20 Best Yogurts For Probiotics (2022 Updated)

I really like the flavor of this yogurt but the one time 8 oz. cup became 6 oz and now the cup size is 4 oz. My granddaughters child size yogurt is 4 ounces. Now I have to eat 2 to get the size I used to purchase.

I will look for another manufacturer that still sells 6 ounce cups.

I am normally NOT a yogurt eater. I don’t like the tartness that most yogurts have. Dannon Activia Light does not taste like normal yogurt. I scrape the container until there is none left. A friend of mine asked me one time if I needed to tear the container so I could get all that is in there! My husband bought me the 90 Calorie one time and it is not as good as the 60 Calorie, in my opinion!.

The next time I purchase this product at BJs for delivery or curbside pickup, I will be sure to ask the Associate to check the “Best By” date on the product before purchase. I ordered 2 boxes of this product thinking it would be good for my husband and I all through the month of December and into January.

Instead, the “Best By” date on this product was the same as the one I had bought much earlier. I was really, really disappointed.

I personally love the strawberry flavour activia yogurts! I’m not a fan of the flavour peach but my mom claims that flavour. You can buy the strawberry flavour on its own. Activia yogurts are reasonably priced and a delicious snack.

I bring one with my lunch for work every day so yes I would obviously buy again!.

I love this yogurt. Just having a baby a few months back it’s taken my body a while to regulate between the gas and constipation. So I’ve been eating this yogurt and this flavor with the added fiber (it’s so good) to stay regular and it definitely helps.

Not to mention it taste amazing. This would be the perfect workout snack.

Absolutely love this yogurt. the strawberry and peach flavors are by far my favorite. eating this yogurt also helps my body feel good. another thing i like to do is put a cup in my smoothie in the morning.

i buy activia all the time. the only thing i would change is an option to buy it in a big tub instead of little cups so i could eat the amount i want as the cups are pretty small.

I love, love, love Chobani yogurts. This is my go to brand because of how delicious they are. My top favorite flavors are Mango and Peach. I usually buy the Greek non-fat, fruit on the bottom. I like that they only use real fruit, farm fresh milk, and natural ingredients.

The yogurt is very creamy and contains a good amount of fruit making it doubly delicious. They also have a great variety of flavors to choose from. They contain protein, live and active cultures and 3 types of probiotics.

It is non-GMO, gluten-free, and does not contain any artificial flavors or preservatives. Since I’m watching my sugar intake I’m pleased that that there is no high fructose corn syrup. Another plus is the low cholesterol level.

There are so many reasons to love Chobani fruit on the bottom.

There is no option to review Chobani ZERO SUGAR Strawberry Greek Yogurt, but there needs to be a review for it. This was my first time trying the sugar free variety, and I was blown away! It is thick, creamy, and as nutritious as other Greek yogurt options but tastes less tangy and more like traditional yogurt.

It is sweetened with stevia rather than sugar to come in at only 60 calories per 5. 3 oz serving. It isn’t too sweet and doesn’t leave the aftertaste like you may expect from a sugar substitute additive.

Each serving of this yogurt also has 11 grams of protein. It is a great value at less that $1. 50 per container when purchased at full price. This is the perfect low cal, high protein breakfast or snack option.

It was an exciting find I will continue to purchase and recommend to others.

Very versatile and affordable. I hate nothing more than trying to make a healthy choice and It being loaded with sugar. There is some sugar but a fair amount of protein also to balance. It is a bit tart but nothing too bad and you can always add your favorite sugar free sweetener, fruit, you can even add coffee syrups (I use sugar free).

You can add granola or even hemp hearts to made a hearty breakfast or you can smooth some onto an anti stick mat on a sheet pan and make yogurt bark. I find it really great for yogurt bark because it’s a thicker yogurt and you can add all of your favorite fruits, coconut shavings, chocolate chips, whatever really and just freeze it then break it into pieces and yum! Also, if you don’t like sour cream like I don’t it makes a good tatziki sauce base or replacement for taco night.

