I am taking this 100mg. of zinc and 5,000 of vitamin D3 daily to try to keep COVID away. I Do Not want the jab.

I didn’t realise when I ordered this that picolinate was not the form I wanted, but it is adequate for my needs. Good product, good price.

I never had acne as a preteen or even teenager reaching my later 20s early 30s hormonal acne set in deep for me. I literally have tried everything from benzoyl peroxide wash to doxycycline, spirlactone(which regulates hormones)even charcoal face wash and moisturizer.

When I tell you nothing was working I got discouraged more often than you could even imagine. However I never and I’m going to emphasize never because a lot of people state they don’t write reviews. But I honestly have never written a review on any product my whole life and this worked miracles for me.

I did not want to get back on birth control due to trying to conceive. The pictures above do me no justice and it’s just two weeks of being on this medication, the top two pictures are from when I started the medication and the bottom-left is two weeks from that.

It is a must, it may not work for everybody but I will say it has worked for me so far I will continue to buy.

Natrol High Absorption Zinc is a great supplement to take, especially with the easy to chew pineapple flavor. I was a bit skeptical about this flavor, since pineapple is not a common flavor, but it had a nice pineapple taste without tasting too sweet or artificial.

I love being able to chew this zinc tablet, since it does not require water. This is convenient when I am on the go. It reminds me of Nature’s Way zinc, although it contains a lower mg of Zinc content and does not have other immune boosters like echinacea or vitamin C.

I have used Nature’s Bounty zinc as well, although those tablets need to be swallowed with water. The chewable ones feel like a treat. I like to use a smaller dose of Zinc as a preventative measure to strengthen my immune system compared to the higher dose ones which are good when I get a cold or feel a bit down.

I would recommend this product only if someone is looking for a daily Zinc supplement that they are not getting through a multivitamin or from other sources. I would purchase this product since I like to have Zinc in my diet to keep my immune system strong, however I would prefer an immunity mix for convenience since it could get time consuming to add extra tablets to my daily routine.

This has been a great zinc supplement for me. Chewable is so easy for on-the-go. I keep them in my computer bag and usually take one on my commute to work because I almost always am in a rush and forget to take my vitamins at home.

When taking the zinc supplement I feel like I have more energy and haven’t even had as much as a sniffle this cold and flu season since I started taking a zinc supplement. I have tried other brands of chewable supplements and they all have a unpleasant after taste that requires a lot of water to wash away the bitter medicine taste.

I am pleasantly surprised by how easy and great tasting these are to take. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family as well as purchase again for myself.

I was able to try this product for a month as a sample. The directions on the back were straight forward and recommend taking the tablet with food, twice a day. One thing to note on this is to note that most all on one daily vitamins also have zinc so be aware oh how much zinc intake you are having per day if you follow this.

The tablets are chewable (more of a powder break down) and does have a good pineapple taste (assuming you like them). They did taste good but it was odd at times having certain foods later after having pineapple taste still in my mouth.

That was the main down side for me. If you like to taste of pineapple and don’t like swallowing pills, then these are a good choice of supplements.

Love these supplements! I take them daily after breakfast or lunch. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin as well as my energy levels. Truly love these!

This is the only zinc supplement I use and recommend to my family. Each capsule contains a sufficient dose and does not upset my stomach—even when I haven’t eaten anything prior to taking it (though I don’t suggest anyone else do this).

I have been taking the zinc AG the last few weeks and so far have really liked it. It’s a tiny little tablet that has not caused any stomach upset and is easy to swallow. It’s too soon to tell if I have had any increase in my zinc levels but I can check back and update in a couple months once I know more.

I ordered this item in my most recent purchase. First of all, I was sent a different Metagenics Zinc supplement that is different from this item. The Zinc I was sent is composed of another zinc substance and is not labelled GI friendly.

Receiving incorrect items on purchases is something I will not risk taking. When I purchase a supplement I have a specific health need in mind.

