging port, but the cover flap does a good job of keeping debris out of the port when closed.

These are good work earbuds. I bought them to replace the Isotunes Pro’s I ran over with my truck. Are they good? Yes. Are they as good as the Pro’s. It’s close, either the speakers aren’t as loud or they don’t cancel out the sound as well as the Pro’s.

Also they don’t seem to stay in the ears super well. The magnets is what makes it close tie, when the earbuds touch they will prevent the earbuds from falling off your neck and will also pause whatever you’re listening to.

(The reason I lost my Pro’s) Next pair I get will be the Pro’s so I can hear the quieter podcasts. I think the Pro’s are a little better, but these will get the job done.

I bought these to use in place of the more heavier earmuff style hearing protection. They do seem to do the job. I do especially like the magnets to hold them when they are out of the ears and how using the magnets also interacts with Bluetooth.

I love these Earbuds! The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating is they aren’t quite as noise-canceling as I would like but other than that, they’re great! I have the PowerBeats Pro buds which are MUCH more expensive and I hate them – they don’t sync, or they do and then while working out, one or both stop working.

I have never had that problem with these and the sound quality is awesome.

I was looking for a reliable set of wireless earbuds after my prior pair died after two years. I chose the Treblab X3 Pro models due to the price and the reviews. That was a right decision. The sound on the Treblab X3 Pro earbuds is good and the battery life is excellent.

Great idea for a present to anyone who needs earbuds.

Once the ear tips that come with the X3 Pros are replaced (I buy ear tips from Comply) , they are the best sounding earbuds I have ever owned. The hooks ensure that the earbuds stay on my ears during my workouts.

If you like to listen to your music at 70% and up volume, these headphones are not for you. As soon as the volume reaches this point, the audio quality is completely compromised, it just can’t handle it.

The bracket system works well however, and looks quite nice. As long as you keep your volume below the 70% mark, you should be fine. But I must add, treble tones are are much more focused on these headphones than usual, which might make for an uncomfortable listening experience for those who have a liking for base tones more than treble tones.

These wristband headphones are so handy to have along. Just wrap them on your wrist and go. The covered material keeps them from twisting, though you can hear the material moving over the cord when your listening.

Both my daughters and I all have a WRAPS now. Really handy for when you are traveling. Nice also if you want to plug straight into a device instead of wireless.

As I clicked above, I love everything about these earbuds. They are intuitive to use, fit great and lightweight, the battery is awesome. I use them daily and not for sports only. I couldn’t be more happy.

The best earbuds that are made. I had the new BEATS earbuds before and these blow them out of the water. Some basic stuff that these can do that people are looking for is: -They work independently of each other.

You can use one while the other is charging (keep in mind if you do use the touch control they are set to that specific earbud and cant be changed. not a big deal for me at all). -The battery charge is really great on these.

I use them for work as my headphones, zoom calls, headset for answering phones. They last me 7 hours before i charge them but i don’t run them all the way down. I take them out around 20% and then switch from the graphite to the glacier version or vice vera.

-If you have touch enabled you can use these to answer call on your laptop but so far it has only work for doing that for me in MS TEAMS. haven’t tried any others so cant vouch otherwise. -They work especially well if you have a microsoft Surface as your work/PC laptop.

But they also work very well with my phone (surface duo 2) and my wifes (iphone 11 pro). Obviously they are a bit better on surface devices as you can use the SURFACE app to better control them. -They also charge very quickly after running down.

Mine go from 20% to 100% in less then 30 minutes. -I don’t use the touch much other then to answer TEAMS calls and control the volume but once you get used to the controls it becomes easy. -Now to the most underrated but best part of these earbuds is the fit.

Once you learn how to insert them in your ear they stay there extremally well and are so much more comfy then anything else I how found. This is because they DO NOT go into your ear canal like apple earbuds or BEATS earbuds or other version.

They just sit into your ear without going into the canal so it does not end up hurting your ears like other brands. Like i said before i can out these in and wear them for 7 hours and basically forget they are there or never be bothered by them until you need to charge them again.

The 3 sizes they come with work! My ears are weird i guess cause i use a large on the left and a medium on the right. To get them to sit right it is easy. Pull your earlobe down a bit with the speaker part of the earbud turned down while you put them in your ear.

Then just turn the earbud while you are holding your earlobe and it will slid right into place and you can let your earbud go and they will stay very well. -So these ARE NOT noise cancelling in anyway.

so if that is what you are looking for then pick a different brand. But they are very good at cutting of most external sound and they sound fantastic! You will have some ambient sound with these and the bass is a little lower then some brands but the sound is clear and wonderful sounding.

