20 Best Yet Storage Bossier (2022 Updated)

Had it for about a month and ended up returning it. It was too big and awkward to carry and move fully loaded. Also the ice retention wasn’t what I expected. I did everything right regarding pre chilling and ice ratio and only got about 3.

5 days until the ice melted in moderate temps. It only outperformed my old cheap cooler by a day. Also the drain plug either leaked or had a lot of condensation because I kept having a small puddle. The build is solid though.

Very durable, tough and looks good. I may try the Tundra 45 for the smaller size but may look into other brands. I was a bit disappointed the Yeti I always wanted didn’t perform as expected.

Everything they say about keeping food cold is true – it really does. Here are the cons – heavy. Super super heavy. Rubber feet are good for not sliding on a boat but really make it a pain to move in the back of a car.

(Did I mention it’s heavy?), it’s also smaller inside than you’d think. The lid (also super heavy) doesn’t stay open so it slams down – you have to hold open with one hand while you root around for what you need.

It’s also super expensive. I do appreciate the wire basket and the drain is very high quality – just twist to open and shut. We are a family of 5 and this is a good size for us for 5 or so days. Maybe even longer.

I’m not sure I’d buy it again, but now that we have it, we will use it and will have it for years I imagine.

Yeti coolers are so hyped up, and I can see the reason why. I really like this cooler. It’s small, but as someone who is usually traveling/camping on my own it’s great for one person. Its ice retention is great and the drain is even better.

My last cooler (a cheap Igloo – terrible) didn’t have a drain, and my food was forever being ruined from sitting in water, so a drain was one of my big requirements when searching for a new cooler. While, as many have pointed out, the drain cap is not attached and could be lost, this hasn’t been a problem so far, and the way the drain is set into the floor of the cooler means that it can drain completely dry without being tipped up at all – this is my favorite feature of the cooler.

My complaints, such as they are, are minor. I’m not sold on the rope handles; I often find myself wishing they were rigid, and generally just grab the body of the cooler itself to carry it. My least favorite feature is probably the nonslip rubber feet.

If you were using this somewhere like a boat I can see how this might be something you want, but I’m using it for camping and travelling, so the cooler is on hotel room carpets, the carpeted floor of my car, or dirt.

I have never once been glad the nonslip feet were keeping the cooler in place, but have very regularly wished that I could push it across the floor. As I said, though, this is a minor complaint and inconsequential to the actual function of the cooler.

I actually did not buy this cooler but received it as a gift from the company I work for. My wife and i took a week vacation from upstate New York to Florida. We decided to drive because airfare was a little too expensive.

Long story short, I packed the Tundra 35 with ice the day before we left and emptied 3/4 of the ice out for the trip. We left on a wed. And arrived on Saturday in Florida. Everything was either still frozen or extremely cold upon arrival to which I was seriously amazed ! I opened the drain on the cooler and only drained maybe a cup of water from the 3 day trip !! I know these YETI products can seem expensive, but they live up to the hype.

My daughter and son have borrowed the cooler from us a couple times and they loved it also. If you actually put hands on any of the YETI coolers you immediately realize they are not made cheaply or from thin lite weight material.

My suggestion is if your in the market to buy a cooler, spend the money and get great quality and don’t worry about throwing the cooler out after 3 years.

This is going to be a very honest and hard review. I’m 42, an avid camper and have tried so many coolers which all leave me extremely frustrated. I camp in all climates. Anywhere from cold mountains, to humid beaches, and all the in between.

I’m also not plentiful in the money aspect. Well after my last bout of beach camping in 2021 I said that’s it! I’m saving for a yehti. So I saved, and I saved, and I saved and 500$ later I got it. I took it to the beach in South Carolina first… and I could a cried it did so bad.

I really didn’t see any difference in the way it held ice. So I’m in the mountains of Colorado now and it’s not much better. I’m so bummed. And sad. I am a big cooker when I camp/hike. Only good thing is that it’s bear proof.

In North Carolina a bear was trying his best to get into it. I found my cooler upside down dangling off a cliff. Complete with bear claw scratches lolSorry yehti, I would not buy again and wish I could return.

I own numerous Yeti products, but this is my first hard cooler. I purchased this model in the blue color at the Chicago Yeti store. It was extremely helpful to be able to compare different cooler sizes in person, and the sales crew there was very knowledgeable.

I like this size as it fits perfectly in multiple configurations behind the 3rd row in my SUV and allows for additional luggage. It is also the maximum weight (when filled) that I’m comfortable routinely lifting – though it is heavy when it’s full.

The handle and wheels are a great addition to this cooler! The wheels roll smoothly. The lid and latches are standard Yeti – great build and quality. For a fun experiment, I purchased 2 bags of “sacrificial ice” and put them in the cooler I week prior to a trip.

