20 Best Zero Calorie Soda (2022 Updated)

my fault that i forgot my phone but there is no intercom at the pick up location so i had to walk clear around the store to let someone know I was there. i went to the self checkout and the lady there insisted i hive her my full name.

i told her i was the only one there and to please let them know. you dont need my name. ive had issues with her before. she kept insisting she needed my name. ive also heard complaints from my friends about her being nosey.

one time she pulled my credit card from my hand and started to use it without my consent and i reported her for that. she is why o use curbside pickup. please install a intercom or buzzer.

Most delicious diet soda ever. It tastes better than most sugar sodas. To make it even better is that in has no aspartame, no caffeine, you can drink it late at night, no sodium, no sour bitter after taste that sugar beverages have.

It’s a comfort soda for me. I lost a lot of weight when I switched from sugared soda to that. Not bad for diabetics. (Although please ask your doctor if you can drink it. Better safe than sick and sorry.

) I hope it never gets discontinued. Will continue to drink it all Summer. I recommend a large clean see through cup or class with ice and a reusable straw to drink it. Best way to have a soda. Whoever came up with this yummy guiltless soda thank you.

I decided to go on a low carb diet and was using this product to transition off of Cokes. Really liked them until I figured out the ways sucralose (artificial sweetener like Splenda) was affecting my health.

I became so sluggish and disoriented – found it hard to focus and also experienced memory problems. I was in a fog all the time. Actually gained weight on these and had acne breakouts. Began reading about sucralose side effects and stopped drinking these when I put it all together.

Tough way to discover I have sensitivity to artificial sweeteners but there it is. Just hope this review will help in case others stumble upon similar issues.

Don’t know what it is about the caffeine free cola but it doesn’t taste the same as the caffeine cola to me. I would not use it as a perfect replacement at this time. I think it may grow on me so I appreciate having another option to drink when I’ve had enough caffeine for the day.

The sweetener in this beverage is the best! The company shipped the product super fast. Delivery was all messed up and missed the appropriate delivery day when they sent my order 400 miles away after it was already IN TOWN!! But Zevia shipped quite quickly! The customer service with this company is absolutely THE BEST.

I have never had trouble with them. Anyone should feel quite confident that they will feel happy about their purchase.

I found this to taste quite a bit better than the “gray” cover Sams diet cola. The ingredients ARE different. This one didn’t seem to have anywhere near the cloying “aftertaste” of the typical diet colas with phenylalanine.

It’s still not the same as non-diet but it helps. Why isn’t an diet cola using aspartame version in the Sams playbook? (I also do not like the taste of the stevia-based diet colas at all. ).

I have switched to this (or sam’s diet cola when zero is unavailable) from diet coke. Currently, coke products are $1. 82 at walmart, while sam’s is 68 cents! And taste-wise. in my opinion, it’s just as good.

I haven’t liked any ‘generic’ diet colas that I’ve tried before, but this is really good. We began with sam’s diet, and tried zero sugar when it was sold out. and this probably makes no sense–as the ingredients are virtually identical–but I prefer the zero sugar a bit more.

To me, it seems to have a slight ‘bite’ that’s missing in the regular sam’s diet cola. But either is good, and at a fraction of coke. even better! :).

the groceries were mixed up I’ve got somebody’s frozen corn and lima beans and someone has my diet sodas five of those. when I pulled up and told him where I was at it automatically said I had the stuff loaded and I was done but I hadn’t got my stuff yet so I called them on the phone and they got most of it straightened out and it was they were right out there with it.

I know they work hard trying to please everyone. and accidents do happen. I don’t know how they do it because almost every time except for this time they’ve had it right on the head.

Really did not like this. The “cola” especially had a really unpleasant flavor and I couldn’t finish a whole can. The fruit flavors were drinkable but weak. For instance, the “grape” just tasted like vaguely sweet club soda.

It didn’t really have any discernible fruit flavor. I am a diabetic and was hoping for some new sugar-free varieties in my pantry but I won’t be buying these again. In fact, I’m not going to finish the box.

I’m taking them to the office and giving them away. I hope I don’t make anybody mad at me.

I’m really glad this exists. Prior to this I was buying unsweetened soda and mixing in stevia myself, which gets old fast. I think the price could be better, but it’s a start. The only big issue I have is the flavors.

I don’t care for any of the flavors other than ginger ale. I actually found the root beer revolting, but the remaining flavors were just meh. I want to see this pack in a single, universally appealing flavor – which is obviously ginger ale.

Delicious! I am obsessed. I am not a soda/pop drinker BUT once I found this and tried I knew right away, that I was going to be obsessed. I drink the “Sprite Ginger Zero” because, I enjoy it more and though the regular one is also amazing however, it’s way too much sugar all @ once, for me but of course, not everyone.

