20 Best Yogurt For Dieting (2022 Updated)

I am so happy with this yogurt maker. I have already made 3 batches of yogurt, one of which I strained and made into greek yogurt. I wanted a yogurt maker for some time, but always had the impression that yogurt making was hit or miss.

If I knew that this yogurt maker worked this well and consistently I would have bought it years ago.

This is a good looking and functionally well-designed unit, but there are problems. It holds seven jars. my old one held five. That seems like a plus, but the actual liquid the seven jars hold is about the same as my old five jar maker.

Fortunately, there is some extra room such that you might possibly use your own slightly wider jars if the need arose. Of more concern is the heat this unit generates. it seems to be right at the limit where it might actually begin to kill yogurt culture, and indeed, the first batch I made came out like slightly thickened milk.

A subsequent batch using more culture turned out OK though, but the jars get so warm that they might actually be too hot for some people to hold with bare hands. That was a big surprise to me since my old maker that lasted decades was comfortably warm and made wonderful yogurt the first time, and every time.

until it died. At the very least then it would seem this unit uses more energy than necessary. On the other hand, it might just make the process faster due to the extra heat, but where there was no concern if I left my old unit on for 8 hours or 12, I wouldn’t allow such a fudge factor with this one.

So as my title indicates, the jury is still out, not just on how well it will produce long-term, but on how durable it is as well. The company provides an 800 number which I called to try to get some clarification on the temperature setting, but every time I called I got an answering machine in which they ask you to enter the party’s extension.

Since they didn’t name names in the manual, that can’t be done. My last issue is that the plastic dome is thin, making it the weakest part of the unit, and to make matters worse, it does not fit perfectly on mine.

Oh, it fits well enough, but there is a slight bulge which leaves a small gap in the perimeter seal. Nothing too significant, but a flaw in this otherwise nice looking unit. I’m not recommending this, but the price is decent.

It just seems that, overall, products nowadays that seem to offer a good value end up deteriorating rather quickly. Again, I don’t know that this will be the case here, but what I consider to be initial flaws could easily become fatal flaws if they get any worse.

you know, like just after the time has passed when you’re able to return it? Thst won’t stop me from demanding consideration from Walmart if it happens, but you may have better things to do with your life!?!.

With this machine I can make yoghurt at home so it’s a very economical choice. I eat a lot of yoghurt so it’s useful. It’s not too expensive so it’s not too difficult to afford. Also I enjoy the time I spend making it.

I recommend it to all the people who like yoghurt!.

I absolutely love this yogurt. The taste is amazing. And the consistency is just right. Even my grandchildren love them. They’re packed with so many nutrients that’s hard to get into our little ones.

Good for those mornings were running behind, small enough for little lunch boxes or just as a nutritional snack in between meals. Thank you Chobani❤️.

Chobani yogurt drink is a perfect way to start my 5am mornings. My two sons are emergency responders. They sometimes work 36 hours straight with no sleep. When they are not hungry but very tired and have to keep working they drink a yogurt and get energy.

I also sometimes get low sugar and these drinks revive me in a healthy way. The coconut pineapple is our favorite. I highly recommend this product. Thank you chobani for the yogurt drink because even if my two sons are grown they prefer to drink yogurt.

~ Greetings, I was at Walgreens returning some items; then, I told myself that I should take something with me, prior taking my morning walk; instead of coffee, I opted in for this yogurt drink; very great full for my decision; absolutely a great tasting yogurt drink.

It is made with natural ingredients and cane sugar. The sugar incorporated in this yogurt beverage was perfect, not too sweet but sweet enough. It also contains the good bacterias for gut, with ten grams of protein.

It tasted absolutely delicious. I will purchase this item regularly onward. I highly recommend this product. A++++.

I paid 7. 99 at Mother’s Market in Costa Mesa, Ca, I have had Siggy’s original yogurts and tasted like greek yogurt and not too sweet like I like it. Finally Siggy’s creates a plant based option and I decide to buy the sweetened plain version.

It is slightly brown looking and tasted horrible. I ate a few scoops to make sure but it was inedible. I threw it away. I wish you could go back to the kitchen and make a plant based yogurt that tasted like your original flavors of yogurt.

I love the vanilla and coconut original flavors. Keep trying!.

I’ve always found that Yoplait’s have always been a nice light snack with a piece of fruit. It’s very easy and gentle on my stomach, too. They have nice variety if you can find a store that carries a variety.