I got these free through Microsoft rewards program. Otherwise I would have returned them after a week. The sleek design and sound quality/controls are very good. The mic is excellent for Bluetooth connected as well.

The battery life is the best of any wireless I have tried and the charging box is flawless. They sync with Bluetooth quickly and consistently. However, they quite simply do not stay in my ears. I’ve tried every size silicone fit, I have to adjust them every couple minutes or they literally fall out of my ears.

This is an especially big nuisance considering the sensitive touch controls means I will constantly accidentally skip tracks, summon voice commands or pause playback when quickly adjusting. Even moreso, the design has actually left the earbuds with semi sharp edges, that with constantly needing adjustments, hurts my fingers in the winter.

I ended up disabling touch controls and use these now as my extra pair of headphones for video calls. Obviously for the price this would be infuriating, but thankfully I only had to spend points on them.

Not the best bluetooth earbuds I’ve ever bought (comparing to Pixel Buds, Treblab Xfit, Anker Soundbuds Wireless) and does a couple of things that are really annoying – first of all, a little bit of backstory: I’m one of those geeks who likes to have products that are made to work with each other (i.

e. got pixel buds specifically to pair with my pixel 5, so I got these surface buds to pair with my Surface Studio desktop computer). I love that it is found/connects seamlessly to my computer BUT. now the bad stuff.

1) The freakin BEEPING: Sometimes when I’m trying to adjust the volume (which always defaults to 50% – also annoying), I’ll accidentally hold my finger on the bud for too long and I’ll get a really annoying string of beeps that I have no idea what they mean.

As far as I know, there is no documentation as to what these beeps mean, and it lasts sometimes up to 5-8 seconds WHILE I’m trying to watch a video) 2) After I already had these for a week, they finally released the ability to connect via APT-X, though it seems to have done nothing for the latency.

I’m talking almost 800ms which is worse than any bluetooth headphones I’ve ever owned. What gives, Microsoft? I had to install an extension on my browser that delays the audio on youtube just to be able to watch videos with audio synced properly – otherwise watching videos is maddening.

3) The touch controls sometimes don’t work if your hands are a little dry so hopefully you have some lotion around. 4) Sound quality – since this more or less just sit outside of your ear canal, the sound is not as fully immersive as buds that go slightly more into / fit more snugly into your ear.

Don’t get me wrong, they DON’T fall out even if I shake my head, but I would only recommend these for situations where you don’t need to hear at maximum quality.

I’ve had these earbuds for nearly a year now and I use them every day, all day. The sound is great, noise cancelling is quite good as well. I wish battery life was more than 6 hours, but for the price these are amazing earbuds.

I have very small ears and appreciate the adjustable tips. No clip came with mine but, to prevent the right side falling out of my ear from the weight of the mic/controls, I simply loop the cord around the back of my neck.

If I wear the cord in the front, it helps to place the left earbud through the loop created by the cord holder, sort of an open knot if you will. Helps tremendously to prevent right ear fallout. Also the little fins (which most people remove) are designed to hold the earbud firmly in place, and they do just that.

I’ll purchase another pair this year because imo, they’re a great product for the price.

I needed a backup pair of earbuds for my New 3DS XL in case something happened to my old pair that I mostly use. I really love my old ones that I got from a truck stop because they have the hard to find ‘L’ shaped headphone jack that every portable headphone and earbud set ought to have, so I was glad to see that JLab has a pair with this jack as well.

The ‘L’ headphone jack is important for the way that I use earbuds because the port that audio devices plug into on my 3DS XL is on the ‘bottom’ of the thing when you have the system open and are playing games on it.

I tend to lay on the couch or bed while playing these types of portable systems, as well as tablets, a lot. With an extended game session, I tend to rest the system on my chest. If you use a headphone with a regular jack, this bends the cord quite severely.

Over time, that kind of bending ruins the insulation on the wire and often makes it split away from the jack’s grip exposing the little wires inside and causing shorts which lead to need a new pair of headphones.

If the cord is already bent in an ‘L’ shape thanks to a rigid jack grip like this pair of earbuds has, that solves the problem. It also helps reduce wear and tear on the cord when I wrap the earbud cords up so that they’ll fit in a pouch in my game systems’ carry cases.

