20 Best Wraps For Lunch (2022 Updated)

We really liked the idea of these beeswax wraps and were happy to find that they work well. Definitely they cut down on plastic containers for our family’s packed lunches, and they are lighter and take up less space.

(They also get attention at my kids’ schools, where people have asked what they are, how they work, and where my kids got them!) The only downside is that they need very gentle care in washing or they get wrecked.

I would stress that beeswax wraps need to be hand-washed with cool/cold water only. If you use hot water, the beeswax starts to flake and come off, and then the wrap is no longer useable. (We learned this by trial and error, although using cool water is definitely mentioned in the instructions that come with the product.

). If there is a way to reseal them after they start to flake, that would be great to know!.

I love the product. The concept, the quality, the easy to use, they are perfect. However, I hope the manufacturer can seriously review the product sizes even that may result in a higher price. Here is why I say this.

There are 3 sheets inside but mostly only 1 of them is truly useful (the sandwich wrap). The other 2 medium sheets are not too small but also not big enough to wrap another sandwich with. So it is kind of making the 3 sheets you bought results in only 1 piece being useful.

I need to find other alternatives or creative ways to use the other 2 medium ones. My take is I would rather pay slightly more to have all 3 pieces useful. Hope they take this comment seriously.

For me, this is a feel good product that can be used over and over — saves money on plastic wrap and less plastic wrap to throw away. I have lots of different sizes, and find the medium and large used most often.

I especially like using it to wrap hard cheeses. The sandwich wraps are perfect for taking them on a picnic or sending them to school in your child’s lunch, and when opened, the wrap becomes the perfect placemat, large enough to accommodate all the items included in the meal.

Cleaning instructions are easy to follow — wipe with cold water and a little dish soap, rinse with cold water, and hang to dry, which doesn’t take long. I highly recommend this product and hope you give them a try.

I bought a pack that had multiple sizes and ended up buying more of just the sandwich sized wraps for my kids’ lunches for school. They save me a lot of money by not having to buy bags all the time and they’re super easy to wash and take care of.

They seal well and I like them not having to throw plastic bags away every day. A win all around :).

I always felt guilty for wrapping my husband sandwich in plastic every day and throwing it away so this sandwich wrapper is an amazing alternative! He has no complaints. Its a perfect size. I have purchased other sizes too.

I love the biggest one for my sourdough and challah breads. No more wasting plastic bags for those.

Bought the large sandwich with tie Bee’s Wrap specifically for carrying pre-grilled tortilla’s and nan backpacking. This eliminated the plastic packaging or any shrink wrap or foil. The warm breads helped form the Bee’s Wrap, and we enjoyed them with our re-hydrated camp meals.

Foil can be folded and carried with inside the Bee’s Warp to later warm the breads on the coals if fires are allowed. Less trash means less to carry out when backpacking.

Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Flour Tortillas are so delicious I actually prefer the texture of them because the softness allows it to stretch easier! I initially bought them for a healthy alternative to flour tortillas which were being eaten daily, and now.

I genuinely love the taste, texture, and how it cooks on a pan while staying soft in the middle! The nutritional stats are amazing too! There are under 50 calories, approx. 4grams of protein, although I wish there were less sodium, the large ones have about 300mg, but I could be wrong.

I JUST threw out my last package, but I buy these ALL THE TIME, so I’ll have pictures ASAP as soon as I go shopping!! I love to cook egg whites, turkey bacon, add them into the Mission Carb Balance Burrito Soft Taco Flour Tortilla, add a little pico de Gallo, fresh cilantro (if on hand), and wrap it like a 🌯 burrito.

Then sear this on a pan sprayed with a cooking oil spray on each side, carefully or char it in a microwave oven if you like charred lines. Delicious!! This is high in protein, so I love to add some sliced 🥑 avocado to make this a balanced snack or meal! I even make extra of these burritos, wrap in foil or put in tupperware for a healthy, delicious meal prep in the fridge for the week! Another go to, is using these for an innovative burrito filled w/ brown rice, avocado, your choice of protein (lean steak, chicken, tofu, fish, ANYTHING u like to cook safely), add in 🥑 avocado, seared sweet potato 🍠, get creative, season it with lime juice, garlic, add in black beans, salsa! The best part of these Tortillas is their texture is very stretchy.