I bought these a few days before I was diagnosed with the first middle ear infection I’ve had since I was a kid, and the doctor prescribed Augmentin. Antibiotics are NOT kind to my stomach, and I had read that prebiotics and probiotics can help with the digestive side effects when taken with the medication.

After a few days of horrible stomach pain I decided to try it, and it really did seem to help, though it didn’t completely rid me of all tummy troubles. I’ll definitely pick these up again next time I’m given any antibiotics.

The smoothie is yummy and kid approved by my somewhat picky toddler. I suspect it’s because there’s lots of sugar in it, which is why I docked a star. At 15g of sugar, I’ve already drank about a quarter of the recommended daily value of sugar, in one 6 oz drink.

They should really reconsider how much sugar they put in these things, especially if marketing to parents of kids, as we are becoming increasingly more conscious of ingredients and protective of the types of things our kids are ingesting.

On the flip side, I do like that the ingredient list is relatively short and there are 6 live cultures included. I don’t know what they mean by natural flavor, but it would be nice if they were a little bit more specific of what that entails, the reason why I docked the second star.

There are four that come in a pack, and each are sealed. Overall though, I would recommend, despite being critical of the ingredient list, because I know that it usually comes down to taste for most people, and the fact is that it tastes good.

This is a great tasting smoothie! I absolutely love the consistency – more like a thin yogurt, thicker than milk but definitely not too think that it makes it difficult to drink. The texture is smooth and the flavor is delicious.

I love the fact that it’s great for immune health. I try to take care of my gut health so I cannot tell you if it improved anything there on myself personally. However it did seem to help my son, who is extremely picky with probiotic drinks but absolutely loved this one.

This is a must have at all times in my household. We love this brand of yogurt, it tastes delicious, my family loves the blueberry, peach, banana and strawberry flavored yogurts. It’s smooth and with the bits of fruit in them makes it a favorite for my kids.

They usually will pick Activia over the yogurts catered to children and I’m happy for that because Activia is healthy and packed with healthy probiotic for a healthier gutt.

I love to get this yogurt cause the flavors are great and it’s a nice snack to have. I like the size of the cups cause it helps me keep a diet. I love to add some walnuts to these yogurts which someone is a delicious filling combo! You can taste the good quality of the yogurt and I feel I’m getting my probiotics in.

I’ve never been a yogurt person. The tart/tangyness after taste that other brands have just never allowed me to really enjoy it and some even have a weird texture that made me gag after eating just a few spoonfuls lol Decided to try this brand when I had my daughter and let me just tell you.

! Wow! By far the smoothest and creamiest yogurt I’ve tasted! I tried the plain one first and even that was really good! But Vanilla flavor has seriously become my favorite. My daughter loves it as well, if she doesn’t have a serving of this for the day, it’s not a good day lol.

I tried the Stonyfield Probiotic smoothies as my morning drink. I have been a loyal consumer of another smoothie brand for almost a year. I was looking for something that could add some variety to my diet.

I would consider the taste to be smooth and not overly sweet. It did not cause any digestive disruptions given it’s probiotic claim. However, I was not overly impressed, nothing wow’ed me. Given sustained use, I may notice some effects of the probiotic intake.

It will be a good substitute when my other brand is out of stock.

Delicious drinkable yogurt! The texture is great, not too thick, not too runny. Creamy yet refreshing. Flavor didn’t feel fake or artificial. The resealable cap means that forgetting to shake first (we’ve all done it) is easy to correct.

My only complaint is that these still feel like child-size smoothies. 6oz translates to only about six adult sips: they’re so good I WANT MORE! It’s not enough for a stand-alone breakfast, even a light one, but it is a delightful healthy treat.

I wasn’t a hug fan of the taste of strawberry and vanilla together. The fibre in the yogurt was a nice added touch and kept you full longer. The yogurt was nice and thick and creamy but i did find the pineapple to be too strong.

I would probably buy this again but in a different flavour.

