I am a regular customer to Ortho Home Defense Max. When it was time for my regular trip, the store did not have any. I decided to try this stuff instead due to the massive wolf spiders I have in my yard (HATE spiders, and the reason I started using Ortho).

This stuff is amazing. I have not found a single dead spider in my house since I used it. Usually with the spray they would make it into the house, but you would find them dead or starting to die. I haven’t had the chance to check the yard yet, but I hope I am just as pleased!.

I have used this product for years. This year I could not find it in stock locally, Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, etc. so I ordered it @ Amazon. Received this on May 06, 2020 and right away spread it over my yard.

After weeks of seeing more and more ant mounds form in my front and back yard on May 30,2020 I spread some more Otho Bug B Gone in front and back yard. Today June 11,2020 there is even more ant mounds in front and back yard.

Did Ortho change anything in this Product? I would like to know.

I recently had a heavy infestation of wasps and yellow jackets. I found this product at Tractor Supply and decided to try it. I was somewhat confused by the mixing instructions for a hose-end sprayer but finally decided to go with 2 oz.

per gallon. I sprayed the entire side and gables of my house and into any holes in the vinal siding. The next morning there were hundreds of dead or dying wasps on the ground and porch. I highly recommend this product.

We had a sudden flea infestation in our garage probably thanks to our uninvited opossum-visitor. We tried to clean the area with bleach, applied pressure water to clean, tried several other insecticides (including two well known brand name).

None of them worked. I have searched for the active ingredients from industrial products (commercial grade) and found this active ingredient. It is a natural component (chemical) of chrysanthemum flower.

This product is very effective when used at the maximum suggested amounts. In my situation, I had to use three applications because I have had a major major infestation. However, now it is as clear as the blue sky.

The total time? It took three to four days to see the results since the chemical is a systemic one, which means this poison doesn’t kill instantly and it takes some time until it dies. It also worked on palmettos, and other insects as an un-intended positive result.

Overall, yes, I strongly suggest this product!.

The price is right and this stuff works! I haven’t seen a bug in ages. Pest control companies water down their product and aren’t allowed to kill everything. That’s why they have to come back so often.

It pays for itself in one use and lasts for a long time. It’s so easy just do it yourself.

This is the third year I have used this product. It works real good on fire ants and fleas. It last longer than the three months it says on the bag. It works all summer. Great poduct.

I applied the insecticides using spreader as recommended. I’m still seeing skunks and racoons digging in my lawn. Disappointed. I will try applying again in 1 week time.

This stuff is worth the cost. Provides an excellent long-term barrier around your home. It’s concentrated so a little goes a long way, making it as cost effective as using more of the cheaper stuff. Keep pets away from the wet product but after it dries its odorless and has not impacted any of our pets.

After application there’s all sorts of dead insects found, ants, spiders, etc. I usually re-apply every 4 months or so.

The best pesticide for indoor and outdoor. Safe for pets and children after product dries. Kills almost every pest like bedbugs, roaches, ants and so much more. Has a residual effect for 12 months.

We recently moved into a new apartment and found out quickly that we had company. Scary big roaches that walk around on the walls and counter-tops. After using a few spray insecticides that I bought from the store I thought I’d give this a try.

It worked! I sprayed it along bathroom corners and windowsills, I only saw 2 more roaches after that, I am guessing some that lingered on. But I haven’t spotted one in over a month which really helps me sleep better at night.

The bottle struggle is real, every now and then the sprayer will stop working, especially when the bottle has been tilted when used. I found this works: turn the nozzle to lock, pump the sprayer a few times, forcing the air to go up, then turn it back to spray, voila.

I still gave this 5 stars, because a silly bottle is far less worrisome than insects. That being said, I’d love for the company to improve the packaging. Best of luck with your pest problem.

I personally hate all bugs maybe its because im a female. Anyways i moved into an apartment not knowing the nightmare it would be. I had roaches spiders and worst of all i started getting bit at night.