I love these and now would genuinely choose these Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Flour Tortillas over the regular flour tortillas at a store because the regular flour tortillas make me feel weighed down and the texture isn’t as soft as this! I recommend these to Everyone! They’re really delicious can be used for so many things! Ask me if you need nutritionally balanced meal or snack ideas or meal prep ideas using these, I even use them in triangles for a deconstructed burrito 🌯 bowl at home that comes out so delicious with so many foods you may have sitting in your fridge already! It’s a great way of utilizing leftovers or foods that you made too much of by mistake.

These are so easy to do! I take shredded chicken mix it with Mexican refried beans, shredded Mexican cheese, some jalapenos and shredded lettuce wrap them cover them in moist paper towel and throw them in the microwave for a minute.

Absolutely delicious as a snack or a meal. The tortillas themselves are so soft and pillowy, they don’t break apart, they don’t get stale quickly because honestly they don’t last in my house long enough to do so, I also like using them for tacos, We have several little toy breed dogs in our home and these are one of the favorite everyday treat, let me correct myself, the favorite everyday treat.

They’re the perfect size for small breeds and are easy for them to chew. They don’t have many calories so they can have several a day and they’re not messy. They’ve been making them for over 100 years and milk bone is a brand that I can trust.

I like that they’re nice and crunchy because they help clean the tartar off of the dog’s teeth which helps keep those teeth in the mouth and not pulled. I definitely recommend these in any size depending on your breed of dog.

baked enchiladas in the oven, for taco salad. They’re just so versatile and tasty! In fact they’re fantastic for just a wrap sandwich. I can’t recommend this brand enough because I have found it to be the most flavorful and soft.

So today I just purchased the carb balance spinach wrap. When I got home I started reading the nutrition label and realize that there’s NO WAY that one tortilla has 60 cal. Based on the simple nutritional fact that there’s 9 calories per gram of fat, 4 calories per grams of carbohydrates and 4 calories per gram of protein.

When I added up and take 3 1/2 g of fat times nine, 18 g of carbohydrates times four and 6 g of protein times for that totals 127. 5 calories. So perhaps they meant to say in half a tortilla and not a full one.

Otherwise the labels totally misrepresentative. Even if they in accurately calculated it based on the total carbohydrates it’s still not 60 cal per tortilla that would reduce the carb calorie count to 67.

5 calories per wrap. But I have never seen where calories didn’t include the full carbohydrate count, so I’m wondering what’s up??.

These tortillas are healthy & delicious!! No sucralose or other bad artificial sweeteners, this tortilla is delicious as a taco with veggie chicken strips with Mayo, lettuce , tomato and dill pickle! Like a delish sandwich without the carbs! I use mostly the 6” tortillas for nopalita & egg tacos with lettuce, avocado & pecorino cheese with fresh mango salsa! These tortillas tend to sell out quickly because they’re better than the mission brand that cost more!! I will buy 2 or more packages to make sure I don’t run out right away since this is a great part of my diet!!.

These are great wraps. I tried the 8″ original and was quite surprised that such a thin wrap held up to my 3 egg filling. I was in a hurry so I put the whole filled tortilla in microwave for 20 seconds.

Was soft and lovely. Personally, I love the fact that it’s now August 21st and they’re dated into October! Living alone it’s very hard to keep most bread products around for more than a week. Some exceptions.

They didn’t “split” like some lower carb pita/tortilla options. I read reviews and was shocked about folks saying too little, too hard and nasty smell or taste. These aren’t for piggies to make huge burritos lol.

Yes, I’m a little piggy too that is changing her ways. I feel ya. But the off taste is the olive oil instead of unhealthy fats or lard which we ALL love in a great homemade tortilla! At 64 I was given the blood test results saying pre- diabetes and higher than optimal cholesterol.

