20 Best Youth Football Pants (2022 Updated)

Great pants, have zippers at the ankles (my son likes this). I feel nike runs small so we sized up to a large (for length) for my almost 11 year old.

Great quality, great price! Fit as expected. Wish they had a bit more of a lining, but are great regardless.

Quality is total rubbish, had pulls in them before I even wore them and after one day the pulls have turned its massive pulls and small holes and fuming.

I ordered Youth XL kit for my son to play travel soccer. Everything fits except for these pants and the matching zip jacket. My son is 5’2”. The pants fit me, and I’m 5’11… No way to try them on before purchase but can’t return them because the have a team number on them.

So my son is without a complete kit, even though I paid for one. Bad return policy.

So I bought 2 colours of the same track suit bottoms. They fitted well and look great. Not a bad price. Lost a little bit of the fitting after 1 wash but nothing major. Would suit someone slightly taller better as slightly bunched on leg.

im 5fr 9 but not overly noticeable. personal opinion. Wouldnt stop me buying more in future.

Lots of spaces to hold all of my son”s gear. The stick holders work well and hold the sticks plenty tight. The media pocket is lined which is nice, but it”s really too small for a modern phone. Other than that, it”s built really tough.

I see it lasting more than a couple seasons. It”s a nice change from an over the shoulder duffel bag, that”s for sure.

I like the pants and they are very comfortable to wear. No problems with them so far as I just received them recently. Fit is good and snug and length is just fine.

I was able to get the pants (color) I needed for my football team. The individual I worked with researched and found the right pants I needed for one of my kids. After 1 day of communicating my pants were shipped.

my son is 10 almost 11. he wears a men medium. i read the Q&A and Nike stated if a child wears a men medium then a size xxxl should be purchased. i was skeptical at first, but i went on and bought the xxxl.

to my surprise it fits my son perfectly. it has a bit of stretch. my son loves it and so do i. ive tried so many different football pants in kids and men and i couldn’t find the right fit for my son but i did with these pants.

im glad i read the Q&A otherwise i probably would’ve bought an xl instead of an xxxl. i would definitely recommend.

I bought these for my son. It’s his 3rd season playing football. He’s a little on the thicker side so to find pants that fit him was difficult due to the material. This material is stretchy but above all they are cool like dry-fit material.

My son LOVES these pants. We bought both white and black. The only reason I do not give them a 5 star is because the belt is a little shorter than I would like but that is my only complain. Great pants NIKE, do not discontinue them , please!!!.

I ordered these for my son and he will wear them this fall for football… Hopefully as long as all goes well with the pandemic. Will have to see how they stand up over time as I’ve read some reviews that are favorable for durability.

My son is 10 and 4 feet ten inches and about 110 pounds. He is pretty thick through his trunk and legs and the size medium seem to fit well and not be baggy or look loose which we didn’t want. Large were too loose for proper fit and maintaining coverage in the correct places.

Great pants. Padding could be a little better but great value. Good quality. I would purchase again.

The pants did not sit well around the hip well. Tried to order a different size but item is out of stock

My 12 year old daughter really loves the Nike Academy soccer pants. She plays soccer practically daily and finds these pants comfortable and easy to get in and out of quickly and wear over her shorts.

She had outgrown her small pants, so we just purchased thee in medium which fit great! Overall, I would say these are some of the best soccer pants out there!.

it was a gift for my son. everything perfect: the purchase process and the pants, always use this model for its comfort and style. the only bad thing was the shipment, it did not arrive on the guaranteed date and my son was left without one of his royal gifts.

It is not goalinn’s fault, but mrw’s (the courier confirmed 2 days later that the eve of kings ended earlier and there were several shipments left to deliver). If I buy again at goalinn I will choose another courier.

Poor. We bought two pairs – one blue and one black. Despite being labelled, supposedly, the same size they were completely different. One had to be returned. To compound matters, Sports Direct left the security tag on.

These seem to be the only jogging bottoms that fit my son properly. Due to being a slimmer build it’s always difficult buying bottoms that fit that don’t need adjusting/ tying and bunching up massively around the waist.

Very pleased with these.

Little big for my godson. He is a true size 8 and they run big. Not to big but baggy in the front. Good buy either way. Kids where baggy. 🙂

My daughter soccer team had us order these. They are the cheapest quality I ever seen. First day hem fill out the leg. Then after washing the other one fell out. Not only did this happen to mine but other parent as well.

