The new Van Heusen slim fit flex button-down shirt provides great comfort and styling. I’m a big fan of the sleek cut of this shirt. It fits very nicely and looks sharp with a pair of jeans or dress pants.

The slim fit also works great underneath a nice sweater. The flex 3x comfort performance gives an added layer of agility to this shirt. I really appreciate the flex collar and flex arm holes, which provide a bit more comfort in these typical tough areas on a dress shirt.

The only thing I wish was improved was the buttons. They are shinny black plastic and give the shirt a bit of a cheap appearance. Other than that, it’s a good fit and provides great comfort.

I was really excited to get my white Slim Fit Long Sleeve Button-Down Shirt for Men. I love to wear white Button-Down shirts under my suit jacket. I like to be traditional when it comes to wearing a suit and when I have to attend a job interview or something more traditional, I’ll wear a white Button Down.

The shirt fit well, it’s made a good material, and it’s a nice bright white color. I would be interested to see if this is available in other colors! The shirt was very comfortable to wear, and my tie fits into the collar well.

I’m a slim guy but usually don’t get slim fitting shirts because I’m afraid I won’t have enough room in it. However, this one proved my theory wrong. It fit me perfectly and was true to size. I ordered the normal size I would get in any other dress shirt.

The material was a nice weight and thickness. It washes up nicely and as long as it gets removed right away from the dryer, there really is no wrinkling. There has not been any shrinkage with it either.

Sleeve length and neck size were true to size also. Would definitely purchase more. I wear this every week as I’m required to wear white shirts for work every day and it’s held up great!.

I have been wearing the UltraClub denim shirts for some time, the best denim shirt I have ever worn. When I decided to purchase some colored shirts I was pleased to find UltraClub also made them in color and the same style as my favorite denim shirts.

I love these shirts. I previously bought them from Amazon but their pricing got too wacky. I’m a big guy and the 2XL’s fit great. They clean well and iron easily.

When I found these shirt (pinpoint & classic oxford) for my husband whoopee we can cut our dry cleaning bill! My husband wears dress shirts 5 days a week. I can not guess how many of these we have bought over the many years since we found them, and he rotates his shirts so the same ones don’t get worn all the time (he also only wears them once and they go in the laundry).

We do know fabric does wear out and when the crease in the collar started wearing and the cuff started wearing did not think to much about it, maybe the cuff is wearing on “my watch” but could not come up with an excuse for the collar fold in the back.

It just seemed like I was starting to replace more and more shirts, the button area around the button down collar, crease in the sleeves along with the cuffs and the collars, at one time we had a seamstress that could flip the collars to get more wear out of them but she retired.

At one point I started complaining Bean replaced a few of the shirts and one day was told they no longer have the lifetime warranty but only a year, how was I to know when I purchased the shirt, call your CS and have them look it up? Almost all were white with a few blue ones, they all look alike.

After reading all these reviews and seeing the same problems that we have I can not blame my husband for wearing out his shirts it seems to be a quality control problem. What I do know is he has a closet of frayed shirts.

Do you want them back to replace them for him? I was going to order a couple for his birthday at the end of the year but now I am rethinking that idea.

I have been buying my husband’s dress shirts exclusively from LLBean for over 25 years. Over the past 2 or more years, each and every shirt has self-destructed: tiny holes around the collar, frayed cuffs, a sudden tear at the crease in the sleeve.

I emailed customer service and was told that if the shirts weren’t recently purchased, nothing could be done. I was told to bring the shirts in to my local LLBean and see what they might be able to do for me.

So, I brought 5 different self-destructed shirts to my local LLBean, and was thoroughly rebuffed and told this was “normal wear and tear. ” Seriously? I don’t think this sort of fabric breakdown is “normal.

” Looking through the reviews online, it looks like I’m not the only one dealing with this problem. I’ve been such a loyal LLBean customer all these years – but now I’m not only feeling LLBean’s lack of loyalty, but I’m also loathe to buy any more shirts of your shirts ever again.