Yes yes, artificial sweeteners are also not good for you but in general, I don’t worry because it’s rare that I drink these and I’m a healthy eater/drinker on the daily. So to me, THIS is worth it! I highly suggest you try it….

* Now for the negative: For the last 2-years, it’s been almost impossible to find. Yes, very sadly due to Covid, the syrup is not available much due to where it comes from :(. BUT- look for it everywhere you go.

This isn’t my fav soda and I don’t drink it as much as I once did. But Everyone time I drink one, my mouth is so happy and my tastebuds thank me. Lol. I like it best from a fountain and with a lot of ice.

If at home I use same amount of ice but I add a lemon slice or few drops of lemon into my soda and I always use a straw. I usually get it when Im at a restaurant or McDonald’s, so Its not often but still a favorite.

I did not enjoy the Sprite Zero cranberry. I found that the cranberry flavour was overpowering the lemon/lime that is so good of the regular sprite. I also find that the fizz goes away quite quickly.

I do not recommend. After a few sips, I find that it makes my stomach upset.

Sprite zero with a hint of cranberry! Definitely worth a try if you can find it! I think sprite zero in general is good. Maybe 4 stars. But this has that little something special that I love. I wish I could find cans of it to stock up on! Not too sweet and not too tarte.

Just a slight bit less flavor but honestly you can barely tell. Ever since then I’ve felt a little better going for Coke Zero and feeling less guilty. Of course I still have a regular coke here and there when I want to feel the full bodied flavor but in the meantime Coke Zero feels lighter but in a good way.

I LOVE Coke zero, I remember when it first came out and I only tried it because of the black can. It was so good, I can’t explain the taste difference but it’s like in between the regular Coke and the diet Coke.

I like that it’s a zero calorie drink but it still has a really good flavor. It’s perfect for movie nights or to go with pizza. I couldn’t find the new Coke zero starlight soda on here to review but if you haven’t tried this new flavor yet, you need too.

They tell you it’s “space flavored” and to me it reminds me of cotton candy, I love cotton candy flavored stuff and Coke zero so this was a perfect combination for me. So normally Coke is a dark color, well for the starlight one they made it red and what I love about that is they use fruit and vegetable juice for the color.

I am 60years old, and have drunk Coca-Cola products all my life. For the past 11 years, I’ve been confined to the sugar-free varieties. I frankly dislike Diet Coke, but was very pleased with Coke Zero — that is, I was pleased until the recent reformulation of it.

Initially, it tastes a bit sweeter than the previous formulation (I thought the previous formulation was perfectly fine). Besides that, the carbonation is significantly less than the previous formulation.

And the combination of slightly sweeter and less carbonation tastes, to my palate, very much like Pepsi. And that is a huge disappointment. Also, the reduced carbonation means that if I open a 2-liter bottle, even if I am careful to reseal it tightly, it will be completely flat in a matter of hours.

I hope Coca-Cola will consider making the earlier formulation available to those of us who prefer it. Otherwise, I will be looking to replace it with something more satisfying.

Coke has a new Limited Edition flavor out called Starlight. It’s red! NASA says that Space tastes like raspberry. I sampled it and I had a hard time putting one flavor to it as it seems to change flavors while in your mouth.

It’s kind of like a Willy Wonka experience. My overall flavor discernment is that I taste vanilla, cotton candy, and raspberry. It’s actually really refreshing especially cold.

I really hate diet drinks that have sucralose and aspartame. Most diet versions of fizzy drinks have them and, to me, that nasty aftertaste that they have is really off-putting. I had some hope for this because they advertised it as having stevia and NO aspartime.

Then when I get my first can of this out of the fridge, thirsty, I guzzled some down only to get that familiar nasty taste. It has sucralose in it. Very disappointed. It tasted as bad as the famous mass produced colas.

I tried the orange version and that is a bit better as the nasty sucralose taste is covered more by the tangy orange. I’m disappointed with this, though, and the mass use of these nasty tasting sweeteners.

I use xylitol in my tea etc and it tastes like sugar, without any bad aftertaste, and it is good for your teeth. So why don’t drinks producers use xylitol instead? Or even erythritol, which isn’t too bad? Is it to save a couple of pennies? Are there laws against them? Surely they are better options?.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This tastes just as good, if not better, than the typical diet cola. It looks just like a normal soft drink, but is so much better for you.

I love that it has no calories, and is sweetened with stevia. I think it’s so interesting that the caffeine in it comes from green coffee beans. It definitely gave me the boost that I needed during my afternoon at work.

I would highly recommend this cola if you want to try a healthier version!.

I have read many of the reviews and am so surprised by some of the odd comments. Let’s just discuss the fact that I will never drink a Coke from a tin can EVER again. Also the pure cane sugar is much better tasting and in MY opinion better for you than the glop they use in all the other coke products around the world.