I’ve found that certain stores sell specific flavors. I do hate that I have to go to multiple stores if I want the flavors that I want. I’ll finish my review so I can continue eating my 🍓 Yoplait 😋.

This flavor is absolutely one of my favorites. I find that I like the taste of kiwi and it really goes great with strawberry. Yoplait really did a wonderful job combining these two flavors and portioning them perfectly.

It’s worth a try and the buy. I highly recommend this.

Yoplait is my go-to yogurt brand. I love the strawberry and remember always having the variety pack of strawberry, blueberry, and peach in my house growing up. I realize it isn’t the healthiest yogurt and has a lot of sugar, but it’s healthier than candy!.

This is my first time trying this product and I opted for the sea salt caramel flavor because I LOVE caramel. I wanted to love these as I like the idea of a yogurt-based sweet, frozen treat, but these are NOT caramel flavored, they are butterscotch flavored.

The main difference between caramel and butterscotch is that butterscotch is made with brown sugar, which is represented in the ingredients. I’ve never cared for butterscotch so, therefore, will not be purchasing these again.

I WILL be trying another flavor though, as that was my only complaint about them. On another note, I do wish there were more of a variety (perhaps more fruit flavors) of flavors besides the many chocolate options, as I can’t eat chocolate.

The birthday cake flavor will probably be my next foray into Yasso bars. Looking forward to it!.

My children and husband are lactose intolerant. I began buying these at Walmart and shortly after was able to find them at Natural Grocers, Homeland, and Target. The vanilla is our favorite. My son prefers it over the other flavors.

It is very very sweet and soothing. It’s truly delicious. We enjoy making smoothies out of it. With a cup of lactaid milk, half cup frozen blueberries, and 1 container vanilla yogurt- you get the best simple smoothie! Both of my toddlers adore smoothie days.

We use them as a morning snack! The toddlers are usually pretty active from the sugar rush and are always happy and ready to go play. Fun and tasty nutrition!.

i bought this and a soy based yogurt as well to try as a dairy free alternative to my regular brand. I wasnt sure what to expect but the first nose/mouth smell and taste i thought yeahhh no, but after a couple bites it got better.

Creamy textured and coconutty after taste but good flavor. A tad bit runnier but not a big deal, though i wish there were actual pieces of fruit in them or a fruit on the bottom option would be great as well.

Over all its something I’d definitely buy again.

This cherry Fage has creamy, rich, thick unflavored Greek yogurt in one section of the container, and in the other section there’s delicious cherry. not sure how to describe it, it’s like preserves almost.

It has whole cherries in it. It’s really very good and you can choose how much you want to mix in and whether you want to stir it in or dip it. The yogurt is so smooth and the cherry is so flavorful.

It’s a treat, and a fairly healthy treat. It’s a bit expensive. But it’s my favorite Greek yogurt.

I love eating yogurt for breakfast more then any other meal. I absolutely love everything about eating yogurt but I especially love opening a Fage Total 0% Raspberry Non Fat Yogurt. There is something incredibly rewarding about pouring the Raspberry flavor into the plain yogurt and mixing it in until it is completely mixed.

I don’t know if it tricks the mind into believing it is fresher then other yogurts? But, it works for me and I am hooked. I will only eat Fage Total 0% Raspberry Non Fat Yogurt.

Really liked this yogurt! I love that it’s a lighter yogurt with less sugar and I prefer it over other brands. I wouldn’t change a thing. I will continue to purchase. I love the vanilla flavor and can’t wait to try more.

I bought this because the description on both the app and the website say it’s a healthy choice because it’s made with no artificial sweeteners. As soon as I tasted it, I knew it contained artificial sweeteners.

It does–two different kinds: sucralose and acesulfame potassium. If you look at the photo of the box, then you’ll see that it does contain artificial sweetener as well as artificial flavors. I would not have chosen this but for the incorrect description.

On the app, I didn’t have the option (that I could see) to read the label.

Unfortunately, I usually love this product, but I did the pick up option, so Sams picked it out for me and I didn’t notice until I went home that it expired two days after I got it. So I could really only enjoy one or two of these until I had to toss it all.

Live and learn, I should double check that before I leave, otherwise this is a great product and I get it quite often. They changed the flavors on me, I liked the last flavors better, but this is a great deal and a great product.

I prefer this over the other Greek yogurts. Availability is a challenge sometimes. I wish there was an option for the coconut only. In my opinion, it’s the best of all the flavors by far.