The cooler was in my kitchen with a constant 72deg external temperature. I started the stopwatch on my wrist to see what would happen. Nothing terribly scientific, but each day I checked the ice a few times.

1-week in, I still had about 1/3 of my ice remaining. So, I emptied the water, put some Yeti-Ice in the bottom, kept the remaining 1/3 of my “sacrificial ice” instead of putting in new ice, and packed the cooler with food and beverages for my weekend trip.

None of the items I put in the cooler for my trip were pre-chilled. The cooler got good use on the trip – the kids could easily open the cooler during our drive and used it like a car refrigerator during the 3-day weekend trip.

When I got home, I emptied the remaining food and beverage cans, but there was still ice remaining. I decided to wait to see how long it would last. It turns out, 1 day shy of 2 weeks! Not only was there ice during this entire time, but the internal temperature of the cooler remained at or below safe refrigerator temperatures.

This is far more of a buffer of temperature stability and food safety than I had anticipated and is amazing with respect to ice preservation. While this was not a scientific experiment, it was a practical one for me.

Like some, I had read about the legendary Yeti ice retention with these products. But this cooler far exceeded my expectations!.

Yeti, years after releasing the tundra haul still hasn’t released a basket or divider for their cooler because they cut corners and used an old mold for the interior. We spent hundreds of dollars on the newest release wheeled collar and here we are years later and they still won’t support accessories for a cooler that contains no disclaimer about the accessories.

Because this cooler is on wheels and designed to be at an angle when rolling it absolutely needs a divider, everything shifts when it tips. Then because they don’t sell a basket you can’t keep your delicate produce, or eggs, or anything for that matter out of the ice and water.

I was a loyal stanch supporter of Yeti till now. Bad on them. It takes absolutely nothing. NOTHING, to design a basket and divider for this cooler that even has a groove for a divider. Shame on you YETI, you’ve lost a customer, supporter, and advocate for your brand.

DO NOT BUY THIS COOLER.

Yeti makes quality products with exceptional thermal properties, but with that comes the weight. Even empty they aren’t the lightest, fully loaded is a 2-person job to even move on level ground. So happy this has been addressed with this sturdy, smooth retractable handle, with a wheeling method similar to travel luggage.

It is easy to maneuver on level ground empty or full and has great built inside handles for lifting. The 60 does come with one dry basket, which I think is plenty to start with. The cooler also includes the redesigned lid latches with are easy to use and create a tight seal.

The 60 also has a lot of capacity so I’d recommend the divider to allow for multi-purpose storage. I like having one side full of ice with drinks and the other with just a large ice pack for food storage that could get lost in the loose ice.

As for the cup caddy, it’s a nice idea, but because this wheeled cooler tilts to be moved that could hinder its usefulness. As for the Lockport, I’ve only seen what was sent with the cooler, but as long as this doesn’t increase either dimension of the cooler, I think it could be a good accessory if that feature is needed.

The well-engineered lit stays open even with the handle up. Also, the wheels extend past to body and handle to ensure the rear of the cooler and drain plug are protected. My only complaint is that it didn’t come out sooner, but happy we have it now!.

I bought this for my birthday gift to myself, to put in my van or car for short overnight trips, but the moment it arrived I knew it was much too big for my needs. You need a the Roadie 24 or a 30 on wheels.

A few years ago I bought the Yeti Tote bag, also returned because that magnet vs. the zipper is horrible to keep it open to fill it, it just won’t stay open and there is nothing you can do to keep it that way other than put a stick in it or something.

I am very sad today. I suggest you add more specs to your specs such as how many gallons or quarts they hold inside to compare to other coolers that put that info in their specs. I am giving you 5 starts because I should have measured measured my ideal size crappy cooler on wheels to make sure the Yeti is similar, but the photo didn’t make it look that big.

Also giving you a 5 star for the return policy. The only place you can buy this cooler is on Yeti. com because you haven’t shipped to stores yet, including when I went to look for them at West Marine.

I was hesitant to purchase a Yeti due to its hefty price tag and because there are lots of knock-offs out there with good ratings. But, was tired of all my ice melting after a day of boating so I splurged.

This cooler is “huge”, it’s incredibly well built, has sturdy wheels, and it stays icy cold for days. But here is my best discovery. rather than using messy/melty ice, I’ve been using Cooler Shock Ice Packs (bought on amazon) and our drinks turn into slushies and clean-up is a breeze!! I do not get any kick-backs from the Cooler Shock people (pinky swear)- but now I don’t dread cleaning out the cooler after a day on the water.

My one criticism is that Yeti needs to make a wheeled cooler that is smaller (like a 30)- cuz it’s not always practical to pack up this monster of a cooler. Currently, Yeti wheeled coolers only come in 48 & 60 (which are huge).

