The 10oz black Lowball Yetis I ordered with a monogram on the front and the Quail design on the back above the Yeti logo arrived on time and were beautiful. I was lucky to get in on the free monogram discount window Yeti offered.

I’m very happy with them. The silver design shows up beautifully on the black background. I would normally not order the black, but the contrast between the base and the designs turned out nicely. I wish they had more options in mug colors, monogram styles and colors of the designs and monograms so they would pop on the lighter colored mugs.

As they only offer the silver designs and monograms, the darker colors of mugs are the only colors that will offer a nice contrast. It was a good bargain with the discounted monogram and I am happy with what I received.

I would order again and can recommend highly.

I just love these. I top my beverage with ice when going to bed and it’s there through the night when i need water. I have multiple colors for guest, again to keep beverages cold , no sweat and a lid to keep bugs out if needed.

My guests primarily drink their beverage on the rocks like me with a splash and twist. The rim is thin and dishwasher safe. It’s lightweight, my small hand holds it comfortably. Glasses can sometime slip and be too heavy and large to grip for me.

I even bring my own to parties, so I know its mine. Especially those that use plastic cups. Not a big fan drinking from plastic or contributing to adding plastic to environment. I just wish i had a stackable rack for all the lids.

Just learned i can add names on these. Wish more people did the same.

I won this 10oz Yeti Rambler from a Coca Cola giveaway a couple years ago. I love it! It’s my favorite cup. The stainless steel is attractive, easy to clean, and functional. Keeps drinks super cold. I have put ice water on my night standnin this cup and woken up the next morning to it still having ice in it! The lid on this tumbler is possibly the best feature.

Most cups with lids like this end up not fitting properly after a few trips through the dishwasher, but the Yeti lids stand up to the test of time. Still fits perfectly and seals every time, even after 2 years of being washed in dishwasher.

I can see this tumbler lasting forever, no joke, it might even outlive me. If you’ve thought about these but were on the fence, GO BUY IT NOW! you won’t regret it!.

Impressed with all my Yeti products, so I was a little disappointed with this 30 oz mug. It took a while to get used to it but after learning how to drink from it (does anyone find it hard to believe that I had to learn to drink from a mug!?!), I use it regularly from waking to sleeping.

It keeps my ice water cold all day – I refill it three to four times a day. The stronghold lid is exactly that (so far) – strong. It is advertised not to be leakproof, but my experience has been that it IS leakproof.

When I accidentally knock it over, and the magslider is closed, my drinks have not spilled at all. I learned that the secret is not to overfill it! There has to be some space between the lid and the ice for the lid to seal properly.

And most importantly, the liquid inside cannot be overfilled, lest the lid touches the liquid before the lid is screwed on. When the lid is screwed on and moves into place, the volume of liquid displaced by the lid apparently moves into the threads between the lid and mug and when you take a drink, allows the liquid to migrate thru the threads, between the lid and mug, around your lower lip, down your chin and onto your shirt, as so many have complained.

My experience has been that after that volume of liquid has been absorbed by your shirt, the leakage stops. Another common complaint is the slow flow of the drink passing thru the lid. I agree with this complaint, but I have not experienced any leakage when turning the mug upside-down to try to increase the flow of my drink.

My only “success” in increasing the drink flow has been to drink normally and touch my upper lip to the magslider so that the liquid passing thru the opening seems to flow faster – but maybe that’s just my imagination.

Nevertheless I am impressed with this mug and will continue to use (and not abuse) it! I also like that the shape of the mug fits into my car’s cupholders so I can easily reach it and put it back.

This was a gift from my husband for Christmas 2021. I love the personalization and the fact that that it keeps my drinks hot or cold, as long as I need it too. With that being said, I’d like to point out something I hate about it too.

First, if you have big hand like me, this is a three finger handle not four and takes some getting used to. Then, there is the hole where you drink from which you can only sip from, no gulps. I take coffee to work in this, I work 10 hours, if I don’t completely disassemble this lid to rinse thoroughly before it waits the rest of the day to get home,it’s slimey and nasty.

I have to take all the seals off to rinse or there is slime in the threads by the end of the day. Also the removable seal I didn’t realize was removable(bottom piece of the magnetic flipper) until I was trying to clean build-up from the crack between the rubber and plastic and the seal slipped over the corner exposing a sheet of gross old coffee that had gotten caught in between.

