20 Best Wraps For Diabetics (2022 Updated)

I bought these Mission Protein wraps in Food Bazaar in NY. I’m on low carb diet and decided to give them a try. Cut one wrap in half ( being skeptical about they low carb content) and ate it with roasted chicken, some mayo and hot peperoncino.

It was out-of-this-world amazing! Soft, supple, great tasting, with no weird aftertaste keto ‘breads’ usually leave. I’m sold on them. I’m going to keep them in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.

I can’t believe these aren’t viral on weight loss tiktok. They’re extremely high in fiber. Two of these babies with no other fiber in the day will exceed your fiber micros for the day. And they’re only 70 calories, low carbs, and a great source of protein as well.

I spray Orgain extra curing olive oil on both sides and pop them over the stove top. A nice treat and your guy microbiome will thank you.

These only have 3 net grams of carbs each, and they are so tasty. I like them better than the Mission Carb Balance tortillas (although those are good, too), and I like them better than any other brand of low carb tortillas.

The plant protein makes these even better. I use these instead of bread for sandwiches. The only improvement I can think of is to also make these in a smaller size in addition to these. My daughter and her family loves these, too.

These tortillas are just like any other soft whole-grain soft tortillas you’d find at a supermarket, in terms of texture and appearance. It’s actually hard to believe that they are super low in carbs.

My family members are all generally weary of anything ‘keto’, ‘low carb,’ or ‘high protein’ due to distinctive texture or flavour they tend to have. But my rather picky family – particularly my 14 year old did NOT taste any difference between Mr Tortilla Keto tortillas and those starchy regular tortillas! Now that I know they freeze well (they also have a pretty long shelf life in a fridge, btw), I will be stocking up on them.

Carbs and sugar can be so sneaky when one is watching his/her macro intake, and this tortilla is immensely helpful! I’m SO glad that I discovered this keto tortilla!.

These street taco-sized tortillas are amazing. Fill them with a protein, veggies, rice, etc. and enjoy a small taco. Or think outside the box and use them for 2-bite sandwiches — tuna or chicken salad, deli meats.

Whatever. They’re only 15 calories a tortilla and only 1 net carb. Crisp them up for chips or tornados. Endless possibilities!.

BEWARE! these are not Keto. They are a joke. They contain wheat and oat fiber. Reality: They are about 3 inches in diameter, which means they cannot wrap anything. 3 carbs each for a tiny bite. Plus, if they actually taste great might they be a very infrequent treat? Sorry but no.

Just an ordinary wheaty taste.

Nice idea for tortillas. I am not a shopper that shops for tortillas or eat them. i did what a change for grilled shrimp dinner. I looked over the whole area of tortillas at the grocer and decide on the cauliflower.

The texture of the cauliflower tortillas was too gummy texture feeling when chewing. It was not for me and the ingredients I don’t know either. I did like the size of the tortillas and how well they held up to folding.

The number of tortillas in package was good and the price I didn’t mine for it being made with cauliflower.

I find the cauliflower versions of most things to be slightly bland in the best of ways because they don’t overpower the foods you pair them with. THESE on the other hand are absolutely putrid. Nothing can overpower the strong stench or cover up the taste of rotting cauliflower that exudes from these tortillas.

The smell is reminiscent of wet farm animals and that is coming from someone who loves both cauliflower and most gluten free tortillas I have tried. Do yourself a favor and buy literally any other tortilla.

Gluten free wraps are VERY hit or miss- mostly misses though. This is the only wrap I’ll eat! They’re so good! They don’t crack when you wrap them, they’re soft without sticking to the roof of your mouth (like some others I’ve tried), and they actually taste good.

They do have an odd smell, but once you put your fillings inside you can’t really smell them anymore. I’ve already bought 3 packs within 5 days because I can’t get enough of them.

I had never ordered from this website before, nor ordered this brand, but I took a chance based on the reviews and ordered enough of these tortillas to fulfill the current $25 order minimum required during the COVID-19 crisis.

A little reckless maybe, but we’re in the middle of a pandemic, and I don’t want to go out of my way to one store just to look for my usual Carb Smart brand tortillas. Anyway, I am very happy with the Mama Lupe’s tortillas, and I will buy this brand from now on! They taste really good.

I thought they looked a little more brown than regular flour tortillas on the website, but they taste like a normal tortilla – they don’t have a strong wheat taste like whole wheat tortillas do. They also hold together well, like a regular flour tortilla, and better than the Carb Smart brand which tends to tear more easily under the weight of a lot of filling.

I was pleased also that they are HALF the net carbs of Carb Smart. I was concerned they would be a little small for burritos, and though they are a bit smaller than Carb Smart’s burrito-size large tortillas, these are still big enough for burritos (plus you get 10 tortillas instead of CS’s 8, so that evens out).