So far I am very pleased with my new lunch cooler! It’s only had one week of use so far, but I wanted to leave a review to point out what I like about it and strongly suggest one way Yeti could make it an even better product.

I had a hard time choosing between the Daytrip Lunch Box and the Daytrip Lunch Bag, but ended up choosing this one because of the more rigid construction offering better protection of whatever is inside, the zip closure, and the “lip” feature it has around the top edge that essentially provides a little tray surface if you have no table to eat at and just want to put the Lunch Box in your lap as a dining surface.

I work outdoors in my job teaching nature programs, so I wanted something a little more rugged than your typical “office worker” lunch bags/coolers you can buy at any old store; this one is much more suited to dragging around on the trails for my work or play, because as I said, you don’t even need a table to eat at if you have it, and also because it has a water-resistant exterior and won’t get soaked in a passing shower.

I love the multiple handles to carry it too, and another smart feature is the magnets that help keep the lid in place! The Yeti Thin Ice products aren’t currently in stock, so I haven’t used it with those, but I have been using my old random ice packs from other brands and they fit in just fine.

My one suggestion to make it even better is that I would LOVE to have this lunch box come with a removable shoulder strap. I actually bought the Large Rambler Bottle Sling along with this (in matching Alpine Yellow), and that product does come with a removable shoulder strap.

I tried that strap on this Lunch Box (attaching it to the two side handles), and it works great. I contacted Yeti customer service to see if they could send me another of the Bottle Sling straps so I could keep one on my Bottle Sling and one on my Lunch Box, but when the kind customer service representative looked into it, she found that Yeti doesn’t *currently* have replacement Bottle Sling straps available.

If Yeti were able to offer replacement Bottle Sling straps in the future (or offer them for this product specifically), it would make the Daytrip Lunch Box even easier to carry with you out on the trails.

I purchased these lunch boxes for my high schoolers a few months ago. Now that they have been using them for some time, there is a notable design flaw that I wish I had been made aware of. Although the bags are nice and compact and can be easily attached to their back packs with carabiners, the bags are incredibly difficult to clean inside.

No matter what position you place the bag (on its side, upside down, standing straight up), the top automatically closes onto its magnet. This makes cleaning the inside difficult because it renders it nearly impossible to stay open for drying.

Trust me, it will drive you nuts after trying to clean them if you use them regularly, as my boys do for school. (Also, the bag capacity feels much smaller than the Yeti lunch box. ) If you are on the fence whether to buy the bag or the box, 10/10 recommend the box.

The bag needs to have the design flaw fixed.

The Yeti lunch box is awful, this Yeti lunch bag is great; I bought two along with two Yeti ice. How it works best for me is, first place your Yeti ice at the bottom of the bag when empty while you get your lunch/food items ready.

When you’re ready to pack your food then take your Yeti ice out and place your boxier food container(s) at the bottom, then your Yeti ice, then place the rest of your food items on top of that to evenly distribute the cold.

There are reasons for this: 1) this way you’re also pre-cooling the bag, and 2) you keep the bag from sweating on the bottom. It’s happened twice where I’ve placed the Yeti ice directly on the bottom of the lunch bag then found sweating on the bottom exterior of the material.

I think the sweating can happen because the bottom exterior is a harder material which may be prone to getting cooler when the Yeti ice is placed directly on the inside bottom of the bag. I keep my Yeti lunch bag on my window sill at work so having the bag out like that and with the bottom of it getting very cold, it just causes sweating.

Fortunately the sweating wasn’t a problem since I hadn’t placed the lunch bag on any paperwork. My husband keeps his Yeti lunch bag in the refrigerator at his work so he doesn’t have the bag sweating problem.

The best way to avoid external sweating is to first pre-cool the bag then place your food items inside, then place your Yeti ice on top. I find this works best because cold also flows downward. Like is said, I keep my Yeti lunch bag on the window sill by my desk (I just don’t like going to the refrigerator since sometimes there’s food on surfaces or people can touch your bag or move it around, I just don’t that) and after I have my lunch and snacks, I end up with just a cold Yeti ice in the otherwise empty bag which means that at times there’s sweating on the inside of the bag.

I’m just careful when I get home to place the Yeti ice back in the freezer for the next day and dry off the inside of the Yeti lunch bag then I also leave the top open just make sure it’s dried out fully.

Like I said, this is what I’ve found works best for me since I keep my lunch bag out and since I’m in the Bay Area we don’t have any air conditioning in our building and we keep the windows open; also I don’t use the refrigerator.

My husband stores his Yeti lunch bag in the refrigerator at his work and he doesn’t have the sweating issues with his bag at all. I bought the gray bag for myself and the navy for him and we love the durability of the material, how you can adjust the bag to accommodate the size of your food container(s).

Also, a 6-pack fits perfectly in the bag. The problem at times can be with the hook which goes into a loop to close. Sometimes closing the bag is a challenge when you can’t get the hook through the loop you want.