And what’s with that little space inside just under the drink hole, I have to use a toothbrush to get all the buildup out of there. I’m not talking about letting it sit for days or weeks, I’m talking about every day I have to remove all rubber seals and clean extensively.

So make sure to stay near clean running water or you’ll only be able to use it one day. I own two of these cups and both lids are the same, I wish yeti would replace them, just horrible design. Considering going back to my cheap Walmart cup because there are no hidden spots to catch buildup without noticing and I could get a decent size drink quickly without waiting for it to dribble out.

I’ve been using Yeti ramblers for years. I was really excited to see a rambler finally made with a handle. I have the handle attachment for my other ramblers but find it a pain to remove for washing.

And over years of use they[re stretching out and will need to be replaced. I made the mistake of not removing the handle attachment on my first yeti and it has a nasty ring not quite rust but it’s stained and doesn’t look good.

So when this came out I didn’t hesitate to get it. I was surprised when I got it that it was noticeably taller than my other ramblers. It is also heavier. When I went to wash it before using it I was surprised by the lid redesign and it twisting off and the mouth piece being multiple pieces.

My first time using this rambler I was disappointed in how little liquid actually came out while drinking. The redesign of the mouth piece allow for very little liquid to come through. When you’re thirsty that is a huge con.

But my other disappointment was I’m the handle. With the cup being bigger and heavier the size and shape of the handle to me is not comfortable. The handle attachment is more ergonomically shaped and is easier/more comfortable to pick up and hold.

I will say that the one plus on the lid redesign is I do feel that it is more leak proof than the previous one. I also think that it might keep my drinks cold longer than the previous design. While I appreciate that it has more leak proof I will go back and by the original style rambler and handle attachment.

My husband got one of these for Christmas and I was very skeptical after hearing great reviews. He uses it daily to drink his coffee. A few days ago my coffee had long gone cold (while taking care of my baby).

This happens daily and I often end up drinking cold coffee. He urged me to try his coffee. and it was still hot! I couldn’t believe it. He immediately ordered me the pink one for myself. No more cold coffees for thus busy mom! I also like the it comes with a secure lid, magnetic clip at the top for easy cleaning, and it’s machine washable.

I’m very excited to have the cup in pink too. they have a great color selection. It would be a fantastic cup to use on the go, however I only plan to use it in my house. It is relatively expensive, but I feel it is worth the price.

As you can see from my photo the mug has had heavy use. We use it camping. We use it on road trips. We use it in the car. We use it at shows and festivals. My kids use it. My husband takes it to job sites.

It keeps liquids hot and cold. The kid stays in place and never leaks. It’s a great size. Easy to clean. Extremely durable. I’ve had this thing for like 12 years or more. Yes I recommend this and all yeti products.

Just buy them they’re worth the money they last forever.

I love Yeti’s and used to have a LOT of them, but whenever I had people over or let people take them to the pool, beach, or anything outside, they Invariably never made it back home to me. These are my last two remaining lowballs out of TEN.

I love this style because it’s perfect for cocktails or coffee. I also drank wine out of these before they came out with the wine tumblers. They are double insulated, so it stays hot or cold for hours and very easy to wash.

This is the Yeti I’ve been waiting for: it has a handle!! I’ve got the rambler 26 Oz with the chug cap and other knock-off brands with handles (which the ice melts overnight. ) I have RA, so opening and closing the chug cap was becoming a problem (especially if my hubs closed it last!) This is fabulous.

With the handle, I feel like I have a better grip on it than before. The lid has “grippy” edges to make unscrewing (yay!!!) the lid easier. The mag-lock slider is improved from the one on my husbands 16 Oz rambler he takes for his daily coffee.

Drawbacks: the handle is a *tiny* bit smaller than I’d like, although I’m not sure it’s a design flaw or one to make it a universal fit for all car cup holders. Sometimes (when the mug is full & my hands are achy) I need to put my palm against the outside surface and slide my fingers into the handle; then I use the other hand to support as well.

I can’t get my fingers into the handle far enough to make this work/comfortable. I know most others use it with their fingers through the handle with their thumb bracing the top, but I’m just not capable of that any more.

I don’t know if it’s possible, but a insulating lid, rather than acrylic, would help me keep my water cooler for longer in these 100 degree days. Love the color. Love the engraving (first time I’ve ever been able to have my name – spelled correctly! – on something I use.