You’ll have to order one size larger if you’re taller. This is our second pair due to length irregularities as compared to industry norms. Otherwise it’s a good pant.

Look smart and dry quickly after being washed. Sizing is spot on.

My child has multiple pairs of these Tiros, in different colors. He loves them. The reason for the 4 stars, as noted in a previous review was that the tag was labeled $40, and I paid $45 + tax. I didn’t realize I paid more until I looked at the receipt when I got home.

It wasn’t the first time I had this issue at this Dick’s so I didn’t even bother with the price adjustment.

They look really good on my son. In all fairness I was actually seeking a set for myself, but Im glad to have found a set for my little one.

Perfect warm ups. Fits as expected. My son loves them.

The pants are great. Excellent quality, highly recommend buying the pants, especially those involved in sports.

Great quality track pants . Son wears for athletics and soccer and looks good on and off the pitch. Great to wear on the sideline but also comfortable enough to wear and play in on those cold days.

Aside from the fact that the material and stitching is sturdy and nice, these pants are a HUGE miss but the usually reliable UA brand. There is no way that these were fitted on an actual person. There is so much space between the bottom of the thigh pad and the top of the knee pad.

The knee pads are so far down that it looks like a skin guard. They are totally bizarre. Very unfortunate because these were one of the only options for in-store purchase of youth football pants and they were unwearable.

Hopefully UA goes back to the drawing board and designs these to fit an actual human body for next season.

These pants were designed to fit tight and the pads stay in place. So even though they are “long” according to some reviews, the pants are tight enough that the pads stay in place. My 6th-grade son plays the whole game.

He loves these pants and says they stay in place all game. As a reference, his UA medium sweats now hit an inch or 2 too short but he’s wearing the mediums in these football pants. He’s 4’10 and 80 pounds.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I have no idea what happened with UA, but this new style is way too big for youth. The knee pads are on the kid’s shins! Not only my kid, but every parent I know who bought these for this season have said the same thing and have returned them for the same problem.

We are talking 8&9 year olds. These should fit like they have in years past, but this new design is terrible.

I bought 176cm Black for my 5.4ft tall kid. It’s a bit long but that’s fine. The knee pads are at the right place for my kid, that’s the most important.

Fits my taller-than-average (but not super tall) 11-year-old son. He’s skinny and has trouble finding pants that fit him well. These fit great.

These pants are my teenagers “go to” pants. They are perfect for school, working out or just hanging out with friends. They have several pairs.

Would give it a 5 star but one pant leg was a little wider than the other. Otherwise great adidas product and fit for me like usual.

I gave 1 star as I couldn’t hi zero. I purchased 3 items, 2x track pants, same sizes, 1x hoodie. Only 1 track suit trousers were correct size other pair and hoohie wrong sizes, tried to return but would not allow the return of wrong sized clothes, strange as it would allow return of correct size.

Looks & feels very comfortable. My son loves these bottoms & wears them most days. I’ve bought 5 pairs as he’s a fussy teenager & it’s hard to find clothes he likes or even willing to wear. Good value for money, my friend also bought a pair for her son now as I told her the bottoms wash really well no shrinkage.

I bought these on Saturday and am quite disappointed. I’ve worn these type of joggers for 2 years buying the new ones every year. This year I bought these the fit in age 13 is very different from the previous Nike joggers.

I made sure I got exactly the same size yet they don’t fit. They arent as tight to the ankles as they were in previous years either. Will be returning these back to the shop and hopefully I can find a pair of last year’s joggers.

I’ve had these pants for over 3 months and these are the perfect soccer/casual pants. They are stretchy, form fitting but not tight, breathable, and sweat wicking. They look great training in the colder weather and also casual wear too.

I would love to own more than 3 pairs of these but I’ll settle for 1 pair.

Absolutely high quality, light, stretch, strong. Looks amazing. Good for daily home workouts, gym visits and outdoor running. I’d do good in an XL size but went for L and still fits really well and looks really cute on me, got compliments like “Never seen joggers fitting so well on a guy” or “Your legs looks bigger, your bum looks great”.

Under armour never disappoints and JD did amazing service. Paired with FILA running shoes from JD.

Light and comfortable! I needed a pair or warm up bottoms for my track sessions. Comfortable, warm and when performing warm up exercises. No discomfort from the fabric and I still get full range of moment.

I like Under Armour products and this just emphasises why.