Otherwise, I love this lunch bag; it works great and I can keep it by my desk. One suggestions though, a Yeti strap to carry the bag over your shoulder would be nice; the bag already has two loops on top for a strap so I’m ready to purchase when one is available.

I had high hopes and it’s fading fast. I’m so glad I’ve only bought this one set to try before investing a lot of money. I bought this 4 container set (8 total pieces) around 2 mons ago. I’ve been using the Rubbermaid modular containers with the red lids and those lasted a very long time (around 10 yrs I guess-still using most of those) but those lids just can’t keep the air out anymore.

I’ve only hand washed all these Rubbermaid containers. Sugar got clumpy and cereal would go stale in the red lidded ones, so I thought these were the newer better designed and more superior creation.

I’ve been using the Brillance 16 cup for sugar. The seal was very tight at first. I was extremely happy. I go into this container maybe twice a week to refill our sugar shakers for our coffee bar. It’s only been about 2 months and the rubber seal is very weak.

Very easy to pull up to open when at first, I almost had to fight to pull it up to open. I guess I’ll try the large half gallon mason jars and use my food sealer and see how that goes.

These containers are so nice! I liked them so much, I bought more. I have been able to completely organize my cupboards since I started using these. They are big enough for all of my baking ingredients.

I started using them for just flour, sugar, and coffee. I have since purchased more for cookies and cereals, as well. I have so much more counter space now. They all have a rubber seal, which really keeps everything fresh.

They all came with a scoop however, I don’t use the scoops. I’ve had the same cookies in there for 3 weeks, and they still taste like I just bought them. I’m also sure I won’t be wasting as much baking ingredients.

I really like that these are clear, so I know exactly what is inside, and they look so clean and modern. They wash up very easily, without any water spotting. I would really suggest trying these out if you need to help preserve any food, or just want to organize cupboard or counter space.

They are great for so many options!.

This box is a super nice shape for some odd spaces. I was looking for tool storage. Right now, I have my tools and hardware stored in labeled cardboard boxes on a couple of 3 foot wide plastic shelves in the garage.

I don’t like cardboard, because I feel it doesn’t do well over time. This box looked promising, because it’s a perfect height to fit on the shelves of those big plastic shelves that can hold so much weight and are much cheaper than commercial steel shelves.

Two of these fit per shelf, they reach the height to use it well, and I can put a laundry detergent bottle in the small gap left between them. They also are clear and are sturdy enough to hold tools like a power drill, jig saw, and that kind of thing.

Those things are kind of bulky and this box is a nice shape for about any hand tool I have. The shape of this box is nice. It’s very squared up at the edges, rather than rounded, so I don’t loose too much space from having the edges rounded in.

The box is sturdy enough, but I wouldn’t characterize it as super sturdy. I wouldn’t expect to hold something heavy in it. For example, my boxes of deck screws in different lengths are probably too heavy to stack top to bottom in this.

(Those are also more appropriate for a shallower bin to let me get to what I need quickly. ) I see other reviewers putting books in here, but I think this is just a scootch flimsy for books. Books are heavy.

I also wouldn’t think this is good for kids toy storage like for toddlers, because they will climb on it and jump on it. And, I wouldn’t stack these more than 3 high and expect them to do OK. I wouldn’t buy these for a cross country move.

Nevertheless, assuming I put these on a shelf filled with about anything other than books or large quantities of solid metal hardware, I think they will do fine and basically be a permanent storage solution.

One other thing that is awesome and is very unusual for a plastic storage bin is that these do not allow water in if I pour water on them from on top. I tested by putting the bin out in the yard with the lid on, then pouring cups of water on the top of it.

No water got inside. The lid comes down over the box part of this in such a way that water would have to dip down and run uphill to get inside. Since water can’t run uphill, it doesn’t get in. As long as the bin is level and nothing is hanging out of it or pushing on the lid to bulge the lid out, this should be a good protection against water dripping from above.

Obviously, it’s not watertight if it’s submerged, but most water situations are going to be drips from above. For me, the water piping in the house is in the ceiling and the biggest natural disaster threat is a hurricane taking the roof off, so I love that these could be left out, get rained on, and stay bone dry inside.

That’s a huge consideration for some locations where I know the piping in the ceiling right there, but also I have to use it for storage – like piping running over a small closet. Because of it really truly keeping water out, that’s a totally worthwhile tradeoff for it not being super sturdy.

Also, the very boxy profile and tall size makes these great for sticking under a bathroom vanity or kitchen sink to the sides of the piping. Obviously measure your space first, but the boxy tall shape was great for me, and since it’s tall, my bathroom scale can fit inside.