The speakers in these earbuds are also quite good with very good sound reproduction from my 3DS XL and my Lenovo M10 tablet (that I also got from Best Buy), even at full volume. They sound good whether I’m playing video games or watching online videos.

They come with a couple of extra ear pads so that you can change the size to fit your ears. I find that the smallest ones in the kit fit mine the best. These pads are of a nice, soft silicone that feels good even after extended use.

They also come with these weird little paddle looking things that the manual says (thank goodness it came with one) will keep the earbuds from popping out of your ears accidentally while you are excercising.

The manual shows pictures of how you should fit them in your ears too. It’s taking some getting used to as this is the first brand I’ve had that had these things. They feel a bit like I’m wearing earplugs for swimming or shooting.

They do seem to keep the buds in place when I tug on the cords though. These JLab JBuds seem to be well made and durable. They didn’t make the markings for left and right buds easy to see though even though it’s important in this design due to the shape of the buds.

They won’t fit well in either ear like some brands do. So, I took a silver Sharpie pen and wrote an ‘L’ and an ‘R’ on the respective buds. I haven’t had a reason to use the button on the cord, so I can’t verify if it works well or not.

For a set of inexpensive headphones, these have a very nice sound to them, which is not art all “boomy”, like so many cheaper headphones, because they try to make them sound deep, so they often overdo the bass frequencies.

And after I went through my first charging, the battery life on these is quite nice as well. However, they are very poorly designed, in that, the module that has the battery and microphone and the control buttons on it, hangs much too close to the ear, so it tends to slip all over, so the whole thing will fall off of your head, if you aren’t careful.

And it feels awkward too, not being at all balanced. I would rather have spent 25 cents more, to have 3 or 4 more inches worth of wire, giving more space between the control module, and my ear, rather than having it hanging.

and swinging around like a clock pendulum I am not crazy about the ergonomic design either. But if the wire was only 3 inches or so longer, I would have still given it 5 stars.

I looked everywhere for this older version of the PlantronicsBackBeat Fit. The new ones (after 2018, I think) are of real inferior quality to these older ones. In the older model the soundquality is excellent, there is no white noise/buzzing, and the menu-voice is crystal clear.

I am so disappointed that Plantronics obviously didn’t keep up their high standards. This older model, on the other hand, is excellent, and my previous pair lasted from February 2016 to February 2021; that’s five years.

They went with me to Indonesia and Mongolia and I exercised almost daily with them. And the only thing that actually broke on them was the plastic cover over the buttons. So I haven’t thrown away my old pair, in case they never make something as good as this again.

In the meantime, I’m thrilled to have found this brand new, older model. About the headphones: I don’t like seperated earbuds, which is why I prefer this type connected by cable. I also feel like they sit much better.

I have NO clue why anyone would buy for example AirPods. I do power yoga, which means my head is often upside down, and these stay put 100% of the time. They’re so comfortable too. Absolutely love them 🙂 Cons: Some with small heads (like me, size 54-56 cm) may feel like the cable is a bit long, but it’s a one size, so.

The older design was brilliant, I used them every day for about 3 years before my bag killed the headset. The second set lasted another 2 years before one of the earphones stopped working. I love this headset for running or listening music when working so I purchased my 3rd set.

Sadly by this point the company had changed to Poly & the design or manufacturing also sees to have completely changed & the quality along with it, the first new set I purchased didn’t work at all & had to be exchanged (Poly were great with the return and exchange).

My issues with the new design are: – The sound controls have switched sides from left to right. This seems really strange & isn’t in line with the BackBeat Pro headset I also have. – The push controls are not responsive.

Trying to turn the headset off can be tedious at times. – The little grip for indicating where the controls are is gone. – And my biggest issue which means I don’t even use the headset is that if I move any faster than a walking pace the right earpiece pops off.

This makes the headset useless for running. In the end my older headset started working again & that is what I still use. Its still going strong with daily use after 4 years. It would be brilliant to bring back that design & manufacturer.

Great high and mid range. Easy to wear except soft insert comes out of my ear easily. Controls a bit clunky. Im OK w 5 he battery life (if so – havent used that long yet). Charging not always clear. Cant use phone with road noise (but see below).

On the plus, its WP, compact, almost unnoticeable to me, simple pause and on off. Wish still made new. Made to allow u to hear your surroundings versus noise cancelling – perfect for safe biking!.

Though the low and mid range are full and very prominent, the headphones still achieve great clarity and provide ultra fantastic range. Depending on your music choice, the low end may overpower the track slightly but I think most people would like Bowers & Wilkins out of the box uneditable EQ.

