I had heart arrhythmia. My cardiologist said it wasn’t causing any problem and it was not treated. He told me to try taking Magnesium but it didn’t help. I ran out of magnesium but my daughter had some of this product.

Even though it contains extra things I started using it. My arrhythmia stopped about that time. I can’t say this had anything to do with it but I’ve continued it for two years and the arrhythmia has not returned.

I make no recommendations since I can’t say for sure this product was the cure or it was just coincidence. I will continue to take it.

These help me sleep through the night better than other over the counter products. I used to purchase in store. For some reason last year the 4 stores on our area were not sent the product and I have to order online.

Wish they would carry it again in the store.

No other ZMA product has the list of ingredients that this one does and no other product has worked for me like this one does! I’ve tried other products but always end up coming back to this one!

I have been taking these for about 2 weeks to write a fair review. I am pretty convinced that these ZMA’s have something to do with everything on this list, however it is hard to prove. BUT Here is what i noticed in the two week span -More dreams when I sleep.

They are much more vivid and I feel as I am actually awake when I am dreaming if that makes sense. It feels more clear. Some people have reported freaky for scary dreams I have not had this experience.

-I wake up MUCH more refreshed. Before, I would wake up and despite having 9 or even 10 hours of sleep, i would feel groggy and still need a coffee or something to get going. Now I wake up and I feel energized and AWAKE -I have not had a breakout.

My face has been very clear these past two weeks which is unusual. I am pretty convinced it has something to do with these as nothing else in my diet or workout changed. Really hoping this is helping my breakouts haha -Hangover cure??? Im not sure but knock on wood, I feel so much better now after a night out drinking since I started taking these.

Im in college and I have been struggling to find ways to manage my hangovers as they have been getting progressively worse. I am pretty sure it has to do with REM sleep because after drinking, I would always sleep for around 4 or 5 hours and wake up miserable and exhausted while not being able to fall back asleep.

Ive been taking these and now I sleep 8-9 hours after a night out drinking which NEVER happens. I wake up and feel much more refreshed Take this as you will but I would recommend this product and will continue using them.

Im not sure if they are better than other brands, but I found something that works for me and i would suggest you give it a try.

Last night was my first night with ZMA Jym. Took it as directed 1 hour on an empty stomach before bed. I slept well, did experience the ‘vivid dreams’ as other reviewers have commented. For those unclear on what this means, at least for me it means that my dreams are more coherent and are more easily remembered upon waking.

I’m not the type to normally dream and even more rarely do I remember them. That said, my dreams are not what I would call ‘good’. they were actually a little stressful, but hopefully in the following nights that will vary.

I did wake up in the middle of the night, but I have been doing that consistently for the past few weeks, so I do not blame the product. I feel refreshed today, good energy, not lethargic or sluggish so I’d say so far so good.

I can’t remember the last time I slept so well and felt fresh in the morning. I am on day #4 and will continue to take these every night. I used to take Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Iron Dream for sleeping and find Jym’s ZMA to be more clean with no negative side-effects – with Iron Dream, I often felt like I could sleep 10-12 hours and still felt tired in the morning, although having a deep sleep.

The only thing that may be bizarre for a new user is the vivid dreams – I’ve had them before with the Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Iron Dream I was taking so I was accustomed to them. This may sound strange, but I actually look forward to dreaming vividly – it’s like jumping into an alternate reality of yourself for a few hours and I embrace the experience.

Another great product by Jym – one by one I have purchased every single one of his product, except for the multivitamin since I have two full Animal Paks I need to consume first.

I was using magwell for a while, got disappointed when my last two bottles capsules have a certain order, which does not even fade away. I do not know what is mixed in it or contaminated with. I took couple of time and could not take anymore then took one after few days, still same odor.

My first two bottles were fine and I was happy thinking it is a high quality stuff. I just wasted my money. If it was from a store, I would have taken bavk. I do not recommend this stuff anymore. Please stay away who know what does this smelly stuff do to your body.

This supplement definitely worked for me! I tore my rotator cuff and deltoid muscle and was facing surgery because I couldn’t do the physical therapy exercises that the doctor ordered due to pain. After taking this supplement, I was now able to do the exercises and my arm is in much less pain and I have more flexibility.

I’m nearly done with my first bottle and WOW – I can tell a difference! Over the last 10 years my left knee has gotten progressively worse, because of all the soccer I played for 25+ years (I eventually had to stop a few years ago).

My exercise now consists of some form of exercise most days – spinning, weights, or yoga. Especially with weights, I constantly had to adjust/twist/pop my left knee because of discomfort/cartilage loss.

This has been the right vitamin combo to help manage my bone and muscle nutrients. I’ve been taking the daily dosage for almost a year since my hysterectomy, and have experienced a much positive effect on my body.

Several years ago, a doctor ( since retired) advised me to take these pills to rid my night time leg cramps. Anyone who has leg cramps can testify that they are horribly painful and will wake you up sometimes not being able to walk.

They occur in the large muscles of the leg such as calf and thigh. They may start in the foot and creep up the leg. Since I have taken these pills at night before going to bed, I can say that I do not get leg cramps any more.

But, if I forget to take them for a few nights or a week, the cramps return. Therefore, I can say that these pills positively stop the night leg cramps for good.

The products are always good. I normally use the magnesium only but this time I got the one with zinc and calcium but it turn out all good. I would recommend this product to women over fifty years every day.

This is a great vitamin for the money. The other brands are overpriced. CVS Health is always a great deal.