These are a godsend! Lower glycemic index, 4 net carbs (after appropriately calculations). Before saying the company is lying, you might want to educate yourself first or you run the risk of looking like a fool.

I highly recommend and can’t wait until I can buy tomato basil at a normal price. Spinach, why not?.

I use these for burritos, pinwheels, wraps, everything. I did eat the spinach ones, but switched to these. I love how low calorie they are. You can have 2-3 of them for the same amount of calories as 1 normal tortilla (depending on what brand you normally use.

) The only thing I don’t like is the price, I wish they were cheaper, or at least that you got more in a package for the price you pay. I’m still going to buy them though, they are the lowest calorie option at my Walmart, and taste way better than the other low calorie tortillas.

I bought the lunch pack to get a variety of sizes to use for gifts. I have all those sizes already but have not used the smaller ones very often. I am making a point to use them when possible, over small bowls/cans/lemon halves/custard cups, etc.

Fun and good to know that I am using plastic less often. I don’t buy plastic wrap, but re-use bread bags etc. Still good to stop putting all our leftovers in it as a first resort. Love this stuff and all recipients have been more than glad to start a collection or add to their own collection.

I like the idea of using older Bees wrap as a fire starter! Good to know as summer gets going soon!.

I started using these about 4 years ago and wouldn’t be without them. I use them for every thing except meat as Bee’s Wrap says. While some have commented they don’t last so long, I’m still using ones I bought 3 years ago, and I use them all the time.

Like anything else, take good care of them and they will serve you well. They don’t need to be scrubbed. I wipe them gently with a wrung out soapy dish sponge and then rinse them well with cool water, pat dry with a dish towel and hang over something to completely dry before putting away.

Only thing I would suggest is to cover the cut side of avocado with a small piece of waxed paper before wrapping in your Wrap as they do stain the Wrap a bit.

but I’ve only had a chance to use the larger bag a couple times. The reason I stopped is because after a few days of using their lunch wrap the coating began to pill and wear away despite following the care instructions.

I contacted Bee’s Wrap about this nearly two weeks ago to see if I could get a partial refund but haven’t heard back yet.

The Carb Balance tortillas are a wonderful product and I have used them for several years. When I first started using them, they were 10 inches in diameter. The last few purchases (orders made online), the tortillas were 8 inches in diameter at approximately the same price as the 10″ ones; two sizes were not available for choices.

I may have missed it, but I have seen nothing to alert consumers to the size difference. Why are the 10″ Carb Balance tortillas no longer available for consumer purchase? Why is there no pricing adjustment relative to the size? I found no diameter data on the packaging.

Because of the reduction in size with no pricing adjustment and the lack of consumer information re the reduced size and pricing, I am lowering the Value Rating. Also FYI, one of the large grocers still has the nutrition label for the 10″ size on its web site through Ibotta even though the product description states the size as 8″.

I’ve been getting Sante Fe Tortilla Wraps for 11 years at Sam’s. They are great. However, the last time I was there I bought two packs assuming they were the same as before and that the price on the shelf was $5.

48 which was the same as before, but when I checked out the price came up to $6. 64. I thought there was a mistake and went to cust. service and they checked the computer and the price was what I was charged.

But the price on the shelf, I said was $5. 48. So they said that was in error but they did refund the price difference. When I got home I noticed that instead of the usual 20 tortillas there are now only 16.

So a 20% price increase and a 20% reduction in the quanity equates to a 51% increase in price per tortilla. And this is on top of a 12% increase a few months ago on the 20 packs. The package now says probiotic on it but I see no difference in them otherwise.

The old recipe used to have “whole wheat flour” as the first ingredient. The new recipe has “enriched whole wheat flour”as it’s first ingredient. In other words it now has bleached white flour as it’s first ingredient! It gets its fiber by adding it in later and things to make it look like it’s real whole grain.

On the back it says “100% whole grain. “This is deceptive and a downright lie and they need to change it ASAP. This used to be a wonderful product but they changed it to colored white flour with added fiber basically.

Time to look for a real whole grain tortilla now. Bummer.