Unfortunately my biggest gripe is NOT reading the manual from the website and to understand how to navigate the must have B&W app and it’s Bluetooth settings to get a full understanding of its features.

So I experienced a few connection issues, unfamiliar with several features like touch controls, call control, voice assistant, and noise cancelation settings / operations. I feel that the noise cancellation works well ( once I understood the operational details/ settings) and even offers a passthrough mode that can be adjusted to your liking.

With a clear understanding provided that you go to the website or contact B&W technical support, the PI7 is a fantastic set of In-Ear headphones for those looking for a better audio experience $$$.

The Good Sound quality was very nice with these headphones. The highs and mids are clear with the lows being okay during my listening. There were a few times where it felt like I was listening to artists for the first time again.

They were a good balance between being warm and crisp. They work well for casually listening to music indoors, which is how I tested them. The ambient soundscapes were nice to listen to when I wanted to just sit down and zone out.

The Bad Like many people have said around the web, the app is not good and for the price of the headphones it should have been much better than it was. Out of the box they were a pain to connect to my phone and show up in the app.

After about an hour of trying to get them to connect I figured out to connect them just to my phone first, then to connect them through the app. From there it was smooth sailing till day 2 with them.

This started with them having a faint crackling sound in both of the earbuds that left a shocking sensation in my ear. I tried disconnecting them, putting the volume at 50%, and finally let the batteries die which resolved the issue.

After that I couldn’t replicate it on either of my phones. Final Notes While the headphones themselves are good, connecting them to the app on my phones everyday was a pain to do. Like some people have mentioned, there was some ear fatigue after wearing them for about 3 and a half hours.

Any longer than that and I had to give my ears an hour break in-between longer listening sessions. The touch controls were alright to use if a little tricky at first. I didn’t buy these for the active noise cancelling, but if that’s what you’re looking for, I wouldn’t recommend these.

Even with noise canceling all the way up, I could still hear things going on around me. It did muffle the noise, but I could still make out the words of my family members in the same room. After using them almost a week I finally decided to return because of the connectivity problems they gave me.

They are great headphones, but I couldn’t deal with them cutting in and out every now and then, and the app was way more trouble than the headphones were worth. That’s not to say they aren’t good, they just didn’t do it fore me.

I am a longstanding Bluetooth user with in-ear headphones. I first used the various Shure devices with Bluetooth adapters, then the Shure Bluetooth adapter and finally the TW1. this is just information as a foundation to my review of the PI7.

Bowers and Wilkins has been on my radar for some time as I also own the PX. Finally, I pulled the trigger on the PI7. There were on sale for $298 The sound is far superior to the Shure TW1 (with SE425).

this is my comparison as the Shure devices combined were $189 +$299. The Shure TW2 with SE215 is now about $239 but the sound quality is not as good as the PI7. Yes, I have the SE215 as well. The PI7 has better noise isolation.

active canceling. There is no leakage. The room just disappears. The sound is three dimensional in my head. Listening to Ray of Light (Madonna) gives a good range of music as that song has so much production, one can hear it all.

I was debating whether or not to hold out for the next version as the battery power might be better but bought it anyway. Not sure if I would have bought them for $399, but for $298, yes. Also note the case acts as a Bluetooth transmitter.

The volume needs to be pushed up a bit, but it still transmits. Good for flights. I already used one of these, but the combination means one less thing to carry.

Do not buy these headphones. I would give them four stars for sound quality, but I can’t in good conscience give them more than 1 star for comfort. A pair of earbuds should be heard, not felt [as if they are creating a rift straight to Hell through your ear canal].

Hi! I used to love Sennheiser. I buy their pro microphones, I’ve owned their over-ear studio headphones. I wanted to get a pair of noise cancelling earbuds that came with the Sennheiser sound quality, and they certainly delivered.

They provide noise cancelling, and the sound quality is magnificent given how small they are. But what I can’t stand is wearing them. I do not have small ears, I do not have delicate sensibilities, but I cannot wear these earbuds for more than 30 minutes without them beginning to ache.

After 45 minutes, they begin to hurt – both because of the plastic pressing against my upper ear and the silicone pressing against my inner ear. After an hour, the pain becomes excruciating. The 7 hour battery life is irrelevant, becauseI can’t wear them for more than two hours without being reminded that I wore them for at least a day afterward.