I’m just waiting to see how long I can hold off buying another!!.

I have a Yeti problem: I just can’t stop. Why do I need more than one Rambler or more than one cooler? Because new colors! Because nothing on the market compares to Yeti, in my opinion, and they’re good investments.

I have the Haul and the 45, oh and the Soft 12. They each have a purpose and my justification for this Roadie was that since it was hard sided, it would be good for solo trips where ice would need to be retained for longer than one day (boo I’m looking at you, Soft 12!), but it needed to be more transportable than the 45 when alone.

The hard coolers obviously keep ice better and for that it can have five stars, but transportable? Definitely not. The short strap along with the size of the cooler when full makes this painful to carry.

I bring this sucker into hotels with me and I strap it to my luggage and roll it in. It hits the side of your body when you try to carry it and it’s just so awkward and uncomfortable. The strap hurts my hand.

To be fair, you knew that before purchasing. You also knew that there was no drain plug and I didn’t think I’d care, but after lifting it in hotel bathtubs to empty water and add more ice, it’s a pain.

So: while this does a great job at retaining ice for trips where you don’t need as much cooler space, the awkward maneuverability and the lack of a drain plug make it cumbersome to work with. I understand that a drain plug would take up valuable space in an already tiny cooler, but tipping it is too hard.

They could add a mini drain plug.

I purchased this cooler in Oct. 2021 for traveling to my camper in the mountains on the weekends. I typically stay 1 or 2 nights. My other cooler (different brand name) would allow food items (closest to the top) to spoil while sitting in the hot car during the day while at work.

A contractor friend of mine told me how well his Yeti cooler kept ice & drinks cold in his work truck, even during the summer. I decided to finally buy a Yeti. So far, I have been very pleased with this cooler.

I typically use reusable ice packs. I’ll place 1 in the cooler the night before use, then remove it and place 2 ice packs from the freezer. Next, I’ll place my food items in the cooler. The inside of the cooler gets slightly smaller from top to bottom.

After a day or two, the ice packs are still frozen, with very little defrosting. I have really been surprised at how long the ice packs keep the inside of the cooler cold. I do not foresee having any items spoil inside this cooler near the top like my old cooler did.

I will be using this cooler to keep cold drinks inside the car while traveling on vacations as well. Very heavy duty cooler. I should have bought this cooler years ago!.

Great cooler as far as stays cold on hot days if prepped probably. Even on the boat or at all day lax tournaments. Holds enough to have what you need without lugging a big cooler around. For tournaments which typically is an all day all weekend thing it will retain ice for the 3 days maybe 1 refill in there depending on temperature.

I usually keep a larger cooler in the truck (60) and refill this one as needed. Gave 3 stars cause it’s just a little to heavy to carry around and alse awkward to carry. Works great as a seat or footstool perfect height.

It’s just a dam pain to carry def like the old style with metal handle better. I ended up purchasing a small foldable hand truck wich I Bungie to as well as a chair for mobile days and works great. Also this cooler fits perfect right behind the center console in a quad or crew cab truck.

We are so glad we purchased this for our 2 day drive across the country. We had ice for 5 days!! (Literally on 4 there was floating ice and it was all melted by day 5). The car was in a 84 degree parking garage for one week, and outside in the sun at a hotel for one night on our way to Florida.

I can’t believe how nice it was to have this cooler – it actually makes me want to go on trips more! While on vacation, we actually had leftovers from a few restaurants and instead of having to throw the food away because of a 2 day drive home, all we had to do was empty the water in the Yeti, refreeze our blocks, add new ice, and we took $100 of leftovers with us! So instead of having to buy more food at a restaurant in TN (our mid-way stop) we ate delicious leftovers from high end restaurants from our anniversary vacation.

Yum! I DONT like that there is only ONE color option – white. One scratch and it’s gonna look terrible because it will be noticeable. or dirt will really make it look bad if it gets dirty. I wish there was another color option!!.

This Yeti 210 is a great product. It is solid and well built. You can feel the quality in the product. Although I really liked this cooler, I had to return it because the height of this cooler will not allow you to close the bed cover of my Ram 2500.