First time trying magnesium supplements and amazingly after taking this for around 2 weeks I noticed a dramatic reduction in the wrinkles under my eyes as well as a much healthier looking skin tone. I was so happy!!.

so from there I ordered magnesium citrate because I read it was one of the easiest to absorb. Also in 400mg citrate without zinc instead of the 266mg oxide with zinc I had been taking. I took it for around a week but my skin just did not seem to look as good to me as it did with the other.

so now I am back to the Puritans Pride magnesium/zinc oxide and am already seeing results. I don’t know why people say that oxide does not absorb as well but in my case it most certaintly did. However, I honestly think that the combination of both magnesium plus zinc in this supplement is what does the trick.

Magnesium and zinc are both great for the skin but with the 2 combined it definitely works wonders!! Thank You Puritans Pride for making this amazing supplement!! It is awesome as well as inexpensive.

I normally order a different magnesium but PP was out, so I ordered this instead. Seems to work okay, but they are uncoated and are hard for me to get swallowed. I liked the magnesium citrate better for that reason.

Good stuff. It works. However, do not wander too far from the bathroom. The stuff does run through ya – but actually you get enough warning. Lol.

Side effects can sometimes occur, including gas, belching, constipation and bloating. In general, calcium carbonate is the most constipating. calcium is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth in doses above the daily tolerable upper intake level (UL).

The UL is 2000 mg for adults ages 19-50 years and 2000 mg for adults over 50 years. Taking more than this amount of calcium daily can increase the chance of having serious side effects, such as milk-alkali syndrome, a condition that can lead to renal stones, kidney failure, and death.

There is also concern that supplemental calcium can increase the risk of heart attack. DON’T COMBINE WITH: vitamin E, Zinc, Selenium, Magnesium, Omega, Copper, Iron, Chromium. GOOD WITH D3 and K2 BUT!!! Don’t forget that excessive d3 consumption has its own side effects and those caused by its ability to elevate calcium levels.

The signs of too high vitamin D/calcium levels: nausea/vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, increased thirst, increased urination, mental/mood changes, unusual tiredness. If you don’t want to end up vomiting all through the night and guessing which pill is the culprit, you should check your d3 and calcium levels before taking high doses.

Calcipotriene (Dovonex) is a drug that is similar to vitamin D. Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium. Taking calcium supplements along with calcipotriene (Dovonex) might cause the body to have too much calcium.

BAD WITH antibiotics: Calcium might decrease how much Quinolone antibiotic like ciprofloxacin your body absorbs. Taking calcium along with Quinolone antibiotics might decrease the effectiveness of Quinolone antibiotics.

To avoid this interaction, take calcium supplements at least 1 hour after antibiotics. Calcium can attach to some antibiotics called tetracyclines in the stomach. This decreases the amount of tetracyclines that can be absorbed.

Taking calcium with tetracyclines might decrease the effectiveness of tetracyclines. To avoid this interaction take calcium 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking tetracyclines. Calcium can decrease how much bisphosphate your body absorbs.

Taking calcium along with bisphosphates can decrease the effectiveness of bisphosphate. To avoid this interaction, take bisphosphonate at least 30 minutes before calcium or later in the day. Calcium can affect your heart.

Taking calcium might increase the effects of drugs affecting your heart and lead to an irregular heartbeat or decrease their effectiveness. We all want to buy a piece of health and beauty for a reasonable price.

Just keep in mind that when taking a supplement you need to consider all side effects and drug interactions first. And come up with a regimen which avoids bad combinations, favors good ones and takes into consideration the best time of the day to take the supplement.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect a good quality product with such a low price but purchased it anyway, just to try. Like the old meme says, “I’ve never been so wrong”. This complex is great! You can see the effects within the first couple of days! I take only half of the recommended daily intake (3 capsules in the morning only) but it works anyway, my mood is balanced, my skin looks better, and it also help with fast recovery after long trainings.

If you do sports and take caffeine or other performance enhancers / fat burners, you may as well want to take this supplement to not only help your muscles and cardio vascular system but to avoid mood swings as well.

Can I say how much I love being able to get this dosage amount? Ive had bariatric surgery and have to take certain amounts of specific vitamins for the rest of my life. One of these is calcium, and most dosages means taking pills 3 to 5 times a day.

This specific brand and dosage means I take only 2 pills a day, thats it. Makes my life that much easier. And the results. my levels are within nominal range. Not too low and not too high. And its at a great price.

Comprehensive supplement. Aids in digestion Magnesium is a good daily supplement and the combo with Zinc reduces the number of tAblets. When you’re taking medicine and supplements, it’s nice to take fewer.

I liked that I experienced immediate results. I am 38yrs old and have suffered from leg cramps all my life. It didn’t matter my age/lifestyle. Whether I was younger and playing soccer for 10yrs, in my 20s and being a little less active but still walking a few 5Ks a year, till now in my upper 30s where I’m less active and have a sedentary job, it didn’t matter.

Leg cramps were a part of my daily life and I was lucky to sleep completely through the night and it not be an issue. I’d always been told that it was a potassium deficiency, but I never addressed it further.

I did some research regarding how to combat PMs symptoms. I have awful anxiety and depression around the time of my period. It’s awful the week before! I get super weepy and anxious and insomnia. I did some research because I didn’t want to try any antidepressants or anti anxiety medicine.

They were my last resort. According to research, studies have shown that calcium, magnesium and zinc and b complex help with moodiness, sleep, fatigue, energy, and breast tenderness. These things are freaking amazing! I started taking them two weeks ago and my period started today and I feel like my total normal self.

Started taking this supplement about 3 months ago. Week-before-cycle PMDD was off the charts after coming off of a medication. This combo alone really made a difference within a month, but along with Chasteberry has had the PMDD symptoms chill out even more.