The Hefty 32 Qt. Clear Storage Bin with Blue HI-RISE Lid was purchased to contain our small 15 lb dog’s belongings during camping trips. It was the perfect size for storing a small bag of dog food, treats, toys, his vest and leash, and his coat.

The storage bin locks tight with the lid going over the locking tabs on each handle which made this a perfect storage bin for placing in the bed of the truck. The locking handle tabs then lock under the handles creating a tight seal that won’t pop off.

When we encountered rain, the items inside the bin stayed dry as rain did not seep inside the bin due to the way the lid is placed on the bin. We liked that the bin was clear on the outside so we could easily find a treat, vest and leash when we were traveling and needed to stop at rest stops for walking breaks.

I love these containers! I have about 10 in the large 72qt size and a few in a smaller size. I like that they are designed to stack together, regardless of different sizes. The only time I’ve had an issue with the handles coming off/getting loose was when I overstuffed them.

I use them mostly for out of season clothing storage and holiday decorations. Having them see-thru is a huge win for both of these purposes. As older, other brand containers in my home break, I will be replacing them with this brand.

Yeti Go Box can be used for anything you wish. For example you can use it for: Tackle Box, Picnic Basket, Camera Storage. The lid has 2 padlock slots to lock it. There is a Caddy inside to hold items.

This tray has 3 separate compartments, a Large one and Two smaller ones, The smaller one will fit the Yeti 10oz Lowball and the 12oz Colster. Inside the lid it has an organizer. A large zippered compartment and two smaller zippered compartment.

The large will fit the divider that comes inside, that you can use to separate the Box Into two separate compartments. The divider can be used as a Cutting Board. The box itself has tie-down slots in the main body of the box, plus the lid has em as well.

You can tie-down the box with the lid or with out the lid, tied down. It has built in handles on side of the box. This box is Waterproof, Dustproof and Will Float. All in all, it is a terrific purchase,a little pricey, but I believe will last a lifetime.

This Box is virtually indestructible. Two Thumbs Up.

We purchased this box to put our camp kitchen items in while overlanding. No one had one in person so I emailed YETI CS for internal dimensions to make sure everything would fit. When the item arrived, the dimensions were smaller than what I was given and the items did not fit.

Fortunately, we were able to find another use for the Box, as a dry goods pantry, and in that it is working quite well. Of course, looks cool next to our YETI cooler. Quality is good, seems very durable.

The latches are difficult for my wife and son to close and you have to give them a hard push. We subjected the box to rain, hail and a lot of fine dust over a few weeks of travel. Nothing made it’s way into the box.

The organization inside is really nice and helpful to keep things sorted. I removed a star because of my very negative experience of buying/dealing with YETI CS. I will not purchase directly from YETI again and would recommend buying from REI or DSG is you are able.

The GoBox, I would recommend this item if you are looking for something like it. We ended up buying a high-end aluminum case for our camp kitchen. That works much better as it has more usable space, but no organization at all inside.

Great box for gear. Use as gearbox in patrol vehicle for about 10 months (hard use)and has held up to the task. Battering ram fell on it once and did not break. Pockets on lid are great. Depth is just right for spray bottles and such.

Compartment divider and gray are very useful. Strap slot things are useful when needing to tie other gear to it and rubber feet actually don’t slide. Highly recommended. Makes switching between patrol vehicles much easier.

My husband and I bought a BUNCH (over 10) of these for our wedding a few months ago to organize everything we had for our day-of coordinator. They quite honestly, could have been the star(s) of the show! They were heavy-duty enough to allow us to organize heavy items.

They were also quite spacious, so we could fit most things into one bin. They are also stackable, and have a lip, to almost make it like a locking stack. Really, really, really glad we bought these! Great purchase.

I bought these boxes a few years ago and have gotten so much use out of them ever since. I have moved too many times and also put my belongings in storage. When packing, it’s so easy to close these as opposed to dealing with tape on cardboard boxes.

When unpacking, being able to see what’s inside is extremely helpful. I had my belongings moved cross country and everything in these boxes stayed clean and dry whereas all my furniture got water damaged and dirty.

Plus they’re great for storage once you are done moving. If you’re thinking of buying cardboard boxes for moving, get these instead. For a little more money, you’ll use them for years and they will make your life easier.

Plus made in the USA! A few of mine arrived with broken handles but TCS promptly corrected the problem with their excellent customer service. I know we need to cut down on plastic but at least these will last forever, out of the landfill.

These 17 quart clear storage boxes are perfect for organizing any mess or clutter! We actually utilize this set of boxes to organize my children’s toy area and they are just the right size. These containers are just large enough to fit most of their toys and keep things all tidy and organized.

We use them to store and separate out different toy sets such as, blocks, Legos, dominos, puzzles, magnet tile, trains and cars, other assorted play toys, and etc. The possibilities are endless but we love it because it keeps their play area a lot more organized.

