I think it would work very well on average typical skin problems. Mine unfortunately are not. My problems are more than likely exacerbated by thyroid issues so external solutions aren’t going to help much.

The cream helped a bit with soothing and calming the itching. I like it though and recommend it for general use. I am glad I bought it.

My wife has been taking zinc for many years, since her endocrinologist warned her how important zinc and selenium are for the thyroid. I have just started more recently due to the purported benefits in fighting off COVID.

I got hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and Aha+bha peel. After a few trials and errors (mixing the wrong products/ not understanding what works when) I discovered how wonderfully niacinamide worked for me.

My problem – adult acne due to masking/ lack of water intake/ high sugar intake – permanent marks post acne Solution – focused on clearing the skin of acne and just used niacinamide (morning+sunscreen), (night+retinol) Improvement – in texture, none to lightened marks, no blackheads/ whiteheads.

Result time frame – give it atleast 10-15 days to show actual the difference and about 30-45 days for consistent improvement. Applications – 3-4 times a week (twice a day). Not regular at it still. Didn’t work for me with hyaluronic acid.

But I have combination skin + live in a hot and humid city. Will try again in winters. Let’s see how it works. Buy it if you want to bring back some life to your skin. PS – other lifestyle changes would still be required, but this can help speed up the process.

After few years of research, I found out that zinc works with manganese so you need more. Zinc also lowers magnesium but B6 increase magnesium absorption. Zinc also works with vitamin A and hence it lowers it.

I was looking to switch to a facewash that was more natural. After turning 25, my skin is starting to get a tad bit dryer but I have always had oily skin. My old cleanser had lactic acid, which I read can disrupt the skin barrier.

When I say I have tried everything; that’s an understatement. I have tried every face wash, tips and tricks from natural to medicated for the last 3 years. It seems to work great and has kept me feeling healthy. I initially purchased these when I developed shingles, but I’ve started taking them again to keep my immune system in check. Lots of comments about the dosage being too high.

The price for this product was right to try out. I noticed within a week of starting to take it that I was having more energy and it seemed to be helping with the reason I sought to take zinc as a supplement.

However, it became obvious even within the first day of taking this supplement that I having intense headaches within a half hour of taking the supplement. I’ve since switched brands to the Nature Made variety and I do not have this problem.

You may not have the same issues that I did. I rate smack in the middle because I had some success with my symptoms, but also had some intolerable side effects that came along with it.

If you get Botox, you need these! I was recommended a Zinc supplement to prolong the effectiveness of my Botox treatments and it definitely works! I did experience slight nausea but I switched to taking it before bed instead of in the morning and that seemed to help.

The ingredient list is very good, however, when it comes to drinking it, it is OK at first, but after taking it over time you become a bit sick of the very strong flavour. It begins to be difficult to finish the whole glass.

But if you have no choice but to drink it, rather than swallow a capsule, then its OK, and would be well worth it. I followed the direction for recommended amount.