Wowwwwww. This brand never misses. If this is health food, then I am well set for health. Unless eating a million in one sitting is somehow unhealthy. If anything, they use more plastic then is comfortable for those of us that care a little about sea turtles.

These are my favorite. Very filling and great for my digestive system. The flavor is super good and I really enjoyed them. The pineapple flavor even has little pineapple chunks. They are also affordable.

And I recommend for people who have sluggish digestive system.

I love this company and think they make great tasting products, EXCEPT for everything that says “Greek” on it. Sorry, Activia, I love your regular yogurt, all the flavors are great but even the best company could not make Greek yogurt taste good.

It isn’t worth the extra few grams of protein because it just isn’t as good tasting as regular yogurt. Just because I am a professional doesn’t mean you should listen to me. Eat what you like. Just know that you are NOT being picky or spoiled if you do not like Greek yogurt.

You are normal and even some health pros actually admit that they hate this trend too. It’s okay. You don’t have to pretend to like this anymore!I love when food is healthy and tastes great too. Unfortunately, with this “Greek” yogurt trend, better tasting yogurt is getting shoved off the shelves to make room for this sour, gross Greek garbage that manages to be lumpy AND watery at the same time, that goes bad too fast and that really tastes more like sweet sour cream than it does yogurt.

I am here to say, you DON’T have to eat Greek yogurt if you do not like it. Companies have made a huge deal over the fact it has SLIGHTLY more protein and a little less sugar than regular yogurt. Read the label.

See for yourself. Then have a protein shake, some almonds, some ham or something else with a few grams of protein if you really need it and have it with ORIGINAL Activia and not this Greek stuff. I hope this Greek trend dies out soon! It is overhyped, overrated and really not that much healthier.

This product kinda surprised me. I wasn’t expecting it to taste as good as it does! I like Greek yogurt, I think it tastes less sweet and the thicker texture is more satisfying. This had a nice thick, but not too thick, texture and a light sweetness.

I felt the comfort a probiotic provides after just 1 cup. I buy the vanilla and add a tiny drop of either orange or lemon oil for variety. Its a little pricier than other brands, but worth it for the probiotic rewards.

Best yogurt ever! Ok so I hate yogurt and I mean hate it. I have to take medicine for Migraines and while the medicine helps my migraines, unfortunately it cause constipation. My doctor prescribed me medicine for the constipation but I just so happen to see commercial for Activia and decided to try it.

I like the taste and. no more bathroom problems. Works painlessly for me. I like vanilla and also add granola to eat. I have been eating it everyday for 10+ years. I highly recommend!.

I really like these yogurts, I’ve tried the combination peach and strawberry. Great combo. Very convenient pack and very tasty! We’ve also tried the blueberry single pack and it was good as well. These yogurts are definitely my wife’s favorite ones! Highly recommend this product! I personally prefer Activia Probiotic Dailies Strawberry Yogurt Drink, unfortunately, they don’t have it listed. It comes in an 8 count is 3. 1 oz so it’s not a lot BUT the convenience of being able to drink it on the go as well as having the probiotic is what makes me purchase at least two or three packs each time I go to the store.

Up until very recently I only purchased non fat yogurt products. Being of the mindset that non fat is healthier. A controversial topic for sure. While the issue of which is healthier is not something I can speak on, I can tell you that whole fat yogurt is much tastier than non fat.

And I am totally here for that. I’ve been a fan of Chobani for a really long time. Especially Chobani Flips in Key Line. But! I gotta tell you, whole fat Chobani is so creamy and way less sour than no fat, you can add your own fruit toppings and have a delicious breakfast or snack without all the sugar.

Especially when I have run out of my homemade yogurr. I use 4 oz of the Chobani full fat plain yogurt as a starter to make my own yogurt. I also use the Chobani Vanilla lo-fat when I have run out of my homemade yogurt.

I love how creamy it is and use it as a source of excellent protein since my WLS. I make my own because its easy, less expensive and I know what is in it. Chobani has very little ingredients and they are non-GMO.