I have NO compIaints on the quality of this product. I did not get to actually use it, but when I realized it didn’t fit in my truck, I returned it to get a lower height cooler to put in my truck under the bed cover.

The 20 inch height cooler will work perfectly. Since most of us probably are putting these coolers in the bed of our truck and possibly under a bed cover of some kind, Yeti may want to put this on their website or in the description for this product.

I am ordering the Yeti 125 and I can’t wait to start using it. Yeti returned the product and refunded me. Great customer service. Good Job Yeti.

Man if you want to save a few bucks and bury your loved ones with dry ice to preserve them, this is the ticket! I knew it was going to be big, but it will literally fit some one 5’7 and 220lbs. Probably bigger if you quarter the animal up! So elk, caribou, and even moose can be transported in this bad boy.

Halibut 8’ long and 400#’s, just cut it in half and BAM! I didn’t say you could actually lift this after that, so don’t try, trying to contact the Hulk as I type this to come and load it into the truck so I can get home from fishing.

This is best way to maximize your ice retention and get the most out of your chilled goods. Now you might be asking yourself is it worth it? well here’s some noteworthy things to think about. 1. Use it to its full potential, from using the combo of yeti ice and regular crushed ice to sealing the lid with towel to minimize air space.

This the best way to get a full week of chilled goods. 2. 5 year warranty and its bear rated. 3. Because the one way gasket, you can utilize dry Ice to get up to 2 weeks of chilled/frozen goods. *see special care and instructions for the use of dry ice.

4. Built tough, I use mine to fish off my boat as a platform and an extra bench for those at the camp ground or rugby game. 5. They are stylish baby. There’s simply no better cooler than a YETI. I camp in the low desert and the high desert, where it can be excruciatingly hot. Cheap “KOA Campground Coolers”, as I call them, are absolutely worthless if you want to keep your food/drinks cold for more than a day.

Yes, YETIs are expensive, but they do the job of keeping food/drinks cold for many days. No wasted food! I have the YETI 65 for food, and the YETI 35 for ice, and now the YETI 45 for drinks. I’m set for a lifetime of good camping! I urge anyone who is serious about camping to invest in at least one YETI, more than one if you’re really serious.

You won’t ever regret buying a YETI! And, as an added bonus, YETIs are bear-proof. Nothing funnier than seeing a bear trying to get into a YETI, or tossing one end over end down the trail (because they’re a bit heavy for a bear to carry!) Highly recommended!.

I own darn near everything you can from YETI, including a Tundra 45, 65, 105, Hopper Flip, Day Trip, YETI Ice, tumblers, etc etc and I can vouch they are all great products. The Tundra 45, however, is a headache, literally! The lid refuses to stay open unlike my other coolers so I’m always getting bonked on the head whether grabbing a drink or cleaning it.

My least favorite thing is loading it, because putting in multiple containers of ice is a pain in the neck when the lid closes every time you take your hand off it! I was hoping it might stretch out or something after a year of use but unfortunately I’ve had no such luck.

Because of this I try to avoid using the 45 which is unfortunate because it is such a great size. Just make sure you try yours out before you buy or within the return period. It gets annoying!.

If you drink out of cans I would suggest getting one of these. They also work with most bottles you will find. I was initially buying the two I purchased for when we travel to Hawaii and for using at the beach.

I don’t know why, but most beer you purchase in cans there is in the 12oz can sizes. My wife will drink the harder lemonades which come in the 16oz size. So, what to do in purchasing the correct size? Well, I also purchased a three pack of extenders off Amazon, turning your 12oz Yeti to accommodate a 16oz can.

They work great, most likely not as well as the 16oz ones for the taller cans and keeping your drinks cold, but good enough for me in the time I take to drink a beer. In our household, my wife leaves what I call can bombs, cans of soda, cans of seltzer waters and in the evening, the cans of Mike’s hard lemonade a 1/3 to a 1/4 full because she stops drinking them when they get warm.

These do a great job of keeping things cold enough, long enough for her to avoid the can bombs, Why a bomb? Have you ever been cleaning up the kitchen, or coffee table, or outside area and had someone leave a half drank can of beverage? Yeah, you know they are basically bombs if they get knocked over, or you go to throw them away in the recycling.

I like the flexibility in having the extenders, Yeti doesn’t sell them, they would rather sell you a 16 oz rambler. So that is my suggestion and I think these 12 oz ramblers are the way to go.