Found out it was bed bugs. I was on mission kill them all after that. After all these nights of sleeping on the sofa this was my rescuer. No more bed bugs !!!! This and harris the white bottle for stronger bed bugs if you got bed bugs this will kill them.

They even start coming out on the walls in broad daylight dead. Nothing else did the trick like these two insecticide now i finally got my bed and apartment. I can sleep at ease.

South Florida – I was fighting with sod webworms in my St. Augustine (Floratam) grass or sod and I found this Trazicide to work very well but I’m honestly uncertain that it wasn’t my other product I put down at the same time.

(Talstar Pro). Anyway, I applied this product to my lawn with a hand spreader evenly in the early morning before the rains came. In just a few days I have noticed that there aren’t nearly as many of the white moths in my yard.

The moths are not the problem, they are just an indicator of their larvae eating the grass roots near the ground. Good to go and I would definitely buy again.

Then I tried the concentrate a week later. Little to no effect. Not sure what the deal is but this doesnt seem to work very well on these bugs. I used the whole spray and concentrate bottle both times.

I usually buy three bags from Sam’s club. It usually keeps the yard treated for almost 6 months. I found this item cheaper on Walmart’s site and chose to buy from them instead of making the trip to Sam’s club in town.

This didn’t work at all. After seeing the fire ants still alive the next day we figured we check again the day after. Still have fire ants. The use to die by the next day after treating the yard. I don’t know if the product is different, but this has not worked for any bugs or insects.

It usually takes care of the ant, flea, rollie pollies, and scorpion problem we have in the rural area.

I have tried other brands but I have always been disappointed. I always regret when I have tried other foggers. Raid Yard Guard is superior. It is extremely effective and its effects actually last a number of hours.

It keeps all sorts of flies, mosquitoes, and other insects away from the area that has been treated. It seems to also repel stinging insects such as hornets. I wish more stores carried this product.

Summer is just days away. Yet the heat and bugs are already taking over my area of Texas. I use Raid products often and this fogger is one of their best! I would it cost less. It works very well at keeping many types of pests at bay.

Okay here in south Florida we have mosquitoes like crazy. Well especially in my area. Are use this maybe one minute before I go outside I spray the area go back again grab all of my stuff and the mosquitoes are gone.

It’s not harmful to my pets and it actually has a really really nice smell. LOL my husband said what is this by more of it! totally recommend this as I’m buying my third case now.

I like this product a lot and it does kill bugs. I started using this product several years ago for bugs, spiders, any other yucky pest, but. it has done a remarkable job on fire ants we are stuck with in the South.

So, the product is great in that aspect. The problem I’m having now is the quality of the liquid. Not sure if I’m getting old bottles of this stuff now, but if I just pour it in my sprayer straight out of the bottle and add water, the past few bottles, clog multiple sprayers and it forms an almost plastic texture.

So, now I have to take an old t-shirt and strain it before putting in my sprayer and it only leaves me about half of a bottle to use which tends to make it be very expensive. I’m going to try a few more bottles and if they are the same, I will no longer purchase this item again.

Btw, this problem has happened several times and with different sellers and stores. It’s a shame! Great product with no issues before, but now, issues with the mixtures. Yes, just to clarify, I did shake the bottle well and added my water.

So finding a this that has a massive quantity of this active ingredient, I decided to purchase it from the United States. In a nutshell, this product will wipe out every single bug in my house, exactly what I was looking for! As it is so strong, gloves must be worm and a face mask, and ideally safety glasses and it has to be watered down a lot and used in very ventilated areas.

He had fire ant mounds over a foot tall, he mixes this with tap water, in a sprayer. We walk up to the mound, he kicks the top off the mound exposing the fire ants inside and sprays them down with about 2cups worth that’s all.

Within 2min all these ants are dead and they were in the thousands. Then he used it on these real nasty wasps in the bushes, within a minute all dead. For a encore he sprayed his back yard right on the grass, he said no insects will even land on the lawn, I looked later, he’s right, nothing but grass.