They also freeze well, and taste exactly the same once thawed, so purchasing several packs is no big deal. Netrition was easy to order from and my order arrived in 2 days, as promised. I was overall very happy with my order, and will order here again.

These tortillas are extremely dry, strange flavor, and will not be a repeat purchase. Based on other reviews we expected a better quality. I made chicken wraps for our lunches and while we ate them, they simply aren’t good.

I tried heating them in the microwave, not good. Heated in a skillet over low heat, no better. Others might like them but it’s a huge no from our family.

These are low carb and very easy to work with. I use these in place of a bun or bread since I am following a dirty keto diet. I use these for tacos, hamburger wraps, hotdog wraps, salad wraps, and generally anything that you want to eat where you generally use bread or buns.

They have a very soft texture and work well with anything. I sometimes just heat a couple up for 30 seconds in the microwave and eat for a low carb snack.

Hubby and I are trying to eat healthy and lower carbs. These tortillas are our favorite! A lot of them taste funky and these have no aftertaste or weird flavor! Tonight we used them to indulge in tacos.

Our other favorite is just simple peanut butter on them for a snack and our toddler loves it too!.

I love everything about these, the taste isn’t too strong and they are so easy to work with. I thought that they might have a seedy or bland flavor but they are amazing! I enjoy cooking them as week as having them cold with wraps.

They are a perfect tortilla for everything, with the low cal and high fiber it’s something that i don’t have to worry about when tracking my calories. 10/10 would 1000% recommend to everyone!!!.

If you’re a low-carber as am I, then you know that many if not most of these low-carb wraps have a horrible texture. They’re kinda like flesh *shudder*. But this new “Extreme” line by Ole has mastered that issue quite handily! These are great tasting and don’t spike my blood glucose.

They constantly run out of stock, so don’t y’all go buyin’ every single package at the store now, y’heah?.

Started buying these when I had gestational diabetes. They didn’t spike my sugar, and they were low carb enough that I could even use them to make snacks. You can use them for sandwich wraps, or pizza wraps.

These were a life saver. They taste so amazing that I still buy these instead of the regular flour tortillas.

These used to be my absolute favorite for wraps, burritos, fajitas, etc. They were even perfect for my diabetic husband. The “new great taste” is GROSS. They are sweet now. Who wants a sweet tortilla? Please change them back.

About 5 months ago, my husband was diagnosed with diabetes. Since then we tried several low carb options. We are happy to have noticed the La Banderita Carb Counter Whole Wheat Wrap Tortillas. These are tasty, very soft and hold strong whatever is stuffed in the wrap.

The price in Target is cheaper than buying elsewhere.

These are by far the best tasting low carb wraps ever! They have an amazing taste, and you wouldn’t even know they are low carb & low calorie. They hold together very well for being low carb. My only wish is that my local Target(s) would carry them.

Have to buy at other grocery stores or order online!! We can’t go without these for our wraps! They are delicious!! Please carry in-store!.

I like these tortillas for meal prep. They hold up fairly well. They have a good deal of fiber, which I find a great attribute. They’re also fairly low carb. The only thing I’d change about these is I’d make them just a little larger.

Sometimes the small tortillas are hold to roll.

I used on my hand and wrist as I was able make the wrap tighter on my wrist and limit movement the Velcro part of the wrap actually helped stiffen or limit the wrists movement. I would recommend this as another Incrediwear item in your tool bag for recovery.

I already have many Incrediwear items knee,ankle,glove,shoulder and back.

I had surgery on my wrist. It always still bothered me when I lifted even when I wrapped it. When I used the incrediwear wrap it stopped the discomfort. That’s all you can ask of any product.

Awesome product! This and the Shoulder wrap made a huge difference in the inflammation of my shoulder and upper arm. I have a tear in my rotator cuff and this really helps!

I was reluctant at first to try these after only eating low carb wraps. But I’m so grateful I gave them a try. So delicious and nutritious and not worth depriving myself with wraps that have far too many “extra” ingredients! That was the main reason I chose to switch.

I love the ingredient list and nutrition profile of these wraps. Like some of the other reviews, I think these are a bit small; but also surprisingly satisfying still. And who says one can’t have more than one at a meal?! I’ve only tried the original flavor so far, but purchased all flavors and put them in the freezer.

I’ll preface this with saying. we’ve tried a lot of tortillas and wraps for everything from breakfast burritos to roll ups. My husband found these while traveling for work. He’s not exactly health-conscious and doesn’t gravitate towards healthy tasting things but raved about these.

I finally tried them and wow. I’m blown away. The smell, the taste, the texture, the ingredients. Such a perfect combination and I’m writing this review to personally beg the company to never change a thing.

We love are taco night we will gat all are ingredients to gather and eat. Mmm I love tacos. To eat good Quality taco Wraps is very nice. Taste is very good! My mom would love if you Angelic Bakehouse would sale sprouted popcorn.