I used a Rambler to drink from with ice water one time at a friend’s. The next day there was still ice from hours ago. I was impressed by the quality. The only thing I don’t like about some of the YETI Products is most are Made In China.

Besides that I was sold on the product. Make products In The USA Again. That’s why this country is falling apart economically as far as American people not having the jobs they used to. To sum it up I used this 12 Oz Rambler when it was 95F outside and this kept my drink cold.

The typical quality you’d expect from Yeti, high quality materials with great performance to go along with it. It’s a 5 star product for sure, being a nit-picky quality critic, I’d make the thread engagement for the seal ring slightly heftier.

I use this for red bulls, BRCC cold coffees, cold brew, and just about any other slim can that will fit. It’s what I call “conversation proof”, typically if you’re at an event with a slim can drink and get into a lengthy conversation with someone you’re drink will naturally warm up unless you chug it down.

This can cooler prevents that from happening so I’m satisfied with it.

I wanted to love this so much because it is half a gallon (plus the taupe color is beautiful and not offered in the next-best 64-ounce bottle); however, this jug is poorly. designed. It is really awkward to use due to its large size.

More specifically, it is hard to grasp and desperately needs grips. Last of all it is REALLY heavy for a jug. The decision to use steel instead of a lighter weight metal (or other material) was a horrible decision.

Example: The 64-ounce bottle weighs two-point-one pounds; this jug though weighs FOUR *POUNDS*. and that’s empty. Just for your interest too, fill the sucker full with water and that means you are toting EIGHT-POINT-SEVEN POUNDS.

Again, horrible decision to use steel in that top. I hope Yeti thinks about making the 64-ounce bottle a bit larger instead because that should be a better seller in comparison. In the end, I’m returning this for the 64-ounce bottle.

Purchased an Alpine Yellow at a local yeti dealer, got it home and filled it, and it leaked badly. After trying to screw the lid on tighter, it got to the point where it took Herculean strength to get it off, and even when super tight, it still dribbled water down my shirt.

So I filed a warranty claim with Yeti and sent that one back and received a replacement. Thankfully, the new one does not suffer the same problem, though I have seen stories of others who weren’t so lucky.

I have tons of Rambler bottles and love them all and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Except for this one, I’d say probably look around for something else if you need a jug this size. Can’t deny it looks great and now that I got a replacement, I like it.

The ordeal of having to do a warranty claim was a bit off putting, but credit Yeti for standing behind their products.

I love these lids and cups. I’m always on the go, driving mostly. I needed something quick and easy to “flip” open and go that also kept my liquids warm all day. These do the trick plus some! While they are not leak proof (I knew this before purchase) they are amazing.

The one true downfall I have. Is the silicone/rubber seal. Brand new cup/lid (last 3 months) and I’ve already had to purchase a new lid because of the seal. Attempting to get it off the lid with my fingers for washing and a piece of the rubber broke off that time and just today, maybe 2 weeks after that first time, two more spots had pieces come off.

So now it’s “chipped” and no longer sealing correctly. I purchased a new lid from our local Ace Hardware as I needed it sooner rather then later but I plan to purchase 1-2 more lids from Yeti directly.

I do wish you sold them separately though.

I like this particular lid. I’ve seen people complain about it that it leaks, but it doesn’t leak onto you while drinking. Only if you knock the cup over and even then it’s rarely leaked. I’m also a person who takes a few sips with the lid off, and putts the lid back on.

I do, however use the lid when I’m away from home or in any vehicle. The only time I’ve had a problem was when I knocked it over. The magnetic slide on the cover actually comes off for easy cleaning.

They also offer different lids so you can choose what suits you. The Yeti travel mug itself is superior to anything I’ve ever used and virtually indestructible! It might cost a few dollars more, but you save more because you won’t have to replace this one.

Yeti is a huge hit in this house!.

Big, big Yeti Fan. Why? 1. Safe for the dishwasher. 2. Super high quality and able to be dropped. 3. Variety of color options, customizable logos and stickers, and love the seasonal releases. The regular slider lid is the best.

You can sip and drink regularly, or the opening is big enough to slip a regular straw through it. The slider piece is magnetic so you can take it off when washing. Also, in the rare event you lose it, Yeti sells them separately so no worries when washing or taking off!.