We prefer clear storage boxes because it allows them to visually identify what stored inside to make for ease of finding their toys. The lids close sufficiently enough to keep their toys contained and stack well enough when closed.

While the lid is not as secure as maybe a latched type container, it secure enough yet easy enough for my 3 year old son to open the box himself. We can now enjoy a much more tidy play area with these new containers keeping all those toys contained, but the additional bonus is that we can teach our kids to put their toys back to help them learn to keep organized; never too early start, especially if you can’t stand clutter like me!.

I live in an apartment and always find it hard to keep my closet organized and clean. I have tried many kind of plastic storage boxes but couldn’t find something that I really wanted. These storage boxes are what i was looking for these are transparent and have buckles on all sides for extra protection.

The plastic quality is amazing. These boxes are sturdy and stable. I have used these for organizing my clothes and these have enough space inside. These can easily stacked together to save some space in closet.

This is by far the best cooler that we’ve ever owned (granted it’s also the most expensive cooler we’ve ever owned). You get what you pay for & Yeti is the type of company that embodies that phrase. My partner & I split our year between Michigan & Oregon so we’re constantly driving cross country.

Living in two places we have locally made products on both sides of the country we’d rather not live without. We’ve lost so much food over the years to cheap coolers because we forgot to get ice every 8 hours.

Not anymore! We just made the trip from coast to coast last week and this kept everything cold for 4 full days using two Yeti freezer packs. We opened it a couple times to add things in which made the performance even more impressive.

I would definitely recommend this cooler if you do long road trips and needs something that’s going to keep your perishables cold for a few days.

Very strong – probably the strongest out there. Stackable several high. I have seen them crack many times but only after significant abuse. Far, far stronger and much less cracking than your average clear plastic tub that most people use.

Pretty watertight and can take 50lbs of weight inside no problem. I don’t think you can beat these for the money. And the great thing is that they are made in Canada. Beware though, I have bought probably 30 of these 102L tubs.

2 of them have been made in USA and there are very slight differences that you wouldn’t notice unless you have them side by side with the ones made in Canada. The US ones have slightly smaller lids and are a slightly different shape.

They also don’t stack nicely with the Canadian ones. This is a real pain. The Canadian lids are slightly bigger so will go on the US ones but are slightly loose. You can’t beat this tub but check that you aren’t getting US made ones as 95% of what Home Depot’s stock has been in Canadian made ones, so you’ll have compatibility issues in the future if you need more at a later date.

I use these containers for storage. THey are excellent, heavy duty, able to stack without busting the lids. They do not have the inside strip like other containers which this makes much more room for the storage items.

I would definitely buy them again and will. I have several of them now and they are all filled to capacity. I love them and the quality for my storage.

We’ve purchased more than several of these storage bins for holiday packing as well as clothing. Now we are packing our home up to move to Florida and these storage bins are all we are using! We should buy stock in them!!! These storage bins are Very STURDY & DURABLE.

They will definitely last a lifetime. Highly recommend this product to everyone‼️.

I wish that I hadn’t thrown away the original packaging because it would have been returned. I have purchased and set up a many shelves in my life, but THIS PARTICULAR ONE. , was the worst one that I have purchased.

The two separate height rail sizes to put together and be steady is a major design flaw. The material for the support is a weak and flimsy aluminum frame piece and the boards are thin painted particle boards.

I built and overhauled ships for a living and THIS was the biggest physical headache that I have ever had to mess with. It took 3 people to put the shelves together because after one piece or section was finally sturdy enough to go to the next section, as soon as you take your hand away from one piece, the other side would slip out of place.

When I do move, I will be setting the entire pile of mess to the side of the road for trash pickup and purchase the solid wood solid steel frames. I had to use large bolt-type screws in slots along with tape to hopefully secure the corner sections, especially the area where the two corners pieces have to be used to get the advertised height.

A total design flaw mess; isn’t even worth the cost of the mess. You have been warned ⚠️.

It was very frustrating to try and put these shelves together. The rails are too narrow to have the shelving standards stay in place, the pins on the standards could never LOCK in place, resulting in loose connections and rails going one direction and standards another.

Then, trying to place one rail on the other with such loose connections was hopeless. I bent the rivets on the shelving standard so they would pinch the rails, I also used bolts to connect the top rails to the bottom rails, they were never going to stay aligned anyway! I used bolts and washers and dropped the top rails down three holes and it worked well.

The standards for these shelves has been lowered severely by the manufacturer, some of the bottom rails held together well in pinch and friction, but the rest of my two shelves were horrible. The shelving material for the bottom portion is also poor, I don’t expect them to last too long under weight, they are going to sag BAD! If your mechanical, these are just ok for light stuff.

If you want some good shelving, spend the bucks and get the good ones!.