Wow that would be something we would probably get a lot of. It’s hard to find sprouted popcorn these days. My mom loves her movie nights. If you have never tried sprouted pop corn wow this needs to be on your bucket list.

These Mission Spinach Wraps are great to use when making roll ups. Spread cream cheese on the tortilla, layer your favorite deli meat, cheese and lettuce and roll it into a log shape. Cut it into 1 inch pieces.

It’s an easy lunch or snack and kids love them! The spinach wraps not only add a bit more flavor and nutrition but they also add color to your plate! Highly recommend these Mission Spinach Wraps.

I thought these looked like a tasty and yummy option! Unfortunately, I did not look at the ingredients until after purchase and was pretty shocked to see yellow and blue dye used. The packaging has in large letters “No Artificial Flavors,” which shame on me, had me assuming probably no dyes or colors as well.

Since these are meant as “healthy wraps,” it seems a bit counterintuitive to have artificial dyes in them.

I bought these wraps to make breakfast burritos, burritos and turkey wraps, which we all love! We always buy Olé, however Kroger did not have that brand this past Friday. We found Mission wraps dry, harder to work with than Olé, when folding into a burrito, would split easily in the middle.

We have never had these issues with Olé, not to mention to price for 8 wraps with Olé is $3. 00+ and has 11 grams of fiber, where as the Mission wraps are $4. 99 for 6 wraps with only 6 grams of fiber in one tortilla.

We will only buy Olé from this point forward, unless Mission makes changes to their wraps.

I have not been able to wear anything on my right leg. The three latest falls have been awful. They all happened pretty close together. I especially concerned about my right leg. I hit my head on the bedside and a exposed place at the foot of my bed where the foot board would not go on because of the big frame for the lifter for raising the bed at the feet and head and cut a huge piece out of the leg that they had to stitch up the inside as well as outside and cover them with steri strips to cover the stiches.

my leg took another beating the other night. Now I am worried about the veinous statis ulcer that I got in 2013. Thank heaven the doctorknew what was happening and got the outside nurses group to come and wrap it everyday.

On top of the ulcer which hasn’t changed too much lately, The rest of th leg is very swollen and I can’t put the wrap on over it. I try to keep the left one wrapped, but my knee is giving me a fit. My surgeon, the best anywhere retired as did my rheumatologist.

They are the only ones I ever had. I do not want to get into my new wraps and the velcro you sent is useless. I wish I knew why they designed something that wouldn’t work. these people over here still call them “tet” hose.

I just tried to take two steps without my walker and I couldn’t do it. I had 4 staples in my head. My head and neck hurts a lot. I am so far behind in everything. I don’t rest enough. I have a nurse come in or one of the med techs called her in.

She wrapped it up good but it wouldn’t hold. This nurse cleaned up the sterie stripes. Most had come loose and looked gross. I am afraid my legs are not going to be right againl I m afraid of having y left knee replaced.

Hopefully it is something that my right knee with all the mess it is in. it’s more on the inside of the leg but it put a big knot and lots of discolored skin. My left side was almost useless, now my right side is.

Bryan did not want me to get my car fixed but I am a good driver with a good record. I do not know anything else to tell you. Did you have anyone to ask what those velcro things were for. Why did they call them belonging to Farrow? Now I have them stuck innnnnnnnna drawer with three pieces i cut and they stick on one side but will not connect with another.

I deleted the part about receiving the ads on products. do not need them s I know what I wear. I have no room to put anything now. I ma have 3 pair with the box they are in full and two wraps lying on top.

I do not believe I can wear them for a long tie with the awful knot that is on the inside of right leg. It’s 1:00 in the morning and I can’t get to bed when I should and feel awful in the morning and usually eat breakfast when everyone else is eating lunch.

Terrible customer service. Constant delays with no explanation on delivery dates. After weeks I demanded a refund. They refused to give me a refund. Then shipped the wraps to me after multiple calls and demanding a refund 2 months later.

The wraps go around my very large legs. The wide separate order of Jobst compression hose do not. So thrilled they fit, but they don’t stay up more then 1 hour. Might be from my legs losing fluid so they are doing the job.

Legs are defiantly smaller and lost fluid if I sleep in them. But not good for walking around, they slip down as your legs shrink from fluid lost. Yes, I recommend the wraps, but overpriced and not from this company.

these brand new wraps will not stay put. Using the stockings that came with them, both slip down my legs almost withing 10 minutes of wrapping. I have to rewrap at least 10 times a day and more if I am walking any distance.

I’ve been using Farrow Wraps for more than three years and these are basically useless. I haven’t gained or lost weight so that can’t be a factor. I need compression for many reasons: OH, DVT prevention, blood flow.

Why don’t these work?.