My husband and I took this zinc along with vitamin D and Vitamin C when the viral variants were going around. We both still caught it but only had a mild cough. Excellent product! I’ve tried to take other brand’s zinc products in the past, but they have all made me nauseous.

Not this one! I can even take PEZ on an empty stomach and no nausea!.

I switched to Pure Prescriptions zinc (and other minerals) because I wanted the product to be made in the US. This zinc supplement works. My only concern is that I don’t need the full dose. I only need 1/2 capsule so I open the capsule and shake out 1/2 into a container (along with all the other minerals), mix them with milk, and drink.

Cutting the previous manufacturer’s tablets into halves or quarters was easier.

These are large and without a coating. I’ve tried all sorts of methods (lining it up at the back of my tongue, moistening my mouth first), but more than half the time, the pill gets stuck in my throat.

I’ve tried to break the bill in half, but the sharp edges then get caught. I just looked – I couldn’t find anywhere on the description that told the consumer about the size of the pill or caplet. That would have been helpful.

I’ve tried for several weeks to make these work, but they don’t. I was trying to take them as part of a vitamin regimen to address the beginning of macular degeneration. I will need to look elsewhere.

And yes, I checked the medicine cabinet to make sure it was this same brand. It is. I do NOT recommend this product in its current state.

So I started taking this for acne. It definitely definitely definitely helped significantly. But I have to give it four stars because this can give you extreme nausea. Not nausea where you feel kinda dizzy or like the world is spinning but the type of nausea where actual food disgusts you so you can stomach anything without the urge to throw up.

It’s a terrible feeling truly. The daily limit on zinc is around 40 mg so one tab of this daily is already going over the daily limit. Now that my skin is under control and I know what triggers it I will simply be throwing this far away from me into the trash.

I have 3 or 4 bottles that when I take it, I belch, and it tastes like it is rancid. I belch tis for a while each night. I smelled the bottle, and it smelled rancid. I would open another bottle and the same.

I tried another bottle, and it did not smell, and I have had no belching. I don’t know how the other bottles are. At first, I thought it was like that and was ok till I opened the one that didn’t smell.

Not sure about this one. Hopefully the long-term effects will take place because they would mostly be unseen. The capsules have an unpleasant taste, no matter how quickly I take them. Even a second on the tongue, before washing the capsule down with liquid, leaves a bad aftertaste.

I may go back to my previous brand of zinc that didn’t have that issue.

My husband and I are taking this product to support our immune systems. I can’t say it’s a product where you notice any immediate physical improvements, however, we are healthy and strong and feel great.

I wasn’t sure if this would do all I have read about it, but I am no longer a skeptic. I took a rounded 1/4 teaspoon my first time – in the later afternoon – and I was still ready to keep going at 1am.

My bad, but it made me a believer. It does taste sour, BUT – I found that if I mix a little of my lemon juice/vitamin C mixture (ascorbic acid from Bulk Supplements 😀 ) that I sip all day long into it, it cuts the sour taste quite a bit.

I know that doesn’t make sense, but try it before and after. I am looking forward to the continuing benefits of DMG. I even bought a book to check it out before I purchased some. Definitely keep the package closed and in a dry place.

I wanted to try adding a Zinc supplement because I heard some anecdotal experiences about how it helped to boost some people’s body’s immunities and help stave off getting ill. I picked these specific supplements, because according to the nutrition labels, this was by far the highest concentration of zinc in a single pill.

It’s honestly hard to tell if it actually did anything or no, but a couple of months and I haven’t had a single hint of sickness, so at the very least I cannot say that it definitely does not work. I did not experience any changes in my body that I can actively attribute to this supplement, but there were no negative side effects that i experienced either.

The pills themselves are relatively small and easy to swallow and small enough that I could talk weary teenagers into trying them. I was pleased that I got the chance to try them out, but I’m not sure there are enough benefits to taking a stand-alone zinc supplement, as opposed to a multi-vitamin, unless directed by a medial professional.