Bought the 210 Short divider for my Tundra. Well it’s good, just not great. Maybe my expectations were higher than the products capabilities. So I loaded up the 210 Tundra for a family vacation, I wanted to use the short divider to make two compartments.

One side was going to be ice, the other side for food/condiments. I loaded up approximately 100lbs of ice (5-20lb loads of bulk ice), drove home to start loading my truck for the trip. When I got to loading the food I noticed the divider was bowing due to the weight of the ice I loaded previously.

While the divider was inserted correctly into the Tundra slots I never expected the ice weight to bow the divider. I do think the divider could be engineered with a bit more gussets to prevent the bowing.

Maybe even using a bit stouter material that can hold the load of the ice. Yea. I could have used the ice blocks or other “reusable” style ice blocks but I wanted to see what the capacity of the 210 Tundra was for ice.

I will continue to use the divider, the 210 held “ice” for at least 5-6 days afterwards. Just $. 02 from a Yeti user.

We bought this Tundra for a camping trip May 2022. The Tundra exceeded our expectations. I did the pre-cooling for 2 days before we packed the cooler for our trip. I placed the Yeti ice packs on the bottom of the Tundra then added our food and what drinking products needed to be cold.

I then added ice in layers to make sure ice was all around. The Tundra stayed outside while we were camping and we NEVER LOST ICE! As stated, it exceeded our expectations so we went and bought another Tundra, but a bit smaller, a 45 for Tailgating and small excursions.

Yeti has me hooked. Quality means a lot and YETI has Quality made products!.

This thing is going to outlast me. This is my second (first was a 65). People complain it doesn’t keep cool as long as they expect. it isn’t a powered freezer. It definitely keeps cool longer than any ice chest I have ever used.

The real value to me is when I add dry ice. I can put raw fish from the gulf or elk meat in the rockies under some dry ice and by the time I make the drive home to middle America, the meat is hard frozen.

Between the 65 and 75, I can get all the meat from a bull elk chilled and home safely. When you consider that, the coolers are a bargain. I spent more on the butcher’s fee! And these things will last forever.

TL;DR: I’m confident I could kick this cooler down a flight of stairs, full, leave it there, then come back to grab a cold (but probably flat) beer a week or two later. But I won’t. The Full Review: Others have already discussed the performance of this cooler in depth, so I’m going to touch on some of the things that (at the time of my writing this review) I wasn’t sure of before purchasing this cooler.

Yeti’s always been very vocal about how the latches and hinges on their Tundra line of coolers are vastly superior to the cheap metal components used by other brands, so I was a little wary when Yeti decided to swap to metal for the Yeti V Series.

In general though, if you want to get a good idea for the look and feel of the Yeti V Series. imagine if your late grandfather, who really prized his tools, left you a cooler from “the good old days” that he cherished.

except that his cooler came from a future where people no longer justify imperfections as “having character”. The Yeti V Series is that box, and you’ll be receiving it new. 1. INTERIOR SPACE: The main reason I hadn’t bought a full-sized Yeti cooler yet, despite owning many other Yeti products, is that I found it hard to justify having so little interior space for such a large footprint.

With the Yeti V Series, this is no longer a concern. In fact, this cooler has thinner walls than even those hollow plastic coolers that grocery chains keep stocked above their freezer aisle. When I learned that it also insulates Better than the Yeti Tundra series coolers, the part of my mind that was saying, “But the price.

” got a lot quieter. If you’re wondering about Yeti Ice configurations, I bought two Large size (4lb) Yeti Ice packs and there still might be room for a Small next to them. And it doesn’t taper – you get full width and depth, lid to base.

2. LATCH: Yeti’s description of “cast aluminum” didn’t really help me much in my estimation of durability, since plenty of products are made of aluminum, and there are always corners you can cut. And their video shows everything getting screwed in, but it doesn’t really give you a good view of the components.

I ultimately bought this product on faith that Yeti would honor their commitment to quality all the way down to the details, and they delivered in a big way. For starters, the latch isn’t just “sturdy” — it’s a hoss.

But even better, it *feels good* to open and close. If you have one of the mag-slider lids for a Tumbler, it feels similar even though it’s just a mechanical latch instead of magnetic. They hit the sweet spot where it’s tight enough that it won’t come open on its own, ever, in any position, but it’s easy enough to open that my four-year-old can do so (over and over).