Just like others here, I add fresh fruit or a fruit compote, protein granola, add it to dressings instead of sour cream and use it in smoothies. Many things you can use yogurt in and Chobani has the least amount of ingredients.

I love pineapple so I wanted to try this. Greek yogurt is better for you because the protein. I am not really good about eating protein for breakfast, so I thought this would be a good way to add protein in my breakfast.

I love the texture of the Greek yogurt because it is thick. The Greek yogurt alone to me tastes like chalk. It is very drying on the mouth and unpleasant. Then I mixed the pineapple in. This became edible.

The after taste is just not very pleasant.

Love this yogurt so much. I never was a big fan of yogurt by itself so the fact it has some pineapple at the bottom really gives it the flavor i needed. I eat one every morning and never get tired of it.

Pineapple is my favorite fruit as well. I didn’t care too much for the other fruit at the bottom yogurts, but they are still okay.

I’m trying to up my gut health by taking probiotics and eating Activia yogurt. I have to say the vanilla yogurt is my favorite of the Activia brand! Sweet enough with a real vanilla flavor, not over powering.

No artificial sweetener. No stevia either. Plus I can find it at Walmart and don’t have to travel all over. Small portion more child size.

I depend on this to keep my tummy balanced. I can get acid reflux that will build up in my stomach and start hurting realy bad like BAD cramps. I have to go the Immediate Care Clinic one time because of this.

The doctor told me to star eating more probiotics. Activia was it! And it taste great and it’s a healthy supplement! They have several flavors but I like Vanilla because its not sooo sweet, but just right.

I love this yogurt. I love all yogurt but this is the only one that makes my bowels work better. Sorry that may be a little TMI. However it is the truth. I take a few medications that’s kind of back me up.

As a woman it’s bad enough to be bloated and cranky once a month thats uncontrollable. This is somewhat able to control but its is still such an uncomfortable feeling. I have tried stool softeners and all those fancy things to make me poop lol.

NOTHING worked. I bought 8 of these in a pack I do believe it was 8. Well I didn’t know what it actually was I just saw vanilla so I bought it. I was having a poopy day no pun intended lol. Anyway I had nothing to eat that I wanted so I sat and ate 4 in a row.

Good vegan yogurt. Sometimes I do vegan weeks just to do break from all the dairy and meat, but i still want to have health benefits from probiotics. This is how I found this yogurt. One of my favorite ones for vegan options.

Been eating Nancy’s yogurt my whole life. Definitely a little more sour than other brands, so if you aren’t used to it the flavor might come off as weird at first, but I personally prefer it. It’s delicious and helps my stomach a lot as I have had stomach problems my whole life.

They have the best probiotic count out of any yogurt brand as far as I’m aware, and I love adding this yogurt to smoothies or just eating it with honey or jam in it. I do wish they would come out with more flavored versions.

This has been my favorite yogurt I’ve recently found at Whole Foods! I typically combine it with my chia seed pudding for its probiotics, but it also tastes like a dream. Even my dog is obsessed with it when I give him a spoonful here and there, plus it aids with his digestion.

I am happy to say during this pandemic the price of this product has only gone up $. 25. It’s nice to see corporate greed hasn’t taken over yet. The product itself has good flavor and includes probiotics.

The Individual servings are too small though. Maybe they could go up a couple ounces per container. Beyond that it’s a good product. I am happy to see Sam’s Club has helped keep the prices low on this product.

The last 2 boxes I bought from Sam’s Club have been so watered down that you may as well just drink the yogurt. Activia used to be good stuff. I will not be buying this watered down yogurt again. Make the container smaller if you must, but don’t water your product down till it’s a juice cup.

Check the #Ingredients to make sure this is something that you wouldn’t mind putting in your body. This is #vegan and it works for me. My favorite dish is adding ginger, cinnamon and grapes mixing it all together and then I put it in the freezer and about a hour later I have a #healthysnack #foodie.

So I work out daily and this is the perfect pre workout meal. It’s not heavy it’s very Light and heathy. It tastes amazing as well.