I attempted to build this shelf myself – that was a mistake. The design of this storage rack is based on sheer strength and exact production quality. The upper set of shelves are expected to sit on top of the lower set of shelves by using the cross braces as the only agent to hold the two pieces together – straddling the legs.

This requires lifting the pre-assembled top set onto the top of the pre-assembled lower set and then installing the cross braces to pressure fit the legs together. A more apt scenario is taking a house of cards and stacking it on top of another house of cards – needless to say, the whole assembly came crashing down before I could get the second cross brace installed.

I was left with almost as many pieces that I started with. I should have taken note that the store I purchased this from did not have an assembled rack on display – now I know why. I can only recommend this storage rack when it’s used as two separate racks – one shorter than the other – this is what I ended up doing after multiple tries.

The shed once completed is absolutely fantastic, you can see that Lifetime had listened to the reviews and tested the product. There were little things that I noticed that were clearly addressed by testing and feedback.

Once completed there are no sharp edges, places where you would think it would leak are addressed by the engineering of the product and even the amount and options for instruction are abundant. You can even scan a QR code for each step of directions.

Why not 5 stars you ask. For my build the hardware did not match the instructions leading to frustration, the truss assembly instruction I think missed some steps or maybe I just didn’t see it. Hardware was not identical to what I had in my set (I had lock nuts when it called for cap nuts).

Save yourself some time and DO NOT ASSUME YOU KNOW HOW IT IS GOING TO GO, JUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER. Some of the indicators for using or not using certain tolls were sometimes confusing.

I wish that they would create a full set of instruction in one language, making 3 to different booklets, it would really save on confusion. You CAN use wood for the subfloor, but like the instructions say, I HIGHLY suggest to use concrete, even the smallest amount of flex in the floor makes for very large gaps, especially once you get to the roof that is six foot away from a half inch of flex.

Having a solid floor will both make construction easy and extend the life of your shed. I used a wood subfloor because this is a temporary structure in my case and there were times I was using points where pieces are held together with screws to shift pieces to fit together because of subtle flex in the lumber subfloor.

Another pain point is when addressing a new step it shows you the hardware needed for that step but not the actual piece need for the step, it would only provide the naming nomenclature. What I mean by that is it would provide a picture of the screw but and washer but not a picture of the piece going in, it would just say “CKK(2) CKJ(2)”.

This caused you to continually flip back and forth pages to see what CKK and CKJ looked like. I’ll provide a picture in the review to show what I mean. All in all, there were times of frustration as all projects do, but once finished, I was really impressed with the finished product and I would absolutely purchase again.

You can also see where Lifetime has put thought into the engineering and listened to feedback. I left a comment on the YouTube video and someone responded, even though I was done with my build. Hope this helps.

This Dual Entry 15 x 8 Shed is not easily assembled. Be sure to reserve two full days for assembly if you do not have at lest two people or have problems assembling unfamiliar kits with sometimes confusing instructions.

The hardware (nuts and bolts etc) are the only items labeled in pre-sorted packages. A couple of those packages aren’t labeled, you have to identify the package by the contents. The only parts with any type of labels are the wall corners.

You have to identify everything by shape and size. Several parts do not interlock as designed because of slight mold defects, mold flashing, or incomplete hole punches. The wall corners were the most difficult with the male side at least 1/4 inch (6.

35mm) wider than the floor slot. 500 lbs (226kg) of force and the included wedge would not snap the two pieces together. The left door latches on the top and bottom of the doors are difficult to move without pliers or a hammer.

The good features of this product are the cost per area is reasonable, a similar pre-assembled wood shed was estimated at 50% more in cost. The material is not effected by rot or insects. The base material is only an inch thick so you do not need a ramp.

No regular painting needed with only minimal cleaning upkeep. If the assembly process and molding quality control issues were improved I think this could become a premium product. Right now for the price point and features I still think the product has significant value.

We had an older shed from a different brand that the big bad wolf had taken a big dislike to it. We had fixed it up several times only to be blown down again. The last time was a doozy as it was almost knocked flat.

It was time to go new shed shopping. We looked at wood, metal, vinyl, plastic. The whole spectrum. We priced out building it ourselves but with lumber prices being the way they are in our area, it proved to be too costly.

Our local codes allowed us to build up to a 120 sq. ft. shed without a permit, and our last shed was just under 50 sq. ft. and was packed to the gills, we knew we needed bigger and better. After looking around we settled on model # 60079.

Plus we also ordered the a Snow Load kit as we live in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We love our shed with some minor flaws. First, when you unpack it, find the instruction manual and check for the yellow pages.

They are the parts identifier and list what is in each box. MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO!! I just finished building mine and I came up missing one little sky light and it was raining lightly as I was putting on the last of the roof sections and the sky lights.

I called Customer Service and they apologized and are shipping me out the missing piece plus one extra one that I damaged while installing it. As you unpack the items, place similar items together and out of direct sunlight.