Yeti probably missed an opportunity to put a padlock slot through the latch (since it would basically be a vacuum-sealed vault at that point), but I’m happy with it as-is. 3. HINGES: Silent, sleek (in a chunky kind of way), perfectly aligned, and obviously not just thin and hollow casts.

These things will be able to handle some torque, and I didn’t compromise the seal at all by sitting my 250lb self right above them. I picked my feet up and scooched around and everything, and I was the only thing that moved.

Very pleased with the hinges. 4. HANDLES: Honestly, I was a little skeptical of the handles from the ads here on Yeti. com. They Looked okay, but I expected them to end up being uncomfortable for long carries with a heavy load.

While I still have some experience to gain in that department, they actually feel very comfortable, and the grip on them is phenomenal. It’s not going to be Fun carrying a long way, but it won’t be frustrating or unwieldy, either.

5. DRAIN PLUG / CAP: Alright, my fanboy hat comes off for this one. I wasn’t super thrilled with the plug. It feels kind of cheap by comparison to the rest of the cooler, and although it does match the rest of the exterior visually, it doesn’t have the beefy heft I was expecting.

While I have no doubts it will do its job, the plug is just a hollowed out plastic (that bear-proof, rotomolded Tundra kind that forms the base and interior, I think) cap covered with a layer of what seems like thin stainless steel.

It’s got a threaded plastic barrel, like you’d see on any other Yeti hard-cooler, and it does fit snugly. If I could improve something about the cooler, this would be it. I’d ask for a chunky, heavy, insulated plug that matches the heft of the cooler.

“Best” should mean best in every way, no exceptions. 6. FEET: Back to positives. The feet are a good compromise between rugged and grippy. I could probably drag this thing on the sidewalk for about half a mile before the thick rubber feet grind down to the cooler’s base and need to be replaced.

But that’s not what feet are for. They give this cooler great traction and they don’t seem like the type of rubber that will degrade and get sticky ten years from now, so 5/5 on the feet. 7. WEIGHT: Heavy, as expected.

Unless you’ve got something to prove, this is a two-person carry when full (as are many coolers, to be fair). It carries a tiny bit more than the Tundra Haul, and a lot more than the Tundra 65, but it’s smaller, with a truck-bed footprint just a little smaller than the Tundra 45.

In order to find a Yeti that carries more than this one, you have to go up to a Tundra 75, and that one’s a full foot wider. So you can really load this thing down with a lot of stuff. When thinking about its mobility, you should be thinking about it like carrying a Tundra Haul full of stuff.

(The Haul also weighs about the same. ) That’s all I’ve got for you. Hope this helped. I’m really happy with my purchase over all, and if you’re comfortable with Yeti’s price points for their other coolers, I think this one is actually a better bang for your buck.

I’m old and I’ve bought a lot of coolers so far in my life. Some were ok but most were disappointing in how well they were made and how long they preserved ice. This is an expensive cooler but extremely well made and absolutely amazing at keeping ice from melting.

It is worth it. Plus I got it on sale from West Marine!.

I bough this cooler a couple of weeks ago thinking it would perform similarly to my tundra series coolers… boy was I wrong! The vacuum sealed walls and top make this thing way better than the already fantastic tundra series.

I did no prep and threw 2 bags of 20lbs ice in it and left it outside in the summer heat of Charleston, SC. This cooler held ice so well that I had to dump the ice out on the 7th day because it just wouldn’t melt! My V Series will be my go to cooler when I need a week plus worth of ice without having to worry!.

I have had the Rambler for over two years and use it almost daily, my lifestyle is totally outdoors and I’ve used it in 100-plus temperatures of tropical Africa to keep drinks cool – down to sub-freezing temperatures to keep drinks warm.

From aesthetics to functionality there is no better insulated cup in my opinion, especially when you combine it with the the tumbler handle which gives it such versatility. It keeps drinks ice-cold or scalding hot for hours (the best part of a day, honestly) in totally adverse conditions and always seems to retain its ‘new look’.

The Magslider Lid is one of the most satisfying designs I’ve ever come across. The cup is incredibly tough too, I’ve dropped it too many times than I care to remember and it barely seems to get scratched.

The only tiny downside is that the cup does not fit into every single drinks holder, particularly outside the US where XL cupholders aren’t the norm. But don’t let that deter you from getting it one bit.