Overall, this seems like a great shirt. It fits nice, it looks good, and is wrinkle free. There is a catch though. The problem is that the shirt pocket has a design flaw. I have gone through quite a few of these shirts over the years because the bottom of the pocket gradually splits along the inside, and whatever I had in there ends up in my shirt at my belt line.

I have had way too many shirts fail this way. It doesn’t take very long either. I expect a shirt to wear gradually over a long period of time. Long ago, I have had other shirts that I wore regularly that lasted so long people would tell me they could see through the shirts.

These shirts die quickly when they go. I purchased 6 of this style shirt over the past several years and I have 2 left. These shirts do not get old and gray. I contacted customer service about this issue and was underwhelmed with their willingness to help.

I like LL Bean, but won’t buy tis shirt again.

It appears that Bass Pro Shops has heard our outcrys regarding the poor quality of the Red Head easy care shirts. The two I recently purchased had two buttons on each sleeve cuff and the material seems to be of a much better quality than previous Red Head shirts, but still not the quality of the original Cabela’s easy care.

Have not washed them yet, so I can’t comment on how they wash and look after drying. Size seems to be appropiate. More will be revealed. I think they are on the right track, time will tell.

I just received my RedHead Wrinkle-Free shirt today. I immediately tried it on to see how it fit. Success!! I’ve finally found a shirt that fits exactly like it’s supposed to. I wear a 3XL and in the past, 3X shirts that I’ve ordered from other companies are way too small.

I am so pleased. This shirt looks great, fits great, and it’s soft and comfortable.

So far these are the best that BPS has offered. Cabela’s always had top shelf shirts. Perfect fit washed well and held up great. I still have some and they are as good as when I bought them. It would benefit BPS to re contract the company who used to make Cabela’s dress shirts, winter [ long sleeve } and summer [ short sleeve ].

I used to rush home to remove my white dress shirts after a work conference session or church. Not anymore. I love my &Collar shirt way too much. I haven’t worn another white dress shirt since I got it, and I’m never going back.

It’s very comfortable and breathable. I got one because I lead church music for children every Sunday, which involves a lot of movement and games. I would be super uncomfortable and usually have some sweat (it’s a small room), and it would just make the dress shirts feel worse.

With &Collar, I barely break a sweat and my shirt doesn’t stick or anything like it. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the shirt is not ink-stain resistant, and there isn’t really a solution if you get an ink stain.

I bought an ink stain remover for normal shirts after messaging &Collar on Facebook and learning that they don’t have any solutions other than some homemade mixtures, which I applied but didn’t totally work.

The stain is more faded now, but still present. It’d be great if they created a cleaning solution you could buy for the stains that it’s not resistant to.

This is a great dress shirt. And yes, I poured water on my husband’s arm to check its claim to being resistant. It was fun to watch the water bead and roll off the shirt. We were also impressed with the lightweight quality of the fabric; we recently moved to a humid area and are hoping this shirt holds up well to that! The true test of its breathability will come in a few months when the weather heats up.

I tossed the shirt in the dryer when I first opened the packaging and the creases came out pretty well. However, I don’t think my husband hung it up after wearing it for pictures and it needed another dryer run for church the next day.

And while I would have preferred that he put his shirt away after wearing it for 5 minutes, I was also hoping it wouldn’t wrinkle right up if casually folded instead of hung. Overall, I think we’re pleased with the purchase and will be back! Oh, I’m also glad I checked the measurements and fit before I ordered.

When I went with those instead of the usual small, medium, and large portions, I got a better fitting shirt.

Bought one shirt and it was great. The shirt is extremely thin, breathable and comfortable. However its so thin you NEED to wear an undershirt which is fine but kind of detracts from the point of being thin and breathable if you need to wear two shirts.

Quality control seems to be an issue however. I ordered a second shirt since I liked the first one so much but was disappointed. The second shirt I ordered was a different shade of white (first one was like a cool white and the second shirt was more of a warm white shade).