I live in a house that was built in 1950 when I moved in there were spiders everywhere. I would go down to do laundry and see dozens just in one room. I got this and sprayed the walls and my vents little by little the whole house eventually.

since then I have used this on a fairly regular basis since it got rid of almost all of the spiders the first time through. Also it is extremely long lasting if I put a line of it to the edge of my laundry room on the concrete floor even months later if a spider crosses it soon after and not to far away they will curl up and die.

Plus I treat the outside all the way around the house just to try and keep anymore from getting in, I’ve found it’s also very good for keeping ants out even when I’ve had grandchildren over and it takes days to get all the food scrubbed out of the carpet excetera or making sweets for the kids and grandkids.

Not an easy task considering the summer after I moved in here I watched a 324 ft wide black wave go across my lawn from my neighbor’s place across my lawn across my sandbox and they are originally stop there.

I went outside and sprayed throughout the wave going by which was at least 30 to 40 ft long nothing but black ants. Wellspring I killed off quite a few of them but I also made sure to put a line between my house and where they were going through and between my house and the neighbor’s place.

I’ve been here almost 9 years now and have never had a problem with ants in the house at all in the at all. though after I turn the side yard into a garden and the back yard into a garden I’ve noticed they’re still out there and everywhere but they never come near the house.

Plus they stay out of the yard in the side and the back because I’ve sprayed down the lawn a few times with this stuff. it either discourages or kills flies cuz I don’t have nearly as much problems with them when I’ve sprayed the house down and also seems to discourage or kill off mosquitoes it’s unfortunate it doesn’t spray out in a cloud so you can hit them that way but seems if they land on it you’ll never see them again.

This has become my main go to for any kind of pest. though I do notice every now and then you have to switch off to some kind of different product I don’t know if the spiders somehow passed down at tolerance but if you break it up by spraying with something else for a year and then coming back to it works just as well as ever.

I just wish it were a little easier to find because recently it’s been becoming difficult. Or you find it but it’s four five times the price. take me a couple of weeks now to find a bottle at a decent price so I was glad to find one here.

I have used this product for 2. 5 years now in my apartment and it has worked absolutely perfect. I have not had any major issues with roaches, spiders, or any other bugs in my apartment at all. I spray once a year around the perimeter and then inside.

Easy Peasy. I am doing spring cleaning and ordering myself a refill bottle. You can keep the Auto trigger bottle and refill to use again and again. Very convenient and saves you money.

AMAZING!!! The only bug guard/spray i will ever use. I spray it twice a year just because for extra protection. You literally just spray the boarders of your house and it basically kills everything. It claims to kill and protect for up to 12 months.

I even use it outside for extra piece of mind. It is decent in price since you don’t need to keep spraying and it comes in 3 different sizes including a refillable bottle as well. The only reason I am knocking off a star is because of the nozzle.

BifenXTS has been a good insecticide for controlling Crazy Ants. They have been a terrible problem for us. We had a pest control company try to get rid of them as they were invading our home…however they did not succeed.

My son-in-law began using Bifen XTS and it keeps them under control. I’m not sure if they can be eradicated due to how fast they produce.

kills the subterranean bugs and while on the surface kills everything else; been using for years; be careful to read instructions; it says 1/3 ounce per gallon, but around my house windows, outlets and soffit I use 1/2 ounce per gallon.

At the family farm it is the best to get rid of ants, feas and red bugs(pesky little critters) Be cautious when applying. I choose a non windy day and wear motorcycle goggles, bandana over my mouth, hat long sleeve shirt and blue jeans as well as disposable gloves; will smell a couple of days.

Afterwards I immediately wash my clothes and take a shower. ( these precautions are what I do) A gallon goes a ling way and this is a good value.

The best product I know of for creating and maintaining a little fire ant (Wasmannia auropunctata) barrier. Solvent is smelly but allows higher concentration of bifenthrin than the aqueous preparations, thereby reducing plastic container use.