The 12 ounce bottle is perfect for one person or to share between 2 glasses with ice. I found what we lovingly call Mexican Cokes in a very ritzy specialty store in Michigan in 2012 and introduced many friends to the glorious taste of real sugar in the Coke.

I have found out as maybe many of you have that because of the shape of bottle and the very narrow neck that if you open one then have a few drinks and fall asleep, the next morning you can take a drink and it won’t be cold but you will still get that marvelous burn as you take a big drink.

If you think what I say can’t be true, give it a try for yourself. Believe me it is true and remember I said if you have had a few drinks from the bottle not drank it down to the almost last drop and proclaim that the crazy woman from Michigan/Arizona docent know what she is talking about.

Here is my best tip for enjoying a Mexican Coke. Go to the grocery store and buy yourself a small bag of the good ice you buy for parties to make drinks. Then pick out several soft limes and get several bottles of Mexican cokes.

When you get home call a few friends to come have some drinks Non alcoholic for our under 21 crowd and designated drivers. Drinks for anyone who loves a Coke with their favorite liquor. Wash the limes with baking soda to remove any pesticides and dry off.

Take only and I mean only glass cups and squeeze 1/4 of half a lime in bottom of glass and put in freezer 30 minutes before guests arrive for cocktails. Keep all the squeezed limes in a bowl on the counter.

Put the “good” ice into a nice bowl in the freezer and have lots of Mexican cokes out. No need to chill unless someone doesn’t want ice. Take the glass from freezer, put in the amount of ice desired by guest.

( remember bottom has pure lime juice) Then if a non alcoholic drink is being made pour Mexican Coke in almost to top and then take a pice r of the reserved lime from bowl rub it all around rim and either put rest of lime into Coke or into your garbage disposal for the best smelling sink.

PS always have straws available in paper not plastic. It does make a difference in how it tastes and the environment. If you want add white rum and you have yourself a Cuba Libra. After one or 2 of those you will be quite continental!!!!!! I hope everyone got something out of this review as the goal is to get as many converts to Mexican Coke so it will be served everywhere including McDonalds!!! Now if you want.

The original coca cola of my childhood used regular sugar, which is easier on your pancreas and a LOT easier on the environment, and didn’t involved genetic meddling. You can only get that really good coke from Mexico now, and it’s worth it, but it’s expensive.

This is the coke of today. It’s cheaper than the Mexican import, and does the job of giving you some caffeine and bubbles and quenches thirst. It’s much, much safer than diet coke! Fake sugar fools your pancreas into releasing insulin but there’s no sugar in your system, so the sudden influx of insulin makes you crave high calorie sweets to offset the insulin.

That’s actually worse for losing weight than just drinking regular coke. That’s why you see so many very overweight people carrying diet soda with them. There’s a connection between diet sodas and diabetes and weight gain, and even other pancreatic problems (I’m a biologist).

So just get good old coca cola regular and don’t overdo, and you’re good to go. I also put them out for delivery people to give them a pick me up as they go on their mandated rushed route that doesn’t allow them to stop.

(’22) IC: Pepsi to me is just the best cola/soda around. They have been in the business of drinks for quite some time. Does anyone remember the bottles, that were so cute and small from years ago? Once sold in vending machines? This Cherry flavored cola has natural flavors, so let’s not get it twisted.

Has calories inside too and highly addictive; We have them for occasions so we have them chilled or over ice. I would recommend Pepsi to anyone. ice for guests. You can buy this brand almost anywhere.

Absolutely LOVED the flavor. It really does change the flavor (in a good way) just by replacing the high fructose syrup with real cane sugar. Not really sweeter, but not more bitter either. The carbonation seems to last longer as well.

Doesnt really have that odd taste if it’s not served chilled either. Which is great if you’re on the go and cant lug around a cooler all day.

To most diet soda tastes like garbage, and the stale metal taste has lost most for good. But with the advent of Coke Zero and Pepsi Max the calorie free cola world has started to blossom recently. Pepsi Maxx burst on the seen some time ago, but I feel like it was really important to get my thoughts out there for the dedicated readers, regarding my go to diet beverage.

Pouring it into my favorite cup with 4 cubes of ice, I was comforted and relieved with a smooth and flavorful jolt. Straying from traditional diet soda, Pepsi Max has a burst of flavor that is actually enjoyable.

While it doesn’t have the grand taste of a sugary regular pop, it brings something to the table at least. If you’re a diet soda drinker like me, you know that this means a lot. I love this brand of sodas. Of their different flavors, this one is my favorite. They’re obviously great for the fact that it’s a sugar free soda, but they also don’t contain any dye or artificial flavoring.