The earbuds come with multiple sizes, but in order for the noise cancelling mechanism to work, you need to wear a size that plugs your ear – a smaller bud causes less pain (though the pain never fully goes away), but eliminates the noise cancelling, which is the only reason you should spend so much on a pair of earbuds.

What I knew I wanted in earbuds was good sound quality and noise cancelling – what I didn’t know I needed was to be unaware that the earbuds are in my ears. These earbuds ensure that, even if they are more comfortable in your ears than they are in mine, that you will know they are there and you will need to adjust or ignore them every few minutes.

The return window with Best Buy is an insane 14 days – within that 14 days, I made an attempt to get used to the buds. I thought if I wore them once a day for an hour or so, my ears would adjust. That maybe I just wasn’t putting them in correctly.

But after moving and adjusting and changing and sitting with them there, for up to 4 hours at a time, I can verify that they will never be comfortable, and that Best Buy makes that return window incredibly small on purpose.

Sennheiser’s return window is 90 days – Amazon’s is around 30 days. When I tried to make a return with Best Buy around 16 days, I was laughed out of the store. I’m not saying don’t ever buy an electronic from Best Buy again, but I am saying that when you make a purchase on incredibly expensive device you intend to use for awhile, be wary of companies who do everything they can to pawn off their garbage on their customers with as little room for adjustment as possible.

I also contacted Sennheiser three times, through different channels, and received no response. I would advise never buying headphones from Sennheiser again – I do feel like I’ve been the guinea pig for a yet unfinished product, and it hurts quite a bit.

I have a collection of earbuds, which I suspect makes me like many of you. This includes multiple Jabra models, Jaybird Vista 2, Bose SoundSport, and assorted other brands. Nothing I own has the clarity of these Sennheisers.

The first is comfortable, although it does lag a bit behind the Jabra Elite 7 Pro,which are the most comfortable for my ear shape and size, The build quality is what you would expect from Sennheiser and at this price point – excellent.

Noise cancelling is not up to the Sony earbuds. In fact, while I can tell a difference with it on or off, if you simply asked me at a random time if ANC was on, I’d have to look at the app to be certain, The app is another so-so piece.

It offers a very basic equalizer, like a rental car, low, mid, high, and that’s it. Sennheiser, if you’re reading this, take a look at the aforementioned Jaybirds. Complete control and whatever frequencies you select and a community that creates sound images that are easy to download.

For some people, I suspect this would make all the difference. The final so-so part is the case. It’s relatively large and covered in fabric. This makes it harder to carry and clean. And that leads to the sound.

Clarity and range are excellent, and you can hear every detail. But, this also means that you’re likely to hear things you never noticed, like sibilance (that metallic “sss” on vocals), and this may drive you nuts.

They also have very bright highs, which can become physically tiring in a long sitting. While the bass is good, the silicone tips do not provide a solid enough seal to really capture the individual notes of a low bass or piano.

This is fixed (and the comfort improved) with a set of Comply foam tips. If you’re looking for that v-shaped sound that pop music is so fond of engineering toward, you’ll be immensely disappointed with these.

But, if you want clean, glorious sound, above all else, you’ll be very happy with these.

Such great earbuds with beautiful design and great sound quality. Most reason I like this earbuds is because no other products like momentum true wireless 2 have metal plate with razor logo on the outside.

It’s very minimal but also feels elegant. The sound quality is great. The overall sound is balanced but leans to dark. I wanna compare it with Bose Quietcomfort earbuds. The bass on Sennheiser one is deep and meaty.

The mids is natural, the highs is good but not as bright as Bose QC earbuds. Bose QC buds enhances sub-bass and highs. In addition Bose has more noticeable sub-bass, it sounds very pleasing but also muddier.

Sennheiser’s sub-bass is good too and it sounds very clean but not as noticeable as Bose’s which doesn’t mean Sennheiser has less good bass notes. I think the reason behind it is both earphone engineers tone the sound differently.

In my opinion Sennheiser tried to make the sound more balanced and accurate but still to please most consumers. Overall Bose has a modified sound signature which is very pleasing to me and Sennheiser has a more accurate sound signature.

If let me make a choice to pick one of them I would pick up Bose because Bose has way better app experience than Sennheiser. Noise cancellation is superb on Bose plus it has wireless charging. Sennheiser has Ok noise cancellation which doesn’t have much difference from when that feature is turned off.

I wish Sennheiser has aluminum charging case than its fabric because the fabric is easily to get dirty and I don’t understand why Sennheiser omits the wireless charging feature which most high-end earbuds have.