The collar was also noticeably different. The collar on the second shirt I ordered has a huge spread between the base of the collar points, and the points themselves were also shorter. This is fine for a casual setting without a tie but there’s no way I’m wearing this shirt with a tie.

Both shirts are still great. They’re both comfortable, just surprised at the differences between the two shirts ordered less than two weeks apart. Would recommend to a friend.

I ordered these to use for personal use. I had purchased a lot of subs that I wanted to put on shirts. I do not care for being able to see through a shirt (for example a light colored like white shirt that you can see straight thru it) and it is recommended to use light colors for subs.

These worked great for that purpose. They are light enough to put a sub on and yet you can not see thru them. They worked perfect for me. Great quality shirt, washes/dries well, fits well too. I will purchase again!!.

I miss when Walmart carried these type of shirts in the store and for half the price. Their new shirts aren’t the same material or quality. I purchased this same shirt from various places and this is the only one that fit well.

Miss the expandable button on the neck of the old brand, but otherwise really was comfortable. Will order more.

I’m not very good at fashion, so dressing up for work is hard for me. I basically have this shirt in every color, including from the old days when it was available at regular Banana Republic in blue.

I have the pink one too. And I have multiples of each color. I’ve been wearing this shirt for years. I’ve tried to replicate these non-iron tailored shirts from various brands (because now I can only buy black, navy, and white at BR, and I need two more colors for the other two days in the work week).

I have yet to find a better shirt, despite most of those brands being much more expensive. This shirt is for sure my favorite shirt. The flaws are consistent. The bottom seam eventually starts to crease and it’s nearly impossible to un-crease.

The sleeve will eventually rip in the elbow. And the color fades, and the fabric becomes more linty. But each shirt lasts years, despite being worn at least once a week! And it’s easy to wash and dry (one of the problem with the other brands is the good shirts are often dry clean only).

I’m a doctor and I’ve used these shirts not just for daily work but as part of my suits for my job interviews. They are literally the best shirts ever. If someone else finds a better button up long sleeve shirt that you can wear to work, please tell me.

I would be ecstatic if Banana Republic reintroduced the tailored & fitted non iron blouses to their current inventory. This is an absolute office attire staple. It’s easily worn with any trouser type- wide leg, ankle length, cropped or with skirts, even jeans! A decade ago I bought one in each available color, unfortunately I can no longer quite fit into those blouses, although they continue to look new (attributed to BR quality of fabrics & fabrication) and appropriate for current fashion trends.

I wear a 34DDD so unfortunately gaping at the bust is something I’ve learned to adapt to/accommodate for, I wear a camisole under these blouses & it works swimmingly. Please brings this style back in multiple color ways!.

This shirt is absolutely AMAZING!!! I tried this shirt on and instantly fell in love! I am loving that this is a non-iron shirt. When I wake up late for work in the morning, I can just grab this shirt with a nice pair of Banana Republic, Italian Wool dress pants and rock a sweet ensemble for the workday! In the past, I have purchased a lot of these shirts. In recent years, the quality has decreased significantly. The quality of material is different from one shirt to another. The sleeve length differs from shirt to shirt.

The batting starts coming through at the cuffs, collars, pocket flaps, and snaps after about 6 washes. One sleeve may be shorter than the other. Poor quality.

I was looking for some “snap” button western shirts for my dad as a Christmas present, and came across this site. He loved the shirts and says he should have been the model for these shirts, because those other guys don’t do the western shirts justice! He’s 71 years young and looks great for his age looks good in the shirts too!.

Fits perfect, not to tight & not to loose. I’ve been buying the wrinkle resistant shirts for some time now and I really don’t have iron or starch them. 👍

This shirt requires cufflinks – it has stiff double cuffs that are folded over (French cuffs – just looked it up). They look a little weird if you roll up your sleeves. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that style of cuffs, but then why would you show it being worn untucked with jeans? And why would that not be specified in the description? The quality and fit are fine, and because of the low price it’s not worth returning, but this is a shirt that’s likely to gather dust in my closet until I eventually donate it because I realize I never wear it.