It’s now the standard gift I bring when visiting friends in Africa as everyone there marvels at it and its capabilities. IF YOU’RE UNDECIDED ABOUT THIS CUP, DON’T BE – JUST BUY IT, IT’S WORTH EVERY CENT PS: I don’t work for Yeti.

I did not ask for this as a gift, but my husband purchased me a 24 oz tumbler in sandstone pink, with a monogram for Christmas. He ordered it on Dec 1, it came after Christmas/Before New Years. 1. It’s too big.

I do not drink 20 oz at a time 2. The color is hideous. Do I like pink generally? Yes. The ice pink, and dragon pink are decent pinks (not that I would ever pick pink for a travel mug). However, sandstone pink is actually 1980s dusty rose and reminds me of my childhood (not in a good way).

Gag me with a spoon! 3. If I was going to monogram a coffee mug, I’d go script and not serif. I also do not like all 3 of my married initials together and would have preferred two, but I double checked him and there was no way he could have done that.

It’s not Yeti’s fault that my husband of 20+ years does not know me; however they really do need a recycling program for the crap people receive, yet never asked for. This thing went straight into the back of my kitchen pantry, only to be seen again when our kids clean out our house after we pass someday.

Received my 14oz and love it. I read reviews after and was second guessing my selection. Som said coffee did not stay hot. Well here’s a tip that might help with keeping it hot. Use regular coffee cup…run hot water to warm the cup…while your coffee is dripping run hot water through your yeti making it warm and ready to receive your hot coffee…after coffee is done I put it in the microwave for 20 sec in the regular coffee cup…take from microwave and add creamer…mix well then transfer the hot coffee to your yeti mug.

Helps to keep coffee at a safe drinking temperature. I use this method with my 24 oz also. Hope this helps those having a problem with their coffee staying hot. Everything I drink from be it hot or cold I use my yeti cups.

The 10oz wine yeti is my 11th yeti cup purchase. I have never had to give any of my other yeties less than 5 stars. However, this yeti i’ll give it a 3 star. I still love this cup but here are the issues.

And they are only my issues. The magslider leaks. When you take a drink the red wine comes out from under the seal which leaves red wine drips on clothing if not careful. I think the stronghold lid would solve this problem.

Also, for arthritic hands the cup is to large at the base. A more skinny fluted cup would be nice or add a handle for us “wine-rs!” LOL!. But definitely needs a stronghold lid. I will always continue to purchase my yeties.

The Yeti wine tumbler looks amazing, awesome modern colors and great quality. The addition of the mug slider stops any spills and keep bugs out of your drink. Your drink stays cool and so do you. The price here is better than Yeti’s home page and if you are a member, (no brainer) the best price out there! Let’s not forget super quick delivery to your front door and delivery is free when you spend $49.

I don’t shop for my Yeti products any where else.

I’m an avid wine drinker but never did I think I would want a wine tumbler. It was gifted to me but let me tell you, this is currently one of my favorite gifts I’ve ever received. Your chilled wine will never not be chilled in this yeti! That was always my biggest issue with regular wine glasses.

The yeti is also great to sip on outside, during a hot summer night, or on a boat. Really anyway? Take it to a BYOB restaurant, sure!.

My wife bought me this Yeti Tumbler for my coffee. I already have a Yeti water bottle with the screw on top and my wife has the tumbler with the straw, we both love the products. Unfortunately, this one did not live up to expectations at all.

I understand that the lid is not made to be “leakproof”, but even sitting in the cup holder of my car while driving, coffee managed to splash through and pooled up in the top of lid. The lip on the lid is also too deep, it makes it harder than necessary to take a sip of hot coffee.

The action of the slider is very nice, and the lid seals nicely to the mug, but with no seal on the slider that makes little difference. It did keep my coffee warm for a nice while, but no longer than my cheaper travel mugs.

I bought a 2-pack of cheaper travel mugs 3 years ago for half the price of this single Yeti and they still keep my coffee warm just as long as this one does. The tops of the cheaper mugs are also the style where you hold the button to drink, and you can lock out the button, so the tops are actually completely leakproof to the point where you can toss it in a backpack and not worry about spilling.

Very disappointed in this Yeti tumbler, there are far better options out there for much cheaper. Would not buy again.