They get hot quickly and may warp. So, it is better to put them where they stay cool and organized. When building a platform to put the shed on, flat and level is a beautiful thing!! Also, if you are putting it on anything other than concrete, go up in size.

I built my wooden base out of 2×4’s as the manual suggested. I should have gone with 2×6’s. It would have made it a lot stronger. Also build in more support underneath the beams. I used 2″ concrete pavers.

I wish I had used more of them. I place 3 across and 4 down each side. I should have placed them every 2 beams not every 3 beams in the interior. That way the decking would have deflected less. When building the trusses, keep the interior of the trusses as clean as possible.

That way, the roof pieces will fit in better. If you are using a snow load kit, it is easier to pre-drill the wholes than just use the self drilling screws. At least I found it that way. When putting the floor panels down, you will need another person, or some heavy weights to help keep the floor from moving.

And, don’t be surprised if some of the outside edges don’t come quite together. When you start to put up the side walls, follow the directions as to where to start. The wall panels need to go in in a specific order.

And when you get in a couple of panels, put in a couple of screws to help hold them together. Also, check with a level to make sure they are plumb. It is easier to check and correct when you have a few installed than a whole side.

And keep checking every few panels. The instruction manual is a bit hard to understand at times. If you are unsure, CALL LIFETIME!! it is better to ask then to take it down and redo it. Or look at some videos online.

If a part seems hard to go in, take a utility knife and cut away some of the excess plastic. I had to due it frequently during my build. Not a big problem but something you deal with when working with plastic/vinyl products.

I found that it helped having a nail apron to put screws in. I used both an impact driver and a screw gun. The screw gun has a clutch that you can set so you don’t over drive the screw. I also had magnetic bit holders to help keep the screws in place as I drove them in.

They do give you extras so don’t worry if you have left overs. All in all, I would buy another large shed from Lifetime. I have a small garden shed that I bought from Costco and a deck box that I have had for a decade now.

Still works great.

They arrived as promised. Quality and size is as expected though the bottom bin of the stack in the cardboard box was busted up during shipping. Submitted a request through theyre app to return to the store hoping I would be able to get a replacement for just the broken one.

Had to haul the large box of bins to Walmart in town only to find out that they cannot just swap out the broken one with another storage bin in stock; they did not carry these exact bins in store. I tried to reorder another set through the app but theyre already out of stock.

I really want and need these storage containers so I didnt send them back for a refund. I decided to keep them even though I paid for a busted one. All the rest are in perfect condition. They have lids that clip on with swinging plastic handles.

I like that they keep the lids on nice and secure as these boxes will be stored in the attic. Its unfortunate that Walmart return and replacement procedure isnt set up like Amazons, which is seamless.

I prefer buying through Amazon for this specific reason. In order to return an item through Amazon, all I need to do is drop it off at a UPS store where my car is just outside their store entrance door not down a long car park and then a thousand feet inside the store.

I ordered the bins from Walmart because they had something for a reasonable price; whereas, Amazons prices for storage bins were dear. I ordered some larger bins from Walmart the other day, my fingers and toes are crossed that they wont arrived busted.

I have been buying these over the past several years. I live in Central Florida; it’s damp here during the rainy season and over the winter. I use these to store everything from linens, clothing, books, shoes, important documents, and miscellaneous everything.

These latch boxes keep everything dust and mold free. Also, everything is organized so I can readily find it. (And as an aside, every time my house is burglarized, they grab a few of these to remove what they are interested in stealing.

This is why I have to keep replacing them; the burglars like them, too. ).

Great Shelves that have a major downfall – no accessories to add-on. You cannot any hooks, brackets, baskets, etc from any options that exist. This set of shelves is larger than the other set that has those options available.

Otherwise, great shelves – they do what they are supposed to do. hold stuff. It is large hunks of metal that stand up and hold your treasured items (in realty it is your junk that you do not want to part with – I get it.

mine holds all of my halloween decorations. ).

Purchased three units, went together good, finish is good. These 138 pound racks however will NOT hold 10000 POUNDS, the weight of 2 full size pickup trucks. This is both laughable and blatant misrepresentation.

The shelving portion will start to bend with 800 POUNDS, about a quarter of what is claimed. These will work fine for typical garage storage, just not the ridiculous claim of 10000 POUNDS.

We used this to store my daughter’s breakable pieces for some larger doll toys and accessories. This was the PERFECT box for them! It was deep enough to hold larger items and clear, so that we could see inside.

The clips on the lids have held securely, so that we don’t have to worry about things falling out accidentally while carrying. It’s nice and flat, so that we can easily stack her storage containers together.

I would definitely get more of these; these are SO useful, and I can see the boxes being used for toy building sets / bricks, too! My only quibble is that it’s not completely one size; it gets larger towards the top.