I feel like I wasted my money; you may feel differently. It doesn’t help that the shirt arrived crumpled up like a used snot rag, requiring that I send it out for pressing – and that’s not an exaggeration.

Ordered this great shirt for our Las Vegas trip and date night! The finish and fit was more than I can ask for. My wife loved the way it looked on me and that’s good enough for me! I’ve brought far more expensive shirts (CK/DKNY $100.

00) which didn’t feel as comfortable and fit as well as this shirt did for me. The wide collar bended well with my tie with wonderful perfect fit. the cuffs were just the right length and didn’t blind my wrists especially with my watch hand.

The cloth material was switched correctly and the overall finish was just outstanding. I was impressed with the quality look and great workmanship of this shirt without paying an arm and leg! This was a good buy especially if you are in need to wear a great looking shirt with your suit.

Usually any shirt that is not 100% cotton doesn’t feel good on my skin. Not to mention the shirt sounds like a sheet of tarp plastic. You don’t need to compromise of quality, fit, durability or price.

No need to break the bank 5o afford this button down. This shirt is the most comfortable, best fitting (thanks to 3% spandex), and performances well on long days. Some garments can fatigue or feel restricting after long periods.

This don’t tuck your shirt in style drives me crazy when a guy is wearing a regular dress shirt untucked and the tail is half way to his knees so a couple of years ago I bought an UNTUCKit shirt and since then has been my favorite casual shirt to wear in my closet but I have been too cheap to buy another one until now and just got 4 new ones including this shirt.

I have tried other brands at other stores that are their “casual” shirts but none fit and look as good as these UNTUCKit shirts do. At 61 years old gravity has taken mass from my chest to my waist and but typical XL shirts that fit my chest are actually to baggy around my middle, if I go to XL Trim they are too tight around my middle.

The UNTUCKit XL fits me perfect (36″+ a little somedays waist) and the length is perfect for wearing casually. Best of all my wife says I look so much better in these shirts than other guys just leaving their typical casual shirt untucked and that is what matters! Don’t be cheap, these shirts are worth the extra few bucks!.

This was my first order of UnTuckit. After ordering, especially the slim fit, I became concerned that slim fit in size medium might be too small. Turns out it was too restricting around shoulders and upper chest areas.

So I return the size medium for size large slim fit. I used the chat feature, was assigned and in-store agent, and received excellent guidance on using the return/Untuckit link. It was easy-peasy. My replacement has shipped and I will drop the return by the Post Office today.

My husband really likes button down shirts, more button downs please! Untuckit shirts fit perfectly as they are tailored to fit broad shoulders and a more slender middle area, they are also a great length.

My husband had Nordstrom shirts 30+ years years ago when he was working as an engineer and a CEO of a company. He still owns and loves those same shirts! They have worn some, lost a button here and there, but are still in remarkably good shape.

He is now retired but still wears them as everyday, work around the house and yard shirts. He finds them that comfortable! This year, for his birthday, I decided he deserved some new white shirts. I got him 2 from Nordstrom and 2 from another company – to compare.

The Nordstrom shirts, all these years later, are still the best! They are the same good quality, fairly priced and have the same soft feel he loves. The others I ordered were the same size but the sleeves were way too short and the fabric, even though they were more expensive and seemingly should have been soft based on the type of cotton, did not have as nice a feel.

I returned those and am getting him 2 more of these Nordstrom shirts! They are truly perfect!.

Quality dress shirt for daily business attire. Nice classic fit and well-constructed; buttons, collar, and stitching. I developed a pre-wash hack for the collars of my dress shirts before I have them dry cleaned.

For several years I have bought the traditional non-wrinkle travelers shirts. They have been outstanding. My husband is still able to wear your past shirts but these new ones have been cut in size around the waist significantly.

They do not come even close to fitting. It is so disappointing to have you skimp on fabric in this way. If it was a slim fit it would be understandable. I hope you will go back to the excellent quality and sizing you have had for so many years.