Used to get #20 for $4. 48 just over a year ago. Three months ago, $5. 48. Now you get #16 (not 20) for $6. 64. Nothing like paying 45% more for 20% less? And for what? Some yogurt bacteria added in as probiotics? These are TORTILLAS, not expensive ingredient-containing foods.

Companies are using “inflation” as an excuse for incredible price increases. Sam’s has bargaining power. USE IT!.

These are absolutely 💯!! Great size, nutritionally sound, tonight of fiber, zero carb, low fat, good source of protein, and lower in sodium than several other low carb options. Please keep these! They’re a wonderful marketing product to have in stock.

They are scarce!!.

First, these are zero NET carbs. I’ve been buying mama lupe’s low carb tortillas for many years so I thought I’d give these a try. So glad I did. Even though they have a few more total carbs and cost a bit more, I will be buying these from now on.

They taste much more like a regular wheat tortilla than the low carb version does. I’m sold!.

I just purchased these today and went to have one and the tortilla’s were so stucked together I had a hard time getting them apart. I tried microwaving but no change then put in the refriderator for a few hours.

Still hard to get apart but I was able to salvage some. The product taste great they just need to fix this issue.

I am diabetic and for many years I couldn’t eat regular flour or corn tortillas when I made my TexMex tacos and fajitas. I have tried a few times trying to make my own almond tortillas, but with no success.

I was in Kroger purchasing flour tortillas for guests and saw these, Almond Tortillas. What a game changer! I can eat tortillas! Oh my are they good!! (providing you can have nut foods) I make tacos, wraps, etc.

I have noticed that the tortilla made for tacos tend to tear but I am okay with that. probably tears because I overload my taco with all the goodness.

As someone who can’t eat wheat or eggs, when I got diagnosed with Long Covid a lot of my reality and way of living changed. I can’t cook much, but my god these tortillas with cheese and ham are amazing.

Toast it and it tastes just like a hot pocket, only it’s 10x better and actually filling. Quick and easy to use, not only has this been my go to during but it really aids the cooking process for a healthy meal.

On an elimination diet, and craving something “bread like”. These taste amazing, with similar taste and texture to normal tortillas. Only issue is the price is absurd. Almost $1 each is just really crazy.

Alright! I love these “healthy” tortillas! The texture and taste are amazing! Normally, I am a corn tortilla, full-fat, full-carb kind of gal, however I LOVE these tortillas. They are way better than I expected.

They are high in fiber and low in net carbs. We use them to make pizzas, wraps, quesadillas, burritos, chips, etc. Definitely recommend!.

I’ve been keto for the past 3 years and I have tried every low carb/keto friendly tortilla out there. These La Banderita® Carb Counters are hands down the very best and closest to a regular flour tortilla you will find! Other brands have a nasty after taste or the texture of dried cardboard.

La Banderita torts are super soft and pliable and can be used for so many keto friendly creations. PLEASE BRING THEM INTO THE CLUBS or at least have them available for shipping. They are super hard to find in my area.

I couldn’t do keto without them! Buy in bulk and throw them in the freezer. They defrost perfectly and it doesn’t alter their taste or texture after cooking, either.

I always have 2-3 packs of this at my house at one time. They are soft and pliable even before you toast them up. I like to fill mine in the morning with some eggs, cheese, and hot sauce. (I am big into making sure I hit my macros for the day since I am lifting weights) I find these hold together A LOT better than and other low carb tortillas I find.

They also have great fiber in them (yes that is important to keep things moving lol) My family enjoys these as well, were as I had to always get the regular flour ones for them and low carb for me. I would recommend these to anyone who needs something quick to do wraps and are looking to keep their carbs lower.

I live a ketogenic lifestyle and I’ve tried so many low carb tortillas only to be disappointed. These are, by far, the best tortillas I have had!! You’ll notice right away the super soft and tender texture.

Unlike other low carb tortillas, these are not dry, hard to fold or have a cardboard taste. I wish I had found these sooner. Sadly, my local store does not carry these. I discovered them while on vacation and they stayed fresh while we were in the car and using for lunches.

At home, they bake up beautifully in my enchilada, burrito and even casserole recipes. Wished our local store would discontinue some of the unedible brands they now carry and replace with these. It is a night and day difference in taste, texture and quality.

I did not even know this product existed. I am totally impressed. I wrapped my meat products to put in the freezer quickly and efficiently. I also did not have to use plastic containers because I could wrap the meat and put it right in, saving room to freeze more products.

Been using Glad Freezer Wrap for years, then suddenly, the stores did not supply. Found this on line and was hoping it was the same. Turned out the packaging box was designed differently. Same great product and will definitely buy more.

If I could give this product zero stars I would have. What a waste of money. The wrap tears and rips while you a trying to wrap your food. It does not stick to itself (or anything else!) and does not seal food well.

Not to mention, the blue color of the wrap gives the meats you are wrapping a horrible color – like rotted meat. I’m sorry I purchased this product and will never buy it again. Without knowing I had purchased this product, a friend and I were talking and she said she purchased it and warned me not to ever buy it so I know my thoughts are similar to other peoples.

The Onya sandwich wrap is double thickness so very durable, and made from recycled plastic that wipes off easily and does not hold smells. What I am most relieved and excited by is that it can wrap around all sizes and shapes.

The food is kept fresh and is held together for easy eating, brilliant! I have had beeswax sandwich covers that are around the same price, but are designed only for small loaf sizes (and they were made in India not Australia).

These beeswax covers are fiddly to clean and hold smell (I still cannot get the smell of cheese out of one after 20 plus bicarb and vinegar washes with soap. ) For easy cleaning, value for money Australian product and versatile sandwich wraps I highly recommend the Onya Reusable Sandwich Wrap.

My daughter lives this wrap for her lunch – beautiful quality and easy to wipe/clean. The Velcro makes it easy for small fingers and it folds perfectly no matter what is inside. Highly recommend.

The Light Wrap is perfect for when I just want to put my lunchbox in my purse/bag to take to work. It’s not bulky but protects my lunchbox from getting scratched and the contents of my purse/bag from coming in contact with any possible leakage.

It’s not insulated, but it fits my needs as I place my lunchbox in the fridge at work.

My family loves the light wraps. My kids prefer them to the case because they take up less room in their backpacks. I wish these were available in more colors. The colors now don’t really appeal to my kids so we often improvise with pretty fabrics from my sewing scraps.

It would be awesome if a pattern was available to make your own. Overall, great product!.

This is a good option to carry the lunch plates. I am not a fan of the other bags. It has a reinforced thick base. I wish it was made of cotton for absorbency, and sustainability. I bought both patterns, the koi is pretty!.

This thing is absolutely amazing! My wife bought them a few weeks ago and they sat in the freezer for a bit. I finally got around to trying one. The wheat wrap makes it look very unappealing but oh boy! About 30 second in the microwave, flip it, 30 more.

The cheesy-egg will burst through the wrap and you know it’s done! Let it rest for a minute or two and an absolute taste explosion will erupt in you mouth! I’m going to pick up a few more boxes this week and maybe try some of the other flavors.

I bought the Jimmy Dean Spinach & Bacon wraps to try something different at breakfast. As I’m getting older, I’m finding that I don’t want the old-timey breakfast that I grew up having. I can’t handle all the grease anymore.

These wraps are delicious! The flavors of the ingredients just go together so well. I have two wishes. I wish they were bigger(they are so good, I’m disappointed when I’m finished) and I wish for a box that has more than 4.

I don’t always allow myself enough time in the mornings to make a fresh breakfast to bring to work and I have purchased and tried enough frozen/microwavable breakfast food products to compare, and this has got to be the best by far! It takes less than 2 minutes in the microwave, and the flavor is true to taste, very satisfying, filling, and flavorful! There are 4 per box, and I try to buy 2 boxes at a time because sometimes they are hard to find, which says a lot about how good they are! Compared to the typical “breakfast sandwiches” that are frozen, these wraps are the only that I would recommend because they are not your “typical” breakfast frozen food! I would say that they are affordable for the convenience, about $1.
